@TuckerCarlson - Tucker Carlson

Good evening

Video Transcript AI Summary
Tucker Carlson reflects on the kindness and humor of Americans, but criticizes the meaningless debates dominating television. He highlights the lack of discussion on important topics like war, civil liberties, science, demographics, corporate power, and natural resources. Carlson argues that both political parties collude to silence these debates, making the US resemble a one-party state. However, he believes that the current orthodoxies are unsustainable and that truth will prevail. Honest people who calmly speak the truth gain power, while liars lose influence. Carlson concludes that there are still places where true things are being said, offering hope for the future.

Speaker 0: Good evening. It's Tucker Carlson. One of the first things you realize when you step outside the noise for a few days is how many genuinely nice people there are in this country, kind and decent people, people who really care about what's true, and a bunch of hilarious people also, a lot of those. It's got gotta be the majority of the population, even now. So that's heartening. The other thing you notice when you take a little time off is how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are. They're completely irrelevant. They mean nothing. In 5 years, we won't even remember that we had them. Trust me, as someone who's participated. And yet at the same time, and this is the amazing thing, the undeniably big topics, the ones that will define our future, get virtually no discussion at all. War, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change. Corporate power, natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues? It's been a long time. Debates like that are not permitted in American media. Both political parties and their donors have reached consensus on what benefits them, and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it. Suddenly, the United States looks very much like a one party state. That's a depressing realization, but it's not permanent. Our current orthodoxies won't last. They're brain dead. Nobody actually believes them. Hardly anyone's life is improved by them. This moment is too inherently ridiculous to continue, and so it won't. The people in charge know this. That's why they're hysterical and aggressive. They're afraid. They've given up persuasion. They're resorting to force. But it won't work. When honest people say what's true calmly and without embarrassment, They become powerful. At the same time, the liars who've been trying to silence them shrink and they become weaker. That's the iron law of the universe, true things prevail. Where can you still find Americans saying true things? There aren't many places left, but there are some, and that's enough. As long as you can hear the words, there is hope.

In this video, the speaker discusses the USS Liberty incident in 1967, where Israel attacked an unarmed American spy ship. They highlight that the attack was intended to sink the ship and blame it on Egypt, potentially leading to a nuclear war. The speaker also mentions General Wesley Clark's claim that the US planned to invade seven Middle Eastern countries in five years, starting with Iraq. They attribute this plan to the Ynon Plan, an Israeli strategy for dividing the region into smaller states. The speaker emphasizes the chaos and fragmentation in the Middle East and suggests that the media manipulates public perception. They also mention key figures in the Pentagon with Israeli connections. The video concludes with concerns about the possibility of war with Iran.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Some people will will bawl when when you when you explain to them that Israel is involved in 911 and and you talk about this, they'll say, oh, no. Israel wouldn't do that. You know, there's many Christian Zionists in this country who say no. No. No. Israel is our our strategic ally. I would just point out they should read some history. In 1967, in the 6 Day War on June 8th, Israeli military, air force, and navy viciously attacked a ship called the USS Liberty, which was an unarmed American spy ship under the NSA off the coast of Egypt in international waters. And it was Flying an oversized American flag and that the the Israeli pilots were flying over the ship. They'd been buzzing over it all morning long before the attack began. And then they attacked they attacked again. They hit it with they hit with a torpedo in the middle killing 34 Americans and they bombed it, dropped napalm. And there was a recently or a couple of years ago, the the transcripts came out between the pilots and ground control. And the pilots' ground Speaker 1: control in Tel Aviv said, Speaker 0: identify the plane. Identify Troll in Tel Aviv said, identify the plane. Identify identify the ship. And the planes then the command came from Tel Aviv, sink the ship. No survivors. So they intended to put this ship on the bottom of the But it was it was one of those old World War 2 Liberty hull ships which have good compartments underneath and it didn't go down. The torpedo went right in the middle of the ship and and killed the whole all of the guys down below with the headphones on that were, you know, interpreting what the signals intelligence killed all of them, but the ship didn't sink. But when the Americans tried I had to put life rafts into the water. The Israeli gunboats were machine gunning the life rafts. They had no intention. They intended the ship to go down the bottom. And had it gone to the Adam, it would have been blamed on Egypt. And this would have brought us very close to a nuclear war. But that's another story. This this was a you know, Lyndon Johnson was in the White House and and he was very, very Pro Israel. And so twice American ships American planes were launched from aircraft carriers off the coast of Greece to rescue the ship. And twice, McNamara and Johnson called the ships back called the planes back. He said, I will not I will not Embarrass an ally. So 171 Americans were brutally wounded on the ship and 34 killed. And that that little piece of history is not generally well known in America because it's not taught. It's simply suppressed. So 7 days Seven 7 countries in 5 years. This is General Wesley Clark. And he went to the he went to the Pentagon 10 days after 911, he said. And he said, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Rumsfeld and deputy secretary Wolfowitz. And he said, one of the generals called me in and said, sir, we've made the decision. We're going to war with Iraq. And he said, we're going to war with Iraq. Why? I don't know, he said. He said, I came back a few weeks later and by that time, we were bombing Afghanistan. Then. I said, are we still going to war with Iraq? He said, sir, it's much worse than that. We're going to take out 7 countries in 5 years Starting with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off Iran. And he said this in in March 2007 in several speeches. Now you can see from that shopping list, 5 of those nations have already been done. Lebanon has already pretty much broken up along ethnic lines and, really, the only one that's left It's Iran. And you see with our current president, Donald Trump, he's very gung ho actually in, he at least what he says in waging war with Iran. Now, you know, waging war with Iran would be would be disastrous for us and for the whole region, Speaker 1: So I hope he doesn't do that. Speaker 0: I hope he has, enough sense to to avoid that kind of thing. But this is the shopping list. Now whose shopping list is this? What American interest is Wesley Clark was confused. What American interest is it in in over you know, overthrowing these 7 Middle Eastern countries? Well, it's an Israeli plan, and it's called the Ynon Plan, named after the guy who wrote it, Oded Ynon. Published this in a is in an Israeli magazine called in 1982 in February. And is the is the journal for Judaism It's published in Jerusalem by the World Zionist Organization. That's the very top of the Zionist enterprise. Like I said, that's the state of Israel. Zionism is the ideology upon which Israel is based. And the Ynon plan, according to the man who translated Israel Shahach, a professor of chemistry, He said it represents the accurate and detailed plan of the present Zionist regime, the Likud, for the Middle Which is based on the division of the whole area into small states and the dissolution of all existing Arab states. So what it means is something called Balkanization. You break up a country, a big country, and you reduce it to ethnic components like like what we've done in Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia was a large socialist state, you know, in Southeastern Europe and now today, it's I think 7 little statelets. Iraq is de facto 3 states today. Kurdistan in the north, The ISIS area, Sunni area in the west, and the Shiite area in the south. Syria is very Segmented. Whether it stays that way or not, we'll see. Tripoli, Libya has been fractured into 2 or 3 pieces. Sudan is now de facto or 2 countries, South Sudan and Sudan. Somalia is chaos. Yemen is chaos. You know, the whole Middle East is chaotic. We don't we don't see it that much because our media is more interested in manipulating our point of view than informing us of what's happening. But, you know, a day doesn't go by that some some terrible atrocity doesn't happen in one of those countries. So this is the annon plan. And thanks to Israel Shahak, personal friend of mine, in 1982, he translated this this document into English So that we would understand what the Zionist policy or plan was for the region. So after 911, the Israeli connection, of course, It became more pronounced. And here you have at the White House, you have excuse me. At the Pentagon, you have something called The Defense Policy Board. The Defense Policy Board is a bunch of civilians, basically, at that time, neocons, Jewish neocons, Who made policy for the Pentagon. And, you know, the head guy was deputy sec deputy defense minister secretary Wolfowitz at the head of the table here and across the table smiling with the mustache, that's Rabbi Dov Zakheim. And he was the comptroller at the Pentagon. You might recall he was the man who said the day before or no. He was the comptroller of the funds. The day before 911, Rumsfeld told the public That there's, missing $2,300,000,000,000 unaccountable in the defense budget. That was on September 10, 2001, he announced that. And sitting next to the Israeli man there, the Israeli man is the guy with the red beret. He's Shaul Mafaz, an Iranian Iranian Jewish guy, and he was chief of staff. He's Israeli chief of staff. And here he is sharing notes, explaining to his Zionist colleagues at the at the defense department, what they should do. And the man with something in his eye, that's Douglas Feith Douglas Feith, his father was in the Irgun. He's an American, but his his dad was in Irgun. And because his father was an Israeli, he is also then an Israeli as well.

In the Egyptian culture, they also had a little statue that represented the god, Ptah. And see when a Egyptian king died, it was believed that his spirit went into the belt of Orion, and he then became a star. Up until 1999, the Oscars was held at a building called the Shrine, which was founded by William Florence and Walter Fleming, 2 high ranking Scottish Rite Freemasons. Hollywood has long been interested in Freemasonry, Gene Autry, John Wayne, Nat King Cole, Duke Ellington, CeCe The Mail, Clark Gable, Walt Disney, Oliver Hardy, you name it. The list goes on. Many celebrities have come out and admitted their connection to Freemasonry. You can see the checkered floor. You can see the archways. You can see the sun motif in the background. I work in risk management at MBS. We package new products combining different ratings, but it takes too long. The assets are essentially mortgages, allowing us to take on more risk without notice. If these assets drop by 25%, we could lose more than our market value. The market is slowing down, and if it stops, it will be much worse. My job is to predict the future, but right now, I hear nothing but silence.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Well, sir, as you may or may not know, I work here for mister Rogers as an associate in the risk assessment and management office at MBS. Speaker 1: Please. Just relax. Stand up, tell us a clear voice what is the nature of the problem. Speaker 0: Well, as you probably know, over the last 36 to 40 months, the firm has begun packaging new MBS products that combine several different tranches of rating classification in one tradable security. This has been enormously profitable as I imagine you noticed. I have. Well, the firm is currently doing a considerable amount of this business every day. Now the problem, which is, I guess, why we are here tonight is that it takes us, the firm about a month to layer these products correctly, thereby posing a challenge from a risk management standpoint. Speaker 1: I'm sorry. That challenge is? Speaker 0: Well, we have to hold these assets on our books longer than we might ideally like to. Yes. The key factor here is these are essentially just mortgages. So that has allowed us to push the leverage considerably beyond what you might be willing or allowed to do in any other circumstance, thereby pushing the risk profile without raising any red flags. Speaker 1: Now thank you, mister Ellis. Sit down. What I'm guessing your report here says, and give me some rope here. What I'm guessing it says is that considering the, shall we say, bumpy road we've been on the last week or so, the figures your brilliant coworkers up the line ahead of you have come up with don't make much sense anymore, considering what's taking place today. Speaker 0: Actually, not what's taking place today, but what's already taken place over the last 2 weeks. Speaker 1: So you are saying this has already happened? Speaker 0: Sort of. Speaker 1: And, mister Sullivan, what does your model say that that means for us here? Speaker 0: Well, that's where it becomes a projection. But, Speaker 1: You're speaking with me, mister Salvin. Speaker 0: Well, sir, if those assets decrease by just 25% and remain on our books, that loss would be greater than the current market capitalization of this entire company. Speaker 1: So what you're telling me is that music is about to stop, and we're gonna be left holding the biggest bag of odorous excrement ever assembled in the history of capitalism? Speaker 0: Sir, I'm not sure that I would put it that way, but let me clarify. Using your analogy, What this model shows is the music, so to speak, just slowing. If the music were to stop as you put it, then this model wouldn't be even close to that scenario. It would be considerably worse. Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, mister Sullivan. Do you care to know why I'm in this chair with you all? I mean, why I earn the big bucks. Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: I'm here for one reason and one reason alone. I'm here to guess what the music might do a week, a month, a year from now. That's it. Nothing more. And standing here tonight, I'm afraid that I don't hear a thing. Just silence.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker discusses the concept of identity and ego, emphasizing that our roles and sense of self are social constructs. They explain that the feeling of a separate "I" is an illusion, and the true self is interconnected with everything else. The speaker encourages relaxation and acceptance of this interconnected nature, as it is the fundamental essence of existence.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: But now, the most important kind of social institution is that which has to do with role playing. Who you are? When we ask the question, who are you? People think of this question in 2 different ways. One person, when asked, who are you, will answer, I'm a doctor. Another person will fall silent because he realizes how profound the question is. He realizes that he's been asked what his ego is. But a lot of people don't realize that when they're asked who are you. I've noticed just a little bit of difficulty in my investigations of discussing identity with people that they fix on their role and use that to describe their identity. Their name, their family, their place in society, what they do, what their hobbies are, and so on, all these are roles. And then also there is the role of character playing. All people are more or less taught to act. We are all hams from the beginning, and we were schooled in acting in our childhood, although it wasn't called that. It was called education. It was called upbringing, but a great deal of it is schooling in acting. And you very soon learn as a child from your peers and from your parents what acts are appropriate and what are not. It is the concern of all parents that their child learns a role in life and has an identity by which the child can be recognized. Whole trend of education is to shake all this down and make you more or less constant in every sort of social environment that you enter, so that everybody knows who you are. Otherwise, it's disconcerting, you see? So, we are made to believe that we have a real self. That is to say somebody who we really are and whom we have to find. To find yourself, to settle down, to grow up, you see, means to fit into a role, And there are a lot of people, you see, who are troubled in our society, and who seem to be misfits, and are terribly unhappy, because they just can't find the role that they're supposed to fit. They don't know who they are. There is an inner pandemonium and conflict. But it's obvious, isn't it, that the role you play is a social institution? Because you can't be an object to your own consciousness, at least not in the ordinary way. You are a subject from your own point of view, and you can only become an object to the extent that you adopt the attitudes that other people take towards you. Other people from the beginning of life are mirrors, and by the way they respond to you, you begin to learn what they think of you, and therefore, who you are. We all tell each other who we are. And so, the the role we play, the identity that we have in that sense, is a social institution. But going further, there is the ego itself. There is this feeling that inside us there is an eye center which receives experience and directs action. And this is the inmost myself, and we have all, of course, been taught in this day and age that if this is not our soul, it is a function of our body. It is a chemical, chemical sort of efflorescence of, the brain. The feeling of I. Now, as I have told many of you before in various ways, this sensation of being a separate eye, cut off from all other eyes, is an illusion. It's a pure hallucination, because that is not the way we are functioning physically. We are functioning physically not as separate entities, but as beings that live in such a close relationship with everything else that there really is no way of dividing us from it. And so you see the mystic, in all times and places discovers the illusory nature of this ego, and realizes with a glorious shock that the true I myself, the thing that one really is fundamentally is the entire game. The works. Some people call it god or Brahman or the Tao or whatever you want. The name doesn't make the slightest difference. Fundamentally, what you are is the which than which there is no Witcher, and so relax. Don't worry. Because you don't you see, this doesn't ordinarily come into consciousness in just the same way that the structure of your brain doesn't ordinarily come into consciousness. It's very much there, but you don't see it directly and you have no memory of it. So in the same way, you have no memory of being the witch in which there is no witcher, but there's no need to have a memory of that because the thing doesn't need a memory.
