I've asked the DOJ where the line is regarding impeding or interfering with law enforcement. Some members of Congress are educating people on how to evade law enforcement, claiming they're educating about constitutional rights. But in reality, they're telling people who are in the country illegally, have committed crimes, and been ordered removed by a federal judge to not open their doors and hide from ICE. As a member of Congress, they should let us enforce the laws that have been enacted. If someone physically prevents an arrest, that's obstruction, but where's the line when it's just telling people to hide? I want to know where that crosses into impeding law enforcement, so I've asked the Department of Justice to define that line.

I’ve just been informed that I’m being removed from my committees. Last week, I introduced a bill to eliminate sanctuary state protections for pedophiles in California, which the Democrats opposed. They cut off my microphone, and now the speaker of the state assembly has removed me from my committee. However, I see this as a badge of honor. It signifies that I’m doing the right thing by advocating for the people of this state and protecting children from being victimized by illegal immigrants. I’m ready for whatever comes next.

I asked Ayanna Presley if she condoned FEMA sending $59 million to house illegals in New York City while people in North Carolina are in tents. I got a death stare. These Democrat congresspeople think they're gods, but I'm here in D.C. now, and I'll do this routinely.

California DOJ agents raided my home due to my undercover investigation on body parts trafficking from late-term abortions. Planned Parenthood and Kamala Harris targeted me to seize my video equipment and computers to silence me. Harris met with Planned Parenthood executives before the raid. This incident shows their disregard for First Amendment rights. Harris poses a significant threat to civil liberties if elected to higher office.

He has a petition out and is getting donations. He knows he can't deport me; there are no grounds. He's putting this information out there because his base feeds off of it.

Hello, friends. Recently, a Trump official issued a memorandum threatening local law enforcement with jail time if they don’t cooperate with federal immigration officials. However, there is no law requiring local officials to do so. Our state's resources should focus on state matters, not federal immigration enforcement. Local law enforcement should not act as agents for the Trump administration, which has previously lost in court trying to coerce states. I have no fear of the Trump administration. We will prioritize our state’s business and will not interfere with federal operations, but we will not carry out their demands. Thank you.

DHS is allegedly using public intimidation and considering arresting members of Congress who are fulfilling their legal and constitutional duty to conduct oversight. According to the speaker, members of Congress are legally required to be granted access to ICE and CBP facilities to conduct investigations and oversight. They cannot be legally inhibited from accessing these facilities. The speaker claims that DHS, Tom Homan, and Secretary Kristi Noem are the ones breaking the law, not members of Congress like Representative Robert Menendez. The speaker warns that if anyone lays a finger on representatives like Bonnie Watson Coleman, there will be consequences.

According to Speaker 2, some people are educating "the worst of the worst" on how to evade law enforcement. It is a crime to not comply with ICE removal orders or hinder one's removal ordered by a federal judge. Speaker 2 anticipates more judges in sanctuary cities making "bad decisions." Supporting sanctuary cities is acceptable, but impeding ICE is a felony that will lead to a request for DOJ prosecution. Democrats want different rules for illegal aliens, despite claiming no one is above the law. US citizen families are separated when a parent goes to jail, but there's resistance to separating illegal alien families. ICE sent three children with their mothers who requested it.

The Secret Service director agreed to brief us, but it hasn't happened yet. I question why the president wasn't given more protection and who is responsible for that decision.

The FBI's actions against President Trump and other American citizens demand accountability. Where are the Republican senators demanding justice? I experienced this firsthand when FBI agents served a subpoena at my home. This is retaliatory abuse and intimidation by the Biden administration, using the FBI. The raid on President Trump's home was based on trumped-up document retention issues. This is unacceptable. We must stand for freedom, against the extremist left, and for the Constitution and the liberty it represents.

I will ask the Justice Department and the President to address the potential threat of violence if he loses. I am concerned about right-wing groups connected to him training in the hills and planning attacks on communities.
