Six years ago I made a film with Kathy Newman for Channel 4 called The Prince and the Pedophile about Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew. Epstein was very probably connected to the intelligence services, to American and possibly Israeli intelligence. He may have had compromising material tapes of powerful men, contributing to why he got away with his actions for so long. He illustrates the power, privilege, and impunity of a tiny elite of fabulously rich people who effectively run the world. Virginia was aware of Donald Trump as a sleazy presence around Epstein and moved in the same world. There was a period when they were close friends, though she was clear she was never abused by him. Virginia was recruited by Epstein while working at Mar-a-Lago. In a 2002 magazine profile, Trump called Epstein a terrific guy who likes women, many of them on the younger side. Trump and Epstein later had a falling out, but they were part of that world together. Epstein died in a prison cell. Today, Trump is president. After coming to power, Trump’s Justice Department released the Epstein papers; the released versions were heavily redacted, while the versions we had were unredacted. I have the flight logs and the little black book. Alexander Acosta, Epstein’s ally and Trump’s Labor Secretary-designate, reportedly said in hearings that Epstein belonged to intelligence and to be left alone. Epstein had connections to intelligence services, probably Mossad and American intelligence. She's hoping to find that out so that she can actually bring to her therapist and continue the healing process in regards to the damage and the trauma that was caused to her. there's a lot of very wealthy bad people.
