The speaker asserts the American people deserve the whole truth regarding Jeffrey Epstein. They claim Donald Trump, Pam Bondi, and MAGA extremists have been fueling a conspiracy around the matter for years. The speaker questions what the Trump administration and the Department of Justice are hiding and suggests Congress should uncover the truth. They propose two possibilities: either Trump, Bondi, and MAGA extremists intentionally lied about the Epstein situation for years, or there is concealed information damaging to the Trump administration, their associates, and billionaire supporters, leading to a cover-up. The speaker concludes it is Congress's bipartisan responsibility to seek answers.

The speaker argues that there is substantial evidence indicating that Hunter Biden engaged in illegal activities and received millions of dollars from foreign nationals. The main question is what Joe Biden knew about his son's actions and when he knew it. The speaker believes that Congress has a duty to investigate whether Joe Biden was complicit in the scheme and financially benefited from it. The speaker outlines a pattern where foreign clients pay the Bidens, and in return, the vice president uses his influence to benefit the clients. The speaker mentions specific instances involving Russian and Kazakhstani individuals. The speaker calls for further investigation and subpoenas for documents to determine Joe Biden's involvement. The speaker criticizes the Department of Justice, FBI, and IRS for not taking action and accuses them of concealing possible crimes. The speaker concludes by suggesting that if evidence shows Joe Biden took half of Hunter Biden's income, Democrats should put politics aside and join in impeaching a corrupt president.

Donald Trump supposedly got back $450,000,000 due to an appeals court decision regarding 34 counts brought by Letitia James. The speaker claims the judge stated there were no victims or evidence, and that two businesses had no issues with their dealings. The bank was paid back, and Trump paid back his loan with interest. The speaker alleges the judge viewed the case as an attack on a presidential candidate and possible election interference. They believe the state's lawyers were begging the appellate court not to sanction them. The speaker thinks Letitia James should be tried, found guilty, and imprisoned for election interference.

The speaker explains that the executive branch has an advantage in prosecuting offenses, as only the Department of Justice can convene a grand jury and bring indictments. They believe that the Biden Department of Justice will not prosecute Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, or Merrick Garland for serious offenses. The speaker suggests that progress in addressing corruption will come from Congress, particularly from James Comer and Jim Jordan, who have subpoena power. They highlight that bank records show the Biden family received over $20 million from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan while Joe Biden was vice president. The allegations are not about influence peddling or access, but rather about Hunter selling official favors from his father. The speaker emphasizes that this was Joe Biden's business, not Hunter's, and that it involved shaking down corrupt oligarchs and China for personal favors.

This is a disgraceful situation in a courtroom, with biased prosecutors and a judge with conflicts of interest. Every American must reject the politicization of justice and demand a fair legal system. We must unite against injustice, regardless of political beliefs, and ensure that everyone, including the President, receives equal treatment under the law. The American people hold the power to make a difference in November by standing up against this corruption.

The speaker believes the DC federal court system, the Washington FBI field office, and the DC US attorney's office form a "circle of hell." While the latter two have new leadership, the federal court remains compromised, especially in political cases. Conflicts of interest exist, such as Judge Bosberg's family being Democrat political activists, and Judge Chris Cooper's wife having represented Lisa Page. The speaker suggests transferring political cases to Maryland or Virginia. The speaker advocates defunding and disbanding the DC federal court system, calling it the "rot" and "tumor" of judicial lawfare. Republicans should stop funding a court system that allegedly tries to destroy President Trump, the MAGA movement, and its supporters.

These judges were allegedly dismissing immigration cases, releasing over a million illegal aliens in one year, allowing them to potentially gain citizenship. Speaker 1 questions how many judges are tied to cartels or foreign entities and hopes Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are investigating these connections. Speaker 1 believes these judges think they will get away with their actions, but more indictments are expected.

A judge who halted President Trump's spending freeze received over $100 million in government funding to his NGO, with money going to private jets and huge salaries. This is blatant corruption, as he failed to disclose this information, potentially facing decades in prison. House Republicans have announced impeachment articles against Democrat judges for obstructing Trump's duties and criminal conflicts. Judge McConnell received $128 million for his NGO, the Crossroads Rhode Island Foundation, allegedly for social programs, but almost none of the money went to that. The judge bought his position to protect these NGOs and funnel money. Senators Cotton and Graham are under fire for allegedly misusing funds from the Republican International Institute, an NGO that received hundreds of millions.

It's shocking and unprecedented. I'm announcing a measure to work with Congress, calling for subpoenas to be issued to Judge Merchan's daughter's company, which made over $15 million from information coming out of her father's courtroom. I want to see the bank records to understand how deep this goes, how much went to the family, and how much is going to them after this conviction. We need to investigate the FEC violations by the judge and his family because he should never have overseen this trial due to illicit campaign money flowing through it. The unconstitutional due process violations are just the start. America wants accountability in our judicial system, and Congress is the only one who can do it. I hope a couple of brave members of Congress will issue those subpoenas ASAP.

The speaker says the court has faced “another series of leaks” in recent days, including leaked private papers of Supreme Court justices that the speaker says “by law belong to them.” The speaker describes this as part of a long-running pattern, citing earlier leaks of an unpublished internal draft opinion, including one connected to the Dobbs decision. The speaker claims multiple leaks occurred from February and January 2016 to the press, which the New York Times attributes to the Supreme Court’s “supposed failure to address the global climate crisis.” The speaker links these leaks to what they describe as a coordinated effort to undermine the Supreme Court’s independence by browbeating the court into decisions favored by “the left,” and by threatening consequences such as packing the court with new justices, personal threats to the justices, leaking of their papers, and threats to their security. The speaker says they have worked at the court and litigated it as a private lawyer and as the attorney general of the state of Missouri, and that what is happening is an “absolutely a coordinated effort to destroy the court,” “years in the making.” They trace the alleged campaign to President Obama criticizing justices personally in the House chamber, and they say criticism of the court by President Trump has been met with less attention than Obama’s actions. The speaker also cites several events they say reflect pressure on the court: an assassination attempt on Justice Brett Kavanaugh; and they claim Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer threatened justices by name at the Supreme Court steps. They further reference a coordinated leak intended to derail the Dobbs opinion. The speaker adds that they believe “dark money groups” funded illegal protests at justices’ homes after an assassination attempt on justices, and they say the Biden Justice Department and FBI did not stop these protests despite their illegality. The speaker claims the protests continued for months and repeatedly threatened justices’ security without sufficient response. The speaker refers to the New York Times describing its reporting as based on private papers plus interviews with ten former court employees who spoke anonymously because, as quoted by the speaker, “Confidentiality was a condition of their employment,” and the speaker says the employees violated their employment agreements to expose private deliberations to damage the court’s independence. The speaker concludes by calling for hearings to “follow the money,” asking who funded the protests at the justices’ homes and where the funding for the multi-year pressure campaign is coming from, describing the effort as “a clear and present danger” to the operation of the Constitution.

The speaker discusses allegations of payments made by an undisclosed country to the Biden family. They mention that the family created shell companies while Joe Biden was vice president to profit from his position. The speaker questions if Biden's compromised position affects his decision-making as president. They claim to have evidence of $10 million received by the family and suggest it could be between $15 and $30 million in total. The speaker highlights that the countries involved, including China, are not reputable and even major companies avoid doing business with them. They emphasize the need for Biden to explain why his family received money. The speaker expresses frustration with the lack of media coverage and promises to continue investigating and revealing the truth to the American people.

The speaker sends a clear message to the Department of Justice, urging them not to indict Hunter Biden until they have seen the evidence presented by the House Oversight Committee. They claim that the Biden family, including the president, has been involved in influence peddling with various adversarial countries through LLCs. The speaker believes that the IRS and DOJ are unaware of many undisclosed accounts and have not thoroughly investigated the matter. They have spent the past 100 days examining bank documents and meeting with former associates and whistleblowers to uncover the truth. The speaker suggests that the charges against Hunter Biden, such as potential money laundering and being an unregistered foreign agent, are minor compared to the crimes committed. They believe that these countries received policy decisions in return for their investments in the Biden family. Wednesday is anticipated as a significant day for the American people to learn the facts and for the Department of Justice to take appropriate action.

The speaker expresses appreciation for the legislature but asserts that the action taken by the Florida House of Representatives is not enough. He urges his colleagues to impeach Judge Tiffany Baker, arguing that the House has the power and sufficient numbers to do so. He contends that, until judges are held accountable, they will continue to find ways to benefit the criminal element. He describes the situation as an outrage and an easy call to place the involved individual behind bars, stating that the judge refused to do so despite the risks, and that the result has been a tragedy. The speaker points to the Florida Constitution, which vests the House of Representatives with the ability to bring an impeachment against a circuit judge with a two-thirds majority. He notes that the House currently has well over two-thirds Republicans, and suggests that some Democrats might vote to impeach given what happened in this case.

Giving an update on the DOJ criminal investigation into Fed Chair Jerome Powell. Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Now, the American public is fed up with public monies that seem to go into a black hole, especially in DC, where no one is held accountable. One of the age old tools that all prosecutors have to investigate any crime, including cost overruns, is a grand jury subpoena. Today, however, in Washington, an activist judge has taken that tool away from us. By inserting himself and preventing the grand jury from even obtaining, let alone hearing evidence, he has neutered the grand jury's ability to investigate crime. As a result, Jerome Powell today is now bathed in immunity preventing my office from investigating the Federal Reserve. This is wrong and it is without legal authority. In June 2025, Jerome Powell testified before the Senate Banking Committee, making questionable statements that did not comport with publicly available documents. And that was regarding the atrocious cost overrun of more than $1,000,000,000 I didn't say million, I said billion, in renovations to his headquarters. This from the man who says that he is the steward of our public funds. In November, the United States Attorney's Office began an inquiry. Prosecutors from my office gathered information for months we served two grand jury subpoenas. On December 19, we sent an email to the Federal Reserve to have a conversation, a meeting, or even a phone meeting, or even a phone call to discuss our concerns. Again, we were ignored. We in fact asked to meet the first week in January. We were ignored. It was at that point that two grand jury subpoenas were issued to the Federal Reserve, not even to Jerome Powell. Again, no response, no compliance, but instead a Woe is Me video by Mr. Powell falsely claiming that he was being threatened with indictment. And claiming victim status, Powell proceeds to call his political friends in DC and around the world to gin up support for himself. All the while refusing to produce simple documents. Now enter local district court judge James own. I case. And the subpoenas, thereby prohibiting us from reviewing any records and precluding us from submitting records to the grand jury. That grand jury, of course, comprised of ordinary people. Ladies and gentlemen, no one is above the law.

Despite praise for his judicial temperament, he has made questionable decisions, such as yelling at witnesses and allowing inappropriate behavior in the courtroom. The situation is confusing and raises suspicions of bias and unfairness.

They look forward to their day in court to prove themselves and state the truth. They have received much support and will continue fighting until the district gets fair prices, housing, and fair representation in Congress. They note that those who hate the fight will come for them. They urge some colleagues to step down or resign, arguing they weren’t elected by those who are in the district. They insist they will keep fighting for the people and work to ensure only those who elected them make decisions. They reiterate that they are here for the people. Second speaker: Questions about the investigation into the congresswoman’s families, stating that this is part of congressional duties. They say the congresswoman is under investigation for congressional ethics regarding violations of campaign finances and assert that she must answer to the people of her district.

The Democrats may feel victorious after today's sentencing, but this will backfire on them. On January 20th, they will find themselves in a vulnerable position. I am committed to advocating for a criminal probe into Juan Mershon, emphasizing the serious nature of 18 USC section 241, which addresses conspiracy against rights. This involves using intelligence and law enforcement against political opponents for noncrimes. Judges are not exempt from this law, and Mershon should prepare for legal consequences. His actions, alongside those of other politically motivated figures, highlight a troubling trend of corruption and manipulation, particularly regarding his daughter’s financial gains from this case.

There’s no reason Judge Marshawn should have been assigned to this case. He’s not part of the panel of 24 judges that handle these cases, as he is an acting judge. The claim that he was randomly assigned is impossible since he isn’t in the selection pool. Interestingly, he was also assigned to the Trump organization and Steve Bannon cases, despite not being a regular judge. Moreover, Judge Marshawn has ties to organizations opposing Trump, and his daughter earns millions promoting Democrats. The circumstances surrounding his assignment raise questions about the randomness of these selections.
