We need to define very specific organization, individuals, actions that we can fight against. For example, when we talk about Islam or leftist, it's clear that Qatar is behind all that. So we need to focus on Qatar, Muslim Brotherhood, CARE in The United States. When we talk about radical left, we need to focus on the Democratic Socialists of America, which are not Democrats. They're just socialist Marxists that are using democratic means to take over the Democratic Party. Mamdani is a Democratic Socialist of America. So we need to focus on DSA. We need to focus on other radical movement, anarchist movements, People City Council of the PP Forum, a lot of organization that are being sponsored by China and by Marxist billionaires. And once we have all this information, we need to empower and mobilize an ecosystem of many organizations that we can incentivize them to work together, to share, and to fight against our common enemies. We need to invest in pro-Israel organizations, and we need to invest in pro American organization.

To the Party, shaping thinking, networks, and decisions in countries like Canada yields accommodation rather than confrontation. Alongside the United States, Canada has become one of the key environments where overseas United Front work is actively developed. From the research, three things stand out. First, the Chinese Communist Party politicizes everything: activities that appear social, cultural, or economic are treated by the CCP as political resources. Second, most United Front activities are not illegal; they operate through relationships. Influence is built through access, invitations, titles, and personal ties, not necessarily through breaking rules. For example, individuals with strong United Front ties have accompanied multiple Canadian prime ministers from both political parties to visit the PRC and have also participated in policy consultations ahead of those trips. Third, once this network is embedded, it can be mobilized. With the network in place, the Party gains the ability to make requests for political influence, narrative shaping, talent recruitment, and even voter mobilization on Beijing’s behalf.

Some of the organizations identified as alleged police stations are public; you can look them up and see they have been beneficiaries of different federal government grants. You also see them actively trying to obstruct. At the time, we hadn’t passed the legislation to create a foreign agent registry—something our American friends have had for nearly a century—but we did end up passing it on 06/20/2024, last year, yet the government hasn’t implemented it. A coincidence, I’m sure. And you see the obstruction. You see them repeating—parliamentarians repeating—clear talking points out of the Chinese Communist Party. This focus on the Chinese Exclusion Act, which was a sad part of Canada’s history when it was official government policy to be discriminatory and you couldn’t immigrate to Canada if you were of Chinese heritage. And it’s true that was bad. But speaking as someone of the community, people of Chinese heritage don’t live in victimhood. K? That’s not who we are. It’s not part of our culture. We are merit-based. We work hard. We put our heads down, and we get shit done. And so to see now these talking points coming out of the Chinese Communist Party, repeated on the floor of the House of Commons by people who have been alleged to be their proxies, was a huge wake-up call.
