I made a commitment to the American people to cut wasteful spending in Washington. We don't have to wait for Congress to act. Leaders in both parties have worked on cutting waste and making government more efficient. Since we haven't seen as much action out of Congress as we'd like, we're launching our own efforts to address this issue.

This underscores the fundamental difference between the left and conservatives. The left thinks bureaucrats are smarter than the American people. I'd rather trust the 77 million people who elected President Trump to identify the dumb things that taxpayer money is going towards. They're attacking the people President Trump put in charge. You can't question the bureaucrats, even though the smartest bureaucrat, Dr. Fauci, was wrong about many things. They even tried to set up a disinformation governance board to tell us what we can and can't say. I'll trust the guy elected by 77 million Americans to focus on stopping the stupid spending. We have a $36 trillion debt. We should pass Mr. Siskamani's bill again this year.

As president, I will shut down the Department of Education and give the $80 billion budget to parents for K-12 education. I will also require localities to eliminate teachers unions so that public schools can compete with private and charter schools. Civic education should be online, and costs for college education have skyrocketed due to excessive hiring in the managerial class. To cut costs, we need to reduce bureaucracy in the federal government and public universities. I am not a politician, and I understand how to legally shut down the administrative deep state. If Joe Biden can shut down agencies with a constitutional basis, I would support his decision. ICE should be shut down to reduce bureaucracy, but we still need to enforce the laws. We need to focus on our own vision and explain why reducing the size of the federal government will stimulate the economy and restore our constitutional republic.

Crooked Joe Biden has wasted trillions of taxpayer dollars, causing uncontrolled inflation that is hurting working families. To stop inflation and rescue the economy, we must rein in Biden's spending. However, the burden should fall on special interests and Washington bureaucrats, not American families and seniors. The president should have the power to stop unnecessary spending, as Thomas Jefferson and other presidents did. The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 curtailed this power, which is unconstitutional and violates the separation of powers. When I return to the White House, I will challenge this act in court and use impoundment to save money and reduce taxes. We won't touch Medicare or Social Security, and the funds saved can strengthen these programs. Restoring impoundment will also help control spending, balance the budget, and eliminate the deep state and globalists from our government. I alone can make America great again.

The focus should be on these root causes, as resolving them will lead to a healthier economy and civic responsibility.

Even worse, hundreds of thousands were spent on sending designers to a Paris fashion show. Instead of funding these crazy projects, let's redirect that money to secure our border. The administration can bundle savings and send it to us for a simple majority vote, no Democrats needed. There's a debate about whether our biggest threats are internal or external. I believe they're internal. We don't need unlimited military spending or to be everywhere in the world. If we want more money for the military, take it from overseas spending like climate change initiatives. We're giving billions to dictatorships without elections.

Scott and Mike Pence, both Republicans, voted to raise the debt, while Donald Trump added a staggering $8 trillion to our national debt. This is a burden our children will bear. Looking at the 2024 budget, Republicans requested $7.4 billion in earmarks, while Democrats asked for a mere $800 million. It's clear that the Republicans are the big spenders. We need an accountant in the White House to address this issue.

Should we spend millions on things like girl-centric climate change in Brazil or microaggressions among obese Latinx individuals? Scrutiny is good. I want the discovery of waste to lead to permanent change. The minority party likely won't want to cut funding for things like sex changes in Guatemala. If we can save money, like $200,000,000 on an aircraft carrier, we should do a rescission package and fill our $2,000,000,000,000 deficit.

We then put a preamble on the front of that report and say every agency's budget will be cut by X amount as shown in the report, and none of those programs can continue.

If you overspend, you will go bankrupt, and the massive waste and abuse that has been going on has led to a $2 trillion a year deficit. That is what the President was handed on January 20th: a $2 trillion deficit. It's insane.

Republicans should not cut Medicare or Social Security to pay for Biden's spending. Biden has wasted trillions on the Green New Deal and opened our borders to migrants from prisons and mental institutions. Our border is now the worst in the world. Instead of burdening American families and seniors, we should cut spending on corrupt foreign countries, mass releases of illegal aliens, left-wing gender programs in the military, climate extremism, and waste fraud and abuse. We must save Social Security and not let the Democrats destroy it.

I've got one question before I leave: how much can we cut from the $6.5 trillion Harris Biden budget? I believe we can save at least $2 trillion.

The American people are sick of the lies, cheating, and spending. We're seeing the climax of living beyond our means, fueled by the dollar's reserve currency status. The country is bankrupt, morally and financially, with moral bankruptcy leading to abuse of power. Some in Congress want to cut back spending, but there are loopholes. Congress is not doing its job by passing appropriation bills. Trump is asking Republicans to vote for a bill that largely maintains current spending levels, with an additional $8 billion for military spending. They are always trying to kick the can down the road, they are not cutting spending. The whole system is massive, abused, and immoral. It's going to take some time to fix this issue.
