There are people who hate transgender individuals and want to erase their existence. Radical feminists are one group that refuses to accept people like me, not because of pronouns or appearance, but simply because we exist. Even though I don't do anything to upset them, they still say horrible things about me. I recently spoke to someone who works in the gender critical space and she was shocked by the hate she witnessed. These radical feminists view me as a threat to women and are out to harm people like me. It's important to address this hate because it discredits our fight against discrimination. I appreciate the support I've received.

I mentioned that incidents like mine could happen to anyone, especially in Pendleton near Salford Uni where many students live. There are sex offenders serving long sentences in the area. I have gathered evidence for 3 out of 4 elements of my case and am still working on the sexual assault aspect. I am determined to bring this to light.

I have experienced the consequences of abuse and believe women's private spaces should be exclusively for women. Rape victims should not have to undress in front of men. This issue is pervasive in schools and public facilities, and I will fight against it. Critics claim my language fuels transphobia, but I have supported LGBTQ rights while opposing policies that allow men in women's spaces. I've received numerous death threats for my stance, highlighting the extreme reactions from some. Many women, including those from the left, feel marginalized by these policies. It's crucial to protect women's rights without compromising safety. The hypocrisy of those who preach kindness while attacking dissenters is evident. The focus should be on protecting all women's rights, not just those of trans women.

Speaker 0, identifying as the only Black lesbian in the room, asks Senator Winner a direct question about women’s safety in female-only spaces, referencing an incident at Gold’s Gym where she was attacked in a locker room by a self-identifying trans woman with a documented history of domestic violence. She asks what Senator Winner would say to women seeking assurance that their safety will be protected from men who, under California law, can self-identify as women in women-only spaces. Speaker 1 responds that “we want everyone to be safe,” and notes that trans people exist as both men and women, saying, “if you're trans women or women.” He emphasizes the need to protect safety for all, acknowledging that trans women are part of the discussion. Speaker 0 continues, praising Senator Winner for housing bills and other actions, but asserts that “millions of women across America are being harassed and sexually assaulted in locker rooms.” She reiterates that she is a lesbian Black woman, not transphobic or homophobic, and stresses that some bills passed by Winner are dangerous for women and young children. She states she represents her community and urges protection for women in light of concerns about trans-inclusive policies. Speaker 2 interjects, urging Speaker 0 to allow Senator Winner to respond, while Speaker 0 reiterates the need for protection of women, specifying “Women. Women. Trans women are doing things. Women. Women.” She asserts that she was assaulted, adding, “They are not. They are men.” She describes the assailant as someone who “broke his wife’s jaw” requiring reconstructive surgery, and emphasizes her identity as a lesbian who is Black. She invites another Black woman to share her feelings, while also challenging the presence of others in the room. Speaker 1 reiterates the goal of protecting the safety of all women and acknowledges that “trans women are also brutalized in this country.” The conversation emphasizes a tension between protecting women’s safety and acknowledging the experiences of trans women, with Speaker 0 insisting, “We cannot be raped in the bathrooms by men that wanna say they're women. They're not women.” Speaker 2 responds by leaving, citing that the group is not protecting women, and remarks on the bills, stating she has read many of them and still finds issues “not right.” The exchange ends with Speaker 2, introducing herself as Tish Heine, and a comment about not allowing Blackness and civil rights to be used to justify laws for children to transform, followed by a remark about disparities in access to tampons versus transformation medication. The conversation also touches on broader political history, with Speaker 1 and Speaker 0 referencing political dynamics, including a note that “things were going so smoothly” before recalling an earlier moment in 2008 involving Aaron Peskin.

Epstein surrounded himself, I'm sorry, with the powerful leaders of our country and the world. He abused not only me, but countless others, and everyone seemed to look away. He bragged about his powerful friends, including our current president, Donald Trump. I live every day with PTSD, distrusting a world that has betrayed me. There are files, government files that hold the truth about Epstein, who he knew, who owed him, who protected him, and why he was allowed to operate for so long without consequence. Why was Maxwell the only one held accountable when so many others played a role? Why does the government hide this information from the public? This secrecy is not protection. It’s complicity. That is why this bill matters. Passing it will bring accountability, transparency, and prevention, and protect the next generation of predators. This is not just my story; it is about every survivor.

You claim to support privacy and civil rights, yet you disregard women's rights and safety. It's hypocritical to advocate for privacy while pushing for policies that force women, including survivors of sexual abuse, to undress in front of men in bathrooms and locker rooms. As a rape survivor, I find it unacceptable to be placed in such situations.

I don't understand why Congresswoman Mace's safety and privacy are being questioned. She's a victim with valid reasons for wanting only biological women in the women's bathroom. As a trans woman, I respect her feelings and her desire for privacy. This isn't an attack on anyone; it's about her lived experience. After learning about her story, I see her concerns as legitimate. There are gender-neutral bathrooms available, so I don't see why this is such a big issue. She simply wants safety and privacy in women's spaces. Stay tuned for more insights from an informed trans woman.

An inmate survey revealed high rates of sexual assault and violent crimes among trans individuals. Affirming gender transitions may lead to harm. I am a survivor of sexual abuse, and I believe the circumstances that led to my abuse and allowed it to continue are a direct result of the fact that USA Gymnastics and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee failed to do their jobs. I don't want another young gymnast, Olympic athlete, or any individual to experience the horror that I and hundreds of others have endured before, during, and continuing to this day in the wake of the Larry Nassar abuse. I blame Larry Nassar, and I also blame an entire system that enabled and perpetrated his abuse.

Yesterday, at the Department of Justice, I spent several hours reading the unredacted files and the absolutely horrific and depraved messages exchanged among rich and powerful people across every sphere of influence. These individuals sit at the top of governments, academic institutions, giant corporations, and hold positions such as cabinet secretaries. The messages show they absolutely believed they were above the law, above morals, and immune to societal norms. They joked in these emails about pedophiles, about horrific sexual acts with young girls, and about creating spaces—entire islands even—where they could do anything they wanted and get away with it because of their wealth, power, and connections. This was a massive global sex trafficking ring with thousands of victims that we know of and thousands more that we probably don't. So when the DOJ says that there is nothing to investigate, we, the American people, must rise up. We must allow the courage and determination of the survivors who have spoken out at great risk to themselves to push us to never give up until every single one of these predators and pedophiles and predator protectors is brought to justice. It is the voices of the survivors ringing through in the darkness of all of this horror that has gotten us this far. And in speaking to so many of them myself, I know that this effort is not just for them. They're not doing this just for them. They're doing it for their girls, for their children, for other people who have been affected, to all the survivors of sexual assault everywhere across the world who are watching to see if we can get accountability right here in The United States Of America. Many rich and powerful people thought over the decades that they got away with this. They definitely did. You can see it in the emails. But as Lauren said to me the other day, the earth is shaking because every single one of them now is becoming known. And around the world, princes, ambassadors, even prime ministers are being brought down for their participation in this global sex trafficking ring.

A speaker alleges sexual harassment, stating that she and other college women, aged 18 to 22, were exploited and exposed without their consent to a naked man. The speaker claims a 6-foot-4 naked man entered the women's locker room at the university and saw her fully undressed. She says she was unaware of his access until she heard a man's voice, turned, and saw him naked a few feet away while she was unclothed. She accuses the university of allowing college women to be traumatized and violated and questions why they were not protected.

In 2004, my daughter was gang raped by Pakistani Muslims who traveled to our town. When I reported it to the police, they dismissed my concerns and told me to let her choose her boyfriend, despite her being only 13. Afterward, I learned that a gang was looking for me, which made me hesitant to pursue the matter further. My daughter, now in her 30s, has moved on but still carries the memories. I believe those in power, including MPs, have ignored this issue for too long. It’s a national scandal that needs addressing, and I want accountability for those responsible. Thank you for allowing me to share my story.

I'm done protecting those who exploit our children. I don't want to send more people to prison, but we must stop the buying of girls. As a mental health professional, I've seen the deep wounds caused by abuse, often from those meant to protect them. We have a moral responsibility to say enough is enough. Men who buy and sell girls receive minimal consequences, and this cycle must end. We need to focus on the core issues affecting vulnerable children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Democratic Party should not condone this behavior. I urge everyone to draw a line and take a stand against this exploitation. Let's prioritize the safety and well-being of our children.

To the women who chose this moment to come out for the very first time about your abuse, I cannot think of a more important, greater purpose in life than to stand in solidarity. Thank you for choosing this moment for the first time to be so brave to come out and stand in solidarity. Virginia, Sky, Danielle, and Carolyn. Their voices were just as powerful, and they were silenced just as much. Shame on you for using our trauma to weaponize this moment. We are the keys to this situation. We have the truth. Speakers honor the brave women who were victimized, insisting that no one should be above the law and that the government itself failed these women. They note there were hundreds, hundreds of women involved and that millions of girls are watching how society handles sexual abuse, while the government is keeping them from justice, healing, and peace. They urge action: the time to step up, the time to push to fight to ensure justice is now and today is why we are here, call for an official hearing on the books within our committee, and for the Department of Justice to hand over immediately all of the files within its custody, noting that some victims have not been able to access their own files. They conclude these women are still seeking justice and healing, not just regarding Epstein, but not just of Epstein, but of sexual assault across our country.
