I was a maintenance worker at the World Trade Center. On 9/11, before the plane hit, we heard a very loud explosion that came from below. The walls cracked, the ceiling fell, and the sprinklers went off. People were screaming. I thought it came from the mechanical room in Basement 2. About six or seven seconds later, we heard the plane hit the tower. These were two completely separate explosions. There were 14 people in the office who felt the same thing. I testified to the 9/11 Commission behind closed doors, but they didn't include my story in the report. As the last man out, I was left out of the 9/11 Commission report.
