In Arabic, terrorists use days of the week as code names. The war is against Hamas, not Gaza's people. The Israeli government denies reports of babies being beheaded. Gaza's civilians use Israeli-built bunkers to survive. The humanitarian crisis in Gaza is severe.

Growing up as a Palestinian child, you know that the country you live in hates you and is willing to kill you based on video footage. Israel's advanced technology allows them to target Hamas members without bombing the entire region. This level of intelligence suggests that Israel's actions are a massacre and genocide, driven by white supremacy, dictatorship, and control over a people who are innocent of the crimes committed against them.

In Gaza, the situation is dire. Four Palestinian children are killed every hour, and every 15 minutes a child loses their life. The death toll for Palestinians is rising rapidly, with at least 10 killed in just this hour. Many more are losing their homes, leaving them without shelter. Emotionally, it's a catastrophe that demands our attention. As an Israeli, I am deeply ashamed and disturbed by the violence. It feels as though killing children and adults has become acceptable, and it's disheartening to see so many remain indifferent.

Some individuals interviewed believe Hamas are freedom fighters, not terrorists, and are resisting occupation and fighting for their land. One person called the Hamas invasion of Israel on October 7th "a beacon of hope." Another stated the continued existence of Israel is a war crime. One interviewee expressed doubt that Hamas was responsible for the invasion and admitted to needing more information to comment. Another found the unverified reporting of "40 beheaded babies" disgusting.

Since my return, I feel like I'm in a crazy world, having to explain that people are dying. In 2024, with social media and the media, I have to say that there are children dying. I appeal to all of you who can do something, we need to stop this. It's already too late, even if we stop today, it's already too late. Patients arrive already dead on stretchers carried by their families. We've had patients arrive on carts pulled by donkeys because there's no more fuel to transport the dead or because the ambulance drivers are too scared to move in certain areas. We've had patients arrive already dead, and families bring their deceased loved ones. The mortality rate is high, and the lack of resources is a problem. We need to talk about the indirect victims, the lack of means, and the healthcare workers who are also grieving. The children in Gaza are suffering physically and psychologically, and it's heartbreaking to see them play amidst death. We need to do something for the hospitals and especially for the children. It should be the limit for any human being to doubt the innocence of a child. Is it normal that a seven-year-old is paralyzed because of a bullet? Is it normal that a diabetic mother's baby dies because she couldn't receive treatment? We need to open our eyes and acknowledge the inhumanity of it all.

I'm in Israel at a kibbutz near Ouz, where a horrific tragedy occurred. Eighty people were kidnapped, and 30 were killed; almost 25% of the population here. Behind me are the burned buildings, a grim reminder of the slaughter perpetrated by Hamas. Just beyond lies Gaza, the Gaza Strip. The sounds of explosions and gunfire are constant. You can see the smoke rising from the explosions. This very place was the site of some of the worst atrocities committed on October 7th. I felt it was vital to come here and stand against this evil. Americans were killed in this kibbutz, and Americans are currently held hostage by Hamas. We must not leave any American behind.

I'm here with a Jewish block marching for a free Palestine and justice. There's nothing that justifies the attacks on hospitals and the deaths of children in Gaza. I want to show other Jews that these marches aren't fueled by anti-Semitism. Palestinians have invited us to their homes and consider Jews and Muslims as brothers. If any Jew in London feels uneasy, I encourage them to join us wearing their kippas, as they will be met with nothing but love.
