Here's the kicker: these same Mexicans who are yelling at Central Americans are the ones telling Americans that we're awful for not wanting them here. So, I have to ask, why is it okay for Mexicans to reject outsiders, but we're evil when we do the same?

You should be deeply affected by the situation in Gaza. If you're not, it reflects a serious issue with your humanity. As Christians, we must be outraged by the genocide and the misuse of the Bible to justify it; failing to label it as genocide is a moral failure. Some churches have not even called for a ceasefire, and I feel sorry for them. The Palestinian people will endure and rise again from this devastation, as we always have. However, those complicit in this situation will struggle to recover. Your expressions of shock and regret after the genocide will not change anything, and we will not accept apologies after such atrocities.

Being undocumented in the US is a civil offense, like jaywalking or a traffic violation, not a criminal one. People should not use "they broke a law" as justification for hate. Los Angeles-based influencers who aren't speaking out against current events should be forced to use their platforms. White people who don't get involved in ICE raids are cowards. If you voted for or endorse Trump, or don't think ICE raids are problematic, you are a bad person. If you don't speak out against atrocities, you are harmful and a coward. Supporting the president violating congressional law makes you a fascist. If you support ICE or this administration, you aren't smart or pretty. If you think you're pro-life but support this administration, there's nothing pro-life about current events. If you got papers and agree with what's going on, fuck you. LA influencers with large platforms who aren't speaking out against ICE raids don't deserve their platforms and should move. If you aren't horrified by families being separated, you might be the problem. Influencers who can't even reshare something are noticed.

Despite graduating from UCLA and working hard, I don’t qualify for the same grants and funding that illegal immigrants do. Policies should support all Hispanics, not just those born outside the U.S. California has a significant homeless population, yet proposals were made to give illegal immigrants cash for homes. It’s about prioritizing Americans first, not being racist or against my own people.
