I have been accused, and it's been a paid campaign, of being a federal agent because I was at January 6 and did not get charged. However, despite being at January 6 and not trespassing, which is the crime that everybody was charged with, despite not being charged, not having committed a crime, I only had my bank account frozen for six months, I only was placed on the federal no fly list for a year, and I was only subpoenaed by Congress. I testified under oath when I was deposed as part of the subpoena last year, or I think that was rather in 2022, that I did not ever have contact with federal law enforcement at any time during or after any of the election riots or protests. This was a narrative that was cooked up. Nobody was saying this in 2021 or 2022 because all of my legal problems were publicized. I was on the no fly list, I had my money taken, I was banned from everything. It was only after Joe Kent was defeated in 2022 in the midterms that Max Blumenthal, Joe Kent's best friend, wrote a three part hit piece about me with his wife, Anya Parampol, accusing me of being a fed. They paid people, someone paid people, on Influencible to spread this article and the narrative that I'm a Fed. The claim grew that I gave a speech outside the Capitol and I said, we're taking the Capitol back, keep moving. They say I incited people to go in the building. The report says that none of their confidential sources on the ground were encouraging people to go in the building. There were undercover operatives or informants tasked to do that, but there were no undercover agents and out of 26 informants none of them were doing that. If the claim was I was entrapping people, that wasn't happening. The report also says that all the confidential sources were known to law enforcement before and were interviewed afterward. If I were one of the confidential sources, why would they make the mistake of freezing my money and putting me on the no fly list? The New York Times said they did charge me. I testified under oath that I never talked to law enforcement under penalty of perjury. So if anything, they’ve been saying Trump is gonna get in and blow the whistle. I wish he would on January 6 because if anything comes out, they could arrest me for perjury. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars defending myself from the feds; lawyers aren’t cheap. My lawyers, not cheap. I probably spent over 200,000, close to 250,000 in legal fees. All the money that I was given by the mysterious French donor, nearly all of it after it was unfrozen, I wound up spending on legal fees. I had to borrow money from people because my bank account was frozen for six months. I missed weddings of my best friends, funerals of my best friends because I was on the federal no fly list. I haven’t had banking services for four years. I haven’t been able to process a credit card for my business. I’ve been banned from everything—Facebook, Instagram; Twitter until May, not even a year ago. For years I spent defending myself from attacks as a racist and a Nazi and a Holocaust denier, then the tactic switched to accusing me of law enforcement, then gay, pedophile, the usual. The grand irony is that Tucker Carlson, a close friend of Max Blumenthal, collaborated on the piece; Tucker Carlson’s father is a federal agent, and during January 6 Tucker Carlson was not talking about election fraud and said he hated Trump. I’m pulling the veil back a little bit, because this is politics. The election was stolen, and there are these dynamics with Blumenthal, Kent, Tucker, and Max Blumenthal’s wife’s article in The Grey Zone.

There was an event in Atlanta called Stop Cop City; over 60 rioters were charged with domestic terrorism. These groups received money for that from both the billionaire class and taxpayer money. Additionally, this money helps fund decentralized crowdfunding platforms that support Antifa, the John Brown Gun Club of Elm Fork (which had links to the ICE facility attack), the Socialist Rifle Association, and others. Even though some groups don’t have LLCs or EIN numbers, they can still get paid. Some funding platforms are funded by this network that we call Riot Inc. Plans changed, and they left in two cars.

During a press conference, I felt like I was hit with a needle while she hovered over me. I grabbed her phone and tossed it. Capitol police picked me up instead of her and booked me for simple assault. I'm pretty sure the charges will be dropped. It's nonsense lawfare, and it won't stand.

On October 18th, a pro-Hamas group led by Rashida Tlaib illegally occupied the Canon House building. Photos captured organizers texting each other in a chat called "global intifada." During a Homeland Committee hearing, the FBI director, Christopher Lee, admitted he was unaware of the group and its meaning. Over 300 members were arrested, including one with terrorist ties who almost assaulted a congresswoman. The chat also revealed the involvement of Katrina Blakely, a lead attorney at the Southern Poverty Law Center, which the FBI has used as a resource. The congresswoman criticized the FBI for not caring about terrorism and accused them of being a political campaign arm. She also mentioned Tlaib's connection to a Facebook group with known terrorists.

Yesterday, during a 3-hour show, we spoke with people in Washington DC who were heading to the Capitol to make their presence known. However, their efforts were disrupted by Antifa and Black Lives Matter members who went ahead of them and caused damage. These individuals are responsible for the violence. We are on Capitol Hill with helicopters flying around, a rare sight due to left-wing violence. The streets are closed off near the US Capitol, not for peaceful protests but to incite violence and target police. The Biden administration treats these violent left-wing groups differently than those involved in January 6. Charges like conspiracy, sedition, or insurrection are unlikely due to the administration's alliance with them. Unfortunately, we may see more violence from the left leading up to the election, supporting terrorists who harm Americans abroad.

The events of January 6th were not spontaneous; planning began in September involving deep state members and various NGOs. We have identified those involved, and if you're on that list, you should consider leaving the country, as prosecution is likely. We have video evidence of meetings, including one with an infiltrator who recorded them. The planning included participation from groups like the Azov battalion in Ukraine, which is linked to Nazi ideologies. This group is not just labeled as Neo-Nazis; they represent a continuation of Hitler's legacy, marking a troubling resurgence of extremist ideologies.

People are breaking through the barriers of the Capitol Building and rushing to the Capitol Steps. Capitol police are responding to the break and to those who broke through the Capitol barriers.

Three Democrat members of Congress engaged in a physical altercation with ICE agents outside the Delaney Hall Detention Center in New Jersey. The speaker believes this is a new low for congressional Democrats, especially since Democrat leadership sent a statement of support. The Democrats were at the facility to demand its closure. The facility houses violent gang members, rapists, and murderers. The speaker claims Democrats support open borders and MS 13 gang members, want to allow illegals to vote, and want to empty the jails. Republicans, on the other hand, want to detain and deport criminal illegal aliens. US attorney Alina Habba in New Jersey has opened an investigation into the matter. The House Republican Conference is discussing appropriate action to address the behavior.

That incident happened on the Capitol Steps in front of a Capitol police officer. He was engaged in sexually threatening aggressive behavior in front on the Capitol Steps, and he wasn't even asked to step back. This officer was just cool with it. There was footage of Capitol Police officers helping and being sympathetic to the insurrectionists on January 6, and everyone decided it was too politically difficult to deal with, brushing it under the rug. To this day, there has never been an investigation into that. Never. As a result, we have no idea which officers are safe around, and whether those with massive weapons were with that crowd or not. If you raise questions about that, it's construed as attacking the entire institution of public safety. Riddle me that. We saw that in the State of the Union too, with both parties shoveling money in without accountability.

Buses filled with FBI informants, disguised as Trump supporters, were deployed to the Capitol on January 6th. The speaker warns that those responsible for this act will face consequences in the future.

An individual provided video footage purportedly showing two federal agents attacking the Capitol on January 6th. A defense attorney for the Oath Keepers filed a motion identifying 80 "suspicious actors" and "material witnesses" present at the Capitol on January 6th who have not been arrested or charged. These individuals were concentrated in areas where trouble occurred, including the East Side and the Columbus doors. The attorney alleges some worked in tactical two-man teams and were later seen on the terrace. He seeks to identify them using facial recognition and questions if the events were staged. A radio journalist captured footage of two individuals he believed to be government agents. One was encouraging people to enter the Capitol after a window had been broken, even pulling out a pane of glass himself. When he realized he was being filmed, he blamed a protester and shoved him. The other individual was holding open the Columbus doors with a wooden pole and pushing people inside. The journalist who shot the video said the man shoved him. One person claims that the FBI, not Trump supporters, led the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6th.

Speaker 1 identified 48 people as antifa at the Capitol, most of them in disguises. They had Trump flags, American flags, and Trump hats to blend in. Some even entered the Capitol, including a Trumpster and a Viking, who were seen with Nancy Pelosi's daughter and her husband. These individuals are professional agitators from Antifa, not Trump supporters. Additionally, there were people with megaphones discussing the invasion of the Capitol.

Speaker 0 argues that the individual is late, then urges going into the capital, which is described as incitement and premeditated. The speaker asserts the person is on video stating, “we need to breach the capital” and says this is very relevant because people ended up doing it. The claim is that the individual is instigating violence, trying to provoke or catalyze illegal acts so that the government can arrest those involved, describing undercover federal assets as honeypots that goad people into committing crimes to enable arrests of people law enforcement wanted to arrest anyway. The speaker then questions if the DOJ or federal law enforcement is seeking an insurrection, conspiracy, or acts of violence aimed at undermining an act of Congress, and asks why they aren’t looking into this person, suggesting that a lack of interest implies he may be part of the government or federal law enforcement. The implication is that there could be a reason for not pursuing him other than him being unaffiliated, namely that he is working with law enforcement. Ted Cruz is described as addressing this in a Senate hearing, with the speaker plan to read a report from the New York Post. The report is quoted: “magically, mister Epps disappeared from the public posting. According to public records, mister Epps has not been charged with anything. No one has explained why a person videoed, urging people to go to the capital, a person whose conduct was so suspect, the crowd thought he was a fed, would magically disappear from the list of people the FBI was looking at.” The overall claim is that Mister Epps, who encouraged people to go to the capital, vanished from FBI attention without explanation, despite being photographed urging action and being suspected by the crowd of being a federal agent.
