In the past 9 days, I have been working in an intensive care unit for COVID-19 patients. However, I have noticed some unusual medical phenomena that don't align with the expected viral pneumonia. The common understanding is that COVID-19 starts with mild symptoms and progresses to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). But based on what I have seen, I believe we may be treating the wrong disease. This misconception could potentially harm a large number of people in a short period of time. I fear that our current medical paradigm is incorrect and that we need to reevaluate our approach to COVID-19.

The CDC and NVSS changed death certificate reporting in violation of federal law. Two days later, the HHS increased reimbursement for hospitals and doctors who listed everything as COVID, making it the most lucrative diagnosis. There are reports of patients being starved and denied water, possibly to increase the use of Remdesivir. The range of fraudulent death certificates is estimated to be between 88.6% and 94.0%. Reimbursement for a diabetic patient labeled as COVID is 3 to 6 times higher. Hospitals had to go along with this to stay in business. Doctors who spoke up were threatened with license revocation and faced censorship. This is seen as collusion and murder for profit.

When someone dies with COVID-19, it's counted as a COVID-19 death, not just an infection. Doctors are being paid more for listing patients as COVID-19 cases, with $13,000 for a COVID-19 admission and $39,000 if the patient goes on a ventilator. Some believe this treatment approach is wrong and could harm many people.

The speaker received an email from the Department of Health, which included a link to the CDC. The CDC advised physicians to adjust the way death certificates were completed. The speaker, Dr. David Tirstein, questioned what "adjusting death certificates" meant. According to the document, if COVID-19 was considered a contributing condition, it could be listed as a cause of death. However, Dr. Tirstein pointed out that there is a specific box on death certificates for listing contributing conditions, such as emphysema or asthma. He disagreed with the suggestion that COVID-19 should be listed as a cause of death.

A physician received an email from the Department of Health with a CDC link advising them to adjust how death certificates were completed. The CDC document stated that if COVID-19 was thought to be a contributing condition, it could be listed as a cause of death. The physician noted that there is a separate box on death certificates for contributing conditions like emphysema, asthma, or influenza. The physician stated that they were being told that with COVID-19, it could be listed as a cause of death instead of a contributing condition.

I testified in the US Senate on December 7, 2022, stating that the vaccine is causing a significant number of deaths. The vaccine fulfills the criteria for causality according to the Bradford Hill tenets. As of December 23, 2022, the CDC reported over 6,000 Americans who died shortly after receiving the vaccine, but this number is likely underestimated.

The definition of people dying from COVID is simple. If someone is diagnosed with COVID at the time of their death, it is counted as a COVID death. This means that even if someone was already in hospice and given a few weeks to live, but also had COVID, it would be counted as a COVID death. Similarly, if someone died from a different cause but had COVID at the same time, it would still be listed as a COVID death. It's important to note that being listed as a COVID death doesn't necessarily mean it was the cause of death, but rather that the person had COVID at the time of death.

Patients are dying not from COVID, but from treatments like remdesivir causing organ failure. One person's mother died after being given remdesivir against their wishes, leading to organ shutdown. There was a financial incentive for hospitals to admit patients and put them on ventilators, resulting in unnecessary treatments and deaths.

The numbers of people who died of COVID are skewed because many unwell individuals were classified as suspected COVID without testing. Other health conditions seemed nonexistent during COVID, and care home residents who became unwell were automatically considered COVID positive. This caused frustration because the numbers don't accurately reflect COVID deaths. Deaths were classified as COVID positive, suspected COVID, or COVID-related, even with underlying health conditions. Many people who died with a COVID diagnosis were already in a fragile state, where even a minor infection could be fatal. However, it is questionable whether these infections should be considered the cause of death. For example, if we started registering every urinary tract infection that pushed a frail person over the edge, we would have an epidemic of urinary tract infections. The same kind of illogical attribution happened with COVID, where 3,000 expected deaths in hospices were attributed to the virus. This raises the question of what a death certificate should actually indicate: the specific cause of death on a particular day, or the overall cause of death within a certain timeframe.

A person can request to edit a death certificate to include conditions that contributed to the death. According to the speaker, a program introduced by AOC and Chuck Schumer will have FEMA pay $9,000 for every COVID death, using taxpayer money. The speaker claims this is a bribe to inflate COVID death counts, and that AOC and the Democrats are inventing ways to give away taxpayer money and increase debt.

Clarification was sought on how deaths are classified as either from or with COVID-19. The approach has been inclusive, counting any death with COVID-19 as related. For instance, many deaths in residential care were categorized as probable cases despite not being swabbed. Recently, 15 deaths were reported, all classified as with COVID-19. The majority of reported deaths involved COVID-19 as a contributing factor, but it’s acknowledged that individuals could have died from other causes, such as accidents or pre-existing conditions. This aligns with international reporting norms, which include anyone who dies while having an acute COVID-19 infection, regardless of the underlying cause.

Doctors claim they are incentivized to label patients as COVID-19 cases for financial gain, with $13,000 paid by Medicare for each COVID-19 hospital admission and $39,000 if the patient goes on a ventilator. This has led to concerns about misdiagnosis and inappropriate treatment.

Dr. McCulloch is asked to weigh in. Speaker 1 responds that he has presented at FDA advisory meetings and advised companies for decades on regulatory science. He states that when a product definitely results in death, and there are thousands of peer-reviewed papers on this, the COVID vaccines in some people sadly result in death—some on the very first day they take the shot. He argues that this must be a black box warning on the product immediately. He says he checked the package inserts for the currently available products, noting that the ones Senator Blumenthal wants to pursue, and what the Governor still wants to pursue, and what the FDA still wants administered, do not have the word “death” in the package insert. He asserts that Americans are not fairly informed. Speaker 0 asks whether Speaker 1 doubts that the COVID injection caused some deaths, and asks for his view on the numbers listed on VAERS (thirty-seven thousand, six hundred seven, per the prompt) and whether he has any science to back up his opinion. Speaker 1 replies that the best data are autopsies. He references the largest autopsy series published to date and notes that he is the senior author. He says they examined deaths after vaccination, had an adjudication committee and methods of arbitration to decide whether the vaccine caused death, and that in these autopsy cases, seventy-three point nine percent of individuals, it was determined that the vaccine was the cause of death. He mentions Holsher and colleagues, who are right behind him. Speaker 0 reiterates the FDA’s own laws, asking that this be included in the package insert, correct? Speaker 1 confirms, noting that in 2021 Dr. Carol Tocetta, working with the Daily Cloud, wrote about Peters’ marks in 2023 and asked, “where’s the black box warning? Where is it?”

Dr. Fauci and Dr. Brooks discuss concerns about the misreporting of deaths due to COVID-19. They mention that in the past, when testing was not widely available, some countries recorded deaths caused by the virus as heart or kidney issues instead of COVID-19. However, in the US, if someone dies with COVID-19, it is counted as a COVID-19 death. There are concerns raised by coroners about the accuracy of this reporting. The conversation ends with a question about whether this reporting method skews the data.

Normally, the oldest condition is listed as the cause of death, even if COVID was contracted. This led to 96% of COVID death certificates listing an average of 4 comorbidities as contributing factors instead of the actual cause.

Although I am not a doctor, I’m a nurse. On the front lines we knew what was happening. When we asked for ibuprofen, they said no. When we asked why we weren’t giving steroids, the answer was “we’re just following orders.” Following orders has led to the sheer number of deaths in these hospitals. I didn’t see a single patient die of COVID. I’ve seen a substantial number die of negligence and medical malfeasance. When I was on the front lines of New York, I became globally known as the nurse in the break room sobbing, saying they were murdering my patients. Pharmaceutical companies had gone into those hospitals and decided to practice on the minorities, the disadvantaged, the marginalized populations with no advocates, because the very agencies that should protect them were closed while we were sheltering in place. While I was there, pharmaceutical companies rolled out remdesivir onto a substantial number of patients, which we all saw was killing the patients. And now, it’s the FDA-approved drug that is continuing to kill patients in the United States. As nurses, we’ve collected a descriptive amount of information that you may not get from the doctors. Doctors do quantitative data; we do qualitative data with a humanistic, phenomenological approach in nursing research. We’ve collected data from patients across the country for which we’ve helped patients through the American Front Line Nurses and the advocacy network so nurses could advocate for these patients. This data pool shows that as these patients get remdesivir, they have a less than twenty-five percent chance of survival if they get more than two doses. Now they’re rolling it out on children as well and into nursing homes or skilled nursing facilities as early intervention, even though doctors Pierre Corre and Merrick have demonstrated that there are cost-effective medications out there, and we are going to see the amplification of death across the country. We haven’t even touched on vaccines, which our expert panels have described; I won’t touch on that since many are far superior to me. Two days ago I flew out my first 10-year-old with a heart attack and had to fight the ER doctor because he said, “ten-year-olds don’t have heart attacks.” I argued for thirty minutes to force his hand to get an EKG and found a STEMI; the 12-lead EKG lit up. He said it wasn’t possible, and I said, “was just vaccinated yesterday. It is very much possible.” People contact me and the nurse advocates at American Front Line Nurses to help advocate, because there’s victim shaming—“it’s anxiety,” “it’s this.” But if they acknowledge it as a vaccine injury, the physician, the corporation, the hospital, the clinic may not get reimbursed, so it’s labeled as anxiety, neuropathy, or Guillain–Barré syndrome, when it’s very realistically a vaccine injury. I’ve traveled to South America, India, and South Africa, working in hot zones, stopping the spread of the virus and doing early intervention. Nowhere in developing nations do I see these issues that we see here in the United States. I’m a very proud American citizen from a family of immigrants. Our level of health care has deteriorated to substandard third-world-nation health care. You are better off in South America in a field hospital than in level-one trauma designer hospitals in the United States. As nurses, we are getting reports across the country from American frontline nurses about patients not getting food, water, or basic care. How come a patient hasn’t been fed in nine days? Why do I need a court order to force a hospital to feed a person who isn’t intubated and who would like food? If they’re on a ventilator, they’re not given water or basic care. We’re not allowed to take a BiPAP mask off to help someone eat. I’ve had patients who haven’t been bathed, haven’t been fed, and haven’t been given water, or been turned. This isn’t a hospital; this is a concentration camp. Nowhere in the United States do we isolate people for hundreds of hours with no human contact; it’s not allowed even in prisons. In hospitals, we isolate patients from their families for days, and you have to say goodbye over an iPhone, or you have to shuttle people in to see them. I was fired for sneaking a Hispanic family in to say the last rites to their family. Thank you, Senator Johnson, for giving nurses the opportunity to represent our patients, because we’re not often thought of as leading professionals, though we are the missing link between the doctors and the patients. Thank you for this time. Thank you for being a nurse.
