Tulsi Gabbard announced the release of 60,000 additional documents related to the assassination of RFK, following an initial release of 10,000 documents in April. These files, which had been stored in federal government facilities for decades, were digitized and declassified per Trump's executive order. The release includes details about the FBI's investigation, internal memos, and audio recordings of LAPD interviews with Sirhan Sirhan and eyewitnesses. The released files corroborate previous information about rumors circulating on foreign soil that Senator Kennedy had been shot one month prior to his actual assassination date. One FBI document mentions a request to re-examine the assassination based on a forensic scientist's claim that 13 shots, not eight, were fired, suggesting a second gunman. An audio recording includes an interview with a news editor who recounts confusion and delayed information about the shooting. The documents are available online with minimal redactions, excluding social security numbers, tax IDs, and grand jury information.

The National Archives released 10,000 pages of documents related to the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy, available online at archives.gov/rfk, fulfilling President Trump's executive order for maximum transparency. Another 50,000 related pages were recently discovered and will be released later. The released documents include a Department of Justice case file on Sirhan Sirhan with photos and maps, and FBI Boston field office records with the code name "Kensalt." While there's no "smoking gun," the documents raise questions about the assassination, such as the possibility of multiple shooters and the angle of shots fired. One memo references multiple American embassies who were recipients of the cable. RFK Jr. supports the release of all documents, which are unredacted except for legally required personal information. The National Archives also holds records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, including Lee Harvey Oswald's passport and shirt, and the Zapruder camera. The goal is to provide transparency, allowing the public to access these documents and build trust in the government.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released 10,000 pages of documents related to the 1968 assassination of Robert F. Kennedy. This release stems from President Trump's executive order to release all unredacted documents related to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr. The documents, previously un-digitized and unviewed, were found in boxes at the National Archives. They include government investigation materials, discussions in other countries, and State Department cables related to the assassination, as well as questions and theories posed during the investigation. Following the initial release of documents related to President Kennedy's assassination, the search continues for more documents. Over 50,000 additional pages solely around Senator Kennedy's assassination were discovered at the FBI and CIA. These pages are currently being scanned by over a hundred people at the National Archives for a second release.

Speaker 0: Did you hear Trump's take on the JFK assassination, why he didn't release the files? Yeah. I know what Trump's take is. He said that if you knew what I know, you wouldn't tell people either, which is crazy. Well, and What does that mean? That's his position on the UAP thing as well Yeah. Actually. And that's a lot of people's position on it. I mean, you know, Trump is saying, of course, the CIA had knowledge of it. That is known. I mean, I mean, the whole it sounds like it's so funny. There's so many levels and there's so much I don't understand. But the whole JFK conspiracy industry, and it really is an industry, more books written on that than almost any historical topic, is is filled with wackos. Right? There are a lot of wackos in there. But it obscures that fact obscures the larger fact which is the facts themselves tell an unbelievable story. Yeah. And so whatever. I could get into it at great length. But yeah. Yeah. They're they're still classifying documents sixty one years later. Both Trump and Joe Biden have, in violation of my read of federal law, kept those documents secret. There's no living person connected to the Kennedy assassination. It was a couple generations ago. There's no one person whose whose secrets are being protected. It's an institution or maybe countries. There may have been countries involved too. I mean, don't know the answer, but there's clearly something worth protecting. And I know that when I I spoke to someone who'd seen the documents, okay, two years ago and I got I got one fact out of him, which is, yes, the CIA was involved. And by CIA, CIA is a huge organization, but James Jesus Angleton, the head of the operations directorate, had knowledge of this, which I think is well known. But that that's the view of someone who saw the documents. So I thought that was news, so I went on TV and said that. The next day, I'll never forget it, I went quail hunting, and I was driving back and I got a phone call from Mike Pompeo's lawyer. Mike Pompeo was the Secretary of State, but before then he was the Director of the CIA. And in that position, he plotted the murder of Julian Assange, so he is a criminal as far as I'm concerned. But his lawyer called me and said, you know, you should know that anyone who tells you the contents of classified documents has committed a crime. He's threatening me. It's in my car. I'll never with my dog sitting next to me. I'll never forget this. And I said, are you really saying that to reveal that the US government had a role in the murder of a democratically elected president to say that out loud, that's the crime? What about the actual crime which is murdering a president? Like, you're covering up for that, Mike Pompeo. He had no no response at all. And so Mike Pompeo is the one who pressed Trump to keep those documents secret. And so it's like, what's crazy to me is not just that Pompeo did that. I think Pompeo was a really sinister person and a and a criminal. I think that. I think that because the facts suggest that. He was caught. Yahoo News, Mike Issachoff wrote a long piece on this several years ago. His employees went to Mike Issachoff and said, hey. Mike Pompeo was plotting to murder Julian Assange who's never even been charged with a crime in The United States as CIA director. That's illegal. You're not allowed federal employees are not allowed to just kill people they don't like. Okay? Just to set the baseline here. So that's who Mike Pompeo is, but he somehow intimidated Trump into not releasing this. Well, okay. That's all bad. Right? I think it's criminal behavior. What's crazy is how Mike Pompeo is treated. He's treated as like a republican pooh bah in good standing. He fully expects to become the secretary of defense in a Trump administration, which is like completely insane. Why would you get criminal and give him nuclear weapons? Okay. That's my view. I think it's a common sense view. And like he goes to fundraisers and dinners and everyone's like, hey, Mike Pompeo. It's like, no. You're the guy who kept information the public has right to know secret. You're the guy who plotted the murder of someone who committed no crime. You are the outlaw. You are the bad guy. But no. He's treated as like, you know, like a pillar of republican Washington. I think that's I think it's mind bending to watch that.

Speaker 0 and Speaker 1 discuss how acts of violence are scrutinized differently and question the narratives around notable events. They reference the shooting at Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, noting it as an expensive topic and implying oddities in coverage. They mention the shooting of Thomas Crooks, criticizing the defense setup for Trump and contrasting it with the shooter’s protections, suggesting a “Jack Ruby figure” behind the scenes who was responsible for eliminating the assassin after the act. They say the person in charge of post-assassination security for Trump “popped the assassin,” yet isn’t being prosecuted, and express shock at this discrepancy. Speaker 1 identifies the person behind Trump as a “Jack Ruby figure” and notes that news agencies were present at an otherwise irrelevant Butler rally. They describe a strange, behind-the-scenes detail: a man named Joseph Fusca sat behind Trump. Fusca is associated with the QAnon crowd and rumors that JFK Jr. is waiting to return to save the world; they dismiss these claims as a “total crock.” Despite this, Fusca is described as being present at the rally, and there is curiosity about who he is. The speaker notes that, at the moment Trump is shot, Fusca does not react, and there are two pieces of footage referenced but not shown here. Speaker 0 remarks that Fusca is someone they have seen in photographs before and had been discussed previously. They describe having followed deep rabbit holes to uncover such figures and identities. The conversation broadens to the idea of entering a broader, hidden ecosystem of information, comparing the experience to encountering Gobekli Tepe in the sense that once you go down these rabbit holes, you discover a vast, previously unknown landscape. They also connect these exploration moments to broader questions about trust, recalling Kennedy’s assassination and mentioning Building 7 in conversation with Ron Joss and others in their circle, suggesting a pattern of distrust toward established narratives. The speakers describe a process of increasingly questioning conventional explanations as they pursue these threads.

The speaker is part of a senate bipartisan investigation into an assassination attempt. According to the speaker, the Secret Service and FBI are dragging their feet and not providing requested documents, such as 302s and interview transcriptions. Documents that are provided are heavily redacted and delivered the day of the interview, making them unusable. The speaker believes this behavior is suspicious and fuels conspiracy theories. They claim releasing the body for cremation before autopsy or toxicology reports further drives suspicion and conspiracy theories.

The speaker states that despite an executive order for full declassification, files related to the murders of his uncle, father, and Martin Luther King have not all been released. He believes evidence confirms his uncle was killed by a conspiracy, referencing the Church Committee's findings and numerous confessions. Regarding his father's death, he claims the case was never properly investigated. He alleges Sirhan Sirhan did not act alone and couldn't have fired the shots that killed his father, citing eyewitness accounts and autopsy reports. He points to a security guard, Thane Cesar, as a possible shooter, noting Cesar's CIA ties and the destruction of evidence by the LAPD. He is confident President Trump will release accessible documents, but doesn't expect groundbreaking revelations regarding his uncle's case, as much is already known. He believes existing evidence is sufficient to prove a conspiracy in court.

The Kennedy family had a long-standing feud with the CIA. Joseph Kennedy, the family patriarch, called for an end to the CIA's operations, and John and Robert Kennedy criticized the CIA's role in Vietnam. Before his assassination, John Kennedy planned to remove the clandestine services from the CIA. There were many enemies, not just from the CIA, who opposed the family. It wasn't until recently that doubts arose about who killed John Kennedy. Paul Schrade, a close friend of Robert Kennedy, believes Sirhan Sirhan did not act alone. The autopsy report and ballistic evidence suggest that Sirhan couldn't have shot John Kennedy from behind. The speaker doesn't draw any conclusions but emphasizes the importance of facts, autopsy reports, ballistic evidence, and eyewitness accounts. The involvement of the CIA or another government agency remains uncertain.

The lawyer told him that anyone who reveals contents of classified documents has committed a crime, and the speaker recalls driving with his dog and asks if revealing that the U.S. government had a role in the murder of a democratically elected president constitutes the crime, while suggesting Pompeo is protecting the murder. The speaker says Pompeo had no response. The speaker asserts Pompeo pressed Trump to keep the documents secret and calls Pompeo sinister and criminal, citing that Pompeo was caught—referencing Yahoo News, Mike Issachoff’s piece—where Issachoff’s sources claimed Pompeo was plotting to murder Julian Assange, who had not been charged in the U.S. as CIA director. He states federal employees are not allowed to kill people they don’t like. He contends Pompeo pressured Trump to withhold information the public has a right to know and that Pompeo plotted the murder of someone who committed no crime. Finally, the speaker questions how Pompeo is treated in Republican Washington, noting he is treated as a respected figure and potential secretary of defense in a Trump administration, despite being described as criminal for keeping information secret and for plotting a murder. He finds it mind-bending that Pompeo is treated as a pillar of Republican Washington.

Speaker 0 introduces the topic of Israel allegedly having influence over the US government and mentions that Israel assassinated JFK, pointing to William Cooper as the source who was also assassinated by Israel. Speaker 0 references Cooper’s book Behold a Pale Horse and notes that Cooper was the first to obtain original footage from a CIA whistleblower showing who shot Kennedy and how they shot Kennedy. He says the media’s clips started at a cropped frame, and that Cooper’s release prompted further questions. Speaker 1 explains that the assassin was the driver in the car with Kennedy, visible in a film with public help. He brings the film, saying it shows the motorcade on Elm Street in front of the Book Depository Building, Kennedy having been shot in the throat, Jacqueline pulling Kennedy toward him in shock, and the driver turning around with a pistol in his left hand, firing over his right shoulder and shooting the president in the head. Speaker 2 asks for a repeat and then the duo watches the film. Speaker 1 identifies the driver as William Greer, noting he was a secret service agent. He describes the weapon as an electrically operated gas-powered assassination pistol built especially for the Central Intelligence Agency, asserting there is no puff of smoke. Speaker 2 questions whether the weapon is indeed a pistol in the lower right corner of the frame. Speaker 1 confirms it is an air-operated pistol (pneumatic) and claims it fired an exploding pellet that injected shellfish toxin into the president’s brain, so that if the pellet’s explosion did not kill him, the toxin would. He states that he read all of this in the documents. Speaker 0 asks what type of weapon was used to assassinate JFK and references the 1963 time frame, saying that intelligence agencies would have such weapons. He then questions whether intelligence agencies could have used such weapons to assassinate Charlie Kirk. He suggests listening to Jack Posobiec and others who are “carrying water for this administration,” implying time will tell.

Trump stated Comey knew what it meant and called him a "dirty cop." Tulsi Gabbard believes Comey should be jailed for issuing a call to assassinate the president. The speaker claims Democrats want Trump killed, citing Comey's post, Benny Thompson's legislation to deny Trump Secret Service protection, and the Biden administration restricting Trump's protection. The speaker believes Comey spied on Trump during the Obama administration and that Bill Barr should have prosecuted him. The speaker suggests the FBI should be defunded and its powers curtailed, and a separate entity reporting to the President should investigate the FBI and DOJ. The speaker also suggests investigating the Biden crime family and censorship of Americans. The speaker believes deep state agencies like the FBI and IRS target Americans based on political beliefs and should be shut down.

The speaker believes the CIA was involved in some way, but doesn't think protecting the CIA is the reason for the delay, especially after the Church Committee hearings. The speaker questions who is being protected and if a foreign government is involved, stating there is active pressure on elected officials to stop the disclosure. Every precaution was taken, yet President Kennedy's assassination nearly repeated itself on July 13th. Cascading failures allowed the shooter to outmaneuver security. Questions arose regarding the Secret Service's response to the threat, particularly the disparity in resource allocation between First Lady Jill Biden's and former President Trump's events. Whistleblowers revealed unchecked IDs, obstructed lines of sight, and insufficient personnel at Trump's rally. Concerns emerged about communication breakdowns, delayed responses, and the possibility of a stand-down order. The lack of recorded communications and the absence of a vulnerability assessment further compounded the issues. Investigations are underway, but questions remain about the failures leading to the attempted assassination.
