I never entered the Capitol on January 6th; I stood outside for eight minutes filming a video. I did not engage in or witness any violence or destruction. After posting the video, I was raided by the FBI and charged with felonies, eventually taking a misdemeanor plea deal. I question why some are upset about illegal immigration but not about the FBI raids on those who trespassed at the Capitol. Regarding my plea deal, I met with the DOJ as required, but the media misrepresented my situation. The documents revealed that none of the individuals I was questioned about were charged or convicted of any crime.

I have been accused, and it's been a paid campaign, of being a federal agent because I was at January 6 and did not get charged. However, despite being at January 6 and not trespassing, which is the crime that everybody was charged with, despite not being charged, not having committed a crime, I only had my bank account frozen for six months, I only was placed on the federal no fly list for a year, and I was only subpoenaed by Congress. I testified under oath when I was deposed as part of the subpoena last year, or I think that was rather in 2022, that I did not ever have contact with federal law enforcement at any time during or after any of the election riots or protests. This was a narrative that was cooked up. Nobody was saying this in 2021 or 2022 because all of my legal problems were publicized. I was on the no fly list, I had my money taken, I was banned from everything. It was only after Joe Kent was defeated in 2022 in the midterms that Max Blumenthal, Joe Kent's best friend, wrote a three part hit piece about me with his wife, Anya Parampol, accusing me of being a fed. They paid people, someone paid people, on Influencible to spread this article and the narrative that I'm a Fed. The claim grew that I gave a speech outside the Capitol and I said, we're taking the Capitol back, keep moving. They say I incited people to go in the building. The report says that none of their confidential sources on the ground were encouraging people to go in the building. There were undercover operatives or informants tasked to do that, but there were no undercover agents and out of 26 informants none of them were doing that. If the claim was I was entrapping people, that wasn't happening. The report also says that all the confidential sources were known to law enforcement before and were interviewed afterward. If I were one of the confidential sources, why would they make the mistake of freezing my money and putting me on the no fly list? The New York Times said they did charge me. I testified under oath that I never talked to law enforcement under penalty of perjury. So if anything, they’ve been saying Trump is gonna get in and blow the whistle. I wish he would on January 6 because if anything comes out, they could arrest me for perjury. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars defending myself from the feds; lawyers aren’t cheap. My lawyers, not cheap. I probably spent over 200,000, close to 250,000 in legal fees. All the money that I was given by the mysterious French donor, nearly all of it after it was unfrozen, I wound up spending on legal fees. I had to borrow money from people because my bank account was frozen for six months. I missed weddings of my best friends, funerals of my best friends because I was on the federal no fly list. I haven’t had banking services for four years. I haven’t been able to process a credit card for my business. I’ve been banned from everything—Facebook, Instagram; Twitter until May, not even a year ago. For years I spent defending myself from attacks as a racist and a Nazi and a Holocaust denier, then the tactic switched to accusing me of law enforcement, then gay, pedophile, the usual. The grand irony is that Tucker Carlson, a close friend of Max Blumenthal, collaborated on the piece; Tucker Carlson’s father is a federal agent, and during January 6 Tucker Carlson was not talking about election fraud and said he hated Trump. I’m pulling the veil back a little bit, because this is politics. The election was stolen, and there are these dynamics with Blumenthal, Kent, Tucker, and Max Blumenthal’s wife’s article in The Grey Zone.

I urge people to take action to ensure real justice in the face of government overreach.

I was acquitted of all charges relating to the Public Health Act of Alberta. I was arrested for serving hamburgers and pouring coffee, but the hearing took only 5 minutes and both sides agreed on the acquittal. I don't feel any different today than I did yesterday. I never felt despair because I knew this was part of the process when I took a stand against the public health restrictions. I'm happy with the outcome as I won't face fines. Thanks to Williamson Law, the Democracy Fund, Rebel News, and everyone who supported and contributed to the crowdfunding, I was able to fight against the government.

You think about Trump pardoning the January? Not so good. There were crimes that were committed. I did nine hundred days in solitary confinement, four years and six days without a trial in the DC Jail. I was never convicted. I was pardoned on 01/21/2025. I was arrested January 16. I never had a trial. Do you think that's wrong. No. That's wrong. So why was pardoning us wrong then? We had no chance in the DC Jail, in the DC court system. Is it a crime to stand up for your country against a stolen election? If you were an American, yes. Not would die. If the Democrats arrested you that you would get a fair jury trial in DC? I would certainly hope so. But but Republicans don't. Trump supporters don't. You're hoping it does not make it true. Bureaucrats, they couldn't care less about their constituency.

The Biden administration weaponized the Justice Department against me and my family for whistleblowing about gender-affirming care at Texas Children's Hospital. A Health and Human Services memo signaled that anyone interfering with such care would be targeted. I was indicted on patient privacy violations, but the DOJ was the one releasing patient initials. Facing years in prison and financial ruin, my family spent almost $2,000,000 defending me. The prosecutor even threatened my wife, who was onboarding as a federal prosecutor. I was willing to go to jail to expose the injustice. X was a lifeline, enabling me to share my story. The case was dismissed with prejudice, a victory after immense pain. Now, I seek accountability for those who abused their authority, hoping this never happens to anyone again.

My name is Roger Veer, and I'm a former American citizen now facing a possible life sentence for crimes I didn't commit. Growing up in Silicon Valley, I became fascinated with free market economics and libertarian ideals. I even ran for office as a Libertarian. My criticism of the ATF led to politically motivated charges related to selling firecrackers. After serving time, I left the U.S. Later, I became an early advocate for Bitcoin, recognizing its power to promote economic freedom and undermine government control. Now, I'm arrested in Spain on tax evasion and mail fraud charges that I believe are politically motivated, and a form of lawfare. I had sought legal counsel to ensure compliance with the law. This isn't about taxes; it's about suppressing freedom.

This case highlights how the government can exploit its resources to crush dissent. This isn't the America I grew up in.

The Department of Justice failed to disclose this evidence during the prosecution. I went to the media about it, which led to a criminal investigation against me and being put on the no-fly list. This experience showed me the power and aggression of the government when you go against their narrative, even if it's based on falsehoods.

I have won against a civil lawsuit filed by eight Capitol police officers who accused me of participating in the January 6th attack. The case was driven by a Soros-funded law firm and perpetuated lies about the event and race. They claimed I engaged in the riot, made threats of violence, and breached barricaded areas. However, through discovery, it was revealed that none of the plaintiffs were even present where I was. Despite being investigated by the FBI and DOJ, I was never accused of any violent crimes. After spending $150,000 on my defense, all counts against me have been dismissed. The plaintiffs have conceded and the case is over.

This is a continuation of what I believe is the greatest witch hunt of all time. The judge in this case has ruled that my properties are worth much less than they actually are. The attorney general who brought these charges against me is a racist and a failure. She used this case to try to get me before she even knew anything about me. My financial statements are actually better than what was reported. The banks were not affected and were paid back on time. There was no crime committed. This is all an attempt to damage me in the election. Our country is in serious decline and I'm running to fix it. Thank you.

The weaponization of prosecutors for political purposes is a grave constitutional crisis. I’m committed to fighting for justice. I'm writing a book about my experience, a journey from the governor’s mansion to prison. My faith and family sustained me. I plan to continue consulting and writing, and I hope to help President Trump reform our justice system. I haven't decided about running for office again; my wife is against it!

He recounts a sequence in which five children testified about an incident involving Jamal. He references Judge Nicklin, who he says stated that “the five kids just made up that they were attacked by Jamal.” He emphasizes that these five children had previously spoken about the matter before his involvement. He explains that, as a journalist, he interviewed them and “repeated it,” and then asserts that the group used bankruptcy through the legal system to try to intimidate him. When bankruptcy leverage did not achieve the desired effect, he says they targeted his family’s home. He describes the home being boxed in, live streamed, and people sent to the residence, with threats to kill his kids. He notes that the fallout over those years left him bitter about what happened and that he remained “all in anyway,” framing this as something he did in response to the situation. He says he carried that weapon, calling it a weapon, while he sat there for three years thinking he had a film that “absolutely annihilates them.” He claims the film reached 53,000,000 views, arguing that the public had an interest in knowing the truth about the story. He asserts that the courts did not allow him to fight public interest through legal channels. He states that he has been through the court system and claims to have been imprisoned unjustly, unlawfully, and that he watched people celebrate it. He acknowledges personal flaws by saying, “And I’m not perfect,” and notes that if one follows his life, he has been in some bad places over those three years.

Joby Weeks, also referred to as Jobadiah Weeks, discusses his six-year house arrest and the controversy surrounding his involvement with BitClub Network, a cryptocurrency mining venture he helped launch and promote. Investigators describe BitClub as a Ponzi scheme that bilked victims of hundreds of millions of dollars, while Weeks frames the operation as a legitimate data-center mining business that paid members daily and built what he calls the largest Bitcoin mining pool in the world. Weeks describes his early life as a hustler who started small businesses at a young age to support his family, then became an entrepreneur who traveled to about 100 countries and founded and financed technologies in the United States. He explains that he joined BitClub as a member and vendor, selling mining hardware, computer equipment, and related services. BitClub promoted high-growth crypto opportunities and mining operations, asserting that mining hardware could generate profits and that their data centers—established in Iceland, Georgia, Norway, with power sourced from Canada and a facility in Montana—could scale to enormous output, with the Montana project described as 300 megawatts and the largest Bitcoin mine in the world. The government charged Weeks on 12/05/2019 with selling unregistered securities and wire fraud, and labeled BitClub a Ponzi scheme. Weeks insists BitClub sold physical mining hardware and not securities, providing invoices, tracking numbers, duties and tariffs paid, and descriptions of data centers and payments to participants. He claims the government raided BitClub’s data centers and seized assets, including miners and cryptocurrency, after weeks of cooperation and meetings with federal agents, including a controversial encounter at a Tony Robbins event. Weeks recounts being shuffled through jail and jail-to-jail transfers for eleven months, denied bail and a trial, with his attorney offering two choices: five years in jail innocent or one year in jail guilty. He ultimately signed a plea to secure his release, but maintains that the charges were misapplied and that there were no verified victims, citing a pre-plea assertion that “there is no victim, no crime.” He describes ongoing legal battles involving twelve prosecutors, repeated delays, and the absence of victims testifying or restitution measures. Supporters perspective includes claims that BitClub was a startup in the Wild West rather than a fraud, and that the government’s asset seizures harmed victims. A white paper with Attorney Alan Dershowitz alleges multiple constitutional and process failings: retroactive charging, selective prosecution, indiscriminate conspiracy liability, asset seizures without safeguards, discovery violations, absence of victims and restitution, unsettled regulatory backdrop, and erosion of speedy-trial protections. The white paper argues that under current standards the case would not go forward today. Weeks also references post-incident developments, including the Biden administration’s crypto actions and the Genius Act, noting the SEC’s stance that proof-of-work mining (as with Bitcoin) does not fall under its securities definition. He contends that early crypto pioneers faced punitive measures, while others who were early investors or promoters avoided similar consequences. Weeks emphasizes his belief that the government seized assets rather than seeking restitution, and he advocates for the return of miners and Bitcoin to make victims whole. Throughout, Weeks and supporters stress his intent to advance disruptive technologies and financial freedom, arguing that his actions were mischaracterized as fraudulent. They frame his six-year confinement as an injustice and call for the dismissal of charges and the return of belongings so he can continue contributing to pioneering crypto initiatives.
