Are you worried about migrant groups working to obstruct ICE? Federal officials report that activists are increasingly tracking ICE movements and educating migrants on their rights, such as not answering questions or allowing entry without a warrant. Some believe these actions protect criminals and hinder law enforcement. In New Jersey, Governor Phil Murphy has housed a migrant at his home, challenging federal authorities to find her. This approach is seen as reckless, with concerns that it endangers people and defies legal processes. If charges arise against the governor for his actions, some believe he deserves them for protecting someone unlawfully present in the country.

Speaker 0: When I was actually walking out here, somebody sent me a photo of a CNN headline about what happened in Minneapolis. And this is the headline. I'm just gonna read it. Outrage after ICE officer kills US citizen in Minneapolis. Well, that's one way to put it, and that is the way that many people in the corporate media have put this attack over the last twenty four hours. And I say attack very, very intentionally because this was an attack on federal law enforcement. This was an attack on law and order. This was an attack on the American people. The way that the media by and large has reported this story has been an absolute disgrace and it puts our law enforcement officers at risk every single day. What that headline leaves out is the fact that that very off ICE officer nearly had his life ended, dragged by a car six months ago, thirty three stitches in his legs. So you think maybe he's a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him with an automobile? What that headline leaves out is that that woman was there to interfere with a legitimate law enforcement operation in The United States Of America. What that headline leaves out is that that woman has is part of a broader left wing network to attack, to docks, to assault, and to make it impossible for our ICE officers to do their job. If the media wants to tell the truth, they ought to tell the truth that a group of left wing radicals have been working tirelessly, sometimes using domestic terror techniques to try to make it impossible for the president of The United States to do what the American people elected him to do, which is enforce our immigration laws. The president stands with ICE. I stand with ICE. We stand with all of our law enforcement officers. And part of that is recognizing that you people in the media, not everybody in this room, but many people in this room have been lying about this attack. She was trying to ram this guy with his with her car. He shot back. He defended himself. He's already been seriously wounded in law enforcement operations before, and everybody who's been repeating the lie that this is some innocent woman who was out for a drive in Minneapolis when a law enforcement officer shot at her, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Every single one of you. Questions? Thank you, mister Vice

Speaker 0 argues that the premise is disgusting and cites CBS admitting that sixty percent of those arrested had criminal charges or convictions, while noting the majority were non-violent. They question what “non-violent” includes, listing drug trafficking, child porn, fraud, DUI, and human smuggling, and mock the idea of those as harmless offenses. They accuse CBS of trying to influence public perception and claim, “What are you trying to do here? It’s like you want more people to die.” They proceed to highlight CBS’s claim that forty percent of ICE arrestees had no criminal past, arguing the distinction should be about status in The US. They counter with examples: an MS-13 member who shot, tortured, and murdered five people but “forget it, in El Salvador,” suggesting he’s nonviolent because he wasn’t convicted in the US. They compare this to other cases where alleged criminals killed in the US had no prior US criminal history, and to scammers running fake day cares who haven’t been prosecuted yet. The speaker contends that crimes committed outside The US do not count, and posits that we should owe Nicolas Maduro an apology. They note that this is coming from “the same media that lectures one death is too many, which is used to justify insane regulations in public health policies,” referencing the pandemic and the claim that “a single death is a tragedy,” contrasted with a later statement about a jogger being killed during lunch. They frame the report as an effort to stop deporting bad people by portraying the target as peaceful illegals and by saying they lied when they claimed to do “the worst first.” They argue that resisting the goal of deporting the worst first forced ICE to use a wider net that included all illegals. They claim that if Waltz or Fry had cooperated, the issue would never have arisen, and state that their goal was to prevent deporting criminals so ICE would be forced to sift through all illegals, which would be a political win for those who would say, “They’re not going after the worst after all.” The speaker concludes it’s moronic, not to protect people but to protect political power, and that this allows the narrative to say a murderous felon came here looking for a better life, when in fact, it was a better knife.

Homeland Security Investigations tip line. A Houston journalist says he went undercover at a meeting for the party for socialist liberation, which is partnering with Houston Leads, "a coalition of a whole bunch of far left wing NGOs," and "building a mass volunteer network to confront ICE operations in Houston with the stated goal of, chasing ICE agents out of neighborhoods in Houston." He says a video is on X under "Joseph Tremor" with about 100,000 views, and he has tagged local politicians and agencies. He claims they are modeling their actions in Houston after Ventura, California, at a marijuana farm where "their sister or friend organization PSL over there confronted ICE agents and prevented illegal aliens from being, arrested in this pot farm where you guys found undocumented alien children working there." The journalist says the content is alarming and not 100% sure of legality but concerning. A story will publish tomorrow; he contacted the tip line; agent ID 2064.

We believe the leaks originated internally. The Aurora leak is under investigation, and we've identified a suspect. Regarding the California leak, Secretary Noem is partially correct; the information points towards the FBI. The Deputy Attorney General has launched a criminal investigation. The individual responsible will face job loss, pension forfeiture, and jail time. The DHS Inspector General is investigating the first leak, and a criminal investigation has been opened into the second. We're committed to holding those responsible criminally accountable. Leaking information jeopardizes officers' lives by potentially alerting criminals, leading to dangerous ambushes. This isn't a game; DHS and DOJ are working together to ensure swift justice.

It's unbelievable that some jurisdictions won't cooperate with ICE, especially in cases of illegal aliens charged with heinous crimes against children. In Massachusetts, ICE Boston recently arrested a Guatemalan illegal alien for multiple counts of child rape, but he was initially released due to sanctuary policies ignoring ICE's detainer request. Similarly, a Turkish illegal alien charged with assault against a disabled person was released by Somerville, another sanctuary city. Across the U.S., ICE Seattle arrested a Salvadoran illegal alien wanted for homicide, and in Los Angeles, a Guatemalan illegal alien was arrested for sexual assault. In Colorado, the DEA made several arrests of illegal immigrants involved in serious crimes, including kidnapping and fentanyl trafficking. It's shocking that someone charged with child rape could even be released on bail in Massachusetts.

ICE has also arrested illegal alien gang members, but deportation efforts face resistance due to leaked memos. The source of one leak, potentially within the FBI, is under investigation and will be prosecuted if found. A House Judiciary subcommittee hearing addressed reining in the administrative state, criticizing Democrats for focusing on Elon Musk instead of overregulation. We're the party of common sense, while Democrats defend crazy spending and policies. We will fight in court for access to information, because the American people deserve to know the truth. Kash Patel, who exposed the Russia investigation "baloney," should be the next FBI director.

If an FBI employee leaked an ICE memo, allowing gang members to evade capture, there should be consequences. Interfering with legitimate law enforcement operations, like deporting criminals, is a serious offense that should be prosecuted. Leaking information to criminals that jeopardizes the safety of law enforcement officials is as wrong as it gets. I believe the Justice Department will investigate and prosecute anyone found to be tipping off criminals and helping them evade law enforcement.

I’m not going back to Haiti. ICE has arrested several illegal aliens, including a Haitian gang member with 17 convictions, a Brazilian with an INTERPOL red notice for armed robbery, and others charged with serious crimes. Many were released by sanctuary jurisdictions, which ignored ICE detainer requests. When ICE targeted one individual, they also arrested another illegal alien found with him. ICE plans to continue operations in sanctuary areas, emphasizing that they will find and deport those released back into the community. Recent arrests included a Honduran for rape and a Haitian arrested for sexual assault after entering the U.S. through a controversial program. Although sanctuary cities don’t have to cooperate with ICE, the agency will enforce the law regardless.

The speaker expresses shock at activist judges, one of whom compared the operation to Nazis and the Holocaust. They claim that President Trump is acting within his authority via the Alien Enemies Act and executive action, using existing laws to secure the border and remove public safety threats, unlike the Biden administration. The speaker says that captured terrorists will be detained, not released. If removal via the Alien Enemies Act fails, they will be removed via title eight or sent to Gitmo. Efforts to find and remove illegal alien public safety and national security threats, especially terrorists and MS 13 members, will continue. The speaker says that Secretary Noem is investigating those responsible for tipping off illegal immigrants about pending raids, with polygraphs administered and individuals turned over to the DOJ. Leaking information will result in job loss and imprisonment.

It is a crime to not comply with ICE removal orders or hinder one's removal ordered by a federal judge. Speaker 2 anticipates more judges in sanctuary cities making "bad decisions." Supporting sanctuary cities is acceptable, but impeding ICE is a felony that will lead to a request for DOJ prosecution. ICE is continuing operations despite protests, having made 18 arrests yesterday via criminal warrants related to a criminal investigation. More resources are being brought in to counter protesters, with a warning that crossing the line into impeding officers, physical contact, or property destruction will result in prosecution. The Trump administration, with DOJ involvement, will take action against public officials threatening ICE agents. ICE agents are facing threats and doxxing, leading them to wear masks for protection. Arrests include child sex offenders, individuals convicted of robbery, gang members, and those posing public safety and national security threats. The term "illegal aliens" is used to describe individuals who committed crimes by illegally crossing the border and committing further offenses, such as money laundering and tax evasion to fund cartels. Democrats are demanding ICE agents be unmasked, while ICE claims agents are being doxxed and their families threatened. Comparisons of ICE to the KKK and Nazis by elected officials are fueling hatred and raising concerns about potential violence against ICE agents.

Some activists are using bullhorns and sirens to warn migrants of ICE presence, advising them of their rights not to speak or open doors without a warrant. This doxxing puts agents at risk. As someone who has experienced similar threats, I can say that these agents don't deserve this treatment. They are working to make their community safer by focusing on criminal threats and national security.
