The officers note, 'Everything that you told us is gonna be noted in the report.' A request is made: 'Get a female.' She says, 'Do not touch me. I'm a Muslim.' The officer replies, 'Okay. I'm gonna buckle you up. Okay? For safety.' She insists, 'I'm going to jail.'

You are not the law; you serve it. If anyone wants to talk to you, they can. You’re protected here, yet you act like a coward. I’m a Jew and a citizen, and I have the right to be here. You’re trying to incite me, but I just want to document the hate crime. I don’t need your permission to move. In the interest of public safety, you’re under arrest. I’m standing on the sidewalk in my neighborhood, and this feels like the path of least resistance for the police. We need to clarify the situation.

I support Palestine and I don't consider my actions a crime. I vandalized a Starbucks and didn't hide my face because I believe I'm fighting for justice and peace. The next morning, the police were called on me by a Jewish boy and his girlfriend who questioned my actions. Well, that's one way to put it, and that is the way that many people in the corporate media have put this attack over the last twenty four hours. And I say attack very, very intentionally because this was an attack on federal law enforcement. This was an attack on law and order. This was an attack on the American people. The way that the media by and large has reported this story has been an absolute disgrace and it puts our law enforcement officers at risk every single day. What that headline leaves out is the fact that that very off ICE officer nearly had his life ended, dragged by a car six months ago, thirty three stitches in his legs. So you think maybe he's a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him with an automobile? What that headline leaves out is that that woman was there to interfere with a legitimate law enforcement operation in The United States Of America. What that headline leaves out is that that woman has is part of a broader left wing network to attack, to docks, to assault, and to make it impossible for our ICE officers to do their job. If the media wants to tell the truth, they ought to tell the truth that a group of left wing radicals have been working tirelessly, sometimes using domestic terror techniques to try to make it impossible for the president of The United States to do what the American people elected him to do, which is enforce our immigration laws. The president stands with ICE. I stand with ICE. We stand with all of our law enforcement officers. And part of that is recognizing that you people in the media, not everybody in this room, but many people in this room have been lying about this attack. She was trying to ram this guy with his with her car. He shot back. He defended himself. He's already been seriously wounded in law enforcement operations before, and everybody who's been repeating the lie that this is some innocent woman who was out for a drive in Minneapolis when a law enforcement officer shot at her, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I was attacked in broad daylight by a woman near Chipotle in Long Island City. She hit me, broke my umbrella, and injured me. I called 911, and they said she might be an illegal immigrant staying in a nearby hotel. I want justice and for the criminals to be punished. I'm speaking out for myself and others. I need my city back.

Two people are recorded discussing an alleged road confrontation. Speaker 0 says: "This is Islamophobe white guy. I'm driving, minding my own business." He claims "If you back him up because he's white... You're gonna pay" and "He tried to kill me." He adds, "I'm driving, minding my own business, following the speed limit" as the other driver allegedly speeds and "tries to kill me." They agree on a police report; "You will get your police report. I promise."

At Pride, someone was being homophobic and laughing at a liberation fight. I confronted him, telling him he shouldn't be there. I mentioned that he's not on the right side, and then they started hating on me. I only said a few words before they attacked him. My name is Sonny. Did you see that? They snuck up on him.

"Why am I being arrested? We told you. We tried to take what do you mean he tried to kill me? He tried to assassinate me." "You know, one of your people tried to kill me. Right? Female? Why are you getting close to my breast? You just touched my breast with your chest." "Ma'am, step out. You're not okay." "We're gonna step back out. My female partner here is gonna do a search." "There's no player in the game, and you know it." "You are Islamophobic." "Don't get in my do not touch my privacy. Do not touch my private." "I am not giving you any of my information." The speaker asserts, "Charges are gonna be aggravated assault." He concludes, "I am done talking" and says, "Because now you're here to protect your own people, and it's obvious."

On the roadway, speakers debate whether someone was about to shoot; "He's not afraid of saying it." One says, "He was in his car after he attacked me. Do not understand." Officers announce, "Assault. Okay? ... you're gonna be under arrest for assault. We're gonna take your phone." The accused protests, "I did not assault him. He tried to kill him because he's a Muslim. I'm a Muslim. Do not touch me." She resists seating in the squad car; a deputy notes, "We have a female deputy coming here." She asks, "What is the definition of assault?" An officer answers, "Assault is You're the one who ordered it to protect your own people." The scene references protecting "white people," "the fallen angel," and notes that body cams contradicted misconduct claims. Officers plan to transport her.

You hit me on the sidewalk, calling the cops on a trans man. I have PTSD and anxiety. I will sue you. You need therapy. You assaulted me, and I looked better than you. You have internalized misogyny and homophobia. I wish we could be friends, but that doesn't excuse your actions. Please leave me alone.

She adds, "If I wasn't a smart driver, I would have hit the cars in front of me." She says she "manipulated him to go somewhere inside so I can get away from him."

This is unbelievable. I'm not leaving; this is what Jews in New York City face in a place of business. Is she with you? No. I asked him if he did. Someone needs to call the cops. This is intense. I’m sorry, but we need to involve the authorities. This will be reported to the FBI.

Everyone experiences emotions. When I was physically hurting someone, people weren't considering my mental state, they were only seeing it from one perspective. There were a couple of instances where my baton got caught behind someone's back, and as it rolled up, I lost my balance and accidentally hit them again when I swung my arms. I know I would never intentionally hurt anyone. People are judging my character based on a nine-second video, calling me names like ghetto and racist, and even sending death threats.

I was arrested for a potential hate crime after allegedly assaulting two Donald Trump supporters. I approached one woman to ask why she was voting for Trump because she seemed proud. The woman said she was shocked by my presence and claimed it was because of her skin color. I shoved her, and she told me not to touch her. I then put my hand to her chin. When her friend stepped in, I punched her, connecting with her jaw. The two women are physically okay, but shaken. Police say I showed no remorse. I believe both sides of the political spectrum have valid points and we need to come together. A judge found probable cause for a hate crime offense and two counts of fourth-degree assault and prosecutors have a day to make a charging decision.

They discuss police station; Speaker 0 shows a photo of the car, 'Another blue Prius.' They talk police reports, jail, lawsuits, and that he is not answering further questions, 'I explained you what happened.'

He claims, "I'm saying that he's the Islamophobic, and he's the one who called the police while I'm on the way."
