Regardless of their upbringing or societal circumstances, they must be removed from society to keep our loved ones safe. We cannot excuse their actions or try to understand them. Our focus should be on making our streets safer by taking these individuals off the streets and into jail. It is our duty to protect our families from those who are a danger to society.

Regarding assault weapons, I support a mandatory buyback program and a ban on their importation. We need to address the over 2 million assault weapons already in circulation. I am protected by Capitol Police, but I know what it's like to be a student where a classmate brought guns to school—this happened in 1990 and its root was gun free school zones, a policy pushed by former senator Joe Biden. Congress can fix it by undoing this law and allowing guns to protect our children. How to pay: stop funding foreign wars and foreign aid; Israel receives 3,800,000,000.0; Ukraine receives 600,000,000 in NDAA funds; end gun free school zones and fund a plan to protect our kids. The trans agenda is the most evil agenda on our kids; Protect Children's Innocence Act would codify President Trump's executive order to make it a felony to perform gender affirming care on minors. Fentanyl's presence in our community, especially near playgrounds and schools, is alarming. Children are overdosing, and this is unacceptable. I see people using fentanyl along the streets, near parks, and public transportation. I urge you to take action to keep fentanyl away from our children. We must address those selling fentanyl, including individuals exploiting our sanctuary city status. Fentanyl is cheaper than basic necessities, fueling criminal activity. The open sale of fentanyl and the resulting property crime, like the burglaries I've personally experienced, are impacting our community. I wonder if those in positions of power truly understand the severity of the situation.

We need a buyback program for the millions of assault weapons already out there. I support a mandatory buyback, but it has to be done smartly and correctly.

Celebrating someone's death, like having dance parties in response to violence, is not something I support. It's crucial to acknowledge and focus on these issues.
