I put three autoimmune diseases into remission, not to mention a bunch of other health conditions that I was dealing with, and I want to share how I did that. A little disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I have no medical background whatsoever. I was a desperate person who refused to believe I had to be on medication for the rest of my life or endure this pain forever. I did research, studied, and took matters into my own hands. After a lot of trial and error, two years later I am a completely different person, and I’m going to share what I did. It’s going to feel too good to be true or too simple, but I’m telling you right now that the way you eat changes everything. The best way I can describe it and simplify it for others is that humans need to be eating food in their truest form. I view it as the way God put it on the earth is the way it should be eaten. The more processed it is, the more terrible it is for our bodies. So I eliminated all processed food, and if it is processed, it is very minimally processed. A perfect example: I will eat potato chips, but I have to pick up the bag, look at the label, and if it says potatoes, sea salt, avocado oil as the three ingredients, I will eat those because it is very simple ingredients. I’m not going to pick up a bag of Lay’s. Another example: I am not going to buy bread at the store. Bread at the store or any flour is empty calories, bleached, all the nutrients taken out. Instead, I buy whole wheat berries, mill them myself, and make bread from that because that is bread in its truest form. I believe we should be able to eat dairy and gluten, but it all needs to be in its truest form, and when it is, our bodies can handle it. The reason people are sick and cannot eat certain foods is because of the way they are processed or modified. I think the biggest issue with humans and why we’re all so sick is because we are eating all of the wrong things and not getting enough nutrients in our diets. If you eat whole grains in their truest form, dairy in its truest form, lean protein, fruit, vegetables in their truest form, meaning no pesticides, no glyphosate, organic fruits and vegetables. I don’t think all fruits and vegetables have to be organic—only some are sprayed with pesticides, but it’s called the dirty dozen; look into that. As long as we are eating things in their truest form and avoiding processed junk, processed sugar, soda, fast food, we are giving our bodies what it needs to thrive and to heal itself. Not saying this fixes everything—there may be conditions that can’t be fixed by this—but people could be surprised by how many issues would go away if we ate the way we were meant to. If you want, I can share an example of a day of eating. Just say the word. I hope you have a great night and remember you do not have to be sick. Doctors are not taught nutrition in medical school—they are taught to prescribe medication. A lot of us think we have to be on medication for the rest of our lives to feel good, when in reality we just need to eat differently.

The speaker discusses provocative ideas from the book We Want To Live regarding mold and detoxification. They claim that mold can eat heavy metals, and that moldy substances can play a detoxifying role in the body. The speaker notes that, in younger years, people were injected with penicillin, which allegedly makes you allergic to mold so that you won’t eat mold to detox heavy metals from those injections. They describe this as mind-blowing and reference the book to support the idea that mold can detoxify the body by consuming heavy metals. The speaker cites passages from We Want To Live about people consuming moldy berries to eliminate heavy metals inside the body, suggesting mold eats candida and cleanses metals and related toxins. They argue that moldy fruit such as a moldy strawberry or moldy blueberry, which many would discard, is actually detoxifying and connected to the amoxicillin, penicillin, and other penicillin-like injections used to induce allergies to mold. This, they say, is tied to the broader claim that those injections were used to make people allergic to substances that would otherwise pull metals from the body and thereby heal it. Throughout, the speaker emphasizes the emotional reaction to the book, describing it as the kind of read that makes you want to punch somebody in the face. They use the book's ideas to explain why someone might be wondering why they are allergic to something. The narrative suggests a causal chain: injections were administered to people to induce allergies to certain substances, which would otherwise facilitate detoxification by pulling metals out of the body and promoting healing. The speaker asserts that the system injected people with substances to make them allergic to others, implying a deliberate design behind such allergies that impacts detoxification processes. Overall, the speaker presents a controversial and conspiratorial interpretation of how mold, heavy metals, antibiotics, and allergic responses are linked, drawing on We Want To Live as the source for these claims. The central assertions are that mold can detox heavy metals, that moldy foods participate in this detox, and that medical injections (penicillin/amoxicillin) were used to generate mold allergies to prevent detoxification. The discussion centers on the provocative implications of these ideas and the emotional reaction they provoke.

The speaker presents a series of claims about mold, heavy metals, and vaccines, framing them as interconnected health dangers and detox strategies. They begin by describing eating a moldy organic beet and claim that mold was used to make someone allergic to it because “the mold pulls out the heavy metals.” They state, “Mold and parasites eat heavy metals,” and claim that “worms growing in your body to eat the metals” and “mold growing in your body to eat the metals” can be found, with healing occurring once heavy metals are eliminated. The speaker asserts that vaccinations contain heavy metals. They then say, “what’s also interesting on the mold situation is it’s connected to a spore,” and claim that “if you go to the Cancer Institute, they talk about how spores heal cancer, but I guess they don’t wanna tell people that.” The discussion deepens with the claim that most vaccines also contain yeast, “a form of mold,” which is being injected into the body to make people allergic to it so they can’t eat it to detox the metals. When addressing cautions about food, someone asks about citric acid, described as “the one to avoid.” The speaker asserts it is “a Monsanto product grown on soy and canola and aluminum,” implying heavy metals enter the body through this product. The speaker then offers detox alternatives for heavy metals, listing: dragon’s blood, organic papaya seeds, fasting, baking soda, borax, spirits of turpentine, cilantro, wormwood, and black walnut. They conclude with a brief historical note: “1986, they put a rule in place to protect the vaccines,” suggesting it was due to lawsuits that could bankrupt vaccine makers, and sign off with “Have a great day.” In summary, the transcript presents a chain of claims that mold and parasites target heavy metals in the body, vaccines contain heavy metals and possibly yeast, spores are linked to healing cancer, citric acid from Monsanto products is a heavy-metal source, and a set of natural and chemical detox methods is proposed. It also asserts a regulatory measure in 1986 intended to shield vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits.

"Fix This Early On!" - How Root Canals Decrease Your Lifespan & Cause Disease | Dr Dominik Nischwitz
Guests: Dominik Nischwitz
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, a biological dentist, emphasizes that health and disease begin in the mouth, particularly highlighting the controversial nature of root canals. He argues that root canals leave dead tissue in the body, which can lead to chronic infections and inflammation, potentially triggering various health issues, including gut problems, skin conditions, and even mental health disorders. He notes that many chronic health issues can correlate with root canals, as they often become reinfected over time, despite initial treatments. Nischwitz explains that conventional dentistry often overlooks the systemic implications of oral health, focusing primarily on pain relief and bite functionality. He advocates for a holistic approach, integrating biological dentistry with functional medicine to optimize overall health. He encourages patients experiencing unexplained symptoms to consider the health of their mouth, as chronic inflammation from root canals can contribute to systemic health issues. He also discusses cavitations, which are chronic jawbone inflammations that can occur after tooth extractions, leading to similar health complications. Nischwitz suggests that many patients may have undiagnosed cavitations, which can harbor harmful bacteria and contribute to chronic inflammation. For those facing dental issues, he recommends seeking a second opinion from a biological dentist trained in advanced diagnostic techniques, such as cone beam scans, which can reveal underlying problems not visible in traditional X-rays. He stresses the importance of preparing patients nutritionally before any dental surgery to enhance healing and reduce complications. Nischwitz shares his personal journey with cavitations, revealing how addressing them led to significant improvements in his health. He believes that combining clinical experience with scientific research is essential for advancing dental practices and improving patient outcomes. His mission is to educate both patients and practitioners about the interconnectedness of oral health and overall wellness, advocating for a shift in how dentistry is approached to prioritize holistic health.

Before I even got my first pimple, a haircut revealed the first symptoms of a problem that ran deeper than the common acne. I was in for a decade-long fight. Skin is built from the inside out. But the cosmetic industry has fooled us to believe it works the other way around. Summer 2019 brought a jawline eczema flare. I learned of feliculitis, an infection of the hair follicle caused by bacteria, fungi or yeast, and a doctor misprescribed antibiotics. I also learned about pseudo-feliculitis, hair mechanics behind ingrown hairs. Antibiotics are essentially a nuclear weapon targeted to our microbiome, and the bottom line is I should have never left that office with the prescription in hand for antibiotics. Today I still suffer from acne koid alice, kloidalis, dermatitis, eczema, and I’ve tried antifungal shampoo, steroid solutions, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, and more antibiotics. Dr. Domink Nischwitz: Why Your Autoimmune Disease Might Actually Start in Your Mouth | TUH #204
Guests: Dominik Nischwitz
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Health begins in the mouth, the speakers insist, arguing that infections and inflammation often start there rather than in distant organs. A live exercise on metal in the mouth—root canals, wisdom teeth—becomes a running thread: the oral microbiome, leaky gum, and the idea that the mouth is not a garage but a gateway to the body. They cite that 87 to 90 percent of autoimmune diseases are idiopathic and propose that mold, mycotoxins, parasites, viruses, and heavy metals from the mouth can summon immune reactions. If heavy metals are removed, they say, detox is considered only after four months, once sites of infection are addressed. They describe a movement toward biology-first dentistry: certify practitioners, standardize education, and change the system so dentists become holistic health experts rather than technicians. The plan calls for a global standard for biologic dentistry, a shift away from routine root canals toward strategies that remove sources of infection, cavitations, and heavy metals, and toward tooth replacement methods that respect the body's immune terrain. The speakers link this to broader health outcomes, from brain signaling to chronic fatigue and inflammatory disease, and they frame the mouth as the gateway through which diet, toxins, and microbes influence systemic health. They emphasize patient advocacy and mass education as drivers of change. Audience questions touch practicalities: partial wisdom teeth infections, 3D cone-beam scans, tongue-tie and myofunctional therapy, and the link between orthodontics and posture. A caller notes cancer later linked to cavitations; the panel argues diagnosis requires seeing systemic connections and that imaging can reveal chronic issues dentists miss. They discuss heavy-metal detox timing, warning that detox should follow removal of sources from the mouth, and that provoked urine testing may reveal metals after chelation. They also propose immediate ceramic implants as a pain-free alternative to redoing a root canal, followed by months of healing and nutrition-driven rebuilding. The goal is to train clinicians and patients to treat the mouth as part of overall health.

The Shocking Facts About Dentistry & Root Canals They Don't Want You To Know! - Dominik Nischwitz
Guests: Dominik Nischwitz
reSee.it Podcast Summary
A common point of confusion regarding Biological Dentistry is root canals. They are standard treatments aimed at alleviating pain and preserving teeth, often effective for decades. Initially, root canals can serve a good purpose by disinfecting the tooth, but they are viewed as temporary solutions by biodentists. Studies suggest that reinfection occurs within a few years due to the mouth's diverse microbiome. The microscopic structure of teeth, with numerous dentin tubules, creates an environment for bacteria, leading to chronic inflammation. From a biodentistry perspective, retaining a dead body part, like a root canal, is not ideal. Conventional dentistry sees root canals as acceptable because they allow for biting. The treatment process is similar across both fields, but biodentists emphasize long-term health strategies. For patients with chronic health issues or high-performance athletes, root canals can pose risks, especially during periods of stress. Biodentists advocate for the removal of infected root canals, employing three-dimensional X-rays for diagnosis. The goal is to extract the tooth without damaging surrounding structures, disinfect the area, and place a ceramic implant, which is biocompatible and neutral to the body. Ceramic implants are now recognized in Germany as a viable alternative to titanium implants, which can trigger immune responses in some individuals. To prevent root canals, maintaining optimal dental health through nutrition and lifestyle choices is crucial. Processed foods, sugars, and grains contribute to dental decay, while nutrient deficiencies, particularly in vitamin D3 and magnesium, can weaken teeth. Weston Price's studies highlight the importance of nutrition in preventing tooth decay, advocating for a diet rich in whole foods. For gum health, flossing is important, but ideally, a healthy lifestyle should minimize the need for it. Chronic dry mouth can result from insufficient hydration, nutrient deficiencies, or stress. Overall, the mouth serves as a reflection of systemic health, and addressing dental issues holistically can lead to improved overall well-being.
