The happiest moment of my life, the birth of my daughter, was also the scariest. I had an emergency C-section, and I had to leave my wife and newborn daughter an hour after surgery to go to Houston for a court hearing. We had no idea what was going to happen. Giving birth is scary because complications can arise afterward, and I couldn't be there. I felt like I was letting my wife down, even though she understood I had to go. If I didn't go to court, I mean, these people were going to send me to prison. To have my baby born and then go to trial the next day and see people lie, and the judge accept it. What kind of country is this? What kind of country are we delivering our kids into?

I was part of the group arrested for the Whitmer kidnap plot, which was set up by the FBI. I was acquitted. I thought I was doing security work, but it turned out to be targeting Whitmer's cottage. I got charged for material support terrorism and felony firearm possession. The government lied about the situation. I urge people to take action to ensure real justice in the face of government overreach.

I was offered $200,000 to falsely accuse Michael Jackson of molesting my kids, but I refused. I would have taken action if it were true, but I believe he was innocent. A personal photo of my son at Michael's house was used as evidence, but I didn't allow it. Michael won the case, and I was on my way to support him when I was told my help wasn't needed.

The Biden administration weaponized the Justice Department against me and my family for whistleblowing about gender-affirming care at Texas Children's Hospital. A Health and Human Services memo signaled that anyone interfering with such care would be targeted. I was indicted on patient privacy violations, but the DOJ was the one releasing patient initials. Facing years in prison and financial ruin, my family spent almost $2,000,000 defending me. The prosecutor even threatened my wife, who was onboarding as a federal prosecutor. I was willing to go to jail to expose the injustice. X was a lifeline, enabling me to share my story. The case was dismissed with prejudice, a victory after immense pain. Now, I seek accountability for those who abused their authority, hoping this never happens to anyone again.

My name is Sarah Fields, a Texas activist and journalist. The FBI wanted me to reveal my sources, but I refused to protect their safety. I shared stories about disturbing events at the border, including a Hamas training camp and women being exploited. Despite FBI pressure, I will not compromise my integrity by revealing my sources to an agency that may not respect constitutional rights. I stand by my commitment to truth and will not be silenced.

I blew the whistle on the American Taliban case after discovering that torture had been used during the investigation. The Department of Justice failed to disclose this evidence during the prosecution. I went to the media about it, which led to a criminal investigation against me and being put on the no-fly list. This experience showed me the power and aggression of the government when you go against their narrative, even if it's based on falsehoods.

I blew the whistle on the fake vaccine administration. They pressured me to either take the vaccine or fake it, and I chose to expose the situation instead. It seemed like they wanted to manipulate the numbers or silence me. The doctor was instructed to have me fake the vaccination, which angered me. It should have raised alarms for others as well. When I heard the ultimatum, I realized I had made the right choice. Looking back two years later, it’s clear that my decision was justified.

I was indicted, accused of violating patient privacy laws by releasing patient names. I redacted the patient names and protected their identities. I was facing ten years in prison. The Justice Department was trying to crush us, but we didn't let them. The case was dismissed with prejudice. It was an indescribable relief. Accountability looks like the people responsible being held to account. The emotional toll, the fear, and the legal defense cost us almost $2,000,000.

The DOJ tried to put me in for eight years. I was sentenced to almost three. But because I didn't take that plea and continue to press an appeal of all charges, I was vindicated by the Supreme Court decision in Fisher. And then I continued to press a full appeal until the DOJ vacated all five charges. So I've been completely exonerated within the legal system. The charges were rescinded as if they had never been brought because Wow. Of course, they were they were fraudulent from the beginning.

I gave a speech outside the Capitol, assuming the building was mostly inactive due to the rally. I never considered entering, as the crowd couldn't force open the heavy doors. However, closed-circuit footage revealed the doors were opened from the inside. During my trial, the prosecutor misled the jury by showing a clip of a hand waving towards the door, claiming it was mine and portraying me as an aggressive mob member. This was deceptive, as I had worn black gloves all day, which the prosecutor was aware of.

reSee.it Video Transcript AI Summary
Interviewer: This decision to follow your conscience, give us a little backstory. How did that happen? Guest: Without getting too much into detail, I did a long-form podcast with Tucker, laying out the entire politics of the issue. After serving twenty years, mostly deployed to the Middle East, fighting the wars over there, and seeing how our country had been lied to and brought down the wrong path in those wars, and that we were getting sucked into another one and that the American people didn't have the full story and our country did not have a vital national interest in this current fight. I said, hey, in good conscience, I can't do this because that was a promise I made to myself probably twenty plus years ago when I was deployed to Iraq. Once I realized after my first couple deployments that we weren't there for the reasons that our government told us we were there for, I said if it's ever my turn, if I'm ever an adult in this situation, I ever have a position of responsibility, I will not, in good conscience, send young men and women off to die on foreign battlefields. Interviewer: So we're Catholics here, baptized Catholic. We saw just on Sunday... Does it help you to have other members of your faith community or religious leaders speaking up on your behalf? Guest: It's been huge. I didn't think when I submitted my resignation it would get the traction or attention that you talked about. Having support from friends, family, but really, I’ve been asked a couple times, was it a hard decision to make? It wasn't made lightly. I put a lot of thought into it, and I had been thinking about it for quite some time. But having faith, I think I heard God's voice, that I was exactly where I was supposed to be and it was my time to take action, which made taking the action incredibly easy and liberating, making me feel like I was in the right spot. Interviewer: Do you have hope for America? And if you do, why so? Guest: I have a great deal of hope for America. This is a very exciting moment. The fact that we're seeing people who speak out on behalf of their faith or who are willing to speak truth to power, and that the people who support them can have a voice because of technology, which can be used for a lot of bad, but in connecting like-minded people and getting our word out, that technology is a very powerful weapon. The young people—the young men and women—there are plenty in this room; I was overwhelmed by the young folks who came up to shake my hand. I have hope for the next generation. As we head into this midterm season and as the war progresses in the next few weeks, the most important thing is to be on our knees and pray, but once we're up from our knees, we need to take action. Our leaders will hear us if we all speak out. We're at a critical juncture in the war in Iran; we must let our leaders hear that we do not support this war, that there is no vital national security interest, that we want to bring our troops home and work toward peace in that region, and that we do not want twenty plus more years of bloodletting. Heading into this next election cycle, demand from everyone, from every political party, go to your representatives, and say I will not vote for you if you are going to vote for the continuation of these wars overseas. If our country is attacked, we will attack; if there's an imminent attack, we will attack; if there's an actual threat, we will attack and fight that. However, we cannot continue to go down this path. We have to make that clear to our leaders. That's what gives me hope.

I was offered a plea deal to admit guilt, which would have reduced my charges to a single misdemeanor, allowing me to avoid jail time. However, I refused because it required me to accept a false narrative that aimed to destroy not only me but also the integrity of our constitutional system. This decision was incredibly painful, yet it was clear to me that I had to choose right over wrong. I had to trust in God’s faithfulness and strength to bless my obedience, even when it was uncomfortable.

In 2019, I was charged with war crimes and faced life in prison. My family and teammates sought support, including from Dan Crenshaw, a former SEAL. Despite multiple attempts, Crenshaw offered no real help. While 50 congressmen signed a petition for my release to properly defend myself, Crenshaw wrote his own petition to keep me in prison but allow me to see my lawyers, which were rights I should have already had. After being found not guilty, I encountered Crenshaw at an event, but he ignored me. Later, I learned he was actively working against me, telling congressmen I was guilty and that it was his community to handle. I believe he was trying to ruin me for political gain. Crenshaw even lied to David Goggins, claiming he helped me get out of prison. This is not about me; it's about Crenshaw's character and what he will do to the American people.

In the United States, it's unusual that we don't have a jury, which I find unfair. However, I need to address a misconception in the press. We didn't have the option to choose a jury, contrary to what's being repeated. Personally, I believe juries often make mistakes, but I have a tool called "judgment notwithstanding the verdict" to handle those situations. I can declare that a reasonable jury would never have reached that conclusion.

I didn't just get released from prison; I had to make sacrifices. To get out, I had to sacrifice my son, but it's okay because I can have another one. I have two sons already. Some might think that's harsh, but I see it as part of the game. It didn't bother me because I know what I need to do to win.
