Speaker 0 gave the FBI a thumb drive containing 29 minutes of high-definition video showing two men attacking a building. As of this morning, neither man has been arrested. Speaker 0 states that despite going through over 725 indictments, none of their video or even a single still picture of either man has appeared on the Internet. The FBI is allegedly refusing to take Speaker 0's calls, return emails, or accept an offer to meet. Speaker 0 believes the FBI is hiding these men. Speaker 0 asks Speaker 1 to inquire about the identities of these men. Speaker 0 confirms that Ben Grundler has all this information and that they have been in contact for over a year.

I never entered the Capitol on January 6th; I stood outside for eight minutes filming a video. I did not engage in or witness any violence or destruction. After posting the video, I was raided by the FBI and charged with felonies, eventually taking a misdemeanor plea deal. I question why some are upset about illegal immigration but not about the FBI raids on those who trespassed at the Capitol. Regarding my plea deal, I met with the DOJ as required, but the media misrepresented my situation. The documents revealed that none of the individuals I was questioned about were charged or convicted of any crime.

Robert Powell recounts his attempts to share January 6 footage proving Trump was not responsible. He says he asked Mishawn Matic to get the video to Trump; she laughed and blocked him on Facebook. At lunch with Carrie Benavolia, Powell says he was pressured to stop talking about the footage; the offer escalated from “$100,000” to “$200,000” and he refused, telling Carrie to tell Ron Weiser that to stop talking he would have to be killed, “that could be arranged.” Six weeks later, Pinellas County deputies arrest an anti terrorist with a pipe bomb near a courthouse, a coincidence with the death threat. Powell says he gave 29 minutes of HD video to 17 Congressmen and four on the weaponization committee; the FBI won’t engage, “The FBI doesn’t wanna have anything to do with me.” He claims “buses were… FBI informants dressed as Trump supporters.” He concludes, “the FBI and not Trump supporters led the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6.” Kerry Benavolio later calls the bribery claim a “lie.”

I have been accused, and it's been a paid campaign, of being a federal agent because I was at January 6 and did not get charged. However, despite being at January 6 and not trespassing, which is the crime that everybody was charged with, despite not being charged, not having committed a crime, I only had my bank account frozen for six months, I only was placed on the federal no fly list for a year, and I was only subpoenaed by Congress. I testified under oath when I was deposed as part of the subpoena last year, or I think that was rather in 2022, that I did not ever have contact with federal law enforcement at any time during or after any of the election riots or protests. This was a narrative that was cooked up. Nobody was saying this in 2021 or 2022 because all of my legal problems were publicized. I was on the no fly list, I had my money taken, I was banned from everything. It was only after Joe Kent was defeated in 2022 in the midterms that Max Blumenthal, Joe Kent's best friend, wrote a three part hit piece about me with his wife, Anya Parampol, accusing me of being a fed. They paid people, someone paid people, on Influencible to spread this article and the narrative that I'm a Fed. The claim grew that I gave a speech outside the Capitol and I said, we're taking the Capitol back, keep moving. They say I incited people to go in the building. The report says that none of their confidential sources on the ground were encouraging people to go in the building. There were undercover operatives or informants tasked to do that, but there were no undercover agents and out of 26 informants none of them were doing that. If the claim was I was entrapping people, that wasn't happening. The report also says that all the confidential sources were known to law enforcement before and were interviewed afterward. If I were one of the confidential sources, why would they make the mistake of freezing my money and putting me on the no fly list? The New York Times said they did charge me. I testified under oath that I never talked to law enforcement under penalty of perjury. So if anything, they’ve been saying Trump is gonna get in and blow the whistle. I wish he would on January 6 because if anything comes out, they could arrest me for perjury. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars defending myself from the feds; lawyers aren’t cheap. My lawyers, not cheap. I probably spent over 200,000, close to 250,000 in legal fees. All the money that I was given by the mysterious French donor, nearly all of it after it was unfrozen, I wound up spending on legal fees. I had to borrow money from people because my bank account was frozen for six months. I missed weddings of my best friends, funerals of my best friends because I was on the federal no fly list. I haven’t had banking services for four years. I haven’t been able to process a credit card for my business. I’ve been banned from everything—Facebook, Instagram; Twitter until May, not even a year ago. For years I spent defending myself from attacks as a racist and a Nazi and a Holocaust denier, then the tactic switched to accusing me of law enforcement, then gay, pedophile, the usual. The grand irony is that Tucker Carlson, a close friend of Max Blumenthal, collaborated on the piece; Tucker Carlson’s father is a federal agent, and during January 6 Tucker Carlson was not talking about election fraud and said he hated Trump. I’m pulling the veil back a little bit, because this is politics. The election was stolen, and there are these dynamics with Blumenthal, Kent, Tucker, and Max Blumenthal’s wife’s article in The Grey Zone.

On January 6th, the speaker was not inside the Capitol but was visited by the FBI at their mom's apartment. Simultaneously, the FBI also went to the speaker's own apartment. The speaker had a regular doorbell camera, which captured an FBI agent putting a sticker over its lens. However, the agent was unaware that there was also a camera in the peephole of the door. The speaker questioned why the cameras were being neutralized if the FBI had a legal search warrant. The speaker described the scene as resembling a herd of cattle going through the apartment, raising concerns about living in a police state and wondering if they could be the next target.

We had full cooperation from the Capitol Police and the speaker's office, but we couldn't show that FBI agents were present in the crowd, which the FBI has admitted. Ray Epps was not a civilian; he encouraged violence, yet the January 6th committee defended him. There were clear signs of federal involvement, like individuals with earpieces breaking things and then fleeing. I didn't want to wrongly label anyone as an agent without proof. The recent Proud Boys trial revealed an FBI agent lied and hid evidence. We need crowdsourcing for the footage, which should be public. The narrative around January 6th has been misrepresented; it was a violent political demonstration, not a deadly insurrection. Intelligence about the event was withheld from Capitol Police, suggesting a deliberate attempt to create chaos for political gain.

He says he has a statement that is “completely true” that he’s “never been in contact with any federal authority,” and he’s torn about how to start working with DHS to address threats he faces as a national figure. He claims “the Yemenis, a million of them came out into the streets” and that they want to kill him, with a fatwa on his head. He asserts he would need DHS to make a statement that “the Houthis and their fatwa that they placed on my head will not be stood,” and that “American citizens exercising our rights will not be, you know, subject to to Muslim murder, rituals.” He describes hundreds of thousands of death threats in his DMs and says, to deal with them, he would need to walk into an FBI building and give them a printout, but he “don’t fucking trust the FBI.” He accuses the FBI of having “destroyed my life,” pointing to past raids on his and others’ homes and references to the Mar-a-Lago search, stating he is trying to figure out how to navigate this situation without claiming contact with Harmeet or making contacts he “don’t want to.” He notes that when he and others exercised their rights in Dearborn, he views it as a civil rights hate crime, saying “the Muslim oppression of Christians in Dearborn” was a civil rights hate violation and that “they punched me in the face because I’m white” and “they punched me in the face because I’m Christian, not for anything else.” Harmony Dillon is described as wanting to prosecute this as a hate crime, with others subjected to spit, food thrown, assaults, pepper spray, etc. He mentions the Trump administration’s purported interest in bringing these people to justice, but he expresses a wish not to feed into it, citing personal integrity and caution. He questions whether the rank-and-file FBI officer’s motives are aligned with his interests, contrasting a year ago with a “grandma that walked through the capital” to now a Muslim who punched a Christian, implying hypocrisy or moral decline. He asserts there are “deep state embedded figures in the DOJ, in the FBI, in DHS,” who were involved in actions like the raid on Mar-a-Lago and other “schemes.” He says he needs assurance that these agencies have “our best interest” and that they are not “deep state shills.” Ultimately, he states he has refused to make contact because it’s “too risky” and he cannot be associated with people he deems “un American.”

Speaker 0: "What I'm saying is a reasonable suspicion is that there were agents. There's a video showing a guy with an earpiece pulling people into the building. Alright? Mhmm. You combine that with the evidence of Ray Epps, and it looks like you have a preponderance of evidence suggesting there may have been federal law enforcement involved in making that thing happen." Speaker 1: "I'll get you beyond a reasonable doubt. Two pieces of information. Ray Epps was on FBI's most wanted list one day, and the next day, he was off of the FBI's most wanted list. There are only two ways that happens. You die or your informant." Speaker 1: "Put that aside. Under congressional testimony, Jill Sanborn, who I used to work with, the head of the FBI counterintelligence division in charge of all these investigations, testified under oath when senator Cruz asked her, flat out, were there federal agents involved with January 6? And she said, quote, senator, I can't answer that at this time." Speaker 1: "The reason she said I can't answer that is because of the same stonewalling they gave us during Russergate with Christopher Steelehauper and everybody else. It's the same narrative, and and I'm telling you they were there." Speaker 0: "You're so you're saying that she said I can't answer that because the answer is yes Yeah. And that would compromise whatever their operation was. Exactly."

An individual provided video footage purportedly showing two federal agents attacking the Capitol on January 6th. A defense attorney for the Oath Keepers filed a motion identifying 80 "suspicious actors" and "material witnesses" present at the Capitol on January 6th who have not been arrested or charged. These individuals were concentrated in areas where trouble occurred, including the East Side and the Columbus doors. The attorney alleges some worked in tactical two-man teams and were later seen on the terrace. He seeks to identify them using facial recognition and questions if the events were staged. A radio journalist captured footage of two individuals he believed to be government agents. One was encouraging people to enter the Capitol after a window had been broken, even pulling out a pane of glass himself. When he realized he was being filmed, he blamed a protester and shoved him. The other individual was holding open the Columbus doors with a wooden pole and pushing people inside. The journalist who shot the video said the man shoved him. One person claims that the FBI, not Trump supporters, led the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6th.
