Two years ago today on 10/17/2023, I was sentenced to sixty days in prison for trespassing outside the capital on J sixth. The judge during my sentencing said that I misused my platform as a candidate for elected office. If you don't know, my name is Ryan Kelly. I was the leading gubernatorial candidate in the state of Michigan in 2022 when the FBI raided my house on 06/09/2022, and they arrested me on misdemeanor charges, nonviolent, never even went inside the Capitol Building, was the leading gubernatorial candidate, election interference. I was the best poised to beat Whitmer. But, anyway, that's the point of all of this right now. The judge said that I had a lot of folks that followed me. I had a lot of folks that supported me. And with that comes the responsibility of not peddling lies and falsehoods. And he was talking about the twenty twenty election because I said it was a fraudulent stolen election. He was talking about January 6 because I said that the January 6 that there was FBI agents there that were setting the whole thing up and involved in the crowd. And what did we find out here recently? Oh, I was right, but I was sentenced to sixty days in prison for that. One of the biggest things the judge brought up that he had a huge problem with the Facebook posts that I had. Right? Freedom of speech. Poof. Gone. Kings do that kind of stuff. They don't let their people talk freely. Is that right? And then on top of that, you know, lying and misleading all of my supporters when we come to now find out there was 274 agents that were in the crowd that day on January 6. You know, it's obvious that the Democrats are the tyrants, the kings, if you will. Right? I mean, look at what they did with Kamala in the primary. Right? I don't need to explain it to y'all. But, you know, here we are. The Trump administration is removing illegal immigrants from our country and doing good things for America. It was the Biden administration, the Democrats that targeted American citizens. Red, white, and blue. Let's go USA.

I'm nearly convinced that our entire national debt of $36 trillion is due to fraud, abuse, and waste. A staggering $2.7 trillion was improperly sent overseas as Medicare and Medicaid payments. We are announcing charges against three twenty four defendants for their alleged participation in health care fraud schemes involving approximately $14,600,000,000 in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid and other health care programs. In a takedown this large, I can't possibly describe all of the work that went into dismantling each scheme. But there are four key points that bear emphasizing. First, these health care fraud schemes mean for every hardworking American family. These criminals didn't just steal someone else's money. They stole from you. Every fraudulent claim, every fake billing, every kickback scheme represents money taken directly from the pockets of American taxpayers who fund these essential programs through their hard work and sacrifice. And when criminals defraud these programs, they're not just committing theft. They're driving up our national deficit and threatening the long term viability of health care for seniors, disabled Americans and our most vulnerable citizens. This enforcement action involves the seizure of cash as well as luxury vehicles and properties returning real money to American taxpayers and to our government health care programs. Second, we are seeing a disturbing trend of transnational criminal organizations engaging in increasingly sophisticated and complex criminal schemes that defraud the American health care system. As part of this takedown, we've identified and charged defendants operating from Russia, Eastern Europe, Pakistan and other foreign countries. As just one example, we dismantled a scheme involving a sophisticated operation run from Russia and Eastern Europe that strategically bought dozens of medical supply companies in The United States and submitted more than $10,000,000,000 in fraudulent health care claims to Medicare. To make matters worse, these perpetrators used the stolen identities of more than 1,000,000 Americans spanning all 50 states to perpetrate this scheme and submit these false claims. But I'm pleased to report that federal agents intercepted and arrested key members of that organization at US airports and The US Mexico border, cutting off their intended escape routes. The days of transnational criminal organizations using the American health care programs as their personal piggy bank are over. Third, this takedown resulted in criminal charges against 74 defendants, including medical professionals who fueled America's deadly opioid crisis for personal profit. These are not isolated instances of poor judgment. These are calculated schemes designed to exploit Americans struggling with addiction while enriching the very people who were duty bound to help them heal. We charged pill mill operators who prescribed unnecessary opioids. We dismantled networks of corrupt pharmacies that existed solely to distribute drugs to addicts and dealers, feeding the addiction crisis that has devastated so many American communities. Fourth, many of the defendants charged as part of this takedown specifically targeted our most vulnerable citizens, elderly Americans in nursing homes, individuals with disabilities, those battling illnesses, and more. For example, our prosecutors charged seven defendants, including five medical professionals, in connection with approximately $1,000,000,000 in fraudulent claims to Medicare and other health care benefit programs for performing medically unnecessary skin grass on dying patients as they were seeking to spend their final days with dignity and peace. That conduct is exactly as callous and disturbing as it sounds. Patients and their families trusted these providers with their lives. Instead of receiving care, they became victims of elaborate criminal schemes.

Do you remember Sam Bankman-Fried? He was seen as a genius, so powerful and wealthy that he attended meetings with prominent figures like Bill Clinton and Tony Blair while looking disheveled. Where is he now? I believe he is in prison, as noted in a Netflix series. That's right, he’s a crook. And who was responsible for his downfall? The Department of Justice.

I reduced the deficit by $1.7 trillion in just 2 years. No one has ever achieved this before.

We're uncovering massive fraud, waste, and abuse daily. Recently, it was discovered that there were $2.7 trillion in improper payments to Medicare, Medicaid, and overseas. Social Security payments are even going to deceased individuals. We're also seeing contracts where the full amount wasn't delivered. For example, a million-dollar contract might only see $500,000 distributed, and we're working to find where the rest of the money went. This is exactly what I campaigned on, and what 77 million people elected me to do.

I speak for the entire country when I say if you're not going to start arresting these treasonous people for their crimes, stop making it headline news. You're just angering Americans who work hard every day only to be taken advantage of by the government. I'm tired of this. Treason should not be punished lightly. But nothing's happening. Nobody's being arrested. If you or I were doing the same money laundering, screwing over the American people and the country, we'd be severely punished. We're not part of the elite, and we're held to a different standard.
