When PayPal was owned by Elon Musk, there were no security breaches. The IRS is a nightmare, with folks not back to work years after COVID. As a Congressman, it takes me up to six months to get a response regarding constituent concerns. The IRS has hundreds of groups with access to sensitive data. People are only complaining now that Elon Musk is involved. The only reason to ask questions is if you're doing something crooked. Congressmen will have red faces when this paper trail leads back to them. People are pitching a fit because Musk is making needed changes.

But many feel that it is about time after years of tiptoeing around DEI and seeing our money wasted. Democrats are now criticizing government audits, yet they're shocked when we address wasteful spending, like millions on foreign projects. We're putting the government on a diet. Fraudsters complain the loudest when someone is actually doing something about fraud. We're exposing government theft, like millions spent on trans surgeries in Guatemala and studies on transgender animals, because the Democrats have been sucking off the teat of government for decades.

The American people are tired of their tax dollars being wasted. For the first time, this president is committed to restoring accountability at every level of the federal government. If you agree there is waste, abuse, and corruption, why are you not celebrating the cuts and reforms that are being instituted? We are saving Americans billions of dollars and ending the theft, waste, grift, and corruption. We are stopping American taxpayer dollars from subsidizing a rogue federal bureaucracy that has been relentlessly weaponized against the American people. We care about this issue. The American public overwhelmingly supports what President Trump is doing.

It funds media outlets that cover for them, left-wing NGOs, and transgender activism. This money, taken from Americans, is being used against them.

Taxpayers want us to stop funding ridiculous projects, like the transgender comic example from USAID or Bert and Ernie on Baghdad TV. Elon Musk is revealing the federal government's actions, similar to what he did with Twitter. We found that big government pressured big tech to censor Americans. Mark Zuckerberg admitted the Biden administration pressured them to censor, and they complied, but won't repeat it. Musk is now doing this for the federal government, which we support. Democrats believe career bureaucrats should run the country, but we believe elected officials should make decisions. The person with 77 million votes wants Musk to expose government waste. We have witnesses, Miss Wade and Mr. Smith, who can testify to the impact of this administrative state on their businesses.

This administration's talk about fighting waste, fraud, and abuse is a smokescreen. Their actions reveal a focus on promoting corruption. One of the first things they did was remove 17 inspector generals from federal departments and agencies. These are the people who fight corruption, with staffs dedicated to uncovering waste, self-dealing, bribery, and abuse. Last year alone, they saved us $93 billion. Meanwhile, people are being fired from important civil service positions, and this is not about eliminating waste, fraud, or abuse. It's a continuation of wiping out the anti-corruption infrastructure of the government.

They've seized financial systems at the Treasury, gaining access to Americans' financial records, members of Congress, prosecutors, and regulators. Courts have repeatedly stated that they're violating the Constitution and laws. That's what deserves attention, not administrative state discussions. All you've done is complain about the process. Isn't the goal to improve the lives of Americans? It seems you're focused on process and think that improvements do not matter. If the goal is to improve lives, the focus shouldn't be on taking down individuals. The focus should be on how to make the American people better off.

I'm uncovering fraud by showing how money isn't reaching its intended destination but is instead being diverted, which goes against what Congress intended. Uncovering fraud should be viewed positively, and it's puzzling why anyone would defend it. We're working to address waste, inefficiency, fraud, and the weaponization of agencies. A prime example is USAID, which misuses taxpayer money to promote unwanted ideologies and destabilize foreign policies. It is common sense to stop funding these things. We aim to address this issue across all agencies, ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and effectively.
