The speaker claims American healthcare ignores metabolic dysfunction and its causes. They state they learned virtually nothing in medical school about environmental factors impacting health, such as the link between ultra-processed food and early mortality, or the harm shown in independently funded studies of processed foods. They assert conflicts of interest exist within the USDA food guidelines and that synthetic pesticides are linked to various health issues. They claim microplastics are accumulating in our bodies, and numerous toxins in our environment alter gene expression and disrupt hormones. Heavy metals in food and medications are allegedly neurotoxic. The speaker notes Americans walk too little and that medical errors are a leading cause of death. They claim sleep deprivation can induce prediabetes and that children spend less time outdoors than prisoners. They allege professional organizations take money from companies like Coke and Moderna. Addressing these root causes could reverse chronic disease. The speaker concludes this is a spiritual crisis, requiring a renewed respect for life and nature.

Type two diabetes is skyrocketing, and the most promising development is the potential to reverse it through dietary changes. Type two diabetes is largely a dietary disease, but it has been treated with drugs, which doesn't address the core problem. Changing the diet can resolve the issue. Data on intermittent fasting and low carbohydrate diets show promise. Dr. David Unwin's UK data indicates that reducing carbohydrates can lead to a drug-free remission state in about fifty percent of type two diabetics, essentially curing them.

Speaker 0 explains that most current treatments are highly toxic, including radiation, chemotherapy, and crude surgery. In contrast, metabolic oncology uses therapy that is diet-based and may include other compounds that block fermentation pathways. This approach reportedly has no side effects and offers numerous benefits for overall metabolic health, including reducing inflammation, improving stem cell function, promoting DNA repair, and helping manage oxidative stress, with a wide range of positive effects described. Speaker 1 concurs, noting that there is a return to the origins of many diseases. He points to systemic inflammation and chronic exposure to various chemicals as contributing factors. When these elements are combined, they purportedly lead to chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and dementia. He adds that much of these conditions involve disturbed energy and disrupted metabolic homeostasis.

The speaker asserts that microwave sickness, not pathogens or contaminated water, was the root cause of the pandemic, specifically naming 5G rollout as the culprit. According to the speaker, people received upgrades to their phones and had a cell tower installed in front of their homes, and this, he claims, equated to the pandemic itself. He references “zapping of America” to describe neurological and systemic symptoms associated with microwave exposure, listing heaviness in the head, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, insomnia, partial memory loss, cardiovascular issues, slow heartbeat, reduced blood pressure, and heart pains. He links these symptoms to microwave sickness and cites that the Soviets observed similar dangers with wireless technology in the 1950s, while American doctors dismissed those concerns, calling them Soviet or not credible. This dismissal, he contends, allowed wireless frequencies to be intensified to extreme levels. The speaker argues that health issues in America have risen because electricity and wireless frequencies are at a “level 10,000,” whereas other countries regulate to a “level five,” implying that higher electromagnetic frequencies lead to illness across populations. He repeats the idea that increasing electromagnetic frequencies on Earth is directly linked to widespread sickness. He also references Laura and makes an analogy to the Spanish flu, specifically the Kansas flu, claiming there was a radio on a Kansas military base that made people sick, using it to support the claim that wireless transmission or exposure contributed to disease. Based on these assertions, the speaker states a personal stance that his house has no wireless technology, implying a preventive or precautionary measure against exposure. Overall, the speaker presents a narrative that attributes the pandemic to the rollout of 5G and associated wireless infrastructure, framing microwave sickness as the real illness experienced by the population, supported by cited historical observations, unnamed references, and a critique of conventional medical and scientific responses. The argument emphasizes a direct causal link between elevated electromagnetic frequencies and widespread health problems, arguing that higher exposure correlates with greater illness and that other nations’ more conservative frequency practices mitigate these issues.

The speaker highlights the financial aspect of the diabetes industry, emphasizing that there is no incentive for big pharma to eliminate the disease. They criticize the American Diabetic Association's dietary guidelines for promoting foods that can contribute to diabetes. The speaker also mentions Arena Pharmaceuticals, which addresses vaccine-related conditions, and suggests that the interests of pharmaceutical companies may not align with the public's well-being. They discuss the correlation between folic acid, ADHD, and depression, as well as the deficiency of vitamin D3 in certain populations and its impact on COVID-19 outcomes. The speaker criticizes pandemic measures like social distancing and masking, arguing that human interaction is essential for a strong immune system. They conclude by stating that seeking comfort accelerates aging and encourages embracing discomfort for better health.

People get energy from sunlight, and those in the sun eat less food. Children should be outside in the sun without shirts, running barefoot on the grass to get electrons, which is free energy. The electron transfer chain in mitochondria is powered by the sun. The idea that the sun causes cancer is false. The sun is a nutrient that makes all life exist and charges everything. Sunscreen contains carcinogenic chemicals. The speaker, age 51, has never used sunscreen, has had no work done, eats meat, and drives a convertible to maximize sun exposure because it makes them younger. The government is lying. Do the opposite of what the government says.

As you age, illness isn't due to genetics but lack of essential nutrients. Linus Pauling stated that all diseases stem from mineral deficiencies. Depletion of calcium, vanadium, and chromium leads to blood sugar issues like diabetes. Nutrient depletion causes cravings and obesity. This medical nutrition isn't like traditional supplements, it's science-backed and accessible to all. Educate yourself on supporting your body's natural healing abilities, as many doctors may not prioritize this approach.

Speaker 0 states that when you eat sugar (examples: a donut, Pop Tart, bread, Kool Aid, Doctor Pepper), it goes into your bone marrow and, within forty-five minutes, suppresses the body's ability to produce white blood cells that fight infections (bacteria, yeast, viruses, funguses, parasites). It is claimed that sugar literally shuts off your immune system and makes you more susceptible to all viruses and infections. The speaker asserts that sugar should be compared to prednisone, which is described as an immune system suppressant. The claim is that sugar suppresses the immune system more than prednisone does. The message concludes that if someone is trying to fight an infection or is worried about future illnesses like bird flu, and they are eating donuts, Pop Tarts, and cereal in the morning, they do not care about their health.

Speaker 0 discusses one of the best books, The Recipe for Living Without Disease by Ajanas, and shares that they’ve been eating raw meat for eight months after discovering this work. They claim that Ajanas had diabetes, skin issues, angina, and autism, and that all of these were completely reversed by a raw food diet. They argue that people heat, cook, irradiate, and process their food and then wonder why they have health issues. They assert that there is so much bacteria in food, and that because you are made up of bacteria, cooking or irradiating food makes it sterile and “makes you sick.” The point is made more deeply by noting Eskimo diets: they allegedly ate 99% raw meat from caribou, fish, seal, moose, bear, and whale, and had no disease at all until cauldrons and processed foods were introduced to their area. The speaker mentions Doctor Potinger, who reportedly had 900 cats fed all raw meat and raw milk; none of these cats had health issues, did not need dewormers, and were healthy, whereas giving them processed kibble produced negative outcomes. They then provide examples of raw foods: raw fruit, raw meat, raw butter, raw cream, raw dairy, raw vegetables, and raw milk, labeling raw as “great things.” The overarching claim is that raw foods lead to better health and that “raw is the law,” with personal testimony that raw consumption makes people feel very good.

I put three autoimmune diseases into remission, not to mention a bunch of other health conditions that I was dealing with, and I want to share how I did that. A little disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I have no medical background whatsoever. I was a desperate person who refused to believe I had to be on medication for the rest of my life or endure this pain forever. I did research, studied, and took matters into my own hands. After a lot of trial and error, two years later I am a completely different person, and I’m going to share what I did. It’s going to feel too good to be true or too simple, but I’m telling you right now that the way you eat changes everything. The best way I can describe it and simplify it for others is that humans need to be eating food in their truest form. I view it as the way God put it on the earth is the way it should be eaten. The more processed it is, the more terrible it is for our bodies. So I eliminated all processed food, and if it is processed, it is very minimally processed. A perfect example: I will eat potato chips, but I have to pick up the bag, look at the label, and if it says potatoes, sea salt, avocado oil as the three ingredients, I will eat those because it is very simple ingredients. I’m not going to pick up a bag of Lay’s. Another example: I am not going to buy bread at the store. Bread at the store or any flour is empty calories, bleached, all the nutrients taken out. Instead, I buy whole wheat berries, mill them myself, and make bread from that because that is bread in its truest form. I believe we should be able to eat dairy and gluten, but it all needs to be in its truest form, and when it is, our bodies can handle it. The reason people are sick and cannot eat certain foods is because of the way they are processed or modified. I think the biggest issue with humans and why we’re all so sick is because we are eating all of the wrong things and not getting enough nutrients in our diets. If you eat whole grains in their truest form, dairy in its truest form, lean protein, fruit, vegetables in their truest form, meaning no pesticides, no glyphosate, organic fruits and vegetables. I don’t think all fruits and vegetables have to be organic—only some are sprayed with pesticides, but it’s called the dirty dozen; look into that. As long as we are eating things in their truest form and avoiding processed junk, processed sugar, soda, fast food, we are giving our bodies what it needs to thrive and to heal itself. Not saying this fixes everything—there may be conditions that can’t be fixed by this—but people could be surprised by how many issues would go away if we ate the way we were meant to. If you want, I can share an example of a day of eating. Just say the word. I hope you have a great night and remember you do not have to be sick. Doctors are not taught nutrition in medical school—they are taught to prescribe medication. A lot of us think we have to be on medication for the rest of our lives to feel good, when in reality we just need to eat differently.

Speaker 0 asserts that eating three meals a day was created by the Rockefeller Foundation, and that ancestors did not eat three times daily—if they ate three times a week, that was a lot. The speaker claims that the body is meant to be in a fasted state. They explain that healing occurs during sleep because the body is fasted, allowing energy that would otherwise be used for breaking down and digesting food to be redirected toward healing and feeling sick. The speaker advises against consulting medical professionals described as “white coat” who allegedly have no idea, and recommends implementing a thirty-six-hour fast. The speaker states that stem cells are activated and go to the area of injury and to areas that need healing, asserting that the body thrives in a fasted state. They urge not to buy into the idea of three meals a day. They claim the three-meal-a-day pattern was created to keep people fat, lazy, and reliant on the Rockefeller food system, and conclude with an assertion that obesity should never be installed.

Speaker 0 presents a series of claims linking COVID-19 to radio waves and 5G, and denying conventional ideas about viruses and contagion. The key points include: - COVID is described as radio wave sickness caused by cell phone towers and the rollout of 5G. The speaker asserts that “the COVID situation” was triggered by 5G, not a virus. - It is claimed that the loss of senses and other symptoms (loss of smell and taste, diminished ability to think, hair loss) are ("radio wave sickness"), and that this condition was diagnosed in 1919 as the Kansas flu when radio was rolled out. The speaker says, “one hundred years later, guess what they pulled? Same exact playbook.” - The so-called playbook is outlined as follows: wear your mask, get your booster, take this, inject this, stay indoors. The speaker notes a comparison to the past: “If you have a Bell radio or a Bell telephone, you could stay at home and chat with friends.” The implication is that the same approach was reused in covid times. - The speaker denies that viruses or contagion exist. They claim that coughing or sneezing does not cause illness; illness results from what a person puts into their body. Factors listed as causing illness include microwaving with radio wave signals, poisons and pesticides, negative thoughts, stress, and lack of sun. - Several book references are provided to support these views: The Invisible Rainbow; Farewell to Virology; Can You Catch a Cold?; and The Contagion Myth by Tom Cowan. The speaker also notes “10,000 studies on how viruses are fake,” suggesting a body of literature opposing mainstream virology. - Throughout, the narrative contrasts traditional germ theory with a belief that illness is driven by environmental exposure to radio frequencies, toxins, mindset, and lifestyle factors, rather than contagion from pathogens. In summary, the speaker contends that COVID-19 is a product of 5G and radio wave exposure, that the 1919 Kansas flu was similarly linked to radio rollout, and that conventional germ-based explanations are invalid. Illness is attributed to body inputs such as radiation, poisons, stress, and lack of sun, while promoting alternative literature that disputes contagion and viruses.

According to Dr. Hulda Clark's book, "The Cure for All Diseases," all diabetics have the pancreatic fluke of cattle in their pancreas. This parasite cannot settle and multiply in the pancreas without the presence of wood alcohol. Wood alcohol pervades the food supply and is found in processed food, bottled water, artificial sweeteners, soda pop, baby formula, and powdered drinks. Dr. Clark states that killing this parasite and removing wood alcohol from the diet can cut the need for insulin in half in three weeks or sooner. The problem is not sugar, but the wood alcohol that allows parasites to thrive in the pancreas.

Too many people live in fear and end up labeling their conditions with terms like Waka Chaka Flaca and Uka Uka Booka. They visit professionals who tell them they have those conditions, but the speaker claims the real secret is to eat raw meat, raw milk, raw butter, raw eggs, organic unpasteurized blue cheese, and apricot seeds. When following this, the supposed Waka Chaka Flaca or Waka Flaca will go away, according to the speaker, who asserts to “do everything opposite” of what professionals advise. The speaker states that this is “the secret to health” they have realized. They claim professionals know nothing and don’t even know how to eat healthy. The professionals themselves are described as overweight and unhealthy, ranging from sixty-five to a hundred pounds overweight, yet they are the ones telling others how to be healthy. The speaker questions how it makes sense for unhealthy professionals to dictate health guidance.

The speaker asserts that the modern medical establishment is disconnected due to its focus on treatment, billing, and a high-throughput model. They suggest shifting focus towards preventative measures like school lunch programs instead of medication. The speaker advocates for addressing food as medicine, gut health, the microbiome, and environmental toxins as causes of cancer, rather than solely relying on treatments like chemotherapy. They propose using cooking classes to manage diabetes, rather than just prescribing insulin. The speaker believes a new report calls for transforming healthcare from a reactionary system to a proactive one.

One speaker argues that mold should not be feared because mold consists of spores, and spores are everywhere; spores are equated to pollen, suggesting that fear of mold is unfounded since they are the same thing. The other speaker adds that there are studies indicating that “those ones all heal all the diseases,” highlighting a notion that fear campaigns around mold are misleading. They claim that if a person has mold, candida, or similar issues in their body, it signifies “too many toxins” and that the body is signaling this excess as a remedy to keep the person alive. The dialogue includes a specific recollection about Ajana, who purportedly said that certain things are in the body so that toxins, metals, or similar substances may not actually take you out; otherwise they would seep into the organs and end you quickly. This is presented as evidence of the body’s miraculous nature. A central theme repeatedly asserted is that “the human body is absolutely miraculous” and that “everything is reversible.” The speakers list various conditions—autism, autoimmune diseases, lupus, and even eyesight—claiming they have witnessed people reverse these conditions. It is stated that people can regenerate their eyes and no longer need an eye professional, and that reversing all conditions is possible if one takes initiative. The speakers critique the medical establishment, implying that “every single professional will tell you the opposite because they want you to be their patient for life.” This sentiment is tied to a broader call for personal action: if people do not make changes—such as removing WiFi or taking other unspecified steps—they will continue to complain rather than find solutions. Overall, the message emphasizes that fear about molds and toxins is misguided, that the body possesses remarkable self-healing capabilities, and that proactive efforts can reverse a wide range of health issues. The speakers express a strong desire to provide solutions and to move people forward, rather than remain mired in complaint.

The speaker argues that modern medicine creates enormous financial incentives around chronic diseases. Diabetes is described as a $110 billion per year industry, leading to the suggestion that there might be meetings in big pharma to undermine efforts to end the disease. If asked to design a diet that guarantees diabetes, the speaker would download and pass along the American Diabetes Association’s dietary guidelines, claiming that the guidelines themselves promote an insulin-dependent diet. The breakfast example given is a glass of orange juice, a bowl of oatmeal with crushed brown sugar and natural honey, and a snack of yogurt with fruit on the bottom, totaling 44 grams of sugar. The discussion shifts to pharmaceutical acquisitions, noting that Pfizer paid $6.6 billion for Arena Pharmaceuticals and asserting that Arena “fixes myocarditis, pericarditis, and diffuse vasculitis as a consequence of vaccine injury,” labeling this as a factual claim about Arena’s products. The speaker links folic acid production to Monsanto with other medications, asserting that folic acid is the leading cause of ADD, ADHD, and manic depression and that these conditions are treated with Ritalin, Vyvanse, and Adderall, dismissing it as a coincidence rather than a conspiracy. Vitamin D deficiency is highlighted as a major health issue, with the speaker claiming that 50% of the audience is clinically deficient in vitamin D3, and that 85% of African American and Latino populations are deficient due to skin pigment. This deficiency, they argue, correlates with higher all-cause mortality and weaker immune systems, and is used to explain why COVID affected minorities disproportionately—not due to minority status but pigment. The pandemic period is criticized for weakening immune systems through social distancing, residential quarantining, and masking. The speaker contends that humans are meant to interact, and such interaction builds a strong immune system. A personal maxim is shared: aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort; the more comfort sought, the faster aging occurs. The speaker urges resisting discomfort—exercising, taking cold showers or plunges, dieting, and tolerating some hunger—arguing that avoiding discomfort leads to negative health outcomes. Finally, they caution against restricting activities for older people based on weather, asserting that people should go outside regardless of heat or cold and embrace discomfort rather than avoiding it.

The speaker urges listeners to ask themselves whether their symptoms or diagnosed conditions, and the prescription drugs they take, are truly caused by drug deficiency. They question the idea that conditions like high blood pressure, migraines, diabetes, or heart disease are due to a lack of the drugs themselves. The speaker makes several pointed claims about specific medications: - Lisinopril: described as snake venom in a tablet from a viper in Brazil (Jarocas Viper) since 1981, and asserts that the listener may be swallowing dried snake venom to lower blood pressure, even though the doctor may not have explained it this way. - Xarelto: said to be prescribed for atrial fibrillation by a cardiologist. - Imitrex: noted as something people inject for migraines. They challenge the notion that symptoms are caused by deficiencies in these drugs or by the body lacking them. They ask whether the body is deficient in acetaminophen (and by extension Advil) or Tylenol to cause fever, arguing that none of these claims are true. They assert that these are man-made chemicals and drugs and that none of us are deficient in them. The speaker then presents a contrasting view: every single disease and every single symptom is a clear sign that you are specifically nutrient deficient. They contend that when the nutrients are put back into the body—“the nutrients back in that God gave you and put in the earth”—the earth’s supply to the human body aligns with how God designed it, providing everything that’s for the benefit of man. The overall message emphasizes a shift from relying on drugs to restoring nutrients from natural sources as the body’s path to health.
