Members of the cartel admitted that moving human beings, drugs, guns, and fentanyl is easier now than ever before in the cartel's history. The number of car thefts has doubled over the past five years, and the number of carjackings has more than tripled. Murders in 2023 reached the highest rate probably ever. They say twenty five years, but they don't know what that means because it just goes back twenty five years. Can't be worse. Our capital city has been overtaken by violent gangs and bloodthirsty criminals, roving mobs of wild youth, drugged out maniacs and homeless people, and we're not gonna let it happen anymore. We're not gonna take it. Yeah. Just like we did, on our southern border. Nobody comes to our southern border anymore. Three months in a row, we had zero. I don't know if that's right, but the people that do the work, it's a very liberal group of people actually, and they actually said zero for the last three months.

Immigrants commit more crimes than U.S. citizens? Rhetoric. 2. Immigrants live off the government? Rhetoric. 3. Immigrants only enter at the southern border? Rhetoric. It's crucial to recognize that immigrants contribute positively to our communities. Notably, mass shootings in Buffalo and Charleston were committed by U.S. citizens, not immigrants. The El Paso shooting also targeted immigrants, perpetrated by white supremacists, who accounted for over 80% of extremism-related murders in 2022.

Cartels are adapting, particularly by increasing maritime operations. We anticipated this shift and have tripled Coast Guard patrols in response. We will shut them down on the water as well. Our goal is to put them out of business entirely. President Trump is designating them as criminal terrorist organizations, and rightfully so. They've caused more American deaths than all other terrorist groups combined. We will wipe them out by cutting off their funding, which is the source of their power to bribe and operate. Our strategy extends beyond Mexico. We're targeting the Jalisco cartel and other cartels in the 43 countries where they currently operate.
