In 1974, I was introduced to the late Doctor Wernher von Braun in the U.S., the father of rocketry. He would repeat to me over and over, and the last card, the last card, the last card would be the extraterrestrial threat. And they're all lies. There is no threat. It's all based on a lie. Space. The belief asserted is that all of this ET reality is actually our own technology, and that this technology has been around for a long period of time. Therefore, with the whole ET disclosure, the point is to keep you consumed. The speaker concludes with a sequence of conspiratorial expectations: there are aliens coming, and they’ll implement Project Blue Beam, then they’ll say they have you as a savior. Following that would be a new world order in which people band together, pay climate taxes and carbon taxes, and then are corralled into a fifteen-minute smart city.

In his autobiography Selected by Extraterrestrials, Tomkins provides documents supporting his claims, including a copy of his mission orders verifying that he was tasked to act as a disseminator of aircraft research, and copies of passes to enter and leave the naval air station in San Diego with multiple packages, substantiating his claim that he was carrying intelligence briefing packets to select US corporations and think tanks. The Navy spies revealed that the Nazis were receiving assistance from an extraterrestrial race described as reptilians who were acting as consultants in various German aerospace projects. In an exclusive interview, Tomkins publicly revealed the role of reptilian extraterrestrials in Nazi projects. The SS had many meetings and formed an organization; reptilian consultants assisted all of these different things that it takes to design and build spacecraft carriers and propulsion systems, an extremely well developed program documented like crazy. They were openly connected at the upper SS level, yet compartmentalized. A statement alluding to an agreement with extraterrestrials and Germany described a program where hundreds of thousands of Russian girls were brought to facilities; groups would get them pregnant; the aim was to produce babies and parallel a reptilian Navy battle group program to go to other stars. The operation spanned thousands of engineering groups, with some building water-plate steel UFOs, 200–250 feet, and others reverse engineering vehicles. The mission was to take over the planet, tear off all the ones that are a problem, the rest of them make slaves out of them. Then second phase was to leave the planet with large squadrons of UFOs after you’ve got them all built and do the same thing to other stars’ planets. This leads back to my main point: it could either be extraterrestrial or technology we are reverse engineering from our own secret projects.
