If McConnell installs one of the other candidates, progress will be stalled, and bills will require compromises with the left. It's crucial for Trump supporters to contact their representatives to oppose a secret ballot and advocate for Rick Scott as majority leader. We need to ensure that the Senate moves forward with Trump’s agenda, not hinder it with liberal leadership.

McConnell only had the ability to raise money because of his leadership position, which anyone could do. He gave money to senators, engendering a certain amount of loyalty, but I was the one who got him to drop out of the leadership position. He's not voting against Bobby Kennedy Jr., he's voting against me. McConnell had polio, and shouldn't have been a leader. He's a very bitter guy, and has lost his power. Bobby did great, got more votes than anybody thought, and I think he's gonna do phenomenally in that position. Everybody else likewise did well. Look at how great Tulsi did.

This guy, who I used to call 1% Joe, ran multiple times and only got 1% of the votes. Now he's shot, with half of his head left, and he somehow ends up getting the nomination.

The Republican Party wouldn't even exist right now without me. McConnell's main strength was raising money due to his leadership position, which anyone could have done. He maintained loyalty by distributing that money to senators.

You don't get it? Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, Chuck Schumer—you all get together, put something in a prompter, and say the same thing into a microphone in separate rooms. You think that's going to resonate? Then you wonder why you're no longer in power and why Trump is in the White House.

He wants to appear tough, but it's easy to take advantage of vulnerable people, like an elderly woman. Many in the audience are donors and special interests, which affects their support. The RNC has confirmed that the audience is filled with donors, and the lack of enthusiasm for me stems from my refusal to accept their money. My Republican colleagues, led by Donald Trump, are in a meltdown because their presidential nominee and policies are unpopular. They are pushing for a nationwide abortion ban and their project 2025 is failing. Democrats just want to focus on moving the country forward and prioritizing people over politics.

The toughest thing for me to witness during those three weeks was the disconnect between myself, the Democratic party leadership, and the unprecedented "firing squad" against a true patriot. I've never seen a party turn on one of their own like that. It was hurtful to watch someone who has done so much for this country be treated that way. Instead of uniting to save our democracy and fight back, we were fighting amongst ourselves. That's what we decided to do for three weeks, and it was truly unfortunate. I believe it hurt us more than people realize.

I released all the senators who couldn't confront the president's actions from their responsibility. This is an opportunity for them to do better.

You need courage to challenge your leaders. DC leaders will use you for their benefit. You called Trump America's Hitler, then praised him and got his endorsement. McConnell and Thiel gave you $55,000,000 for your campaign. They want your loyalty, and you showed you'll comply.

What bothers me even more than that guy are the Republican senators and congressmen who blindly follow along. They don't believe in any of it. They're just scared he'll trash them on Truth Social and they'll lose their jobs. They're doing whatever he says, which is a dictatorship. After everything I've done for you over the last two years, standing up for you, you're going to treat me with disrespect? If I could take back your letter of recommendation, I would. Don't ever talk to me like that again, personally. You disrespect me like that after I stood up for you? You got your letter, your grade, so now you can treat me like that?

You can't lead America without loving American values, and you can't be president if you harbor hatred for the American people. There’s a significant amount of disdain coming from them. Kamala Harris is unfit to be president of the United States.

I believe that Donald Trump's time has passed, and he cannot win the 2024 election. In politics, you're irrelevant if you can't win. Trump created his current circumstances, and I won't support him; other Republicans shouldn't either. A wall won't stop illegal immigration; a virtual border is what we need. Walls don't make us safer. The idea of a wall is off-putting to many. President Biden said to do something on gun violence, so I worked with Democrats to get something done, the only way to get things done in Congress. The Second Amendment isn't unlimited. I'm proud we passed gun violence prevention for the first time in 30 years.

You mentioned that you talk to President Biden regularly and that his mental acuity is as good as ever, dismissing claims of decline as right-wing propaganda. What do you say to Americans who feel misled about his mental state? We didn’t mislead anyone. President Biden has an impressive record, with significant legislation passed and a historic number of judges appointed. He’s a patriot who stepped down for the good of the party and the country, and we should all respect that. Do you believe President Biden could serve another four years if he had stayed in the race? I won’t speculate, but his record is stellar, and he will be remembered as an outstanding president.

They were also surprised to learn he was planning a second term from day one. It's hard for the Democratic party to find a good leader to replace Biden. I feel bad for Democratic voters, the party is corrupt. The left doesn't understand the MAGA movement's desire for retribution and change. Someone said our country is being stolen by fascists and Nazis, but when asked to clarify, specified that they were referring to people who are openly Nazis, not Republicans in Washington.
