Speaking up to save lives should not be controversial. The cries of Palestinian and Israeli children are equally important. It is perplexing why the cries of Palestinians seem different to some. We must remember our shared humanity.

Disturbing news from Israel: Hamas is reportedly kidnapping children, putting them in cages, and killing women and the elderly. This is cowardly and unacceptable. It is never okay to harm innocent people, regardless of their background or beliefs. It is especially despicable to use children as human shields.
