The speaker states he was diagnosed with macular degeneration and told it would likely worsen, potentially leading to blindness. Dissatisfied, he created supplements, including Doctor Joe's Supergreens, Essential Source, and nitric oxide, to provide nutrients aimed at reversing the condition, despite being told it was irreversible. Years later, the speaker's eye doctor was surprised to find his macular degeneration improving, a phenomenon he claimed never to have witnessed before. The speaker reports that his condition continues to improve annually. Pictures of his eyes are available on his website, doctorjo.com. He shares this personal story to illustrate how nutrition, chiropractic care, proper food, and supplements can improve health conditions. While not everyone experiences improvement, the speaker advocates for addressing the root cause of health problems rather than merely treating symptoms and encourages those with health issues to seek help.

Learn how to heal from autoimmune conditions, chronic diagnoses, or ongoing symptoms by examining your eyes. Lymphatic iridology studies the iris to identify lymphatic stagnation, toxicity, and glandular weaknesses in the body. Lifestyle choices like smoking, drinking, and unhealthy foods can weaken cells and organs over time. By targeting specific areas of the body with a healing protocol using medicinal plants, changes can occur in the iris, resulting in improved health. The removal of cellular waste, lymphatic stagnation, toxicity, and sulfur residue can lead to a healthier body and even a change in eye color. Iridology helps identify the root cause of medical diagnoses and individualizes healing protocols for each person.

"Often overlooked root cause of chronic low energy levels and fatigue is an overburdened sluggish liver." "Two of the main things that our livers get overburdened with are viruses and heavy metals." "If our livers reach this point where they it can't detox all of these toxins, it's going to start spilling out into our system." "The viruses create viral byproducts." "These byproducts spill out of our liver and goes into our system." "It causes our brain to become very inflamed." "The inflammation can affect our adrenal glands." "It's really important when we're dealing with chronic fatigue, low energy levels, that yes, there could be other contributing factors going on, but we will really be amiss if we are not looking at the liver and potentially figuring out why our liver is overburdened and start a path of cleansing and getting it rejuvenated again."

To improve vision and address eye problems like floaters and pressure, it is important to focus on the lymphatic system. A high fruit diet, particularly berries, helps to liquefy and move the lymphatic system. The liver and kidneys also play a crucial role in eyesight, so it is important to take care of them. Cleaning the head of excess mucus, using an eyesight formula, and cleansing the entire body, including the gut, are recommended. Additionally, practicing Qigong tapping around the eyes and using sound frequencies can promote healing. Special eye exercises, such as the Bates method, can also strengthen eye muscles and improve eyesight. It is possible to heal the eyes with these approaches.

A series of testimonials claim that pearl powder can improve various vision issues. A friend in the UK reportedly saw their eyesight improve from plus four to plus 3.5, and their eye professional was amazed. Another account describes an 88-year-old with cataracts and floaters, where the condition decreased by 30% and the person no longer has floaters. A 50-year-old using pearl powder says their astigmatism is almost gone and their vision has improved. For macular degeneration, pearl powder allegedly helped reduce inflammation and fluid; the person is on month two and will be going back to see how they feel. There is a question about color blindness: “Can you reverse color blindness? Of course, there’s no treatments. They don’t have any solutions. We can’t check this.” The testimony continues: “Pro powder. My husband is starting to see colors normally that he couldn’t see at all.” It is also claimed that pearl powder works for animals as well. There is a broader note that people are self-regenerating divine beings and that there’s no profit in that, followed by the assertion that there are ways to heal the eyesight. The speaker concludes by stating that now you know your eyesight can regenerate. A reference is made to a book, “Take Off Your Glasses and Seeing” by Jacob Liberman, described as an eye professional who noticed that people’s glasses were actually making their eyes weaker over time. The transcript ends with the remark, “What a business model.”

The inside of your eye is yellow according to, iridology, which is the study of the eye as it relates to health. When the corner of the eye is yellow, that can be a sign of liver stagnation. Another one, you can look at the bottom of your feet. So bottom of your feet, when they're dry and cracking, is showing that you're not getting proper circulation down to your feet. And so it can be a possibility that the liver is not doing a good job of detoxing and getting toxins out. So your circulatory system has more sludge in it. So the circulation isn't freely getting down to the bottom of your feet.

Heavy metals can be an underlying root cause of autoimmune issues, migraines, psoriasis, and skin conditions. Consuming heavy metals causes damage to the gut microbiome, leading to poor absorption of vitamins and minerals, resulting in deficiencies and toxicities as metals enter the bloodstream. Healing involves addressing deficiencies and lowering toxicities by removing heavy metals and rebalancing the gut microbiome. While detoxing, it's important to limit new heavy metal intake by using water and shower filters, eating low-mercury fish, and choosing low-arsenic rice. Switching out cookware over time can also help. Resources for recommended products are available at stevenkabrall.com/resources. This is how the healing process begins.

I put three autoimmune diseases into remission, not to mention a bunch of other health conditions that I was dealing with, and I want to share how I did that. A little disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I have no medical background whatsoever. I was a desperate person who refused to believe I had to be on medication for the rest of my life or endure this pain forever. I did research, studied, and took matters into my own hands. After a lot of trial and error, two years later I am a completely different person, and I’m going to share what I did. It’s going to feel too good to be true or too simple, but I’m telling you right now that the way you eat changes everything. The best way I can describe it and simplify it for others is that humans need to be eating food in their truest form. I view it as the way God put it on the earth is the way it should be eaten. The more processed it is, the more terrible it is for our bodies. So I eliminated all processed food, and if it is processed, it is very minimally processed. A perfect example: I will eat potato chips, but I have to pick up the bag, look at the label, and if it says potatoes, sea salt, avocado oil as the three ingredients, I will eat those because it is very simple ingredients. I’m not going to pick up a bag of Lay’s. Another example: I am not going to buy bread at the store. Bread at the store or any flour is empty calories, bleached, all the nutrients taken out. Instead, I buy whole wheat berries, mill them myself, and make bread from that because that is bread in its truest form. I believe we should be able to eat dairy and gluten, but it all needs to be in its truest form, and when it is, our bodies can handle it. The reason people are sick and cannot eat certain foods is because of the way they are processed or modified. I think the biggest issue with humans and why we’re all so sick is because we are eating all of the wrong things and not getting enough nutrients in our diets. If you eat whole grains in their truest form, dairy in its truest form, lean protein, fruit, vegetables in their truest form, meaning no pesticides, no glyphosate, organic fruits and vegetables. I don’t think all fruits and vegetables have to be organic—only some are sprayed with pesticides, but it’s called the dirty dozen; look into that. As long as we are eating things in their truest form and avoiding processed junk, processed sugar, soda, fast food, we are giving our bodies what it needs to thrive and to heal itself. Not saying this fixes everything—there may be conditions that can’t be fixed by this—but people could be surprised by how many issues would go away if we ate the way we were meant to. If you want, I can share an example of a day of eating. Just say the word. I hope you have a great night and remember you do not have to be sick. Doctors are not taught nutrition in medical school—they are taught to prescribe medication. A lot of us think we have to be on medication for the rest of our lives to feel good, when in reality we just need to eat differently.

Your body has the ability to repair itself, even from serious conditions. By maintaining a surplus of energy and a hydrated alkaline environment, your body can heal any issue. This means that there are no incurable diseases, only a point of no return where permanent damage has occurred. To illustrate this, we compare two cadavers, one healthy and one unhealthy. The unhealthy specimen shows a dirty liver, blackened stomach, pancreas, and spleen, and a buildup in the bowel known as mucoid plaque. By understanding the importance of energy and hydration, we can support our body's natural healing abilities.

Leaky gut may be indicated by chronic gut issues like IBS, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, arthritis, joint pain, autoimmune disease, headaches, or hormonal issues. Autoimmune diseases are strongly linked. To heal leaky gut, follow the functional medicine "5 R program." First, remove bad bugs like yeast, bacteria overgrowth, and parasites, as well as irritating foods. Then, rebuild and repair the gut with sufficient fiber, ideally from vegetables. The gut benefits from polyphenols found in colorful fruits and vegetables, preferably organic. Consult EWG's guide to avoid the "dirty dozen" most contaminated produce. Treating leaky gut is critical for maintaining health.

One speaker argues that mold should not be feared because mold consists of spores, and spores are everywhere; spores are equated to pollen, suggesting that fear of mold is unfounded since they are the same thing. The other speaker adds that there are studies indicating that “those ones all heal all the diseases,” highlighting a notion that fear campaigns around mold are misleading. They claim that if a person has mold, candida, or similar issues in their body, it signifies “too many toxins” and that the body is signaling this excess as a remedy to keep the person alive. The dialogue includes a specific recollection about Ajana, who purportedly said that certain things are in the body so that toxins, metals, or similar substances may not actually take you out; otherwise they would seep into the organs and end you quickly. This is presented as evidence of the body’s miraculous nature. A central theme repeatedly asserted is that “the human body is absolutely miraculous” and that “everything is reversible.” The speakers list various conditions—autism, autoimmune diseases, lupus, and even eyesight—claiming they have witnessed people reverse these conditions. It is stated that people can regenerate their eyes and no longer need an eye professional, and that reversing all conditions is possible if one takes initiative. The speakers critique the medical establishment, implying that “every single professional will tell you the opposite because they want you to be their patient for life.” This sentiment is tied to a broader call for personal action: if people do not make changes—such as removing WiFi or taking other unspecified steps—they will continue to complain rather than find solutions. Overall, the message emphasizes that fear about molds and toxins is misguided, that the body possesses remarkable self-healing capabilities, and that proactive efforts can reverse a wide range of health issues. The speakers express a strong desire to provide solutions and to move people forward, rather than remain mired in complaint.

I have lupus, an autoimmune disease, and experience similar symptoms to multiple sclerosis (MS). I've been researching ways to heal autoimmune diseases and discovered that parasites may be the root cause. So, three weeks ago, I began a parasite cleanse and wanted to update you on my progress. My health has improved significantly, which is surprising and exciting. Previously, I was constantly sick, exhausted, and in pain. However, my energy levels are normal now, and my pain has decreased. I used Ivermectin, super enzymes, and activated charcoal or bentonite clay as a binder. The cleanse is a multi-month process, but I'm already feeling much better. Taking super enzymes helps break down biofilms in the body, which can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, and digestive issues.

The speaker describes a common eye-care experience: you visit the eye doctor, receive glasses, and when your prescription worsens, you’re given thicker glasses. You keep returning for thicker and thicker lenses until the glasses become so thick that they block essential spectra needed for healing, and you can no longer see because the glasses have blocked the UV spectrum and other necessary wavelengths. The speaker argues that this approach contradicts healing, noting that if you don’t use your eyes or feed them, you lose them and they fall apart, so it makes no sense to keep relying on the same practitioner who prescribes progressively thicker glasses. Instead, the speaker advocates training the eyes through exercises and natural remedies. They claim that beginning eye exercises, applying castor oil and pearl to the eyes, and giving the eyes structured water can lead to healing and the ability to see again. The overarching assertion is that the eyes are capable of self-healing and regeneration. The speaker shares personal observations from others who have contacted them, stating that they have started regenerating their eyesight, visited eye professionals, and found that their eyesight has actually reversed or moved backward in the right direction. The central point is that by addressing the root causes—typically lack of nutrition, or possibly substantial toxin overload—and by not merely relying on corrective lenses, vision can improve. A key theme is reframing eye health from a dependence on increasingly strong prescriptions to a focus on natural support and addressing underlying factors. The speaker emphasizes that when the root causes are addressed, the eyes can heal, aligning with the belief that humans are self-regenerating beings.

Disease Expert: "Your Body Is Warning You!" - Spot This Before It's Too Late | Dr. Sara Gottfried
Guests: Sara Gottfried
reSee.it Podcast Summary
One in ten people globally have a diagnosed autoimmune condition, but the reality is more severe, as many may go undiagnosed for years. Post-pandemic, the rates of autoimmunity have increased, with about 30% of healthy individuals showing positive anti-nuclear antibodies. Early warning signs of autoimmunity vary widely among the over 100 known autoimmune diseases, with symptoms often being subtle and non-specific. The traditional medical system often fails to diagnose these conditions early, focusing more on disease care rather than prevention. Autoimmunity requires a three-legged stool: genetic predisposition, increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut), and a trigger, which could be trauma or infection. Trauma is particularly significant, with 80% of autoimmune patients experiencing major trauma before diagnosis. Women are disproportionately affected, with four out of five autoimmune patients being female, often due to hormonal changes and stress. The conversation emphasizes the importance of addressing trauma and stress in managing autoimmunity. Tools like breathwork, meditation, and even psychedelics can help create healing states of consciousness. An Elimination Diet is recommended to identify food triggers, particularly gluten and dairy, which are common culprits in autoimmune responses. Strength training is also highlighted as beneficial for regulating the immune system and improving overall health. Genetic testing can provide insights into predispositions for autoimmunity, and minimizing environmental toxins is crucial. Relationships and a sense of purpose are essential for healing, as love and connection significantly impact health outcomes. The discussion underscores the need for a holistic approach to autoimmunity, integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health to foster recovery and well-being.

The No.1 Eye Doctor: They’re Lying To You About Blue Light! The Truth About Floaters!
Guests: Joseph Allen
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Dr. Joseph Allen, a board-certified eye doctor, discusses common misconceptions about eye health, particularly regarding vision loss and the causes of under-eye bags. He clarifies that while aging does affect eyesight, lifestyle choices can significantly slow down deterioration. Stress, lack of sleep, and excessive caffeine can lead to eyelid twitching, a common issue linked to stress levels. Allen addresses concerns about blue light from screens, stating that it does not increase the risk of aging eye diseases, and suggests that moving devices further away can reduce exposure. He highlights a troubling trend: the rising rates of nearsightedness, projected to affect 50% of the global population by 2050, largely due to lifestyle changes, including increased screen time and indoor activities. Regular eye exams are crucial, as they can detect over 270 conditions, including diabetes and high blood pressure, often before patients are aware of any issues. Allen shares a case where he identified a serious health condition in a young patient during a routine exam, emphasizing the importance of proactive eye care. He also discusses the impact of diet on eye health, recommending a Mediterranean diet rich in green leafy vegetables and oily fish to reduce the risk of macular degeneration. Allen debunks the myth that carrots significantly improve vision, attributing it to wartime propaganda. Allen touches on emerging treatments like red light therapy for dry eyes and macular degeneration, noting that while promising, they require further research. He concludes by stressing the interconnectedness of eye health with overall well-being and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to preserve vision. Regular eye check-ups are essential, even for those who believe their vision is fine.

Gary Brecka Live at the Biohacking 360 Conference 2025 in Romania | TUH #232
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Gary Brecka’s talk at Biohacking 360 continuously circles around one central premise: the body is an exquisitely engineered system capable of healing itself when fed the right raw materials. He frames modern medicine as frequently treating symptoms without uncovering root causes, especially when a condition is labeled idiopathic. Across his stories and case examples, Brecka argues that most chronic ailments—from hypertension and depression to thyroid issues and autoimmune diseases—are not inevitable destinies but reflections of nutritional and metabolic gaps in the body. He repeatedly emphasizes that longevity and quality of life hinge on optimizing oxygen delivery, cellular nutrition, and the body’s innate repair mechanisms, rather than relying primarily on medications that mask symptoms. He recounts his own career shift from predicting mortality to teaching people how to live healthier lives, insisting that seven more years of healthspan are possible for most people if they restore the right substrates—amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and proper methylation pathways—to their cells. The narrative then moves into practical physiology: how nutrients are converted into usable forms, why methylation matters, and how gene variants like MTHFR can blunt nutrient utilization, leading to mood disorders, cognitive fog, and fatigue. In graphic, accessible terms, Brecka excavates the idea that many conditions stem from a mismatch between what the body needs at a biochemical level and what is available in the diet and environment. He uses vivid metaphors—comparing the transformation of nutrients into active compounds to refining crude oil into gasoline, or the immune system’s door-to-door approach to pathogens—to argue that health is a dynamic balancing act that can be corrected with targeted nutrition and smart lifestyle choices. He also shares dramatic patient stories, from Dana White’s blood pressure turnaround to the broader claim that immune fatigue, heavy metals, and chronic toxin exposure underlie many autoimmune and neuropsychiatric conditions. The talk closes with a call to view health through a holistic lens that honors biology, God-given physiology, and the possibility of restoring function at any age when the body is supplied with the missing raw materials.

TOP Healthy Foods That PREVENT & TREAT Autoimmune Disease | Dr. Elroy Vojdani
Guests: Elroy Vojdani
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Traditional thinking suggests autoimmune diseases are predetermined and uncontrollable, but Dr. Elroy Vojdani argues that with timely detection and understanding of the underlying causes, individuals can significantly alter their health trajectory and avoid suffering from these conditions. Autoimmune diseases arise from a loss of immune tolerance, where the body mistakenly attacks its own tissues. This loss of tolerance can be traced back to various factors, including changes in diet, increased chemical exposure, and the decline of ancestral microbiomes due to modern practices like antibiotics and cesarean births. The rise in autoimmune diseases in the U.S. is attributed to environmental changes and dietary shifts over the past few decades. Vojdani emphasizes that each autoimmune condition has unique triggers, and understanding an individual's personal history is crucial for identifying these triggers. For example, Hashimoto's thyroiditis can be exacerbated by chronic viral infections, such as Epstein-Barr virus, which may reactivate and worsen symptoms. Food plays a significant role in managing autoimmune conditions. Vojdani's upcoming book, "When Food Bites Back," outlines how certain foods can trigger or alleviate symptoms. Gluten and dairy are highlighted as common culprits due to their potential to cause inflammation and immune reactions. The book categorizes autoimmune diseases by organ systems and identifies specific trigger foods for each condition. Vojdani also discusses the importance of immunotyping, a method developed by his father, which helps identify specific immune system imbalances. This approach allows for personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Testing for autoimmune antibodies can help catch conditions early, potentially preventing full-blown autoimmune diseases. In summary, understanding the interplay between diet, environmental factors, and individual immune responses is essential for managing autoimmune diseases. By identifying triggers and personalizing treatment, individuals can take control of their health and improve their quality of life.

Autoimmune Disease EPIDEMIC: Why It's On The Rise & How To Prevent It For LONGEVITY | Dr. Akil
Guests: Dr. Akil Palanisamy, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hyman
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Dr. Akil Palanisamy discusses the alarming rise in autoimmune diseases, affecting 30 to 40 million Americans and over 300 million globally, with a 300-500% increase in recent decades. This surge is attributed to a combination of environmental toxins, infections, gut microbiome disruptions, poor diet, and stress. He emphasizes the importance of recognizing pre-autoimmune conditions, similar to pre-diabetes, where lab markers can indicate a risk for developing autoimmune diseases. In his book, "The Tiger Protocol," he outlines a framework for addressing autoimmune conditions, starting with the "T" for toxins. He highlights that approximately 40,000 chemicals are used in the U.S., many of which are unstudied for long-term safety. Heavy metals like mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium are significant contributors to autoimmune diseases. He notes that chronic exposure to these toxins can lead to oxidative stress and immune system confusion, resulting in the production of autoantibodies. Pesticides, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and the synergistic effects of multiple toxins further complicate the issue. Palanisamy stresses that while the body has detoxification capabilities, lifestyle habits such as regular bowel movements, hydration, exercise, and sweating through saunas can enhance detoxification processes. He also advocates for a gut-focused approach, emphasizing the importance of gut health in autoimmune conditions, including the use of prebiotic and fermented foods to restore microbiome diversity. Diet plays a crucial role, with an initial elimination phase to remove common allergens like gluten and dairy, followed by a gradual reintroduction of foods. He encourages a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins while minimizing processed foods. The protocol also addresses infections, as chronic infections can exacerbate autoimmune conditions. Stress management is vital, with meditation, mindfulness, and other practices recommended to help patients cope with the psychological aspects of autoimmune diseases. Palanisamy highlights the importance of a positive mindset and self-advocacy in the healing journey, noting that many patients have been told they cannot improve their conditions. Overall, the conversation emphasizes a holistic approach to managing autoimmune diseases, integrating lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and addressing environmental factors to promote healing and well-being.
