Our bodies are electric machines, with cells needing electricity to function. To maintain healthy cells, we must eat fruits and vegetables that contain electricity from the sun. Processed food lacks this essential energy and can clog our bodies. Healthy cells lead to healthy organs, which in turn support healthy systems in our bodies.

My food contains glucose, which fuels healthy cells but also feeds zombie cells that damage the body. Fasting cuts off the glucose supply, starving the zombie cells and slowing down aging. When food is scarce, the body sheds fat and converts it into ketones, which provide emergency power for the body and brain. Without food, healthy cells can switch into repair mode, fixing damage and preventing problems. This helps keep the body in better condition and promotes overall health.

Life expectancy is increasing in Western countries, but so are the number of diseases of civilization such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cancer. Fasting, an ancient method praised by religions but long ignored by science, is being explored as a therapeutic approach. In Russia, Germany, and the United States, doctors and biologists have been studying fasting for half a century. Fasting involves drinking only water for an average of 12 days, and has shown remarkable results in the treatment of various diseases. It stimulates the body's healing powers, improves blood composition, and triggers self-regulatory mechanisms. Fasting has also been found to protect healthy cells during chemotherapy and slow the growth of cancer cells.

The human body has the ability to heal itself, so why are so many people sick? Even though a new hospital has been built, it won't fix everything. While surgery and medicine have their place, most people should never have to rely on them. To understand how the body heals, we need to know how it works. The central business district of the body is the inside workings of the cell. The discovery of DNA was thought to hold the key to understanding disease, but even after 64 years, we're no closer to healing all diseases. The DNA contains a vast amount of information, and it's incredible how it's all curled up inside. Psalm 139 acknowledges the marvelous creation of the human body.

Three meals a day, please. That's not nature. That's Rockefeller marketing. Our ancestors didn't sit around with breakfast, lunch, and dinner neatly served. They ate once a day, sometimes three times a week. That was abundance. And you know what? They thrived. They were lean, sharp, and strong because the body is designed to function best in fasting. You ever wonder why you heal in your sleep? Because you're fasting. The body finally gets to stop wasting energy digesting. Junkin starts repairing, rebuilding, cleaning house. That's when the real work gets done. But you've been programmed. You think skipping breakfast is a crime. You think hunger is an emergency. No, it's power. Fasting activates cells that act like little soldiers. They march straight to the damage, clean it out, rebuild you stronger, that's real medicine, and yet the white coat will tell you to eat regularly. Why? Because the system isn't built for your health, it's built for your dependence. Rockefeller didn't give you three meals to nourish you. He gave you three meals to chain you, to keep you tired, inflamed, obedient.

You need electrical food grown under the electric sun because you are an electrical battery. The sun's electric power is crystallized within the food. You are a light being, light manifested. You need electric food to charge your electric body, not dead flesh. You get charged in a court because you're an electric battery and sit in a battery cell. reSee.it Video Transcript AI Summary
I put three autoimmune diseases into remission, not to mention a bunch of other health conditions that I was dealing with, and I want to share how I did that. A little disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I have no medical background whatsoever. I was a desperate person who refused to believe I had to be on medication for the rest of my life or endure this pain forever. I did research, studied, and took matters into my own hands. After a lot of trial and error, two years later I am a completely different person, and I’m going to share what I did. It’s going to feel too good to be true or too simple, but I’m telling you right now that the way you eat changes everything. The best way I can describe it and simplify it for others is that humans need to be eating food in their truest form. I view it as the way God put it on the earth is the way it should be eaten. The more processed it is, the more terrible it is for our bodies. So I eliminated all processed food, and if it is processed, it is very minimally processed. A perfect example: I will eat potato chips, but I have to pick up the bag, look at the label, and if it says potatoes, sea salt, avocado oil as the three ingredients, I will eat those because it is very simple ingredients. I’m not going to pick up a bag of Lay’s. Another example: I am not going to buy bread at the store. Bread at the store or any flour is empty calories, bleached, all the nutrients taken out. Instead, I buy whole wheat berries, mill them myself, and make bread from that because that is bread in its truest form. I believe we should be able to eat dairy and gluten, but it all needs to be in its truest form, and when it is, our bodies can handle it. The reason people are sick and cannot eat certain foods is because of the way they are processed or modified. I think the biggest issue with humans and why we’re all so sick is because we are eating all of the wrong things and not getting enough nutrients in our diets. If you eat whole grains in their truest form, dairy in its truest form, lean protein, fruit, vegetables in their truest form, meaning no pesticides, no glyphosate, organic fruits and vegetables. I don’t think all fruits and vegetables have to be organic—only some are sprayed with pesticides, but it’s called the dirty dozen; look into that. As long as we are eating things in their truest form and avoiding processed junk, processed sugar, soda, fast food, we are giving our bodies what it needs to thrive and to heal itself. Not saying this fixes everything—there may be conditions that can’t be fixed by this—but people could be surprised by how many issues would go away if we ate the way we were meant to. If you want, I can share an example of a day of eating. Just say the word. I hope you have a great night and remember you do not have to be sick. Doctors are not taught nutrition in medical school—they are taught to prescribe medication. A lot of us think we have to be on medication for the rest of our lives to feel good, when in reality we just need to eat differently.

Speaker 0 asserts that eating three meals a day was created by the Rockefeller Foundation, and that ancestors did not eat three times daily—if they ate three times a week, that was a lot. The speaker claims that the body is meant to be in a fasted state. They explain that healing occurs during sleep because the body is fasted, allowing energy that would otherwise be used for breaking down and digesting food to be redirected toward healing and feeling sick. The speaker advises against consulting medical professionals described as “white coat” who allegedly have no idea, and recommends implementing a thirty-six-hour fast. The speaker states that stem cells are activated and go to the area of injury and to areas that need healing, asserting that the body thrives in a fasted state. They urge not to buy into the idea of three meals a day. They claim the three-meal-a-day pattern was created to keep people fat, lazy, and reliant on the Rockefeller food system, and conclude with an assertion that obesity should never be installed.

Your body has the ability to repair itself, even from serious conditions. By maintaining a surplus of energy and a hydrated alkaline environment, your body can heal any issue. This means that there are no incurable diseases, only a point of no return where permanent damage has occurred. To illustrate this, we compare two cadavers, one healthy and one unhealthy. The unhealthy specimen shows a dirty liver, blackened stomach, pancreas, and spleen, and a buildup in the bowel known as mucoid plaque. By understanding the importance of energy and hydration, we can support our body's natural healing abilities.

The speaker urges listeners to ask themselves whether their symptoms or diagnosed conditions, and the prescription drugs they take, are truly caused by drug deficiency. They question the idea that conditions like high blood pressure, migraines, diabetes, or heart disease are due to a lack of the drugs themselves. The speaker makes several pointed claims about specific medications: - Lisinopril: described as snake venom in a tablet from a viper in Brazil (Jarocas Viper) since 1981, and asserts that the listener may be swallowing dried snake venom to lower blood pressure, even though the doctor may not have explained it this way. - Xarelto: said to be prescribed for atrial fibrillation by a cardiologist. - Imitrex: noted as something people inject for migraines. They challenge the notion that symptoms are caused by deficiencies in these drugs or by the body lacking them. They ask whether the body is deficient in acetaminophen (and by extension Advil) or Tylenol to cause fever, arguing that none of these claims are true. They assert that these are man-made chemicals and drugs and that none of us are deficient in them. The speaker then presents a contrasting view: every single disease and every single symptom is a clear sign that you are specifically nutrient deficient. They contend that when the nutrients are put back into the body—“the nutrients back in that God gave you and put in the earth”—the earth’s supply to the human body aligns with how God designed it, providing everything that’s for the benefit of man. The overall message emphasizes a shift from relying on drugs to restoring nutrients from natural sources as the body’s path to health.

How LEAKY GUT Is Making You Sick & Driving CHRONIC INFLAMMATION! | Dr. Emeran Mayer
Guests: Emeran Mayer, Martin Blaser
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Autoimmune diseases, food sensitivities, and allergies are on the rise, likely worsening without significant changes in our environment and food production. Dr. Emeran Mayer discusses the critical connection between gut health and overall health, including its implications for conditions like COVID-19. He highlights the role of antibiotics in industrial agriculture, noting that their use promotes faster weight gain in livestock but also contributes to antibiotic resistance in humans through food consumption. This overuse, particularly in children, is linked to long-term health issues, including obesity and autoimmune diseases. Mayer emphasizes the importance of gut microbiome diversity, which has diminished due to modern agricultural practices and processed foods. He argues that this loss of diversity leads to chronic immune activation and increased food sensitivities. The gut microbiome, which has evolved over billions of years, plays a crucial role in communication with the brain and immune system, influencing our health significantly. He also discusses the impact of lifestyle factors, such as sleep and diet, on gut health. Time-restricted eating allows the gut to cleanse itself, a process compromised by constant food intake. Mayer advocates for a diet rich in diverse, plant-based foods and fermented products to support gut health. He warns that the current health crisis is exacerbated by a lack of awareness about the gut's role in overall health and calls for a shift in medical education to incorporate a systems biology approach. The future of health care should focus on prevention and understanding the interconnectedness of bodily systems, particularly the gut's influence on immunity and disease.

Harvard Professor: They’re Lying To You About Running, Breathing & Sitting! - Daniel Lieberman
Guests: Daniel Lieberman
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Daniel Lieberman, a Harvard professor, discusses how our evolutionary past informs our understanding of modern health issues like cancer, obesity, and stress. He emphasizes that many diseases in the Western world are "mismatch diseases," arising from our inability to adapt to contemporary lifestyles characterized by comfort and choice. For instance, sedentary behavior contributes to back pain and weak skeletal systems, while a lack of physical activity leads to bone loss after age 30. Lieberman explains that our immune systems, once challenged by diverse pathogens, are now underutilized, resulting in increased allergies and autoimmune diseases. He highlights the correlation between wealth and cancer rates, noting that richer countries often see higher incidences of certain cancers due to lifestyle changes. He argues that while hunter-gatherers may not face the same health issues, they are not perfect role models, as they also experienced violence and disease. Our evolutionary history shows that we are omnivores, able to adapt our diets, but this flexibility can lead to poor dietary choices in modern contexts. Lieberman stresses the importance of understanding our evolutionary background to make better health decisions today. He advocates for increased physical activity, reduced consumption of processed foods, and awareness of stress's impact on health. He warns against treating symptoms of mismatch diseases without addressing their root causes, suggesting that cultural evolution has outpaced our biological evolution, leading to a cycle of health issues that could be mitigated through lifestyle changes.

REVERSE AGING: What To Eat & When To Eat For LONGEVITY! | Dr. Pradip Jamnadas
Guests: Dr. Pradip Jamnadas
reSee.it Podcast Summary
Fasting is not merely a weight loss strategy; it fundamentally alters cellular mechanisms that promote longevity. When fasting, insulin levels drop, allowing the body to mobilize fat stores for energy, primarily through ketogenesis. This metabolic shift enhances energy production and can lead to improved physical and mental resilience. Fasting induces hormetic stress, which can stimulate the release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, promoting neuroplasticity and cognitive function. Additionally, fasting increases growth hormone production, aids in muscle maintenance, and initiates autophagy, where the body cleans up cellular debris, including old mitochondria. The process of fasting can be challenging initially, as individuals may experience cravings and withdrawal symptoms from food addictions. Gradual adaptation is essential, starting with intermittent fasting or meal skipping, which empowers individuals to recognize their body's signals and build metabolic flexibility. For those with obesity, a structured approach to fasting, such as a three-day water fast, can be beneficial after they have acclimated to shorter fasting periods. Medical supervision is crucial for individuals on medications like insulin, as fasting can lead to hypoglycemia. Monitoring blood pressure and glucose levels is also recommended during fasting. The conversation around fasting should focus on its potential health benefits rather than the fear of starvation, as the body is designed to adapt to periods without food. Dietary changes, particularly reducing processed foods and increasing whole foods, are vital for successful fasting. The emphasis should be on nutrient-dense foods that support metabolic health. The concept of personalized nutrition is highlighted, as individual responses to foods can vary significantly. For instance, some may thrive on high-fat diets, while others may not. The discussion also touches on the importance of polyphenols and their role in health. Foods rich in polyphenols, such as fruits and vegetables, can positively influence gut health and overall well-being. The quality of food, including the sourcing of animal products, is emphasized, as it can affect nutrient density. Biological age, as opposed to chronological age, reflects the physiological state of an individual and can be influenced by lifestyle choices, including diet, exercise, and sleep. Interventions aimed at improving biological age can lead to enhanced health span and longevity. The study discussed involved a structured eight-week program focusing on diet, sleep hygiene, exercise, and stress management, with participants experiencing significant improvements in their biological age markers. Overall, the integration of fasting, personalized nutrition, and lifestyle modifications can lead to substantial health benefits, including improved metabolic function, cognitive health, and longevity.

The Mind-Blowing Science of Water-Only Fasting | Dr. Alan Goldhamer
Guests: Alan Goldhamer
reSee.it Podcast Summary
The primary reason people experience health issues is the "pleasure trap," which can be escaped through fasting. Alan Goldhamer discusses misconceptions surrounding long-term medically supervised water fasting, emphasizing that fasting is a biological adaptation that allows humans to survive without food for extended periods. Unlike chimpanzees, humans can convert their brain's energy source from glucose to fat, enabling longer fasting durations. Fasting can reverse the effects of dietary excess, which leads to obesity and metabolic syndrome, increasing vulnerability to diseases like cancer and heart disease. Goldhamer explains that medically supervised fasting creates optimal conditions for the body to heal itself. While intermittent fasting is beneficial for most, medically supervised long-term fasting is not suitable for everyone and requires thorough medical evaluation. He highlights that fasting can lead to significant health improvements, including weight loss and reductions in visceral fat, particularly in individuals with metabolic syndrome. He also notes that fasting can benefit healthy individuals, potentially yielding greater biomarker changes than in sick individuals. Goldhamer addresses concerns regarding fasting for women in their prime fertility years, stating that fasting can help with conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome. He emphasizes the importance of proper re-feeding after fasting to avoid complications. Goldhamer advocates for a whole plant food SOS-free diet, arguing that oils, including olive oil, should be avoided as they contribute to dietary excess. He encourages listeners to try a 16-hour daily fast and emphasizes the importance of lifestyle changes for long-term health. Overall, fasting is presented as a powerful tool for health improvement, particularly when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
