They cut off my microphone, and now the speaker of the state assembly has removed me from my committee. However, I see this as a badge of honor. It signifies that I’m doing the right thing by advocating for the people of this state and protecting children from being victimized by illegal immigrants. I’m ready for whatever comes next.

The same Democrats who opposed giving you back $5,000 of your own money are now blocking this tax relief. And despite this, you're mad at me? Some people will say it's a millionaire's tax, but when senate Republicans tried to attach an amendment that would limit it to a million dollars and above, senate Democrats said no. That should give us all a ton of pause. The second bill is the environmental crimes bill. This bill would give the attorney general unprecedented power to investigate, prosecute, and incarcerate tradespeople, farmers, and ranchers, holding them personally liable for minor environmental crimes. The third bill would create a board that can decertify your sheriff, your duly elected sheriff. You don't want bureaucrats decertifying your sheriff after you elected them. The president also referred to a sitting senator as Pocahontas. This incivility is frequent. I'm here to serve my district and hope the Freedom Caucus won't strip my committee assignments, but if they do, I'll have more time to work on articles of impeachment. I am going to introduce the articles of impeachment because this level of incivility emanating from the presidency is something we cannot tolerate. If President Obama had behaved this way, he would have been impeached.
