He states, "Zelenskyy does not represent the opinion of Ukrainians as his democratic mandate expired in the 2024." He adds, "He received it in 2019 under the promise to find common ground with Russia and secure peace." "Today, it is president Trump who fulfills Zelenskyy's pre election promises." Therefore, "for Ukraine and Ukrainians, he has a thousand times more right to be called our president than the self proclaimed and deceitful Zelensky." He argues that "neither president Trump nor European leaders, and certainly not the self proclaimed Zelenskyy, can decide Ukraine's future without Ukrainians." He notes that "This right was simply stolen from us by canceling elections and using punitive measures to forbid speaking about peace." He warns that "On Monday, Zelensky will again be in the Oval Office, once more pushing the agenda of perpetual war."

Tonight, I want to address the ongoing situation with Ukraine. I called Ukraine's leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, a dictator, which is a term Putin would love to hear. I said Zelensky should move fast or he won't have a country left, noting his poor job and the shattered state of Ukraine. Some say I echoed Putin's talking points by questioning Zelensky's legitimacy due to the cancellation of elections. I mentioned that Zelensky admitted half the money we sent is missing, which he didn't say, and that his poll numbers are very low, but that's not true either.

I was asked this week if I see Ukraine as an equal member in the peace process, and I didn't say "yes." However, Ukraine will have a seat at the table. I will never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia about Ukraine without Ukraine present. This is our war, and these are our human losses. We are thankful for all the support and unity from the USA, including bipartisan support. However, no leader in the world can make a deal with Putin about Ukraine without Ukraine being involved.

I've banned another political opposition party that questioned my legitimacy, using the Department of Justice to seize its members' assets. This follows my earlier actions in 2022, where I banned major opposition parties and TV channels linked to them, and took government control of Ukraine's largest TV networks. My presidential term ended May 20th. I canceled elections, citing martial law and suspending the constitution to remain in power. While some may excuse this due to the war, consider the implications: Accepting this rationale could normalize leaders suspending constitutions and canceling elections, especially given the ongoing conflicts involving Russia and China. They're already setting the stage, justifying the targeting of political opponents to maintain their grip on power.

The deep state liberals are influencing Zelensky and preventing a deal from happening. They initially gave Zelensky hope through European leaders who promised weapons and support, but these leaders require America's backing, which isn't happening. The deep state liberals want the war to continue and are manipulating Zelensky. I realized yesterday that a deal isn't going to happen, and Zelensky needs to be more aware of this manipulation.

But, consider the implications if we accept this rationale. Leaders in other countries may use the same excuse to suspend constitutions and cancel elections, especially considering the conflicts with Russia and China. They are already conditioning people to accept a dictatorship by using the Department of Justice to target political opponents.

Speaker 0: I and he were very satisfied. If our parliament is ready, why not change the legislation in the code? I told him to give me 5 billion because I can't just take it from the budget. We need it for the elections. In normal times, I don't know about the military, so I told him that if the United States and Europe provide financial support, I apologize. I won't use money from weapons for the elections. It's in the legislation. We need help from Europe because Ukrainians want to join the Union, but we lack the necessary capabilities. We need to open up opportunities for people. Seven million people need to vote. Every vote is important.

Speaker 1 responds that the person considers themselves the head of state and won the elections. They believe that the coup d'etat in 2014 is the main source of power. Despite flaws in the government, the person is recognized as the president by the United States, Europe, and most of the world. Speaker 1 mentions negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul, where the person was aware and even signed a preliminary document. However, they claim that former British Prime Minister Johnson dissuaded them from signing, leading to a sense of ridicule and sadness.

President Zelensky of Ukraine has gained control of the media, banned political opposition parties, and cancelled the upcoming presidential elections. This move is seen as an attempt to silence critics of corruption in Ukraine and the ongoing war. Comparisons are drawn to past instances, such as South Vietnam holding elections during the Vietnam War and Iraq conducting democratic elections during a period of violence. The speaker questions President Biden's support for Ukraine, suggesting that it undermines democracy while taking money from American taxpayers. The concern is raised that if our government supports canceling elections in Ukraine, they may justify doing the same in the United States during times of war.

Zelensky was an actor and comedian. He was never involved in politics, never involved in governance, government, nothing. Not one of those things. In 2014, when Ukraine's government was overthrown in a coup, Zelenskyy was placed there, his only experience being playing the role on TV and in movies. Ukraine has always been known to be one of the top 10 most corrupt countries in our entire world. This war started in 2014, and although Russia made the first move, the question you guys need to start asking yourselves is, was Russia actually the aggressor? Zelenskyy has banned all opposing media. Zelenskyy has single handedly banned any oppositional party. There have been documented cases of Zelensky's military showing neo Nazi strategy called the Azov battalion. Liberals, who was laundering money with Russia and Ukraine? Hunter Biden.

Speaker 0 describes Zelensky as an American hero and contrasts his public image with the underlying narrative. He explains Zelensky was totally apolitical, an outsider with no government experience, a comedian, and the star of a planned TV show called Servant of the People. In the show, the main character creates a YouTube video that calls out oligarchs and corruption, becomes popular, and is drafted as a protest candidate who eventually becomes president. In real life, the TV show is supported by oligarch Kolomoisky, who owned the channel and did a large, nonstop promotional push to make it the number one show, including primetime slots, ads, and crossovers with the news. In 2018, a year before the show ended, Zelensky formed a political party named Servant of the People, the same title as the show, and secretly produced another season of the show. In April 2019, he announced his candidacy on Instagram, with no campaign, no rallies, no real platform, and he skipped presidential debates; his few early press conferences were poor. Kolomoisky’s channel provided Zelensky with endless airtime and favorable polls while attacking his enemies. Speaker 0 continues that US intelligence agencies, CIA and NSA, helped by funding democracy campaigns in Ukraine—reportedly around $5 billion—funneled through NGOs, with USAID embedding advisers in Zelensky’s organization to assist the campaign. On election day, Zelensky wins with 73% of the vote. Afterward, the war with Russia occurs, he declares martial law, and elections are ended. An election in 2024 is anticipated as the result of democracy money. He asserts Zelensky is an actor in a carefully designed television show—“a construct,” akin to Epstein—an created entity that works, and asks what Americans think about his popularity. Speaker 1 responds that Americans are disappointed by the ongoing war and deaths, noting that the war’s human cost is a major failure of promises from the Trump administration, who claimed he would resolve it in 24 hours. He adds that conscripting 60-year-old men and Americans and others going to fight are part of the situation. He states that the Ukraine narrative, and wars in general, are not organic: wars like this are driven by demands for primacy, control, and wealth, rather than being spontaneous. He reflects that Putin didn’t suddenly decide to invade; similarly, the broader pattern of power is not organic. He notes the Russian soldiers were told they would be welcomed and that they had dress uniforms, and compares to expectations in Iraq, where it was promised that Iraqis would welcome forces. He asks what the Ukraine situation is really about, and comments that human war reduces to a few centers of power like NATO, China, the Soviet bloc, and oil-producing countries, ultimately converging to two leaders in a room who must kill each other, as part of the decay of empire, with the U.S. maintaining about 760 overseas military bases.

I can't stand Putin, but Zelenskyy rubs me the wrong way too. The idea that support from the U.S. is never-ending is a pervasive problem with entities like NATO, the UN, Europe, and Canada. Without the U.S., Ukraine would be Russia. These modern comforts are supported by the U.S. and our military, which emboldens people like Putin. There's no winning without the U.S., so don't be a jerk in the Oval Office. Zelenskyy always wants a photo op, walks around like cartoon Steve Jobs, and is probably working on a book deal. He says they've been alone since day one, which isn't true. They've received hundreds of billions of dollars, largely from the U.S. A little gratitude would be nice when you visit our Oval Office.

President Zelensky of Ukraine has gained complete control of the media, banned political opposition parties, and even outlawed the second largest orthodox Christian church. Now, he has canceled the upcoming presidential elections. This is concerning because even during times of conflict, countries like South Vietnam and Iraq still managed to hold elections. President Biden claims to defend democracies, yet he continues to financially support Ukraine in their conflict against Russia, which is seen as a corrupt autocracy. Zelensky's motive for canceling elections is to silence critics of corruption and the war. Those in our government who support him may believe that canceling elections is justified during times of war.

I'm Zelensky, and my political career was manufactured by Ukrainian Israeli Cypriot oligarch Igor Kolomoyski. He owns OnePlusOne Media, which financed the TV show *Servant of the People*, where I played the president. The show was popular and Kolomoyski then created a political party with the same name, and I became their candidate, despite having no political experience. Kolomoyski's financial support has made me a billionaire. He also financed Hunter Biden, paying him $50,000 a month to sit on the board of Burisma, which Kolomoyski controls. Ukraine has been used as a piggy bank by unsavory people in the Washington establishment, leading to corruption and exploitation that have made it one of the poorest countries in Europe. The West is terrified the truth about Ukraine will come out, exposing their secrets and corrupt dealings.

We're also wondering about the money situation in Ukraine. The U.S. has given over $174 billion and has inspectors on the ground to track it. Some of that money is spent here to build weapons systems that we send over, so it's not all sitting in a bank in Ukraine. Regarding elections, every democratic state has them, even during wars. The Ukrainian constitution currently prevents them until the war ends, but they will eventually need to hold them. That doesn't mean Zelensky should leave, but the willingness to have elections, even during wartime, is a sign of a healthy democracy. Next week, we're going to the Munich Security Conference, but reports that we're presenting a peace plan are false. I did not speak with that news network. If there is a peace plan, it will be presented by the President of the United States, not myself.

We're hearing Russia wants Ukraine to hold new elections to sign a peace deal, and the US position on that is complex. Ukraine hasn't had elections due to martial law. The leader's approval rating is low, around 4%. Much of the country is devastated. Many cities have been decimated, though Kyiv hasn't been as badly affected, maybe out of concern for the impact of heavy bombardment. For Ukraine to have a legitimate seat at the table, the people need to have their say. It's been a long time since they've had an election. This isn't just Russia's view, but mine and that of many other countries as well.

Trump's approach was refreshing, considering how much Zelenskyy has taken from America without respect. He wears military fatigues, acting downtrodden, but he's been on magazine covers and wanted to attend the Oscars. I believe all politicians lie, so I analyzed speeches and transcripts. Putin stated NATO's eastward expansion violated prior assurances when the Berlin Wall fell. We're the aggressors, not him, pushing NATO expansion. Zelenskyy has suspended elections, locked down churches and nuns. I don't like him at all.

Top US officials are on the ground, discussing a plan to broker a future government, involving the UN. The US is midwifing the process. These are private diplomatic conversations where we discuss UN involvement. It's dishonest to say we don't have an opinion. There's a difference between private discussions and our public position. As diplomats, we discuss a range of options. Saying privately you're cooking up a deal, then saying publicly it's up to Ukrainians, those are different positions. Diplomatic discussions are sensitive, but those are totally different positions. You're overstating a private phone call.

Speaker: Russia will never accept a freeze. This is just a White House fantasy, a wet dream. It's this Wall Street Journal. Everybody else repeats it. Russia has made it clear, 100% clear, that there will be no freeze, that for this war to end, Ukraine must leave all of Russian territory. And from the Russian perspective, that's total totality of Kherson, so the totality of Zaporizhzhia, the totality of Donetsk, and the totality of Lugansk. No if, ands, or buts. And let's just make this even more clear to your American audience, or your western audience. You know, in The United States, I'm somebody who took an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of The United States Of America. That's it. That's all America's about. We're a constitutional republic, and if you remove the constitution, we're nothing. We don't exist as The United States. So we take the constitution seriously. Why can't we respect the fact that the Russians take their constitution seriously? And because they were constitutionally viable from the Russian perspective, referendum in Kyrgyzstan, Zaporizhzhia, Lugansk, and Donetsk in September 2022, Russia absorbed these territories into the Russian land. It's part of Russia. Vladimir Putin cannot cannot, is incapable of giving up Russian territory as part of any deal. Constitutionally, it can't be done. He's not a dictator. You know? He is the president. He is bound by the constitution. So I don't know why people continue to repeat this absolute direct, this absolute nonsense. Russia will never give up its territory ever in a million years. It will never happen.
