Joe Biden did not revoke Donald Trump’s security clearance; he simply decided to stop providing intelligence briefings. So what's the difference? Revoking a security clearance means someone loses permission to see classified information. Being denied intelligence briefings means they just aren’t given certain updates, but their clearance isn’t taken away. Revocation removes all access, while denial only limits some information.
