The correct answer is B. The State police, Butler PD, Washington PD, Beaver PD, the FBI and the Secret Service couldn't be bothered posting someone to watch over the body. They couldn't muster one person. The body is left uncovered. The gun unguarded. I'm surprised we don't see crows, eating his eyeballs already... This is a crime, in and of itself. 🙄
