Speaker 0: Last night, we brought you a bombshell report from journalists Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi. They alleged Obama's CIA not only was involved in the Russia hoax, they started it.
Speaker 1: The story as you mentioned was that, oh, we were just informed by foreign intelligence about this. Our sources tell us a very different story, which is that this was initiated by the US government. It came from within the US government's intelligence community, including the CIA.
Speaker 0: According to this report, Obama's CIA director John Brennan asked our English speaking allies to target the Trump campaign, handing these foreign intelligence agencies a target list of 26 Trump associates. These 26 Trump associates were to be bumped, meaning they would be approached by assets bumped into, and these interactions and relationships would be reported to the FBI as suspicious. These were people the CIA considered easy marks like George Papadopoulos, 20 year old. Foreign spies didn't discover evidence of Trump Russia collusion and turn it over to the feds. Foreign spies were assigned by Obama's CIA to create a false impression of collusion to trigger an FBI counterintelligence investigation.
Obama's CIA worked with Hillary's foreign agents in London to hatch the hoax, which led to the FBI investigation, the illegal wiretapping, the Mike Flynn sting, and then when Trump caught wind of it, the Comey firing. And then Comey leaks the memos which triggered the Mueller investigation. Now the Mueller investigation was designed to cover up for Obama and Hillary and tee up impeachment. It failed on impeachment, but the cover up worked until now. New reporting by Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger revealed that house investigators had discovered the root causes, but their investigation and all of their documents were confined to secure rooms in Langley.
And when Trump was leaving office in those hectic final days, he attempted to declassify this material, which started a battle between former CIA director Gina Haspel, the Department of Justice, and the National Archives. The report says someone may have taken this binder of material exposing the entire intelligence community out of Langley, And it may have been what the FBI was looking for when they raided Mar a Lago. Others say that's not true. But the point remains that the Obama Biden White House, their CIA and FBI director, launched an illegal preemptive war against democracy.

The CCP is essentially, formulating and fostering and supporting, Amazon for Fentanyl sales. The CCP is providing direct tax rebates and grants the companies that produce Fentanyl, Fentanyl precursors, Fentanyl derivatives, and they know what the outcome of this is.
They know that this is leading to the deaths of Americans. And the staggering statistic is last year reported Fentanyl poisoning deaths in China were 0. In the United States, over 76,000. They do work that helps create, cancer and cystic fibrosis medication. But congress has found out that the company, is creating this genetic information database on Americans. What can you tell us about this?
Speaker 2: It's it's, astounding. WuXi Aptech is gathering genetic information on Americans not to develop, treatments for cancers and and other conditions. They are doing that specifically to build a database for the Chinese military. Why? To use it to their advantage when it comes to having military capability to go after Americans.
I mean, there's all kinds of biological implications about having this genetic information. We have to completely disconnect this. There is no way that any sort of firm connected to the CCP should have access to any genetic information from Americans.
Speaker 0: The fear is that they would bioengineer a weapon that somehow, based upon genetic markers, is able to target Americans while allowing Chinese individuals to live. That is wild technology. Last month, Hennyard vetoed an FBI investigation into her spending. The board recently announced they plan to hire former Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot to investigate Hennyard's spending as additional legislative counsel.

There was nothing, and this is what we're doing here While people are being murdered right outside of the sidewalks and streets of New York, while people are experiencing horrible violent crime at levels Those that nobody's ever seen in this city before, this is what the attorney general's spending all the time on. So just to put it, Finally, he's gonna continue to testify but I don't imagine he's gonna be changing his, basic state His finding is that there was no accounting fraud whatsoever. The statements that we put in were very conservative. They were the opposite of what they said.
The accounting fraud and the fraud was on behalf of the judge and the attorney general who took assets and made them Numbers that were fraudulent, as an example, Mar a Lago, as an example, Doral in Miami, As an example, according to Wall Street and others, when they cut the values to a level that nobody's even imagined, You take a look at Doral and look at the numbers that we're talking about for Doral, but the most obvious of all because of the fact that people know it It's when you value a place like Mar a Lago at $18,000,000 when it's worth anywhere from 50 to 100 times That amount we had an expert witness in at the end of the day. He's the biggest broker in the country for luxury properties. I guess he's the ultimate That's right, actually. And he valued Mar a Lago at over $1,000,000,000 and the judge valued it at 18 made it. The judge doesn't know the value of moral order and the attorney general is the one that convinced the judge to say that.
It's a fraud. The whole case is a fraud. What they've done is they've weaponized justice and this is coming from the White House because, I'm beating Biden by a lot and this is coming right out of the White House. You know it, I know it, and they know it. So just to end this, the expert witness of the most highly respected people in the country for doing this kind of work found absolutely no Accounting fraud.
This case should be ended. Also, the judge, as you know, was rebuked in that he was overturned by the appellate division of the New York State Supreme Court, which is a higher court, much higher court than where we are right now. The judge refused to Acknowledge it. This case would be open because that was about 90% of the case having been through a statute of limitations. This case should be owned.
This case should have never been brought. This was a political witch hunt by an attorney general who's out of control And tried to get elected governor and failed, but this is a political witch hunt and our country should be ashamed of what's going on, But we will probably go forward and I'm sure nothing will have any bearing on what this judge does. It's a very sad day in our country because people are coming in and we could say this every day and we are totally innocent. This is weaponization of justice. This is something that nobody's ever seen to this extent.

Speaker 0: Conference, thanks for everybody that's here. Just real quick by way of introduction, my name is Ivan Raikland. As it applies to the relevancy of January 6th, my background, 25 years in the national security ecosystem, Greenbrae intelligence officer and then also constitutional attorney. So put that all together, I saw what happened in the 2020 election and then subsequently downstream from that, the illegal certification that occurred without a quorum on January 6 and understanding the reasons why everybody showed up, I started to investigate the government's role in participating and ensuring that there would be an and what I call the facilitated unlawful entry into the United States capital on January 6, of which, like you said and others that are here, were swept into that entire Maelstrom process. So I've identified individual actors that are almost certainly involved in that facilitated entry and it goes all the way to the top of the bicameral legislature that we have based on the legal framework of the Capitol Police Board, our constitutional order, I've essentially have identified who is involved, if you will.
Now, how do we fix this? A lot of people have asked me, why don't I represent a particular J6 defendant here or there? This is, in my opinion, is not a judicial resolution. This is a political solution because everyone that has been persecuted and then subsequently prosecuted, has been in this position because of their political stance and that initiates with the person that was judge, jury, executioner and the political leader of the jurisdiction that held the joint session on January 6, and that happens to be the Speaker of the House at the time, Nancy Pelosi, and individuals with her daughter, Alexandra, which was literally from me to you inside the Capitol, documenting and potentially coordinating the facilitated and unlawful entry, her son-in-law, Michael Voss, who was on the outside of the Capitol and then also other actors potentially such as the House Sergeant at Arms at the time, Paul Irving, and then the, at the time, the Deputy Capitol Police Chief of Intelligence and inter, listen closely, an interagency coordination by the name of Yogananda Pittman, who was then elevated after January 6. On January 8, she was placed as the active member of the Capitol Police.
Here is what I suspect happened that most of your attorneys and j6 of the j6 defendants have not gone down this path and this is where I've been focusing in on at the political strategic level that originated in the House and the Capitol Police. If you're Yogananda Pittman and you take all orders and directions from Nancy Pelosi and you politically implement what they want to happen, what stops you from making a list of individuals that you want to politically target, take the CCTV footage and only provide the Department of Justice the incriminating evidence, So for example, the 1 to 4 or 10 seconds of the most inculpatory evidence on a particular defendant and then remove all evidence of, say, for example, you trying to save someone's life or to slow down or temper the situation, that is not being released. That is well within the purview of the U. S. Capitol Police acting Chief Yogananda Pittman to do so.
And based on my sourcing at the very highest levels, that is the culture that that person was involved in, which doesn't make it a stretch to allege that that probably happened. So by the time that the evidence and the criminal referral was sent from the Capitol Police over to the Department of Justice, you already had a manipulated, skewed system that guaranteed that by the time the DOJ and the FBI received the evidence and the jury pool was already tainted through sometimes over a year of manipulated Doctor. J Cip's cover up committee content, you created the frame, you meaning Yogananda Pittman, Nancy Pelosi and others to ensure that the conviction rate would be 100% at the maximal level even before you're hitting the DOJ. Most folks are looking at, oh, the DOJ is corrupt. I'm not saying they're not, but before it got there, the Capitol Police chief, the general counsel of the Capitol Police were the ones that decided who to criminalize and how hard to criminalize them for the criminal referral to be done at the DOJ level because it's a jurisdictional component here.
And so those that were with the political opponent they hate the most, you notice how they were the ones that were hit the hard what to deflect their seditious conspiracy and apply that to other organizations so that the entire media industrial censorship complex because it focuses solely on that. So I'm going to close with this, how do we solve this? At the political level and I'm going to speak into whoever camera is up here now and if you can tag this individual, please do so and tag me because I'm going to personally send it to the following individuals because I have most of their contact information. So how do we resolve this? If you understand the Capitol Police Board, we noticed that Kevin McCarthy wanted to release the video to Tucker Carlson.
He unfortunately doesn't quite have the leverage to do so because he has pushback from Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, faux news headed up by Murdoch and Paul Ryan, they're all pushing back. They even fired Tucker because he was going to dig down what I'm about to tell you about, because he was going to air the former Capitol Police Chief Sun's interview the following day, which would have started to lay out what I'm about to kind of explain how we get to it. So, Speaker McCarthy, your General Counsel as a Speaker, the House Sergeant at Arms, the U. S. Capitol Police Chief Manger, your General Counsel, Ted DiBiase, need to do the following.
You need to go back and review and reverse the criminal referrals submitted over to the Department of Justice and immediately nullify them because guess what, that's what they did with Ray Epps and that's what they did with everybody that the FBI initially put on the most wanted list. But guess what, when they contacted U. S. Capitol Police, you said something to the effect of, no, no, Ray Epps is good because he participated in our nice little coup. So now that we have a new speaker, we collectively need to apply the necessary court of public pressure to make sure that he has the leverage of the people to pull back on these political persecution.
Some of these guys have been in there for a couple of years. They've already did their time, right, even if they did some of these acts that are alleged. So the way that the leverage is there for Kevin McCarthy, well, you have the power of the purse. Those sitting in the D. C.
Jail, he needs to coordinate with Jim Tom Comer of the Oversight Committee that provides oversight over the District of Columbia. So we're going to play ball here. Number 1, D. C. Does not get a budget from the federal government in 2024 until they release all the political prisoners.
You guys get with that? Let's play some hardball here. Number 2, the House Administration Committee, Subcommittee on Oversight, headed up by Congressman Barry Loudermilk, sir, here's what you can do in your role as providing oversight over the Capitol Police Board. Hey, Tom Manger, who was appointed by and elected for being the new Capitol Police Chief after Yogananda Pittman and he was offered that essentially, as my sources tell me he became the Capitol Police Chief under the condition that he would not expose and go back and expose Yogananda Pittman. Well, how do we create leverage over him?
I suspect in the following manner, house oversight committee of subcommittee of house admin provides oversight over the Capitol Police Board. It's an appendage of the Democrat Party. When we have Republican presidents, they sabotage the Republicans. They'll investigate them.
They'll leak against Some when we have Democrat presidents, you don't see that kind of behavior. In fact, they enlist the massive bureaucracy to issue regulations and rules and to sic their political opponents. At every step of the way, this FBI ignored evidence, did not get corroborating evidence, had no evidence, did everything it could to protect Hillary Clinton, and did everything it could to destroy Donald Trump. They were told not to take notes. They had no, basis whatsoever for unleashing their investigation. This country went through this for over 2 years. It sparked the Mueller investigation. And Donald Trump is a victim and he's the greatest victim in American political history.

That all could have been negotiated. This whole thing about January 6, in terms of, another grand jury to see if Donald Trump was trying to prevent, the the peaceful transition. It's ridiculous.
It was Donald Trump who offered 10,000 armed National Guardmen to protect that building. That should be evidence enough to say, you know what, it's ridiculous to be investigating him. So they're not done. And the Republicans on Capitol Hill need to understand, this Administration, this FBI, this Department of Justice, is targeting them and they're not gonna submit themselves to oversight. So what do they do?
Well, they can litigate it, but they need to do everything they can to slash the FBI's budget. It's too big. It is a massive Police state operation. It's like the Stasi. They're into everything and anything they wanna be.
They're into Twitter, for god's sakes. They're after parents. They're after the Catholic Church. They're after pro lifers. The only thing they're not doing is their damn job, Like prosecuting Democrats who won't enforce the law on the border and so forth.
So I just wanna make it abundantly clear, the reason why the Democrats will fight to the end, even pushed this country into a depression, in a default, is because they need that money to fund this edifice, the federal government. Speaker 0: Thanks for being here, everybody. Look. A couple things. First, what we're seeing here, what we're witnessing with, the Biden family, frankly, is just a web of concealment, of deception. So a lot of people would say corruption.
But let's be very clear, you have this many companies involved with this velocity of transactions, size of transactions. Like my colleagues have said, this is not how normal businesses operate. I had the ability, with chairman Comer and other members of the committee to go over to the treasury building and review documents. And having read those documents, one thing is became pretty crystal clear that there were many people who had serious questions about the transactions and about the velocity of these transactions. And they either get very, very deep into concealment, hiding money, shifting money.
And for the purpose, we don't know because one thing everybody in this room and the American people definitely know is that the Biden family doesn't really have a business. There is no business structure around this family except politics. And since Joe Biden has spent decades in the senate, served 8 years as vice president, and is now president of the United States, And the family's getting money from various countries and foreign businesses through various shell companies and this web of LLCs. I mean, guys, you and the press. This is easy pickings.
I'm giving you Pulitzer stuff here. Like, all you have to do is literally look at our memo and see the level of detail upon which They have created this. And it's very it's very, very frustrating. We have now been able to clearly see that The Biden's associates like Rob Walker, Eric Sherman has been discussed, created at least 16 companies while Joe Biden was vice president of the United States. Sixteen companies created while he was vice president.
Now the list is 20, and as we continue our investigation, that list is growing. And like I said before, the question is to serve what purpose? And the purpose of all these companies being created is to conceal money That the Biden family has been gaining gain gaining because Joe Biden has been sitting at the upper echelon of our politics for almost 5 decades. That is the entire purpose here. Here's an example of what I mean.
You have Rosemont Seneca Partners, Rosemont Seneca Advisors, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, RSP Holdings, RS t p two alpha, r s t p two bravo. Rosemont, Seneca, Thornton. Rosemont, Seneca Bohai. I wanna make sure I pronounce it right. Bohai, b o h a I.
And the list goes on and on. Cycling through this many companies serves No legitimate purpose. And as somebody who actually worked in banking, I did that long before I came here. Whenever there was, like, this many companies just laying all over the place, and you see wire transfers and cashier checks over here Going to random members of the family for no apparent purpose at the size and velocity at which all of this was being conducted. The only logical conclusion of a financial professional is you are concealing money.
Let me restate this. You are concealing money from either the IRS or from credit agencies or from other people in general. That's the only reason you set up a structure like this. Some of these companies were connected to Hunter's personal professional company, Oswego or skinny atlas scale atlas, however you wanna pronounce it. And the list goes on and on.
And mister Biggs, he talked about Hudson West 3 and some of those other issues that were going on as well. One thing I wanna make sure is that all of this has happened and Joe Biden is aware. Nobody in this room can logically sit here and say that the president of the United States had no idea That these companies were being formed while he was vice president of the United States, and I will add you he was in probably a better mental shape then than he is today. You know, I'll throw that out there. And so what this committee is gonna continue to do is pursue this investigation.
We are gonna continue to document and we're gonna provide that information to all of you in the press. So to help you and frankly, you know, like congressman May said, it probably helped the DOJ along with their investigation. One quick note. It's interesting that the Department of Justice has been investigating Hunter Biden for quite some time, and we seem to just never really get anywhere. And so I think that's also interesting as well.
I wonder what's going on at the Department of Justice. But that being said, the bottom line is there is no real business here. None. And let me also say this, because I know there are many in this room who wanted to go down all the various, schemes that our colleagues on the other side of the aisle accused the former president of. Be very clear, the former president actually had a business, very big business.
You could say it was his name, you could say it was his buildings, you could say it was wide, you could say it was branding. You could say it was The Apprentice, but he had a very big and legitimate business which everybody in this room clearly knows and understands and can point to and say, That's the thing. That thing over there. Joe Biden has no business except his position in politics. And it is the requirement of this committee to investigate that.
We're gonna continue to do that, and we're gonna let the facts speak for themselves.
