President Trump is flying to China this week, and the transcript urges attention to what Russian president Vladimir Putin just said. It claims that Russia’s security concerns around Victory Day connect to Putin’s list of partners and friends—China, India, and the United States—and is presented as an explanation for why an anti-Trump “war council” convened in Mark Carney’s Canada over the past weekend, headlined by top Soros and Obama operatives. The transcript cites Patrick Gaspard as saying, “interregnum is the perfect word,” describing the “death of the old model” as “shocking and traumatic,” and asking what people in their “spaces” should do to prepare for “this moment after the interregnum.” It then asserts that Gaspard admitted the “old model of the world is dead,” and that he and Mark Carney are trying to rally forces for a hoped-for world after Donald Trump. The transcript contrasts this effort with what it describes as evidence that Donald Trump and other countries are demonstrating that sovereign nations can defeat empires. It also states that Kearney, Obama, and Soros are “scrambling” to come up with a fallback plan rather than operating from a position of strength. It identifies the framing not as “right versus left” or “capitalist versus communists,” but as an “extension of the fight” started “two hundred and fifty years ago,” and claims Promethean action has identified what President Trump is doing better than anyone else. It then lays out what the speaker says they will cover: behind-the-scenes in Toronto and what the “Kearney doctrine” is about; the new global configuration it is trying to stop; and how it plays out in the United States and what it means for the midterms. According to the transcript, the leadership of the “North American franchise of the British empire” gathered in Toronto for the “Global Progress Action Summit.” It claims Barack Obama flew up on Friday and delivered a closed-door address at a kickoff gala banquet. The following day, it says the “entire Obama Soros network,” minus Obama himself, attended strategy sessions under the banner of the Center for American Progress and “Canada twenty twenty.” The transcript also says this occurred less than a week after Mark Carney addressed more than 40 European and Anglosphere nations about creating a “new rules based order” excluding Donald Trump’s United States. It says the keynote in Toronto was delivered by Neera Tanden, head of the Center for American Progress, described as serving Clinton, Obama, and Biden, and introduced as leading the “opposition” in the United States. The transcript ends with a quote attributed to Tanden: Carney “has shown the world that there is a path forward,” making it “possible to stand up to authoritarianism.”

Speaker 0: President Trump is flying to China this week. But if you wanna understand what is really going on, you need to pay very close attention to what Russian president Putin just said. We started working with our major partners and friends, primarily with our friends from the People's Republic Of China, India, and some other nations, including the US administration. We simply presented our friends, colleagues, and partners with a picture of what the situation could develop into. Now Putin was referring to security concerns around victory day, but his list of Russia's partners and friends, China, India, and The United States, tells you everything about why the empire had to convene a big anti Trump war council in Mark Carney's Canada this past weekend, headlined by top Soros and Obama operatives. One of them, Patrick Gaspard, said this. Speaker 1: I I think interregnum is the is the perfect word to use, senator, because it you know, the the the death of a king, is a shocking and traumatic moment. Right? The death of the old model here of the world is shocking and traumatic. What do we all need to be doing, in our spaces that prepares us for this moment after the interregnum? Speaker 0: Now that's a man who served as both Obama's political campaign director and as the head of Soros' Open Society Foundation, admitting that the old model of the world is dead, and he and Mark Carney are trying to rally the forces for a hoped for world after Donald Trump. Now a lot of the magosphere was focused on that Toronto meeting. There are posts of Obama being greeted by Carney and pictures of Alex Soros attending the conference. The coverage is everywhere. But what they're missing is this. Kearney, Obama, and Soros are not operating from a position of strength. They're scrambling to come up with a fallback plan while Donald Trump and the other countries are showing the world that sovereign nations can defeat empires. I'm Susan Kokinda, and I've known for decades that the battle lines are not what you've been told. It's not right versus left or capitalist versus communists, but it's an extension of the fight we started two hundred and fifty years ago. And that's why Promethean action has been able to identify what president Trump is doing better than anyone else and why you should hit those like, share, and subscribe buttons. So here's what I'm gonna cover today. First, I'm gonna take you behind the scenes in Toronto and look at what the Kearney doctrine is all about. Second, I'm gonna look at the new global configuration that the Kearney doctrine is trying to stop. And third, how this plays out in The US and what it's going to mean for the midterms. So this weekend, the leadership of, let's call it, the North American franchise of the British empire gathered in Toronto for the Global Progress Action Summit. Barack Obama flew up on Friday. He gave a closed door address to the kickoff gala banquet. But the next day, the entire Obama Soros network, minus Obama himself was in full attendance in strategy sessions under the banner of the Center for American Progress and Canada twenty twenty. Now this comes less than a week after Mark Carney addressed over 40 European and Anglosphere nations about the need to create a new rules based order minus Donald Trump's United States. The keynote in Toronto was delivered by Neera Tanden. She's the head of the Center for American Progress who served Clinton, Obama, and Biden. She was introduced as leading, quote, the opposition in The United States. And here's what she, as the head of the opposition, had to say. And in this past year, prime minister Carney has shown the world that there is a path forward, that it's possible to stand up to authoritarianism.

A speaker warns that something very serious is happening in Canada related to Alberta’s push for independence. He says rumors from private conversations indicate discussions about how far the federal government will go to prevent Alberta from separating, noting that actions against protesters—bank account freezes, jailing, and emergency powers—have occurred in the past, implying they could be used against a province seeking independence. He adds that, concurrently, there is quiet military movement and exercises increasing in Alberta. Speaker 1 reports that the Canadian Forces base at Suffield, Alberta will see increased activity this summer, with larger base size and infrastructure drawing renewed interest for military use, suggesting a coincidence with Alberta’s referendum timing. He also mentions claims of a foreign security presence from China in Alberta’s oil patch with heavily armed guards, tying this to federal pressure, military movement, and foreign influence in the same region as the independence push. Speaker 2 provides an update on the Stay Free Alberta petition, noting 178,000 signatures collected—enough to trigger a referendum. An Alberta judge paused the signature validation process after three First Nations challenged it as infringing treaty rights. The pause affects what comes after collection, not the collection itself. Petitioners must submit signatures by May 2 for Elections Alberta validation. After failed mediation, the judge ordered a one-month pause while she decides whether to shut down the petition altogether. Courts have already blocked delivery of petition signatures, indicating the process is being slowed or obstructed. The speaker asks what happens if the vote cannot proceed but pressure continues, and mentions a looming court challenge and possible injunction that could restrict canvassing rights. Speaker 3 echoes concern about the campaign, urging supporters to keep collecting signatures as if the future of children and grandchildren depend on it, despite uncertainties about legal obstacles and potential injunctions. He discusses alleged internal communications from a private visit, where Mark Carney was reportedly asked what he would do if Alberta moved toward independence. He recounts an alleged message from a Stelco employee claiming Carney answered that there will be no Alberta independence because he would invoke the Emergencies Act. The claim is presented as an unreported allegation from a private source, not mainstream media. A speaker identifies the incident as a pivotal element that would move beyond politics into enforceable power, implying implications beyond Canada. Speaker 4 notes Alberta’s resource wealth and the strategic interest of the United States, suggesting Alberta could be a valuable partner for energy trade. The discussion touches on the possibility of Alberta voting on independence and the broader geopolitical attention this situation attracts. The overall message emphasizes internal pressures, legal challenges, military and foreign dimensions, and alleged statements about invoking emergency powers in response to Alberta’s independence movement, with ongoing updates and calls for continued public action.

Speaker 0: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to be completely straight with you on this one. Something very serious is going on in Canada right now. And I don't say that lightly because the rumors that we're hearing about the things that were said behind closed doors, they change how we look at the Alberta independence situation. Now here's the thing. You're not seeing this on the news yet. You're not hearing from politicians talking about it or anything like that because it didn't happen publicly. This happened in private and the people talking about it, they're all saying the exact same thing. That something was said about just how far the federal government is willing to go to prevent Alberta from separating. Now think about that for a second, because we've already seen what government going too far looks like here in Canada. People's bank accounts frozen, people put in jail, emergency powers being used illegally. All of this took place not very long ago. So let me ask you something. If they were willing to do that to protesters, what do you think happens when it's a province trying to become independent? And this is where it starts getting serious because at the exact same time we're talking about this, there's movement, not loud, not public, but quiet military presence and military exercises increasing here in Alberta. Speaker 1: The Canadian Forces base in Suffield, Alberta will see an increase in activity this summer. According to the acting commander at CFB Suffield, the size of the base and infrastructure is bringing back interest for increased military use. Speaker 0: Base is being brought back, operations expanding, and I've talked about this before, but now the timing feels very different. So you gotta ask yourself, is that just a coincidence or what's really going on here? And then you start hearing other things, claims about foreign security from China of all places showing up in Alberta's oil patch, heavily armed guards. Just sit with that for a second because now you've got federal pressure, military movement, and a foreign presence all building in the exact same place at the exact same time, right as Alberta's pushing toward a referendum vote. And if you think this is all just noise, look at what's already happened. Speaker 2: The stay free Alberta petitioners say they have already collected a 178,000 signatures supporting Alberta separatism. That's the amount needed to trigger a referendum. But now an Alberta judge has put the signature validation process on pause. This comes after a trio of First Nations took the petition to court, looking for it to be rendered void, arguing it infringes on their treaty rights. Now this decision is not a pause on the collection of signatures. It impacts what comes after that. But the petitioners have until May 2 to get those signatures into Elections Alberta for validation. After a failed attempt to get the two sides to agree to a pause, the judge has issued one herself for one month while she takes the time to make her final decision about whether the petition should be shut down beyond that. Speaker 0: The courts have already stepped in and blocked the delivery of petition signatures. So it's not just talk anymore. The process itself is being slowed down, interfered with, and maybe even stopped. So now ask yourself, if the vote can't go through, but the pressure keeps building, what happens next? Alberta independence leader warns of looming court challenge and that there could be a forthcoming injunction that will take away your legal right to canvass out there. Speaker 3: And it's true that we're concerned about it, and I think it's true that, you know, that we would like people to be campaigning and gathering signatures, and we would like all of our canvassers to be gathering signatures like we're a 100,000 signatures behind. But that having been said, we want people to you know, people that care about a free and independent Alberta, you know, we want you to get out and work and knock on doors and collect signatures, and we want people to sign the petition as if the future lives of their children and grandchildren depend on it because they do. Speaker 0: And this is where I need you to really pay attention because now there are claims coming out from inside the independence movement, not random people. Some of the leadership actually saying that they got a call from someone who was actually there at the private visit. There were no cameras, no press. And when Carney was asked what he would do if Alberta moved forward with independence, this is what he allegedly said. Speaker 3: You know, I'm going through my emails and messages from, you know, from my office staff, and I see this one message from one of our staff saying, hey. This person from Hamilton wanting to talk to you about Mark Carney saying he's gonna invoke the Emergencies Act in the face of Alberta independence. Speaker 1: So this tweet Speaker 0: is from Jeffrey Rath, one of the leaders of the Alberta independence movement, and it goes breaking. I just received a call from a Stelco employee in Hamilton, Ontario. That person advised me that it was present when Mark Carney visited the Stelco steel plant in Hamilton, Ontario on 03/29/2026. They advised that when Mark Carney was asked what he would do in the face of an Alberta independence vote, Mark Carney replied that quote, there will be no Alberta independence because I'll invoke the emergencies act. This was not reported by any mainstream media outlet who were present. It demonstrates that Mark Carney has zero respect for the rule of law, the constitution of Canada, the supreme court of Canada, or the parliament of Canada. This should surprise no one. Now listen, that's an alleged account, but if that's even partially true, that's not politics anymore. That's a real thread of force. And if that's the mindset behind the scenes, then Alberta's in a lot more than a political fight right now. It's in the crosshairs. And here's what makes this even bigger. This doesn't stay inside Canada. Speaker 4: But look, Alberta is a wealth of natural resources, but they they won't let them build a pipeline to to the Pacific. I I think we should let them come down into The US and Alberta is a natural partner for The US. They they have great resources. The Albertans are very independent people. Rumors that they may have a referendum on whether they wanna stay in Canada or not. Speaker 0: The United States is watching very closely. Energy trade leverage. Alberta's not just another province in this particular situation. It's strategic. So now step back and look at everything together, pressure inside the country, legal interference, military movement, a foreign presence, now claims that the use of extreme power is on the table. Speaker 3: So, you know, I take the number. I phoned this person back and, had a lengthy conversation with them. They seemed extremely credible. I mean, you know, I asked the question three or four different ways in terms of what happened. The person pointed out that on the twenty ninth when, you know, this, you know, Kearny was touring this plant. You know, CTV was there, other mainstream media was there. This is another one of those events where rebel news was locked outside of the building. They weren't allowed in. Right? So you didn't have any real independent, you know, media there. And this individual advised me that they were completely shocked when they heard, you know, the question, well, what are you gonna do in the face of Alberta independence? And Mark Carney replied, you know, in the you know, in the face of Alberta independence, I'm going to invoke the Emergencies Act. And this person said, look, I reached out to you because I thought it was important that you as a leader of the movement are aware that this is what Mark Carney is thinking and planning and that, you know, that you should be prepared, you know, for any and all contingencies when it comes to mister Carney because he doesn't seem, you know, particularly well balanced mentally. Speaker 0: So we're all left wondering, how far does this go? And if you're seeing this the same way I do, subscribe because I promise you, I will keep you informed every step of the way.
