Speaker 0: It is it's amazing what this has now come down to. The good news for Donald Trump and maybe the bad news for Kamala Harris, early voting, the numbers that she, on paper, needed to hit in early voting, she did not come near in any of the swing states. However, that doesn't mean that the her voters can't come out tomorrow. How but then I asked myself, well, if you're really enthusiastic about Kamala, why wouldn't you have come out early? Why would they be down in early voting?
What are your thoughts?
Speaker 1: Look. I try to stay as objective as possible with myself, Sean. I think there's 2 possibilities here. 1 is we all have our heads stuck in our own algorithmic echo chambers, or Donald Trump is gonna win this decisively. And I truly think it's gonna be the latter.
I've gone on the ground in Pennsylvania across the country. I see an energy, especially from demographic groups that have historically gone democrat. Including young people, including gen z, coming our way. I love those early vote numbers. Again, in principle, there's two possibilities.
One is we're doing great and that's a predictor of how we're gonna do in the election. The other is because of the emphasis for Republicans on voting early this year, people who would have voted on on election day are now voting early instead, in which case that doesn't vote as well for us. So we gotta stay objective headed into tomorrow. We can't celebrate yet. But my 6th sense, my gut, from traveling this country, Pennsylvania twice over the course of just the last week and last few days suggest to me there's something real going on here.
This could be a decisive unifying victory whereby tomorrow night, if not late into the next day, Wednesday morning or Wednesday evening, we know exactly who's gonna be the next president. That's Donald Trump. And uniting this country will then be the next step.
Speaker 0: One of the things that was interesting, if you look at what we call low propensity, mid propensity voters, they they were showing up in the early voting and and being targeted by the Republican Party. The Republican Party seems more organized than a number of challenges on on various issues that have come up. They've won most of them in the courts, which is good. And however, it really does come down to the ground game at this point or what we call the ground game. You've been working very closely and been around the the Trump campaign the entire time.
How do you feel? How organized are they?
Speaker 1: I feel good, Sean. And I think there were a lot of lessons from 2020. I think there were a lot of lessons even that led up to some of the leadership shuffles in the Republican party, which I think have been for the better in improving that level of organization. But at the end of the day, I think what's driving this groundswell isn't just the organization. That's important.
But what's driving the groundswell is this idea that we're rejecting an ideology of censorship, of unnecessary foreign conflict, an ideology of shrinking the economy as a way of apologizing for our way of life, an ideology that's opened our own southern borders and apologizes for who we are as Americans. There are people who are former Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, young and old, a multi ethnic working class coalition of voters that have really come together under a broad tent that I give Donald Trump immense credit for building. That's what a that's what a leader actually has to do. He has to unite different coalitions. I think he's done that beautifully.
And one of the things I'm looking forward to, if we do win this decisively as I expect and hope, Sean, one of the things I look forward to is now that new coalition becoming the new Republican party. Reagan changed the composition of the Republican party in a major way. And I think Donald Trump has shuffled the decks for the better in an even more major way this time around. And the way I'm looking at this is tomorrow, November 5th. We've been working towards it for a long time.
That's not our destination. That is the start line for reviving this country. I know Donald Trump sees it the same way as well. He's sprinting through the finish, running through the tape, and heading into tomorrow. I truly feel optimistic, and I think our best days are ahead of us.

Speaker 0: So, you know, generally, the slanted coverage in the media labels Ashley as a violent insurrectionist. So, Aaron, I want you to forget about what the haters or ignorance say about her. What kind of person was Ashley?
Speaker 2: She was a god loving American patriot. I mean, she served our country 14 years. I mean, we went overseas Four times, you know, from major deployments. She wanted to see president Trump speak one last time at the, SafeAmerica rally. So She flew to San Diego by herself.
I mean, I've seen her on camera the whole time while she was there. Not violent soever by herself walking around taking selfies. So, you know, they've they've, you know, put this narrative together that she was this awful crazy maniac, and it's just completely false and Slanderous.
Speaker 0: You know, in April of 2021, the Justice Department and the US Attorney's Office in DC announced that Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who shot Ashley in the shoulder, as she was trying to get through the door and into the speaker's lobby. He was clear of any criminal wrongdoing. Now, Tom, tell us about the civil suit Judicial Watch filed yesterday in Southern California.
Speaker 1: Well, our lawyers put together a powerful complaint on behalf of Aaron and Ashley's estate, that highlight, that She was, subject to an unlawful shooting. There was 1 homicide that day, and it was of Ashley Babbitt by lieutenant Byrd's A reckless, negligent, shooting death of her. And the idea that the justice department will look at this And so, well, there's not enough here to pursue him, and then the just then there's Capitol Hill police would then look at it and do nothing administratively, to me is is the scandal of January 6th. And, so we're proud to be able to represent Aaron, and I know all our supporters are, And then try to get some justice for Ashley. She was, it looks like based on the video, in a terrible spot there, And there was no good reason to shoot her.
It broke virtually every rule in the book in terms of police shootings. And the idea That all of establishment Washington would just walk by and pretend that death was not improper, simply because of politics to me, is is so corrupt. So we're pleased to be able to bring this in federal court. Is responsible for Ashleigh Babbitt's untimely death, and, there's no justification for it. And we're gonna we're gonna push hard Legally, to make this case.

Speaker 1: Well, you know, that would be a little bit off because we just filed the lawsuit. So, you know, there'd have to be a lot of, green lights from the court In order to begin discovery there, but, I tell you, Mike Johnson in the meantime can fully release additional information. There are videos. We know already there are emails from other Judicial Watch litigation that they're sitting on. I tell you, Congress, needs to own up for the fact that their police force was poorly managed, negligent in allowing this shooting to take place.

He says that Ashley entered the senate side of the building and was directed by a police officer to the house chamber, or or, you know, just personally why she went to the capitol in the 1st place and, you know, what made her go into the building? Anything like that, what do you want people to know about that day.
