So I'm in between border patrol in Mexico and the cartel, and they've got armed, apparently armed cartel members all over this mountain right now. They told me multiple. One's moved off to the West. They've been watching my six. I'm gonna get out of here because the sun is going down.
It just shows you. This is how dangerous this is out here. And thank God for president Trump. Thank God for Tom Homan. But we need to understand this.
These guys aren't just gonna roll over. Joe Biden and the Democrats gave these guys $12,000,000,000 at minimum. That's a low estimate per year for the last four years. So they are armed up. They are ready to fight, and they're not gonna go peacefully.
That's why it's so critical that our military goes in and takes these guys out. Mexico's military goes in and takes these guys out, that we spend our resources on the war that's right here on our southern border. This is a war. Not only have we been losing it for the last four years, our government's been fighting for the other team. Now we're fighting for the right side.

We have just under 22,000 illegal aliens arrested in the interior, vast majority being criminal aliens. Now we're gonna get the border. We're actually gonna gain reach full operational control of the Southern border. We're already down to 48 gotaways. I want the number to be zero, but these changes need to be permanent, so we need legislation. We need congress now that we have the house and the senate.
Let's move. That's great legislation. There's three there's three things they can do that will lock that board down. Number one, the Florida settlement agreement. If a family comes across the border illegally, let us hold them and a family residential center long enough to see a judge.
Over 90% was the case we sent them home, the family stopped coming. As far as children, pass the TVPRA, the Trafficking Victim Protection Act. Redesignate that. But you gotta change that because even though I had a good intention, we need to treat children from all the world the same we treat children from Mexico. If you're not a true victim of trafficking, we let us immediately return them to the country same we do with Mexican nationals.
Will stop the children from coming across. For some of we're gonna stop the families. Finally, we gotta look at the asylum rules. The first you know, your first interview on the border of asylum, the threshold is very, very low to pass interview. The cartels teach you a few key phrases, you pass the first interview.
But when you get in front of the judge, if you show up in front of the judge, ninety percent or more fail to qualify for asylum. They simply don't qualify. So let's fix the asylum system. Make that first interview on the border at the same threshold of proof as the the judicial threshold, and we we fix that. So with those three changes, you would solve 85 to 90% of the problems on the border.
Speaker 1: And you actually think we're gonna get democrats even potentially come
Speaker 2: I think we'll get some democrats. I think I think it was a clear mandate what happened November. People don't want open borders. People don't want criminal aliens streaming across our our our borders and coming to our cities, and we can have it. Illegal alien crime skyrocketed under, president Biden.
And I look at the, resounding support we have right now, most Americans want assault and arrested criminal aliens. Vast majority want us to arrest criminal aliens. And and and the majority wants us to arrest noncriminal aliens. Let's remember, everyone across the border illegally committed a crime. So we got American people behind us.
Well, I think we got the Republican Party united behind us. I think we got a lot of Democrats. So let's get it done while we have control of both houses.
Speaker 1: Defunding you know, USAID, stopping the funds, the grants to these NGOs. Can we stop all of that funding? And then can we prosecute some of these organizations?
Speaker 2: Stopping all the funding that goes to these groups that were, in my opinion, complicit in the worst, immigration order crisis I've seen in my lifetime, but there are gonna be investigations that have already started. We're gonna look to see how this money was spent, who was given this money, and what they did with that money. So I think a lot of investigations are gonna be done by the house oversight committee of the DHS. And we gotta hope these people accountable, including the nine United Nations who spent millions and millions of dollars. As you know, Ben, you did a lot of reporting down in Mexico and Central America.
We need to see what the United Nations what's their complicity in this whole thing? Yeah. Investigations are started.

Like, today, we have an operation going on. We have six different teams out trying to locate 13 different members of MS thirteen. You know, today's operation is gonna be a crippling world blow to their criminal network, and it's all thanks to the work of, you know, you know, immigration and customs enforcement and our partnership with the Department of Justice.
You know, the FBI came with some of these cases, and then some of our cases, we have some leads from the DEA, the ATF, the United States Marshals Service. Like, it's a whole of government approach right now, and I can't tell you how how excited we all are to be part of it. The amount of change that this is gonna make locally here in the state Turn right on to Mexico. Everybody will be safer living in Maryland because of today's operation.
Speaker 2: How much does the sanctuary jurisdiction impede your ability to do your job?
Speaker 0: So I'll give you a really horrific example. So last Saturday, Prince George's County, which is one of only two sanctuary jurisdictions in the entire state of Maryland, arrested an MS thirteen member with a firearm and enough narcotics to be considered, you know, possession for sale. And they released them right back out on the street. I mean, this is not a guy who's gonna go out and teach Sunday school. Like, this is someone who's gonna go out and possibly kill someone.
And at the very minimum, he's out there, you know, spreading fentanyl, poison in our streets trying to, you know, try to kill people through narcotics. Sanctuary jurisdictions that are doing that sort of activity are just creating more victims, and that's ICE's number one goal is to stop the creation of more victims through these kind of criminal activity. You know, I'm so proud of the state of Maryland. When I first started here in 2022, Anne Arundel, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City all had hard sanctuary policies. And thanks to some collaboration, we've gotten a lot of those counties to to come back on board with us.
You know, Baltimore City's come back on board with us for a while until the county executive left to go be a US senator. Prince George's County was working with us. So this thing that happened last Saturday with MS 13 being released, that's a new, slide back for them, which is a heartbreaking thing to see. Montgomery County is a great example of what happens when a sanctuary jurisdiction decides to come back to the table and work with ICE. We came together, the county executive and I, we discussed it.
We ended up coming back online, and I could not be prouder of a jurisdiction to see past the politics of it all and realize the amount of public safety difference that can be made. And in the, you know, little over a year that we've been back working together, Montgomery County has seen a 50% decrease in their violent crime stats. Like, that is a tremendous difference, and it's probably the largest, from a large county perspective, decrease in violent crime in the whole country of men and women of, you know, the Montgomery County Police Department. It's a phenomenal police department, but not not releasing gang members and sex offenders back into their community to revictimize the citizens of this country, it really makes that difference of their violent crime stats. That's that's a great example county that is, you know, it's very immigrant heavy.
But I think one of the things that's really important to remember about this for for counties that are considering sanctuary policies or that are sanctuaries, The number one most likely victim of illegal alien crime are other illegal aliens. So if they're trying to protect their illegal alien community, they should be working with ICE because we will make sure that the criminals are the first to go. That's how we've always done it. You know, worst go first. And right now is a prime example of how we are prioritizing public safety.
And in today's operation, national security. MS thirteen is a foreign terrorist organization. They victimized more people in this country than Al Qaeda or any of those terrorist nations. They are here victimizing Americans, and we're here to stop that. The officers morale of ICE has never been higher.
This is a time for them where spotlight is on, and everyone in the country now sees this kind of work that we do day in and day out. The tempo and the attitude has changed from being kind of pushed to the side and to all of a sudden, it's like, yeah. Well, today we're out arresting 12 members of MS thirteen. This is work that we've always done that the officers are now getting public credit for what the work they're doing. And it could not be more motivating to the staff to be out here all day, every day, making these arrests, making this difference to public safety.
When you see a place like Montgomery County with a 50% decrease in violent crime, that that's something that every officer here takes great pride in. Baltimore field office leads the country in the number of sex offenders arrested. And, I'll tell you, there's nothing that we could be more proud of. For every one of those sex offenders that we arrest, that is one less child, one less woman who has to be in fear of being sexually assaulted here in the state.

Speaker 0: This is the majority. Right? But that's that's all law enforcement. You know, they say law enforcement is long periods of boredom interrupted by sheer moments of terror, and that's that's no different from what we do to

Speaker 1: Now where we're at right now, the railroad tracks are right on the backside. This is, I mean, this is basically where people that saw this, the fireball, you were ground 0.
Speaker 0: Yes. 2 years ago, February 3, 2023, north of Southern train derailed right here and caused massive chemical contaminations around this building and also surrounding areas. Chemical contaminants cause cancer and, it's deadly, to human life. And, since the disaster, the company and the EPA, they have performed massive massive, remediation operations around this building. They told me in the beginning, they told me it would take about, 3 months and, then 3 months was stretched to 8 months and 8 months was stretched to a year and after a year, there was no specific timetable.
Alright? So, they have been uh-uh doing a lot of things around this building. As you see, the uh-uh the equipment everywhere, there's a whole parking lot was occupied by their equipment. They have been, performing massive operations. They have dug very deep into the ground about like 15 feet deep to, remove the contaminated soil.
They have been doing this for the past 2 years around this building, massive operations. This building so far as of today, zero effort has been made to decontaminate the building, which is the center of the contamination. This plant is one of the 2 plants that we invested since, 2018 and we also relocate our wholesale business from East Brunswick, New Jersey to here. And, we are with 3 companies, we created 50 jobs. Without the development, we were on the right track to become very profitable business in this town.
We would we would create more jobs And we would we would make a tremendous contribution to the local economy. And then that one night, all of a sudden, everything was upside down. Everything was devastated. Huge amount of soil has been removed from this area. Okay?
It's it's I cannot believe it. Nothing has been done to this building itself.

Right? We take their word. We come in here. We we started working. And 1 by 1, everybody started going to ER, you know, developing symptoms.
From rashes to chemical bronchitis to eyes, eye issues, you know, just coughing up, nausea, headaches, like everything you can name. And you can smell it, you know. People would take smoke breaks in the back. No. Not that day because it is way too strong.
And then we just we didn't finish a day. It's like everybody go home, and then we'll keep you, you know, notified.

You've actually got customer orders still in the drying racks of the specialized ceramic fire retardant product that you guys sell here. That was a specialty product manufactured in America

If I stay too long, I get nauseated. And these guys are having to live here. This and and again, look at this proximity. So they've done, abatement outside. You got all this 1,000,000 of dollars of equipment here.

Speaker 2: Nothing. They've done some, couple rounds of testing to test for chemicals, but, you know, none of us are chemists. We don't know what the report even says. It's it's the most complicated looking report I've just ever seen. So what does it really mean?

Just got word that in Arizona and in Pennsylvania, at least those two states, they've got word from their higher ups that when they go to vote tomorrow, they are not allowed to wear their uniforms or their badges when they go in to vote. And they believe it's because Kamala Harris and Joe Biden don't wanna intimidate illegal aliens voting.
An official memo went out to ICE officers across America, at least in Arizona and in Pennsylvania, telling them not to wear their uniforms or badges when they go to vote. They asked in order for their own protection that I wouldn't release them, but I've got the documents showing this, which means they have to change clothes. Imagine this. Imagine you're working tomorrow as an ICE officer, and you're going in to work, and you need to vote. In order to vote, you have to change your clothes.
What a what a slap in the face to these guys who Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have neutered for 4 years. And throughout our history, our country has benefited from the energy, the ingenuity, the hard work of refugees. American communities have long been at the heart of welcoming refugees, whether they were escaping the horrors of World War 2, the repression of autocrats, or persecution because of who they were or what they believed. We witnessed this over the last year as Americans of all ages and backgrounds in every American state, stepped up to help resettle thousands of Afghans, Ukrainians, and Venezuelans.
Building on this proud tradition, the state department is launching the Welcome Corps, a private sponsorship program that will harness the generosity and goodwill of American citizens to resettle refugees. For over 4 decades, our system has relied primarily on resettlement agencies to do this work. Under this new initiative, people in communities, faith based organizations, colleges and universities, veterans associations, and other groups We'll be able to play that role, taking the lead in helping refugees do things like find a place to live, enroll kids in school, obtain basic goods like furniture and winter clothes. Private sponsorship is a big responsibility, But the reality is that American communities have been crucial partners in this work for some time, and the most important thing Americans need to succeed as sponsors It's something they already have, knowledge of their community, like how to catch a bus to the local library, where to buy groceries, the best park to spend a Sunday afternoon. They won't do it alone.
Throughout the process, private sponsors will be able to rely on resettlement experts for guidance and support. The Welcome Corps will allow Americans to do what we do best, be guides and friends to our new neighbors, Put them on a path to realizing their full potential to benefit not just of refugee families, but all our families. As someone whose own relatives came to the United States in search of safety and freedom, I know what a difference real welcome can make, and not only in the lives of the people who flee, but for their children, their grandchildren, for generations to come. Speaker 0: Wanna show you guys just a small fraction of what I found on my trip from San Diego to McAllen. This was from 3 locations, from Acumba, California, Yuma, Arizona and Lukeville, Arizona. You've got ID IDs from all over the world, India, India, Peru, Guinea, Guinea, India, India. We've got China, Greece, Ukraine. IDs from Africa.
These are from Mexico. Permanent resident in Mexico, but they dumped that. I'll tell you about that in a minute. Money from all over the world. We've got Ghana.
We've got Senegal, tons and tons from Senegal. Money from from Turkey, money from Argentina, money from Mexico, IDs from Nepal, IDs from China, China, China. And a lot of people ask, why would you dump your IDs? There's multiple reasons why you might dump your IDs. These are perfect examples.
Permanent resident of Mexico, permanent resident of Spain. If you've already been given asylum, you don't qualify for asylum in America. So some of them will dump them for that. The other big one is if you are coming over as a so supposed family unit and your IDs don't match. That's a red flag that you're probably not an actual family unit, so they'll dump their IDs too.
If you're bringing children over and the information about the kid doesn't match your information. They'll dump those too. But the crazy thing is the money. Wads and wads and lots of money, currencies from all over the world. And the bottom line is the reason they do this is because they know that they're gonna get your money when they come to America.
All of this because of Joe Biden's open border policy. And the worst, I just got this. This is breaking information from a contact in border patrol Paul just sent me this. This is a document that was found in Jacumba, California. It's written in Chinese.
And a couple things to note, it says Where to go? Three different locations. There's 3 different locations in Hakumba. They've got the addresses here. It tells them what to say.
It tells them what to say to border patrol. If you go on the back though, this is what really gets me. It actually has the organization that created this document. Right there, El Ocholado, the communist leftist illegal immigration organization out of San Diego printing these documents in Chinese and getting them into the hands of illegals as they're coming across our southern border, telling them what to say, telling them where to go. These organizations are traitors to our country.
And this is the same organization. We found evidence of them creating fake marriages so that they could create more immigration fraud. All of these organizations need to be prosecuted. They need to be defunded immediately and prosecuted. And, of course, we can't forget about Sakmaneep Singh who we got in Lukeville, Arizona who has a permanent resident card from Italy, from India.
Of course, he doesn't want you to know that because that means he doesn't qualify for asylum in America. Sorry, Sakmandeep. You don't qualify. And it all goes back to the open borders left, training them, aiding and abetting. And we have more evidence of it right here directly from El Ultralado and the American Bar Association.

And I when they told me you wanted to interview me, I I just was elated over if you wanted to find out the negative effect that illegal, new arrivals, immigrants coming into the black community here in the city of Chicago. The education of our people, the native black that was enslaved in America, it affects the educational, system, at the welfare system and and, the whole social, environment because we, black people have not overcome the legacy of slavery and, bringing a new people in to compete with us for job, good, contracting and service is is devastating, to our community because we need it.
I know it's saying, sound kind of selfish, but self preservation is the first law of nature, and we resent the the the government letting these people come in under disguise of sanctuary, under skies of of a new American. What about the old American? And and it, I I'm serious about this and for the government to bring another group in to get ahead of us for these jobs, goods, contract and service for housing, medical, all aspects of of a good, life when when other people come in. And another thing, you know something about mister Blakemore. You know where he was born and background they don't they do do not do a a a check on these people.
They know nothing about them when it comes to their health, mental health, physical health, they don't know if they're criminals or nothing. So I just can't believe it. I cannot believe it. And I couldn't wait to come from all the way city hall out to O'Hare to have this interview. And asked this gentleman, would this go national?

This used to be a call center. Now it's been taken over by the Casa Alidas NGO here in Tucson, Arizona. Thousands of people inside of that building, but they're rotating through every single day. Buses come all day long. They drop off.
And as we speak, bus is picking up to take them to the airport and then send them to your community. But this is a nonstop process. Run-in part by Pima County along with Casa Alidas, the NGO here in Tucson. But basically, it's all of the same leftist, communist, anti American, pro open borders, destruction of our country with your money.

What happens to a a a poor Mexican kid who now the resources at his school are being diverted because in these shelters that were set up by HHS, They're hiring teachers out of these school districts to go into the holding facilities to teach kids in the holding facilities. Speaker 0: Got word from border patrol that, outside of Lukeville, now that they're having to use all their border patrol resources in Lukeville, the area out in the West Desert towards Yuma is completely unmanned. So we're gonna head out there. It's the first time I've been there. We're gonna go check it out and see what we can find. I saw these water droppers down in Lukeville.
That was See, what led me to break that story about the illegals going along the wall and these massive numbers coming in, I saw one of these flags. So they put these out here. You don't see this. Arivaca has water droppers as well, but they kinda hide their locations. They strategically put them.
These guys over here and I've I've talked to a few of seem like nice enough people. They're out of Ajo. The problem with this is everybody that's coming through this area we're going out west into the desert. Everybody that's coming through this area is trying to not get caught. These are all people that either have a criminal background, that know they're gonna be deported, or potentially are terrorists.
They they you just don't know, but they're all people that don't wanna get caught. So by putting these out, by putting the water out, by putting the flags out, Their their whole thing is, well, we don't want people to die in the desert. You gotta balance that with we're inviting people to come illegally enter our country. And the easier we make it for them, the more they're gonna do that. So if you're sitting up on here and every one of these mountains you go to, all you have to do is look for the big blue flag waving in the breeze, and and you can follow those flags all the way to your destination to get picked up on the highway, you're much more likely to do it.
That doesn't question the intentions of the people. The problem is the outcome, and the outcome is more illegal immigration, more cartel members, more bad guys coming into our country. This should not be allowed. You should not be allowed to have this out here incentivizing illegals to cross into our country. So really interesting, we just passed some guys, out here work in the the border, and asked them about we're in this area where we're west of Lukeville passing a couple more right here.
And that what they told us was they I asked him about the activity out here, and he says this area so so it's between Lukeville and Yuma. There's a little road out here, Batesville Road, that connects from Ajo to Yuma. And a little dirt, gravel road, but a long stretch of the border. And he said they're not even tracking it out here. They don't even know what the numbers are.
So when they're telling us what the gotaways are or they're telling us what, you know, the the known apprehensions versus the the gotaways. There are stretches of the border where they don't even know because they're not tracking it. Because all of the resources that were out here are in places like Lukeville. That's pretty shocking. Got this report yesterday from border patrol.
This is one of the large desert border patrol stations. Basically a military style installation out here where border patrol stays, and they operate out here in the West Desert of Arizona. Huge area for smuggling, for human trafficking, for drug trafficking, all of that goes on out here. This whole facility has been closed down because all of these guys are now being taken to other points to deal with the processing. This is the national security threat that America faces.
It's because of prioritizing sending border patrol agents to process illegals that in most cases are requesting fake asylum rather than patrolling areas like this where the drugs and the people and the potential terrorists are coming through, that we're facing such a major national security threat in America. This goes directly back to Joe Biden and the people at the top in Washington, DC that are putting America last. And just down from those mountains, I was just on those hills right there. Right here. The liquid and water bottle.
Looks like a little carrying case for something actually, shampoo or something in there. That was kinda gross. I got it on my fingers. Carpet shoes. So they're coming right through here.
