.@MellowPropane asked me to show everyone how to build the Kozyrev mirror from the video I will link at the bottom of this paper. Before I begin, I should mention some places I took inspiration from for this design. Serpent Mound is right down the road from where I grew up and this device is really meant to sit in the egg at the front of the serpent's face, because that spot is aligned to all the external forces that will come down into this device from the open air above. Also, @Sforce8888 has me working on a separate technology that I changed a bit for the "striker" in this design. That technology uses ac and dc currents opposing each other to make plasma vortexes. With that out of the way, let's begin. Observe. Here we have a large earthwork mound. Inside the mound, at a ration of 1:.618 to the mounds height, we have one solid piece of aluminum, polished to a perfect mirror finish, in a spiral shape. The top should be flared outward slightly like a flower open to the sky. There are three additional devices needed for the operation of this device. First, the "control module" is an ac/dc control module that has adjustable knobs on the front for watts, amps, arch-form, all the goodies. It is connected to the mirror so that the mirror can be charged up and create "plasma", read light, in the inner sanctum of the mirror. Next, we have the "ringer" device. It is a magnetic tuning fork made from soft iron. The ringer will be used to "tune" the mirror to whatever frequency is needed for the experiment. Then, there is the "striker". A simple device with one of those big e-cig batteries in it. It has a conical piece in the center, surrounded by strong ring magnets with the tip of the cone at the center. When struck with the button on the side, a spark comes from the center out and starts a plasma vortex in the tip of the device because of the magnets. How to operate the device: You will need two people. A viewer and an operator. The viewer takes the "striker" and goes into the inner sanctum of the device and sits directly on the ground, in the grass/dirt. The operator takes the "ringer" and stands at the control module. When both are ready to begin, the viewer focuses intently on what they want to see with their eyes closed, cross-legged, and holding the striker. The viewer says a short meaningful prayer, then the operator begins sending electricity into the mirror, rarefying the air in the inner sanctum. Once the mirror is charged to the correct balancing point, the operator strikes sharply the back of the mirror so as to ring the tuning fork, and the mirror at the same time. The operator is to place the ringer into a prepared holder, allowing it to ring during the experiment. Now that the mirror is charged, and ringing, the viewer should be sitting inside the chamber thinking intently of what they want to see. When he is ready with a clear picture in his mind's eye, he lights the striker, and places it in a rubber holder prepared for him. Theoretically, the air should begin to glow, and the burning striker should keep any charge from hurting the viewer. Small cameras may be buried, peaking above the ground to get a view of what the viewer sees and does while the experiment is running. Now, I am just going off what Kozyrev and the participants said, but it lines up with my theory of everything that the holographic nature of the medium could possibly be used to project visions or pull down information from the akashic record. The sky is the limit for what this would do with consciousness. The thing about their original design, is that it in no way mimicked nature. Good technology always mirrors nature and the changes in the design I have made are to improve the safety, and lessen the negative side-effects on the viewer, of the device. With my changes and the proper positioning of the device in the earth's magnetic field, the device should be able to be freely operated, safely, and without the feelings of dread. So, how did I do? Project Reverse Engineering: Prototype! Cheetah-Dog Killing, Ball-Lightning Weapon. Here we have a picture of "ball lightning". I think this is a weapon and I tried reverse engineering the weapon I am seeing. Turns out it is perfect for destroying AI controlled cheetah-dogs, terminators, Skynet, space lasers and anything living creature. None of them stand a chance against this creation. NOTHING can escape this thing if it targets you. This thing ain't a toy. I'm not even sure I will leave this up, but: Observe. We have two, VERY SMALL, VERY POWERFUL, cone shaped magnets attached at their base. They are inside a football like outer frame/shell that has a track around the equator, that through rotation or mechanical means, spins the two cone magnets at the middle. Positioned like a halo around the point of the cones are coils, or rotatating ring magnets driven by another track inside the football outer frame/shell or electrical impulse. There is very light and thin, permanently magnetized tape running in stripes on the inner diameter of the structure with poles facing opposite to the conetips and running the same length of the slope of the cone. Finally, there is a tiny laser at either end that, theoretically, will control the size and strength of the magnetic/electric field around the device. Turn the top laser on a little more powerful than the bottom laser and it will float up, make the bottom laser a bit stronger than the top and it floats down. Adjust the delta between them and the angles which the beams breaks on the tip of their cone, to control lift and movement side to side. Control the rpm of the cone magnets at the center to control how powerful and large the magnetic/electric field around it. Turn it up on it's side and it will fly really fast in a straight line. Like a football, but basically ignoring inertia and "gravity". Easily able to change directions at the tip of a laser, literally. Anything it floats by that has something magnetically attractive, like iron, on it would recieve a lightning bolt and be destroyed. Anything that has electricity running to it would explode and send a lightning bolt the other way, hitting and grounding to the magnetic field of the device but never strong enough to break through the electric field created around the device. I am going to take humanity to the stars. Here is the framework for my first spaceship. Observe. We have a cube shaped craft. The walls of which have electromagnets on the inside and outside of the exterior walls. However, just turning on the top face of the craft would not allow you to float and it's for the same reason both sides of every face must have opposing electro magnets in the outer structure on every face. In the bottom right I have a diagram. Imagine that you are looking at my cube shaped craft from the ground. The left most box is hovering slightly above the ground, as the top set of electromagnets have slightly more current going to them than the bottom set, in both the top and bottom face of the cube. By having the other four faces oppose each other equally, we can stabilize it in the air. In the middle box, the top and bottom face have a moderate amount more current going to the top set than bottom set of electromagnets, while the other four faces stay equally opposing each other. In the right most box, the strength of the top magnets is very strong compared to the opposing magnets in the bottom, and again, the other four faces are opposing equally for stabilization. If you increased the strength of the outside magnets of the right wall and the inside magnets of the left wall, slightly more than their opposing mates, then the craft would float to the right while hovering.
