Speaker 0 warns that what you’re doing is extremely dangerous, and questions why it is dangerous. Speaker 1 challenges this by asking why it would be dangerous, and clarifies that they are not saying people are voting in certain places, but that people are currently registered to vote there. Speaker 2 interjects, referencing a recent sweep around Fulton County. Speaker 1 reiterates: they see that people are currently registered to vote in places like empty lots and homeless shelters that closed ten years ago, and asks what the other speaker would do if they became secretary of state to address that. Speaker 0 responds that the other party will have to reply to conspiracy theories. Speaker 1 counters that it is not a conspiracy, describing it as a current situation: people are currently registered to vote there, and it’s possible to purchase voter rolls for $45 to verify this. They insist they are not saying people are voting there, but that people are currently registered to vote there, and they reference Jason as the person who can verify that. They further state they will gladly take the other speaker to see if it’s true, arguing that if someone is running for secretary of state, they are in charge of maintaining the voter rolls. Speaker 0 continues to label the claim as dangerous and as conspiracy theory. Speaker 1 again emphasizes that they are not alleging people are voting there, but that people are currently registered to vote there. They reiterate that it took $45 to purchase the voter rolls, and that the same could be done for Fulton County. They mention specific locations where people are allegedly registered to vote: empty lots and a MARTA bus station, and ask whether the other speaker will address that instead of labeling it conspiracy theories. They reference the existence of a death address, 205 Elm Street Northwest, described as an empty lot that one could visit to verify the claim. They ask whether the other speaker, as an elected official who might become secretary of state, cares about ensuring clean voter rolls in a county considered one of the most important in the United States. Speaker 0 maintains that the other party’s approach is dangerous. Speaker 1 repeats the core assertion: it’s not a conspiracy, it’s a current condition where people are registered to vote in empty lots, a MARTA bus station, and other locations, and stresses that the issue is about maintaining clean voter rolls. The exchange cycles through insistence that “people are currently registered to vote there,” the availability of voter-roll data for verification, and the imperative for someone who could be secretary of state to address the integrity of the rolls rather than dismissing the claim as conspiracy theory.

Speaker 3: We went around Fulton County the last few weeks, Speaker 1: and we see that people are currently registered to vote in places like empty lots, homeless shelters that closed ten years ago. What would you do if you become secretary of state to address that? Speaker 0: Gonna reply to conspiracy theories. Speaker 1: I mean, not conspiracy. It's a current you can currently go on the voter rolls, purchase them for $45, and go there with us. We will gladly take you if you want to go Speaker 0: to what you're saying. I'm not gonna respond to conspiracy theories. Speaker 1: How is that a conspiracy theory? It's an act of voter rolls. If you're gonna be running for secretary of state, you're in charge of maintaining the voter rolls. Don't you care about if people are registered to vote from empty lots? Speaker 0: Questions. I appreciate it. I've gotta gotta Speaker 1: Do you think it's a conspiracy theory that people are registered to vote from empty lots though? Well, I have the ability to go wherever I want to. People are currently registered to vote in empty lots commissioner. And if you're gonna run for secretary of state, aren't you gonna at least take take a look at that? It took me $45 to purchase the voter rolls. You can do that as well for the Fulton County. You can see that people are registered to vote from empty lots. They're registered to vote at a MARTA bus station. Are you not gonna do anything about that? You're just gonna call that conspiracy theories again? We have a death address that you can go to right now. 205 Elm Street Northwest. That's an empty lot. You can go there right now and see it for yourself. Do you not care about that? DARPA and the CIA possess advanced electronic warfare and directed energy weapon technology. What you were told about DEWs and the Venezuelan operation involving Maduro barely scratched the surface of what truly exists. https://t.co/8Aw18HNo7b

Video Transcript AI Summary
- Speaker 0 and Speaker 1 discuss the possibility that a friend was murdered and suggest that both victims died suddenly from fast-moving cancer, a method they say the agency uses overseas to eliminate people. Speaker 1 admits he cannot prove this but notes the sudden deaths. - The conversation asserts that the US government has technology to infect people with fast-moving cancer and to perform cognitive and directed-energy warfare. Speaker 0 states the government has the technology to infect with fast-moving cancer and to do so absolutely. - In 1997, Speaker 1 describes a hearing on asymmetric threats where he chaired the research committee and focused on four threats: drones, cyberattacks, electromagnetic pulse (EMP), and cognitive warfare. He asserts that cognitive warfare is now being labeled by some as Havana syndrome and that directed-energy weapons are the underlying technology. - Speaker 2 recounts a recent homeland security hearing about foreign adversaries using direct weapons against US citizens, enabling incapacitation. He emphasizes the chilling nature of the briefing and criticizes current domestic leadership as foolish, corrupt, incompetent, and wicked. - Speaker 3 notes that up to 40% of the Air Force equipment budget in the 1990s was classified, making much of it “black.” He emphasizes that military and security research often precedes civilian medical science, and that servicemen were used in experiments without fully informed consent, referencing NK Ultra-era disclosures of thousands of service members used as subjects. - Speaker 4 discusses MKUltra, describing a Canadian experiment involving psychic driving with massive LSD doses, eye-tracking, and memory loss, funded by MKUltra and affecting civilians. He mentions Project Midnight Climax, where Johns were observed in brothels while subjected to LSD, and notes similar experiments by the British Royal Air Force and Army. The results of Midnight Climax are unknown, with no published after-action reports. - Speaker 3 adds that Secretary of Energy O’Leary stated under Clinton that over a half a million Americans had been used in human experiments over four decades without informed consent, including mind control, with no accountability. He argues that mind-control technology has advanced, and questions who should govern its use, given the lack of legal frameworks. - The discussion covers mind-effects research and the lack of treaties governing such technologies. They reference a European Parliament security and disarmament resolution (1999) addressing mind-effects and mind-control technology, and Russian Duma resolutions (2002) seeking similar safeguards. Zabigniew Brzezinski’s Between Two Ages is cited regarding electronically stroking the ionosphere to influence behavior over geographic areas, connecting it to HARP and other electromagnetic carriers capable of mass or individual influence. - Speaker 6 explains historical demonstrations of electronic mind control, starting with Jose Delgado’s remote manipulation of a charging bull using radio energy and electrodes, and notes later work showing noninvasive techniques to influence behavior using low-power magnetic fields. Speaker 7 reiterates Delgado’s animal studies and the potential for noninvasive methods to affect emotions and memory, with broader implications for humans. - Speaker 3 discusses the progression of research funded by DARPA and others toward higher-resolution control of brain activity, enabling controlled effects that override senses and create synthetic memories, raising questions about future justice and evidence. They describe European Parliament and NATO/US military interest in mind-control technologies and the absence of robust legal protections. - Speaker 9 presents advances in AI-enabled brain-reading and memory-altering devices, including mind-reading and emotion decoding, while Speaker 10 and Speaker 12 discuss privacy concerns, brain-data privacy laws (Colorado’s law adding brain data to privacy protections), and the availability of consumer devices that decode brainwaves. They warn that brain data can be misused by insurers, law enforcement, advertisers, and governments, with private companies often sharing data without clear disclosure. - The segment concludes with a note that devices can infer attention and thoughts, and that DARPA’s N3D program aims for noninvasive neuromodulation with implantable electrodes read/write capabilities. It references 1980s–1990s discussions of RF energy as a potential nonlethal mind-control technology, and a 1993 Johns Hopkins conference listing low-frequency weapons as attractive options.

Speaker 0: Happened to your friend? You think he was murdered? Speaker 1: I think he was given a they both had fast moving cancer, and that's a typical process that the agency uses overseas when they wanna get rid of somebody. Speaker 0: I'm aware of that. Most people are Speaker 1: not aware of that. Speaker 0: But do do you know that to be true that that is a Speaker 1: I don't I don't I can't prove it. No. But do you know that I know that they both died suddenly. Speaker 0: The the US government has the technology Speaker 1: to Absolutely. Speaker 0: Absolutely. Infect people with fast moving cancer. Speaker 1: Absolutely. As they do with the you know, in 1997, I did the first hearing on asymmetric threats. I was the chairman of the research committee, and I focused on four threats that and you can read about them. The first threat was the use of drones, which nobody was using then. The second was cyberattacks, which is now a big deal. The third was EMP. People don't even know what EMP is. I was the leader of that. I wrote the EMP legislation. And the fourth was cognitive warfare. People don't understand cognitive warfare. And today, our intelligence agency is trying to pretend they don't know what it is. Like, oh, we don't know what that is It's because the the Russians have used it, and the Chinese, they call it Havana syndrome. Speaker 0: Right. We know what it Directed energy weapons. Speaker 1: Directed energy weapons. Speaker 2: I had a hearing this week in homeland security, and this this hasn't even become very mainstream yet, but it was about different foreign adversaries using direct weapons, direct energy weapons against US citizens. They completely incapacitate citizens of The United States. You guys might have heard of it called Havana syndrome. And then we went down to the skiff, and we got a classified briefing from some of the people on the on the panel, and it was one of the most I'm a former Navy SEAL, so I've traveled around the world and hunted bad guys for a long time. But I can tell you this, when I went down to that skiff, it was one of the most terrifying briefs that I've ever been a part of. Okay? This is how brazen our enemies are becoming because of how foolish, corrupt, incompetent, and I would actually say wicked we have become. Speaker 3: In the nineties, up to 40% of the air force equipment budget was classified. In other words, it was black. It was so black that nobody knew what it was. 40% of the equipment budget in the Air Force is billions and billions of dollars. When you look at advanced research in terms of how it comes forward, usually what comes out in the public is about twenty years behind where we're at. When you look at all of the history of The United States and the way in which we built our security and military apparatus, including every other nation, that's how they operate. We compartmentalize. We separate deliberately. We break it down into small components, which is very expensive and results in a lot of duplication. But at the end of the day, you get something that is really well hidden. What we learn about the human human body and brain when it has weapons applications and the research is funded by the military, don't think it's in is being done for medical science. The military in our country doesn't fund medical research. That's somebody else. Unless it has a specific weapons application or a specific use within the Veterans Administration. And Veterans Administration is often used to test new ideas, to test new concepts. So our servicemen get the experiment of war and then get the experiment after the fact. Even in the NK Ultra releases of information in the nineties from the sixties and the early seventies, over 4,000 men and women that they admit in the US military were used as experimental subjects without fully informed consent. Speaker 4: What's the CIA's most disturbing experiment? They had a experiment that they did in Canada, and I am never So so many times people are like, oh, well you must know all about this MK Ultra project. I I care about the techniques and the methods and the protocols and stuff that were a result of MKUltra. But they did this thing in Canada, and I can't remember the guy's name, but they took people coming in for just normal appointments, like I have postpartum depression or I have anxiety. And they would like, they would against their will, do this thing called psychic driving. It had nothing to do with being psychic, it just meant psychic of the mind. And they would give them massive prolonged doses of LSD. And in some cases tape their eyes open like clockwork orange and play these videos in front of their face all the time. They thought it was gonna like reprogram their brain somehow. But what happened was a lot of the people had had to learn how to walk again. They couldn't control their bladder. They had to learn how to control their urine and stuff like that again. Some of them lost thirty, forty years of memories from their life. And these were people who checked into a clinic for like anxiety. And this was, funded by MK Ultra, and it was in Canada. And it's so well known, and it's so open that even the Canadian government paid the people's families who were who just got wrecked because of this thing. And the other thing they did, and there's so much mind warfare stuff that we could go into, but they did this thing called Project Midnight Climax in a brothel. And these Johns would come in like they're like, well I wanna spend the night with this hooker. They take them up the hookers take them up to a hotel room. They drug these dudes with high doses of LSD. And there are mirrors in these hotel rooms with dudes watching. Like behind a mirror in the hotel room, there's scientists watching this stuff and watching what takes place. That is the most bizarre and weird thing I've ever ever even heard of. They could experiment with LSD on a lot of people. And they they did it with soldiers. And the British Royal Air Force did this with or British Army did this with LSD. And LSD was just like the rave of the time. Because the CIA thought it might be this miracle mind control drug because these videos were coming back from the Korean War of these Americans getting brainwashed and stuff. So they're like, there is something happening to these Americans that we don't have the technology to do. So it was a it was a psychological arms race, or so we thought it was. It was just basic stuff. It was like very basic brainwashing stuff. What were the results of that midnight pie? Nobody knows. No? Nobody knows. Yeah. Think it was just studying the effects of LSD, and the effects of what they call interrogative suggestibility. So can I make you confess to stuff? Can I get intelligence out of you if you're a captured asset of some kind? And I don't think they they publish anything afterwards, like some after action report or anything. Speaker 3: Secretary of energy O'Leary under the Clinton administration said over a half a million Americans have been used in human experiments over four decades, mind control and other experiments without their informed consent. Half a million people they admit to, and no one's been put on trial for that. No one's been held accountable for that. I think most Americans define that highly objectionable, that no one's been held accountable for invading the very essence of who they are as human beings. That's the problem. It's been going on forty years. It continues to today under the guise of increased security, increased security for what? If you don't have freedom of thought foundationally, what the heck are we securing and for whom? This is really where the science of mind effects has gone over the last several decades, to that kind of precision using any electromagnetic carrier. In fact, there's a great article produced by the US Army War College. It was in their quarterly perimeters back. I think it was '98 '98 or '99. But the article you need to find, it's called the mind has no firewalls, which is a reiteration of a Russian military journal talking about all the different ways. And, essentially, any electromagnetic carrier, whether it's the Internet, television, radio, or these larger systems like HARP or something more directional oriented towards an individual can alter mental states, behaviors, even planning particular thoughts or ideas within the consciousness of individuals. Any electromagnetic carrier can be used. You can use the power grid. You can use the Internet, telephone, any wireless system. It can be overridden with a signal. In fact, during the first Gulf conflict, the first Gulf War of Bush one, they actually Scottish meter reported after the effects of exactly this kind of technology, and we used a project called Project Solo, where we had this plane crammed full of electronic apparatus. And what it does is it piggybacks a signal on the local broadcast. So for instance, instance, in that region, everyone listens to the Mazel music and prayers at particular times during the day. We could piggyback a signal that generated fear, anxiety, high stressors. And if you remember in that first Gulf War, we had the third or fourth largest fourth largest army in the world at the time collapsing like school kids going on their first fire drill. I mean, they just gave up en masse to a handful of troops at certain times, but it was fear and anxiety that was piggybacked on the normal music going in to those regions, music that our troops weren't necessarily listening to. So it was a way to send that in, and this, again, is probably one of the most insidious forms of warfare when you think about it, because you can do it without any detection. I mean, you don't even have to have troops on the ground. You can use any of these mediums to influence behavior of very large segments of population. In fact, it was a Canadian, researcher, Persinger, and I believe at Laurentian University, that talked about this in the mid nineties in a paper he published, talking about exactly that, that all you would have to do is create a complex signal, broadcast it over a large area, create a certain level of disease or anxiety in the population, and then do something as simple as run a normal radio or television broadcast, a press release, indicting some group or some event as the source of your ills. And a certain amount of this public sentiment would then drift that direction, and as we all know in politics around the world, it doesn't take much to move an issue an awful long distance. This is a kind of technology that we're talking about here in this century. Speaker 5: Is there any evidence that they've used these types of technologies or same things that they've used against the Iraqi military domestically, against protest groups? Speaker 3: Well, there there actually was in in Great Britain in in an issue dealing with public protest back in the nineties. There was a technology used. It was an infrasound, device that actually, scattered, the crowd. The Speaker 4: beam produces an intolerable heating sensation, compelling the targeted individual to instinctively move. Speaker 3: There was another one developed, that's been sold, actually, to the military for perimeter protection, and and that was, actually won the Lemelson MIT prize in 2005. Woody Norris, who developed a method of acoustic heterodyning, where he could literally send a signal into a certain zone within an area or space where anyone walking in that zone would hear that proverbial voice in the head. But the person right next to him outside of that zone, outside of that target zone wouldn't hear a thing. Speaker 6: Hypersonic sound works by emitting two highly directional ultrasonic signals at frequencies too high for humans to hear. As these signals mix in the air, however, a column of audible sound is created. Norris envisions using his invention for everything from surround sound units to museum displays. Speaker 3: All of those kinds of, delusion, illusionary things associated with schizophrenia, you could actually impose on someone, and they would know the difference between the artificially imposed sound signal and that proverbial voice in the head. Speaker 5: In your book you talk about cyclotronic resonance. What is cyclotronic resonance? Speaker 3: Cyclotronic resonance, again, the idea of the brain being able to lock onto these external signals and actually begin to mirror them. This frequency following response, this idea of being able to lock on to an external signal is taught in every university that teaches psychology at a high level. And they tell you, you know, you can calm a person by flickering light. You can agitate a person. You can create virtually any emotional state. In fact, Delgado at Yale University, starting in the nineteen sixties, worked in this area. By the time he hit the mid eighties, he had figured out that using radio frequency energy, the stuff of heart, but at one fiftieth of what the earth naturally produces, which just to put that in perspective, that's man produces 200,000,000 times more radio frequency energy than the earth produces right now around every one of us at this instant. So one fiftieth of what the earth produces is enough to influence the behavior of human beings without any kind of implanted device or mechanical or electronic device attached to a human being just by manipulating radio frequency energy alone. Speaker 7: Electronic mind control research is not new. A scientific milestone in this area came in the nineteen sixties when doctor Jose Delgado demonstrated remote control over a charging bull. By connecting a radio antenna to electrodes inserted into the bull's brain, Delgado proved that the animal's aggressive impulses could be thwarted by electronically manipulating the bull's muscle reflexes. Speaker 8: Do you realize the fantastic possibilities if from the outside we could modify the inside? Could we give messages to the inside? But the beauty is that now we are not using electrodes. Speaker 7: In recent years, Delgado has shown that the behavior of monkeys can be altered using low power, pulsating magnetic fields. But in these experiments, there were no antenna implants. Speaker 8: Any function in the brain, emotions, intellect, personality, well, could be perhaps modified by this noninvasive technology. Speaker 7: Delgado's research has so far been limited to animals. Speaker 3: Where we've gone from there are great leaps. And when you look at where the research initiatives are being funded by DARPA and others, it's surrounding better ways to get higher and higher resolution. If you think about it from the standpoint of computer power and the ability to take a signal and manipulate that signal, just look at the last thirty years in terms of what's happened with computing. And and and this is where your resolution gets finer and finer and finer and finer, where we're not just looking at gross emotional states, but being able to hone in on specific ideas, thoughts, frameworks, and build those through a technology that the Air Force now refers to as controlled effects, overriding all of the five senses, sight, sound, all of them, overriding them so they can create complete illusions that you can't separate from an actual memory set. So you imagine synthetic memory. What will that do to the justice system around the world? What will be evidence in twenty or thirty years? And how will you determine what was synthesized and what was really experienced? This is the nature of the technology. A lot of the research is actually even being done in terms of brain research for post traumatic stress syndrome. How do we wipe these memories out? Now, that's a pretty important technology if you think about the flip side of that. Why would you want to? And what else would you wipe out? And what else could you do with that? And who will do it and who will determine what goes in your brain, what stays in your brain? And is this the purview of governments? Is this what governments should do? You know, in terms of the the legal framework for using technology that would influence human behavior, there there really isn't any. I mean, if if you think about it. In fact, when we went to the European Parliament on these issues back in the late nineties, that was one of the outgrowths of it. In fact, in their resolution dealing with security and disarmament, which passed, I believe it was January 1999, is the most comprehensive document ever on security and disarmament produced by the European Parliament. One of the sections, there were four sections that dealt with HARP, and then there was a fifth section that we were able to get into the record, which dealt with mind effects, mind control technology. And that treaty dialogue should begin in this area, that this is an area where there is no treaty. There is a huge gap in terms of where this technology has gone and the fact that legal frameworks are not there to protect people on a domestic level or internationally. The Russian Duma passed resolutions in 2002 asking for the same things. The fact is the temptation to use the technology. In fact, you can go back to the politics of the technology. Go back to Zabigniew Brzezinski in his book Between Two Ages. And he talked about quoting from a guy, JF Gordon MacDonald, a geophysicist at UCLA. And he said in that book that we would eventually get to the point where we could electronically stroke the ionosphere in just the right way to return a signal to the earth that would change the behavior of people overused geographic areas. This is what HARP can do today. That system can deliver on that, but so can any other electromagnetic carrier. So there's you can target individuals or you can target masses of people and affect a huge segment of that population. Things like near field exposures to other signals might dampen it with some people, but on a large scale, the the the the data shows 70, maybe as much as 80 of the population could be influenced by these external causes. The thing is with that legal framework, would the government do it? Absolutely, yes. In fact, in 2006, the Air Force, the United States Air Force, revised their protocols for human experimentation. And on page nine of that, they actually call out who's authorized on mind control experiments. And they use those words in their document in 2006. And and what they say is it has to be approved by an undersecretary of the of the navy or assistant secretary of the navy. Someone at that level is the only one, and including issues that would bring about controversies in terms of the media have to be approved at that level. But this is in in the current framework of navy protocols. Experimentation goes on. The Air Force has requests for proposals out, DARPA has contracts that have been let, they all come together under one umbrella with the idea of affecting the human operator. Speaker 9: Advances in artificial intelligence are leading to medical breakthroughs once thought impossible, including devices that can actually read minds and alter our brains to help treat conditions like anxiety, Alzheimer's. Speaker 10: But that technology raises privacy concerns. That's why Colorado passed a first of its kind law aimed at ensuring our private thoughts remain private. Speaker 11: Our ear pods that can pick up brainwave activity and tell whether or not a person is paying attention or their mind is wandering. Okay. Well, you might think, fine. But even if we can tell whether a person is paying attention or their mind is wandering, you can't tell what they're paying attention to. You would be wrong. Speaker 9: Who has access to this technology? Speaker 12: You know, Karen, everyone, believe it or not. You can buy devices on the Internet right now that can, to varying degrees, decode your brainwaves. And the technology being developed by the likes of Elon Musk, Apple, Meta, and OpenAI can change, enhance, and control your thoughts, emotions, even your memories. It's the dawn of a new era filled with promise and peril. If the at home devices are impressive, those being used in the lab are even more so. Our brain waves are like encrypted signals, and using artificial intelligence, researchers have cracked the code, identifying frequencies for specific words to turn thought to text. That I just think it and AI knows what I'm thinking because of the pattern of my brainwave. But with the benefits come risks. Speaker 13: It is some of the most sensitive data that you could possibly share with anyone. Speaker 12: Data insurance companies could use to discriminate, law enforcement to interrogate, and advertisers to manipulate. Government too could get into our heads and potentially alter our thoughts, emotions and memories as the technology advances. Speaker 13: Nobody wants to live in a world where some of these misuses or abuses exist. Speaker 12: While medical research facilities are subject to privacy laws, private companies that are amassing large caches of brain data are not. And based on a study by the Neuro Rights Foundation, two thirds of them are already sharing or selling the data with third parties. The vast majority of them also don't disclose where the data is stored, how long they keep it, who has access to it, and what happens if there's a security breach. Which is why Pazowski, medical director of the foundation, led the passage of a first in the nation law in Colorado that includes biological or brain data in the state privacy act, similar to fingerprints. Chad, we're Speaker 10: also wondering, can any of these devices actually control a person's thoughts? Speaker 12: They have been used to control the thoughts of mice in a lab. Speaker 9: Alright. So much to take in. Sean, thank you for that report. Speaker 11: What do you think? Is it a future you're ready for? You may be surprised to learn that it's a future that has already arrived. Everything in that video that you just saw is based on technology that is already here today. Artificial intelligence has enabled advances in decoding brain activity in ways that we never before thought possible. Sensors that can pick up your brainwave activity, earbuds, headphones, tiny tattoos that you can wear behind your ear. We can pick up emotional states like, are you happy or sad or angry? We can pick up and decode faces that you're seeing in your mind. Simple shapes, numbers, your pin number to your bank account. It's not just your brain activity here that we can pick up. We can also pick up your brain activity in different places, like as your neurons fire from your brain down your arm and send signals to your hand to tell you how to type, move. All of that could be decoded through electromyography. And that's what you're seeing here is a device now in the form of simple wearable watch that can pick up that activity. And one of the pivotal acquisitions of the field, Meta acquired this company, Control Labs, 2019 because major tech companies are investing and helping to make these devices universally applicable as the way in which we interact with the rest of our technology. These EarPods, much like the video you watched earlier, are EarPods that can pick up brainwave activity and tell whether or not a person is paying attention or their mind is wandering. Okay. Well, you might think, fine. But even if we can tell whether a person is paying attention or their mind is wandering, you can't tell what they're paying attention to. You would be wrong. Speaker 0: This is Speaker 14: why it becomes so important to understand the novelty and the viability of neuroscience as being leveraged as weapons. We then have the use of nanoparticulate agents, aerosolizable nanomaterials that can be breathed in and disrupt blood flow and neurological network activity that can be used as an enclosed weapon or perhaps that can be used as a more broad weapon of disruption and or destruction. We also have the capability to utilize nanomaterials to get electrodes into a head and to create a vast array of viable sensors and transmitters. This is DARPA's N3D program, next generation non invasive neuromodulation, utilizing these techniques and technologies to create vast arrays of implantable electrodes that need not be put into the brain surgically, that are then able to read from the brain and write into the brain remotely in real time. Speaker 15: Scientists have been experimenting with radio frequencies on animals' brains for decades, and the military has followed it all very closely. Speaker 16: Documents dating back into the early eighties, we see that the military had discussed the possibilities of mind control through radio frequency energy. The possibility is there. The military has studied it. Speaker 15: A 1982 air force report called radio frequency energy a major new research initiative and said that RF can, quote, disrupt normal purposeful behavior. A 1987 military report called for more research on RF energy as a nonlethal weapon while pointing out that most of the existing technology is classified. In 1993, there was a big conference at John Hopkins University. The entire conference was classified. The agenda wasn't, and weapons using extremely low radio frequencies or ELFs were listed as a very attractive option.

Every ICE agent hiding their identities will be identified, as this is America, not the Soviet Union. The law requires transparency to hold accountable those who cross the line. Speaker 0: Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach and are trying to hide their identities from the American people will be unsuccessful in doing that. This is America. This is not the Soviet Union. We're not behind the Iron Curtain. This is not the nineteen thirties. And every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will, of course, be identified. That, in fact, is the law. And we're gonna make sure that the American people have the transparency necessary to hold people accountable when there are folks who cross the line here in America. That's what's gonna happen. And as I mentioned earlier, and I spoke to congressman Nadler about this, our first priorities are always gonna be making sure the person who was on the front line is in the best possible place to move forward. That's the case with LaMonica MacGyver, and it is also the case with congressman Nadler's brave, young, patriotic staffer. And we've gotta address those issues first. That's the human thing to do while simultaneously, of course, preparing to deal with the broader policy implications, which as I mentioned, are underway. Thanks. Go back to

The Truth About Scott Presler... Part 1

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker details their past support for Scott Pressler, including inviting him to WalkAway events, promoting him on news outlets like Fox News, and featuring him in a video series. They offered him a job and legal assistance, and facilitated a connection with Lara Trump. After the 2020 election, the speaker noticed a change in Pressler. He allegedly didn't reciprocate support within a group of activists organizing rallies and changed plans to coordinate efforts in Georgia. On January 6th, Pressler sat next to the speaker at Trump's speech but didn't acknowledge how he got the seat. After the speaker's arrest related to January 6th, Pressler offered support but didn't publicly defend them. He later posted support for Steve Bannon. The speaker also notes Pressler began using a different accent in public. When the speaker's documents were leaked to the media, Pressler remained silent. The speaker won their case and Pressler acknowledged it by using the trending phrase. The speaker concludes Pressler is self-serving, not brave, kind, grateful, or honest, and that his public persona is false. A second video will address Pressler's claims about his work in Pennsylvania.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Many of you out there have probably become conditioned at this point to believe that Scott Pressler registered tens of thousands of voters in 2024 and delivered Pennsylvania for president Trump. Some of you may even believe he registered hundreds of thousands of voters. And some of you believe that Scott Pressler registered and transported nearly 200,000 Amish people to vote in 2024, which is incredible as there aren't even 90,000 Amish people in Pennsylvania, including children. And I really don't blame most of you for believing these things, as they were all part of a massive propaganda campaign leading up to the twenty twenty four election. Because so many of you have been made to believe these falsehoods from seeing them repeated over and over again on social media, you might feel protective of Scott. And I can understand that, too. I can understand all of it. Because I used to feel protective of Scott Pressler, too. So much so that I bent over backwards to help him in every way that I could, because I believed he really was the person that he portrayed himself to be. I too was duped by the propaganda. When I began rising up in 2018, I was instantaneously given a lot of opportunities that frankly many people never get, and that was never lost on me. I never wanted to make Walk Away about me. I always wanted it to be about community, teamwork, and using my platform to lift up other people that I thought were talented and effective and deserved a boost. Scott had been doing activism work before I started Walk Away. I admired the person who believed him to be, and I wanted to do anything within my ability and my power to help lift him higher and help him succeed. And so I began inviting him to speak at as many WalkAway events as possible, ranging from town halls to rallies, galas, and putting him front and center at WalkAway's two major marches and rallies in Washington DC. Speaker 1: Do you guys feel it? Yeah. I am proud to be here with you today. You, every single one of you. I'm honored to be here at the Unsilent Walkaway March on DC. Guys, we're making history. This is historic. This is historic. Speaker 0: But that was far from all. From 2,018 through to January 6, I was being asked to go on cable news shows on a weekly basis. And because I felt so blessed and grateful to have these opportunities, I did something that virtually nobody else does. I used my time on these appearances to shout out other people that I didn't think were being given the credit they deserved. And I considered Scott to be one of those people. And so on numerous occasions, I called attention to him and his work on Fox News, OAN, Newsmax, and more. I love Scott Pressler. I have loved Scott Pressler for a long time. For anyone who doesn't know, Scott Pressler is an amazing conservative activist who goes into Democrat run cities Yep. That have gone completely to hell, and he cleans them up with a a a group of people. And it's not even a a partisan political thing. It's really just about taking care of our country and taking care of our communities. In 2019, I created my own video series called The Hard Truth. Walkaway's five minute videos educating the public on different topics with a featured speaker in each episode. My episode about liberal media bias was first, and it was shared by President Trump and received over 4,000,000 views. For the follow-up episode, I chose Scott. I flew him all expenses paid to Michigan to shoot the video and spent thousands of dollars creating and editing his episode about voter registration, which we pushed out to our over 1,000,000 followers on social media. When it appeared to me that Scott was struggling financially, I offered him a paid job with WalkAway as an activism leader, which he politely declined, stating that he had secured his dream job with a state GOP, which didn't seem to come to fruition as far as I could tell. That same year, Scott got himself aligned with a manager of sorts who was, to put it mildly, not a good guy. I knew this from my own personal experience, and Scott indicated to me that he was also concerned and wanted out of a signed agreement that he had with this person. Genuinely worried for his well-being, I offered to have my attorney get involved to help free Scott from his contract at my expense. I began to develop a friendship with Laura Trump in early twenty nineteen after she'd seen me in my hour long interview with Mark Levin on Fox. Laura began to get more involved with Walkaway, and she asked me to speak at a Trump rally in Cincinnati opening for President Trump. A year later during the twenty twenty election cycle, I contacted Laura to let her know that I really felt that my friend Scott was not being seen or acknowledged, and that it would mean a lot to me if she would take a meeting with him. She was only partially familiar with him at the time, but told me that she'd be happy to speak to him. A week later, Lara contacted me and told me she had just gotten off the phone with Scott and had a great conversation. And from there, they began to build their own relationship, which made me happy. I'm sure you're now abundantly aware of how Scott now references his friendship with Lara on a regular basis. Immediately after the twenty twenty election is when I started to see a different side of Scott, and I began to question the person that I had previously believed him to be. A group of over a dozen conservative activists with large social media followings came together to organize rallies in swing states to encourage the public to continue to rally their state legislatures for a forensic audit of the twenty twenty election. The idea was that we would all host rallies, film footage of our rallies, and post them to social media using the hashtag StopTheSteel. Stopthesteel. The agreement we all had was that everybody would share everybody's posts in an effort to amplify the visibility of our mission across the country. Everybody in our group adhered to this agreement, except Scott, who would only post videos of himself speaking at rallies in Pennsylvania and using the messaging, I'm doing this and I'm doing that in Pennsylvania. So everybody in our group was posting Scott's videos of his work to our pages, but he would not post videos of our work. Then I announced that I would be moving to Georgia for the month of December to knock doors and organize volunteers for an effort I called Save the Senate. As candidates, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler's seats were up for grabs in the Georgia runoff election on January 5. Losing these two seats would mean losing our senate majority. Scott announced on Twitter that he too would be spending December in Georgia knocking on doors with volunteers. So I asked Scott if he would be willing to coordinate our schedules if we were going to be in the same area at the same time to work together. He gave me some dates and locations that worked with mine and again announced his plans on Twitter. When it came close to time to coordinate our combined effort dates, I reached out again to begin planning. And Scott told me his plans had changed and that he would now not be in Georgia at that time. I thought, well, that's interesting because you've definitely been telling the public that you're knocking doors in Georgia. So are you going to go on social media and explain now that you're not? And how often is this happening? And the next thing you know, it's January 6. That day, I was really privileged to be given an incredible seat, front row center, for President Trump's speech at the Ellipse. I really couldn't believe it. As I sat there waiting for the event to start, here comes bounding over my friend Scott, who asked me if he could sit next to me to watch President Trump speak. Of course, I said, I'd love to sit next to you. And so Scott sat next to me all morning on January 6 and of course posted on Twitter about his amazing front row seat without really ever mentioning how he had ended up there. We separated after the ellipse and both separately made our way to the Capitol. And you know what happened to me from there. Next day, I started to notice something interesting. Scott was posting pictures of himself far away from the capital and saying things like, this is how I spent my day yesterday, hugging my followers. Okay. Two and a half weeks later, was selected to be raided, arrested, jailed, charged, and persecuted in the J6 witch hunts. And thankfully, Scott was not, nor were any of the other Stop the Steal activists, and I am eternally grateful for that. I would not wish what I went through for four years on anybody. However, if I had been fortunate enough to not be selected for this systematic destruction, and it was happening to one of my friends, wild horses couldn't stop me from standing up for my friends and defending them publicly as they went through this. In fact, I did do that. I was questioned by the FBI and DOJ about all the Stop the Steal activists, and my answers were resoundingly the same. None of these people did anything wrong, and I have no knowledge of any of these people ever committing any crimes, Period. And thankfully, none of them ever were visited by the FBI, and none of them were ever charged with any crimes. I heard from Scott about a month or two after I was arrested and jailed. He expressed to me that he had waited to contact me because he thought I needed time. I didn't. I just needed support. And that's what I told him. He told me that if there was anything he could do, I should let him know. And I said, yes, there was. I asked him, would you please go on social media and say something positive about me? I told him that I was getting the hell kicked out of me by the media and the left, and that very few people were speaking up for me. He told me that of course he would, and I appreciated that. But it never happened. He never did. And that entire year went by. Then I got a text from him in November saying that he hoped I was okay. I told him that my life was being systematically destroyed and that the people that I thought were my friends had gone silent while it was happening. He again responded, Well, if there's anything I can do. I reminded him that I told him almost a year prior what he could do to help. And he didn't do it. And he didn't say a thing about me after that conversation either. However, the next day after that exchange, Steve Bannon was indicted, and the phrase I stand with Steve Bannon began trending on Twitter. Scott immediately jumped on, posting a picture of himself as Steve and wrote verbatim, I stand with Steve Bannon, the exact words that were trending. So he is capable of standing up for people as long as it's going to help his account get more engagement. And there's no risk of potentially saying something that might be unpopular. To make matters even more strange, despite the fact that Scott unambiguously knew that I was hurt and angry by his lack of support, He began showing up in X spaces where I was speaking and coming up to the speaker box and participating in the conversation without ever acknowledging that I was there. But what was even more off the wall? Scott was now speaking with a bizarre accent. Yeah. So I've been doing a Speaker 1: lot of work in Philly. It is my intent to Speaker 0: go to Chicago and Florida and Milwaukee as well sometime in like the June timeframe. It's gonna be awesome. At first, thought he was kidding, but he wasn't. He was even going on talk shows now and speaking with a completely different voice than how he really talks. Speaker 1: I am so dedicated and serious to this cast. Yes. So so much for democracy. Oh, gosh. The leopards ate my face, you know? Speaker 0: Then the worst thing I've ever been through happened. The summer of twenty twenty two, the DC courts leaked my sealed documents in my case to the media. These were the documents that included the list of names of conservative activists I've been asked questions about. But when the media printed their stories, they only said that I provided information about these people in order to get a plea deal, implying that I implicated these people, including Scott, in crimes. Instantaneously, I began receiving literally thousands of messages every day for weeks, calling me a rat, a snitch, an informant, and a traitor to MAGA. Nearly every person whose name was on that list of names came forward to my defense, stating that the reports were not true and offering some kind of word of support except Scott, who remained completely silent as this was happening to me. This is not a friend. This is somebody who wants to make sure that you never get up again. A year and a half passed, and I continued to be dragged through J-six hell due to the fact that I was also being sued by eight Black and Brown Capitol Police officers under the KKK Act. This case went on for two and a half years and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to get through. But in December of twenty twenty three, I won the case, and it officially ended. I took to Twitter to announce my victory, and the phrase Congratulations, Brandon began trending for hours. And for the first time in three years, my friend, Scott Pressler, acknowledged my existence publicly when he went into the comments under my post and wrote the exact phrase, Congratulations, Brandon. Literally wrote the exact words that were trending so that his account would show up under that trend. The final exchange I had with Scott was on 09/14/2024, '2 months before the election. He texted me to ask if a critical post I had made on X was about him. I responded by telling him it wasn't, but I could understand why he would think it was, and I proceeded to remind him of the many, many things I had done to help him and how in my time of need, I got absolutely nothing from him in return. And despite the fact that Scott was a leading voice in the Stop the Steal movement leading up to January 6, and despite the fact that Scott wanted so badly to be front row centered next to me on January 6, And despite the fact that Scott did go to Capitol Grounds on January 6, to this day, he has never said or done a single thing to help the thousands of people who were destroyed by January 6. He just moved on. Which I guess isn't really surprising. In over four years, he's never said a single word to acknowledge what happened to me. Scott Pressler is all about Scott Pressler and nobody else. I concluded that text message to Scott by saying, The most important thing right now is the election in November. That is precisely the reason I have kept all of this a private matter for almost four years. I think there is tremendous value in the fact that good people in this country are inspired by their perception of your public persona. And it's crucial that everybody's focus remain on November. So what is the truth about Scott Pressler? I can honestly say I have no idea who or what the real Scott Pressler is. But what I know for certain is that the public persona he's created bears little resemblance to who he is in reality. He's not brave. He's not kind. He's not grateful. And he's not honest. The work I do is dangerous and intense and isolating, and it's made me a target by some of the most powerful people in the world. And after everything I've endured for the last four years, there is simply no room in my life anymore for anybody on my team who isn't brave, honest, grateful, and kind. The name of this video is The Truth About Scott Pressler Part one. Why? Because I fully anticipate that there will be many of you out there who have fallen so deeply for Scott's absolutely untrue claims about his work and his accomplishments in Pennsylvania. And your belief in these falsehoods is going to allow you to justify that Scott should just get a pass because of all he did. And if that's your belief, I'm happy to make part two to this video debunking just about every claim that Scott made about his impact and results in Pennsylvania, and setting the record straight about all the lies he's told to create one of the biggest propaganda schemes ever pulled on conservative movement and all the damage that these lies have caused to the morale of conservative grassroots activists and to our elections.

Brandon Straka claims he was wrongfully charged and convicted by the DOJ and FBI for actions on January 6th, despite being innocent. He states that his apartment was raided, and he was arrested and charged with felonies, including knowingly occupying restricted grounds and impeding law enforcement, plus a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. Straka says he attended a permitted event on Capitol grounds and filmed the scene for his social media followers. He claims the barricades were open, and there were no visible warnings or law enforcement. He admits to repeating "We're going in" after hearing someone else say it and shouting "Go, go" to create space for women trying to exit the crowd, but says the government misrepresented these actions. Straka denies shouting "take the shield" during an altercation and says he was pressured to take ownership of the statement to avoid a trial. He states that video evidence shows he was too far away to see the shield incident. Straka says he left when the building was evacuated. He believes the government's actions have damaged his reputation, career, and personal life.

Speaker 0: My name is Brandon Strak, and I was wrongfully charged and convicted by the United States DOJ and FBI. I plead guilty, but I was innocent. For four years, I've had my name, my reputation, and my life shattered by the lies told by my government, but I've never been free until now to tell the truth about what actually happened. This is my story. On the morning of 01/25/2021, I woke up at dawn to a team of FBI agents in tactical gear raiding my apartment. Within thirty seconds, I had my hands cuffed behind my back as the lead agent told me that I was facing multiple felony charges for what I had done on January 6. I reflexively replied felonies. I didn't even commit any crimes. The agents began tearing my apartment apart, seizing my computers, phones, iPads, hard drives, thumb drives, cameras, clothing, and more. Then they took me to jail. I sat in jail for two and a half days before I was released. I replayed my memories of January 6 in my head over and over again trying to figure out what crimes I could possibly be charged with. I never entered the capital on January 6. I didn't engage in any violence, vandalism, theft, or destruction, nor did I witness any. I was never present for the riot that had occurred on the west side of the building. So what have I done? My attorney said, you're being charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor, and the government's threatening to add a third felony charge. Felony number one, knowingly occupying restricted grounds. Felony number two, impeding law enforcement. And a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct with an intent to disrupt a hearing before congress. I was shocked as none of these charges made any sense. The entire case against me was based on a video I shot myself and uploaded to Twitter on January 6. To fully understand my confusion, let me explain the context of the situation. On 01/06/2021, I was a scheduled speaker for a permitted event to take place on Capitol Grounds. As I was on my way to the Capitol to speak, I began getting text messages from people saying that they were hearing on the news that there was a disruption at the capital and that people were going inside the building. As somebody who has very little faith in the media, I wanted to see for myself if what the media was reporting was true. And I wanted to capture what was happening myself on video for the benefit of my over 1,500,000 social media followers. I started shooting a video when I was at least a block away from the capital, walking toward the building and the crowd. The first thing that you'll notice in my video is that the people on the outer grounds are very calm and subdued. Nothing seems to indicate that there's any trouble ahead. The second thing you'll notice is that there's no closed barricades preventing people from walking up to the Capitol Building. The barricades are fully open. There are no signs to indicate that it's not okay to advance forward. No police officers or security agents anywhere in sights, and there are at least hundreds of people standing on the other side of the open bike rack. Nobody could possibly know they'd be committing a crime by simply joining the large crowd ahead. Nonetheless, according to the government, this is the moment that I committed my first felony, knowingly occupying restricted grounds. To this day, nobody's ever explained to me how I knew that I was occupying restricted grounds, but that didn't stop the government from definitively saying that I did. I continued to walk forward calmly toward the crowd. I can even be heard saying excuse me to the people in front of me. Excuse me, sir. Oh, yeah. Excuse me. Not exactly the demeanor someone might expect from somebody who's moments away from trying to overthrow the United States government. As I walked up the steps, I passed a number of people. None of them were trying to storm the building or get inside. They were all facing away from the building. Most of them looked bored on their phones and these men had a statue of Jesus and a sign that read Jesus saves. I continued to climb the steps and then I heard a man say, we're going in. They opened the doors. The doors are open. I repeated the words the man said verbatim and then I added, the people are going in. Look at this. We're going in. Stay open the door. We're going in. The people are going in. Look at this. But in the government's account, they omitted that I was repeating the words of the man next to me and removed the context of my statement, instead making it seem like me saying we're going in was my idea. And sure enough, when I got to the top of the stairs, the doors on the East Side of the capital were wide open. Now listen carefully. I said East side. I was on the opposite side of the capital as the West Side where the riot had occurred. None of that was happening where I was. I never saw it. I never knew anything about it. I had absolutely no knowledge at this point that anybody had broken any windows or had any physical altercations with police officers on the other side. And speaking of police officers, where were they? Far I'd walked peacefully onto Capitol Grounds and up to the top of the Capitol Stairs where the two large Columbus doors, which can only be unlocked from the inside by deactivating the magnetic lock, were both wide open. No police officers anywhere in sight. Which is very interesting because in my statement of offense, the government blatantly lied stating, For somebody who is represented by the government and the media as an integral instigator in the insurrection, reality shows that I was actually rather confused. Are people going in? I asked the people around me. Are people going in? Minutes later, standing shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of people, two young women tried to push their way out of the crowd causing the crowd to sway and people to begin losing their footing. I took a step back to create opening for the girls and I hollered, go go. Go. Go. And the young lady immediately responded to me saying, I'm going left. I'm going left. I'm going left. I'm going left. But the government lied once again, again removing the context of my statement and saying that I shouted, go, go, to encourage the crowd to storm the building. They even added a third go that I never said to make it sound more emphatic. Go. But what happened next gave the government exactly the ammunition that they needed to destroy my reputation. Now it's very important to know, I was holding my camera above my head and pointing it down toward the door because the people in front of me were taller than me and holding flags on poles and I could not see what was in front of me. So I zoomed in all the way, went a % on my camera and held my camera up so that it could capture what my eyes could not see. One officer appears in the crowd carrying his plastic shield above his head. A few members had zero awareness of what had happened. At no point at all was I aware of what was going on. I was just trying to keep my balance and keep my camera pointed at the door. However, a few seconds later, the crowd began chanting USA. USA. USA. USA. USA. USA. And as someone who never misses out on an opportunity to join in with the crowd chanting USA, I joined right in. USA. USA. USA. And according to the FBI and DOJ, this is when I committed my second felony, impeding law enforcement. Because you see, they blamed me for shouting about the shield. But it wasn't even that straightforward. When the FBI raided my house and took me to jail, they put out an eight page charging document, a press release stating that I was the voice shouting, take the shield, take the shield, take the shield away from him. I immediately told my attorney this wasn't true. In fact, I had never even watched my own video since I posted it on January 6. I actually had to watch my own video for the first time after being arrested to even see the moment in question, but it's actually easy to hear for yourself. The voices shouting about the shield sound farther away from my voice and come predominantly out of the right speaker. My voice sounds closer and comes predominantly out of the left speaker. USA. USA. USA. My attorney was working on getting the government to drop the felony charges against me, and what happened next was stunning. He told the DOJ that I would not take ownership of shouting take the shield, take the shield, take the shield away from him. The prosecutor responded saying that she agreed that I might not be the voice shouting take the shield, but that she thought that maybe I was the other voice, the voice shouting take it, take it. We were told if I was going to allowed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor, felonies dropped, I would have to take ownership of this act, which I unequivocally did not do. My attorney told me the FBI already put out a release saying that you did this. They're not gonna say that they made a mistake. You're gonna have to give them something. So I have to confess to something I didn't do because the FBI agent ruining my life with false accusations might be embarrassed? Are you fucking kidding me? But in the interest of avoiding a bogus trial in Washington DC where I was guaranteed to be found guilty on multiple felonies, that's exactly what I did. Years after my arrest and conviction, this footage was sent to me. It's never been seen before. It was shot outside the building at the time of the shield incident and for several brief moments, you can see me in the crowd. It's me struggling to keep my balance and struggling to keep my camera up in the air and pointed at the doors which were 35 feet away. There was literally no way for me to know what was going on with the shield. But the government and the media created a public spectacle saying that I was the ringleader of this event. After eight minutes, a man came out of the capital and said the building had been evacuated and everybody needed to move out. I immediately turned around and told the people behind me to move out and to leave because the building had been evacuated. People were still entering the capital, but I left of my own volition and told others to as well. Everyone needs to go this way. They everyone's evacuated. And that's it. That is in totality everything that I did on January 6, including every allegation of criminal activity against me by the FBI and DOJ. There's nothing I've left out. This was the entirety of my involvement in what would be called an attempt to overthrow the US government. This is what justified the most powerful agencies and institutions in the world to destroy almost every aspect of my life and make me the subject of multiple felony criminal charges, a civil lawsuit, years of federal investigations, mass banning and deplatforming, subpoenas and depositions by the January 6 committee, travel bans and restrictions, and placement on multiple government terrorism watch lists. You see, there's no justice in January 6 cases. Even the ones with a basis of truth are lies. This was never a question of how do I win or how do I lose. It was always a question of how do I lose the least. The government's lies about January 6 and my participation in it have permanently damaged my name, my reputation, my career, my finances, my relationships with friends, family, and so much more. Their lies have given the media the fodder they needed to tell stories about me like this. Speaker 1: Stryker was arrested on multiple charges including impeding law enforcement during civil disorder, a felony which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Speaker 0: Brandon Straka was also involved in the official planning and programming around the insurrection. Yeah. The take the shield, take the shield, that's him yelling documenting it. But I don't think he did even go into the capitals. His name is Brandon Stracha. He confessed. He confessed to being guilty. He was found to helping attack police. Their lies caused federal law enforcement to raid my home like they were looking for Osama bin Laden and put me in jail and then on house arrest and then on four years of federal supervision. I will never again be the person that I once was. I'll never have the career I might have once had. My organization, Walk Away, will never be what it would have been if none of this had ever happened. But as difficult as all of that is to live with, I don't know that anything has been as bad as having to spend the last four years unable to tell the truth about what actually happened on January 6 and clear my name. But now you do know the truth about my story in January 6. Please share it with as many people as you possibly can and help me make sure that the United States government never again does something like this to one of its own citizens.

I just released my short film documentary that reveals how the FBI and DOJ built their case against me on lies and forced a false confession. After four years of being silenced by a corrupt plea deal, I can finally share the truth, backed by never-before-seen footage that proves my innocence. It's infuriating that the agents responsible for fabricating evidence, like Jeremy Desor, continue to work for the FBI without consequences. I urge everyone to watch, share, and demand accountability. The truth matters.

Straka says he attended a permitted event on Capitol grounds and filmed the scene, observing open barricades and no visible law enforcement. He repeated "We're going in" after hearing another man say it, but the government omitted this context. He also says he told people to "go" to create space for women exiting the crowd, but the government falsely claimed he was encouraging people to storm the building. Straka denies shouting "take the shield" during an incident with a police officer, but claims he was pressured to take ownership of saying "take it" to avoid felony charges. He says he left when the building was evacuated. Straka believes the government's lies have damaged his reputation, career, and personal life, and led to his placement on terrorism watch lists.

Brandon Straka claims he was wrongfully charged and convicted by the DOJ and FBI for actions on January 6th, despite being innocent. He states FBI agents raided his apartment, arresting him on felony charges related to January 6th. Straka maintains he never entered the Capitol, engaged in violence, or witnessed any. The charges included knowingly occupying restricted grounds, impeding law enforcement, and disorderly conduct. The case was based on a video he shot and uploaded to Twitter. Straka says he was a scheduled speaker at a permitted event and filmed the scene to document it for his followers. He claims open barricades and a lack of police presence suggested no restricted access. Straka alleges the government misrepresented his actions, particularly regarding shouts of "We're going in" and "Go, go," by removing context. He also denies shouting "take the shield," claiming the FBI pressured him to take ownership of the act to avoid a trial. Footage shows him struggling to keep his camera up, unaware of the shield incident. Straka says he left when the building was evacuated. He believes the government's lies have damaged his life and career.

I feel like my growth and reach on this platform are limited, and I believe I've identified a pattern from Twitter 1.0 that may be malicious code designed to hinder account growth. I shared my findings in an article I released yesterday.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

If you feel like your growth and/or your reach are restricted on this platform, you’re probably not wrong. I have discovered a pattern from Twitter 1.0 that I believe is malicious code to prevent account growth and restrict reach. It’s well documented in the article I released yesterday. @XEng @elonmusk @lindayaX

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

EXPOSED: Does the X Platform Contain Malicious Code From Twitter 1.0 to Sabotage Growth and Suppress Reach? (Thread) @elonmusk @lindayaX 1. For over four years, my account on X appears to have been subjected to an insidious and deliberate suppression tactic—one designed to cripple my growth, and inhibit my reach. Every single day, the X platform automatically “unfollows” approximately 60% of the amount of that day’s gross new followers from my account. This began under Twitter 1.0 on November 10th, 2020, and has never stopped. Important to note: This was just 3 days after the Associated Press called the election for Joe Biden on November 7th, 2020. I believe that engineers of Twitter 1.0 may have created a malicious growth suppression algorithm code (referred henceforth as MGSAC) to manipulate account growth by slowing it down to around 1/3 of the rate the account would normally be growing at. I’ve carefully laid out the evidence of this claim in data, pictures, and video below…

Donald Trump denied mocking a reporter's disability, though it appeared he was. According to Speaker 1, the media took the moment out of context and assigned a false meaning to it. Trump has used the same voice and gesture to imitate anyone flailing when caught in a lie. The reporter in question was allegedly flailing because he was caught in a lie. The media froze a moment, juxtaposed it with the reporter, and claimed Trump mocked his disability, which is disgusting. Trump was not making fun of a disabled reporter. Jasmine Crockett, however, made fun of a disabled person, doubled down, played the victim, and used the racial identity card instead of apologizing. Speaker 1 questions the Democrat party's outrage about this.

Speaker 0: Now, Brandon, Trump did vehemently deny he was mocking the reporter's disability. He has a disability with one of his arms, but he certainly looked like he was. Speaker 1: Well, hang on. Because first of all, you did what the left wing media does, which is take that moment out of context and assign a false meaning to it. What you what what we haven't talked talked about is that Donald Trump has done that exact Right, Brandon? That exact same It was just the it it was an episode. Alright. Were just at the Capitol. We'll talk about a word and a half year that of January 6. That's why you have a criminal conviction? Actually, I don't. I I'm pardoned for the blame. Narrative based on nonviolent misdemeanor charge for standing outside of the Capitol shooting video. Yes. I've been pardoned for my class b misdemeanor charge. But calm down. I'm gonna finish my point. Donald Trump has done that exact same voice and that exact same gesture numerous times throughout the years when he was imitating anybody who was flailing because they were caught in a lie. And I watched the general recently on television. What do you about ISIS? Oh, ISIS is very dumb. When you see the president of the bank, I mentioned the word regulated. Yeah. Senator Cruz, what do you think of waterboarding? I don't wanna talk about it. He was making fun of the fact that that reporter who happened to be disabled was flailing because he was caught in a lie. What the left wing media did was freeze frame a moment from that, put it side by side with that reporter, and say that he was making fun of his disability, which in it itself is actually disgusting what the media did. But Donald Trump was not making fun of a disabled reporter. What Jasmine Crockett did was actually make fun of a disabled person and then double down and turn herself into the victim and play the racial identity card instead of apologizing for what she did. And I'd like to know where's the Democrat party outrage about this?

In 2016, the speaker voted for Hillary Clinton and was confused and outraged by Trump's victory. The speaker initially condemned Trump for mocking a reporter's disability. However, the speaker now believes the media intentionally misleads the public to control their thinking. The speaker claims the media exploits emotions, citing a Time magazine cover of a child who was never separated from her mother. They allege the media falsely reported Trump called all immigrants animals, omitting his reference to MS-13 gang members. The speaker accuses the media of lying about Brett Kavanaugh, children in cages, and the Walk Away movement. They state the media was wrong about the election outcome, the Covington kids, Jussie Smollett, and Russian collusion.

Speaker 0: In 2016, I voted for Hillary Clinton. When Trump won the election, I was confused and outraged. How could half the country support someone so unfit, so unsound, and so morally objectionable? In January of twenty seventeen, I bitterly proclaimed on social media, I would never be able to understand how anyone could vote for a man who stood before a cheering crowd and mocked a reporter's disability. And that's when somebody sent me this. Speaker 1: Did I mention the word regulated? What do you think about ISIS? Oh, ISIS is very dumb. They said, senator Cruz, what do you think of waterboarding? Oh, I don't wanna talk about it. You know, he didn't he didn't wanna talk about waterboarding. Written by a nice reporter. Now the book, you gotta see this guy. Oh, I don't know what I said. I don't remember. Speaker 0: Doing a comical imitation of somebody getting flustered after being called out for being dishonest and mocking someone's disability is a very important distinction. To intentionally mislead the public into believing something terrible and sinister took place, something that strikes a blow straight into the heart of what we consider to be common civility and the basic standards of decency, is reprehensible. To purposely invoke racism, homophobia, bigotry, and falsely assign these emotionally charged accusations to people in situations where they do not belong, simply to control your thinking, is criminal. And it turns out, they do it all the time. The media is keenly aware of a simple premise. If they can control how you feel, they can control how you think. Time magazine put out an issue with a little girl on the cover who appeared to be separated from her mother, in an effort to take advantage of your kind hearts and your desire to protect children. Except this girl was never separated from her mother. Donald Trump was asked a question about MS-thirteen gang members. MS-thirteen, a gang whose motto is Rape, Control, Kill, to which he called them animals. The entire media then removed the question and the context to report that Donald Trump called all immigrants animals. They lied to you about Donald Trump. They lied about Brett Kavanaugh. They lied about children in cages. Hell, they even lied about Walk Away. They were wrong about the election outcome. They were wrong about the Covington kids. They were wrong about Jussie Smollett. And yes, oh yes, they were wrong about Russian collusion.

I faced a mob of protesters yelling "traitor" at my event in Findlay, OH, despite their acknowledgment that I didn't commit a crime. Two groups, about 40 people in total, blocked cars from entering while expressing their anger at Trump, labeling him a fascist dictator. I reminded them it was Biden's FBI that raided and jailed me for peacefully protesting at the Capitol, to which they enthusiastically agreed. After seven years of encounters with protesters, I've noticed a shift; these groups are becoming more fringe and unhinged.

Mob of protesters rush me to yell “traitor”, and express their frustration that I’m not in prison- though they acknowledge that I didn’t commit an actual crime. My event in Findlay, OH, was protested by 2 groups who gathered outside of both entrances to block cars from coming in. Around 40 protesters in total. While screaming their outrage that Trump is a fascist dictator, I pointed out that it was Joe Biden’s FBI to raided and jailed me for nonviolently standing outside of the Capitol building. When I asked if they were ok with that, I got a resounding, “YES!” I have encountered protesters many times over the last 7 years, so I can tell you from first hand experience- these groups are changing. They’re becoming more fringe, more nuts, and more unhinged.

You're mad because of the attention, money, everything. I don't like what you represent. How do you feel about the Black Lives Matter riots? They murdered people, destroyed federal buildings. You've got a lot of misinformation. You've got a lot of misinformation going on. I have Speaker 0: I'm sorry that you're so blinded by hatred. You are so blinded by your hatred. Because if you weren't blinded by your hatred, you would be able to acknowledge that any riot is bad. And if you thought January 6 was bad I think January should be absolutely outraged by what BLM did. Because what BLM did was 10 Speaker 1: times worse than January 6. Yeah. Let me Speaker 0: 10 times worse than January 6. Yeah. January 6 is a joke compared to what BLM did. Speaker 1: Capital. You're everybody in Speaker 0: there But Speaker 1: why don't you care Speaker 0: about the other federal buildings that BLM built to burn to the ground? About them. But why aren't we? Why do we only care Speaker 1: about the federal? You wanna come over work as a better job. Come over after your meeting. Come over to my house. Speaker 0: Yeah. But Speaker 1: And you and I'll sit down and we'll talk about all of them. Speaker 0: You want to That's fine. But you need to explain why you only care about one federal building. Why is that? Speaker 1: Is gonna give a marriage a Why is that? I because right now, right here, this minute, they're in there applauding people who Speaker 0: trampled our No. They're not doing that, actually. They're not doing that. They're hearing the stories of people who were falsely accused, like myself, who were falsely charged by the Biden administration. You're so worried about authoritarianism under Trump. You're so worried about fascism. Stop telling me Speaker 1: what I'm worried about. That's what you're Speaker 0: that's I'm I'm talking about your group. You're you're with this group, so you have to accept the logic of the group. Speaker 1: So you have to accept their logic. Speaker 0: But that's not what their logic is. Oh. I'm gay I'm going based off of what you've said. Speaker 1: And I know Speaker 0: Come inside the universe. The people who are falsely accused. So you find the guy that you support. The guy that you support. So you guys are You're so worried about Donald Trump. January sixth But your guy actually made you this behavior. You're supporting it. Speaker 0: Please You're so worried about what Donald Trump might Speaker 1: do Oh my god. Speaker 0: But you don't care about what Joe Biden actually did. Already. This is an anti corruption. I'm and we're upset about the at what Joe Biden did to this country. Speaker 1: He's gone. Speaker 0: Well well, he's gone, but the scars are not gone from the people whose lives he destroyed with the lies of January 6 and the false negatives of January 6. Speaker 1: You know what? The bra makeup is schizo. Well, Speaker 0: I'm sorry you feel way, but you should come and listen to our stories. Speaker 1: Why we're doing it. Okay? Yeah. And that's the only reason right now. Now if you wanna get into the first three of these, I I I'm seriously I would like to Casey, the Yeah. But chairman in there. Speaker 0: Yeah. He even Speaker 1: called me up the phone, and we told him had a nice discussion. Speaker 0: Well, you should come in. So You should come in. Speaker 1: Can I can I come? Speaker 0: Yeah. Of course. I I far as I'm concerned, any of you can come. But the thing is, what's frustrating about talking to you is you have these double standards that you won't explain, and it's that's very frustrating. Speaker 1: My double span. Oh, Speaker 0: I Why don't you care about the federal buildings? I Why don't you care about what BLM did? Why do you only care about one group of people who write it on one day? Speaker 1: Now right here. Speaker 0: Like, at least you know what? At least I can say. No. Let me say It was Speaker 1: nice to Speaker 0: meet you. It was nice to meet you too. At least I can say that both things were wrong. Okay. But you you don't care about the other stuff. Many are disillusioned with the current political climate, including a 72-year-old woman who vowed never to split her ticket again, and a gay couple who left the Democratic Party due to their tax dollars being spent abroad instead of at home. I invite everyone, whether you’re a #WalkAway or a #WalkWith, to join our movement and share your story as we work to rebuild after being de-platformed.

Today, I filed a complaint against Roger Tansey, the Deputy Public Defender of Riverside County, for nearly five years of online harassment. As a lawyer, he has weaponized his position to publicly label me with derogatory terms, including "snitch" and "domestic terrorist," while mocking my legal situation. His actions are not only unethical but also dangerous, especially given my identity as a gay man. I believe his harassment stems from my political beliefs, and I am seeking his removal and disbarment for his behavior, which I also view as discrimination.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

Today I filed a complaint against the Deputy Public Defender of Riverside County, CA, a man named Roger Tansey @rogertansey, with the Board of Supervisors. (See pics below) Roger Tansey has been harassing me online for almost 5 years. But to make matters worse, he is a lawyer and public defender who has weaponized his own profession to attack me repeatedly on social media. If you go to his X account and search my handle (@BrandonStraka) you will find dozens and dozens of posts in which Tansey publicly refers to me as a “snitch”, a “domestic terrorist”, a “traitor”, an “insurrectionist”, and openly taunts me about having taken a plea deal and mocking that I pled guilty. This isn’t Tansey having a bad day, or even a bad week… Tansey has focused his harassment on me beginning in 2020 and every year following. To put this into perspective- a man whose job it is to negotiate plea deals for public defendants, to facilitate cooperation agreements, and who has been entrusted by the public to fairly and objectively represent defendants in the justice system- has been serially attacking, ridiculing, and taunting me in public for being connected to the exact services that he’s been entrusted to provide to people. Tansey, a “Harvard educated trial attorney”, should know better than anybody the unethical and completely inappropriate dangers it puts a person in to publicly refer to them as a “snitch”, and yet he continues to it- even though this assertion against me is not even true or accurate. It would appear that Tansey WANTS to endanger my life by compulsively repeating this narrative. Mr. Tansey seems to feel that he is justified in doing this to me because I am a gay man who has exercised my American right to support a political party that Mr. Tansey has described as “Nazis”, “fascists”, and “bigots” (Mr. Tansey also said he “really hopes that [President Trump] dies penniless in prison”.) Sadly, Mr. Tansey is also a gay man who, despite his advanced age, has the emotional and social intelligence of a 12 year old. And sadly, like so many gay leftist men, seems to have never recovered from being teased as a kid and grew up to be a rageful man-child who thinks it’s ok to stalk, harass, and bully people online who don’t agree with his political agenda. For these reasons, I have filed a complaint against Mr. Tansey and will be seeking to have him removed from his position and have him disbarred. This man has no business representing anybody legally, and no business practicing the legal profession of coordinating plea deals, cooperation agreements, or coaching others on their legal rights and options. Because he has chosen to target me because of my sexual orientation, my complaint against him is also a discrimination complaint, as he is publicly harassing me because of how I live my life as a gay man.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

If you search my handle on Mr. Tansey’s X page, here is just a sampling of what you’ll find. Remember, this is a grown man who went to Harvard and works as a public defender in the legal system… https://t.co/DkgTf5ysWp

I just found out my TSA PreCheck has been reinstated after four long years! The Biden administration had stripped me of it with a false case against me. Today at security, I was told I could use the expedited line again. It feels like every day during the Trump administration is a celebration, uncovering what was taken from us. I'm beyond excited!

I questioned whether the building was actually "restricted," as J6ers were charged for knowingly occupying restricted grounds. I was charged with a felony for the same, despite not knowing it was restricted. If it is restricted, will there be SWAT raids on these individuals too?

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

Is this a “restricted” building? J6ers who entered the Capitol were charged with “knowingly occupying a restricted building”. I was charged with a FELONY for “knowingly occupying restricted grounds” (fyi- I DIDN’T know, as it was not possible to know the grounds outside were restricted) If so, these people sure seem to be entering this building knowingly. @FBIWFO @fbi can we expect the same SWAT raids on these peoples’ homes?

If you're an Illinois resident affected by the J6 prosecutions, I urge you to apply for state government jobs right away. Let them deny your application, and then prepare to sue the state for discrimination. This order from Gov. Pritzker is unconstitutional, especially since you have a presidential pardon. It's a strong case, so act quickly and have your lawyer ready. We have the power to challenge this situation, and it's time for them to face consequences they won't forget.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

If you are an Illinois resident who was targeted in the J6 prosecutions, I would recommend applying for any position in your state government immediately. Allow them to deny your employment application. Then sue the state of Illinois to kingdom come. This is a blatantly discriminatory and unconstitutional order from Gov. Pritzker, and you are pardoned by the President of the United States. This is a slam dunk. Apply for jobs now, and have your lawyer on standby to sue. We are no longer powerless in this situation. These people can not do this to us anymore. It’s time they learn lessons they’ll never forget.

President Trump has dismissed all federal prosecutors involved in the January 6th cases. I want to draw attention to April Nicole Russo and Brittany L. Reed, the two women who prosecuted me. Russo, who once received a "Shaping Justice" award, pressured me into making false confessions during my plea hearing, despite knowing the truth. Reed, on the other hand, has a history of mishandling confidential documents and has repeatedly misrepresented my actions to the court, even claiming I pose a public safety threat.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

President Trump has FIRED all Federal prosecutors who participated in the January 6th persecutions of innocent people. In light of this, I’d like you all to help make these two women very famous. They are the two women who prosecuted me, and helped create the lies against me that tore my life apart. On the left is April Nicole Russo. Russo ironically won the “Shaping Justice” award in 2011, 10 years before she decided to join a tyrannical government regime to use the weight of the federal justice department to force innocent people into having to make false confessions, and destroy their lives. Russo knew that I did not encourage the crowd to take a shield on J6, nor did I encourage the crowd to enter the building, and yet during my plea hearing she told the judge she wanted to hear me say out loud that I did- and she forced me to say those words. On the right is Brittany L Reed. Brittany specializes in accidentally forgetting to seal her confidential court documents, because she views all the material she handles as fodder for the media. Reed hates Trump supporters, and took delight in lying to my judge over and over again about my “actions” on January 6th. Reed also wrote a 15 page memorandum to the court objecting to me being let off probation early, claiming I am a threat to public safety.

I want to clarify that I never encouraged anyone to take a shield from an officer on January 6th, nor did I urge people to enter the Capitol. These claims were fabricated by an FBI agent and adopted by prosecutors, leading to my felony charges. I faced a difficult choice: confess to something I didn't do to have the charges dropped or go to trial and risk a conviction. Being forced to admit guilt is deeply damaging, and I am determined to clear my name. Soon, I'll release three videos with forensic evidence to expose the lies that have impacted my life.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

Just a quick reminder that I did not encourage anyone to take a shield from an officer on January 6th, and I did not stand outside the Capitol shouting for people to go inside. These were 2 (of many) blatant falsehoods created by an FBI agent who made them up and then embraced by the prosecutors in my case, who charged me with 2 felonies based on these lies. I was given 2 options: 1. Say I did these things and felonies will be dropped. 2. Go to trial on these things and lose. In which case I’m convicted of them anyway, but now I’m also a felon and going to prison for years. Being forced to confess to something you didn’t do is one of the most spiritually and psychologically damaging things a person can go through, and you never get over the need to clear your name. In the coming weeks I’m releasing 3 videos that use forensic evidence, led by accredited experts and investigators I hired, to show how this FBI agent lied about these allegations against me, and how these allegations destroyed parts of my life forever. @Kash_Patel @EagleEdMartin @julie_kelly2 @PamBondi @realDonaldTrump @SebGorka @DineshDSouza

Ryan J. Reilly, a reporter for NBC, has been accused of collaborating with Sedition Hunters and the government to harm individuals associated with January 6. His reporting is described as propagandistic, targeting J6 defendants with false narratives that led to harassment and wrongful convictions. I shared a personal experience where he maliciously taunted me in an article published on the day I announced a significant development in my work. Many believe he should face consequences for his actions, which they claim have contributed to severe mental health crises among those he reported on.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

Ryan J. Reilly is a “reporter” for NBC who worked hand in hand with Sedition Hunters and with the government to destroy people’s lives. His only assignment for years was to propagandize on behalf of the government against J6ers. He developed a dedicated following of antifa-type individuals who would stalk and harass the people he relentlessly wrote untrue articles about, including myself. Ryan didn’t just write untrue stories about J6 defendants. He took pleasure in taunting us. In one instance, I sent an email to my subscribers telling them I was excited about a big new announcement I had coming the next day related to my work with #WalkAway. For no reason at all, Ryan ran a new story through NBC that day, recycling a lie that he helped create that I was a snitch who was turning people in to DOJ- and when he posted the article he wrote, “Can’t wait for your big announcement tomorrow, Brandon!” It is not hyperbolic to say that Ryan bears significant responsibility for the numerous suicides of J6 defendants, and for creating the false narratives that led to hundreds of people being wrongfully convicted, stalked, harassed, mass banned and destroyed. And through all of it- he thought it was funny. Our society must now demand serious consequences for Ryan and others like him who abused the power of the press to destroy innocent people based on their political affiliation. Now that Trump has been elected, Ryan now hides his X account like the coward he is and always was. But remember his face, remember his name, Ryan must be held accountable. @ryanjreilly

That's a splendid thing. Speaker 7: I was sitting at my kitchen table going through my mail pile of of actual physical letters, which some people still write. And at the very bottom was a 4 page handwritten letter. It was from Brandon. And it was the smartest, versatile beautifully written, most sincere, most deeply troubling thing I had read in a long time, and I immediately contacted him. Speaker 8: I think that night, it's disgusting what they've done to people. The harm they've inflicted on good Americans and their families. Speaker 4: And even though you had to go through, you know, some of the trials of Job. Right? I think god, he allows his kids that he loves and that he knows can handle it. He allows him to go through some trials and you did. Speaker 7: I was shocked that anybody in this country could go through what he went through and I wouldn't have heard about it. Like, it made you wonder how many people like that are in this country being persecuted by those in power because they've said inconvenient things. He's certainly one of them. Speaker 0: You have no idea. Before I even met you, you inspired me many, many years ago when you started the WalkAway Movement. You kept me going through some really tough times. And so I just wanna thank you for going through what you've gone through and holding your head high and being a hero. Speaker 6: Honestly, my love, we've been through a lot, haven't we? We've walked a long road, and WalkAway really was the start of something super special that has ended up where we are today. Speaker 1: I'm so proud that you continued on in spite of all of the the things they threw your way. Speaker 3: This is to you, my friend, one of the bravest Americans I know. Speaker 0: I've always said, if you are not being subpoenaed, depositioned, jailed, imprisoned, law faired to death during this time in history, maybe you're not doing enough. And we know you've done a lot. Speaker 7: The fact that he has survived all of this, and the details are, as anyone watching this probably knows, are shocking. But that anyone has survived that and then thrived with his dignity and clarity intact is is remarkable achievement and something worth celebrating. And I wish I was there to celebrate in person. Speaker 2: I wanna thank you for everything you've done. Your walk away movement is absolutely fantastic. I know you're reinvigorating it, and, what was done to you, of course, was terrible. It was absolutely awful. Speaker 3: Everything you've gone through, you are unstoppable. Walk away is stronger than ever. Speaker 1: You are free, my friend. You are done with all the non sense. I am sorry for all you went through, but for those of us who understood what they were doing to you, we never, for a second, wavered. Speaker 4: I'm thankful that you, that you kept pushing forward and that you believe that good would come of it. Thankful that all this madness has come to an end for you. And, brother, I'm still praying for you that God would continue to use you powerfully, mightily, that you continue to be a voice for this generation. Speaker 1: You remind me of another person I know. His name is president Donald Trump. We can say that now. Speaker 3: Can you see where I am? Just walked out of the White House after my 4th day working for president Trump, the man who's changed everyone's life for the better. Speaker 6: Trump back in the White House, you being free as a little bird, and I look forward to loads more fun times together. Speaker 1: So congratulations onward and upward. There's so much to celebrate. There's so much to be happy for, but we are celebrating you today. So congrats, my friend. Speaker 7: I hope you will take my heartfelt congratulations, as heartfelt because they really are. Congratulations. Speaker 0: So congratulations. I wish I could be there to celebrate with you, but we'll see each other again soon, and a big hug and kiss coming your way. Speaker 5: We love you, and we are so excited for the next phase Speaker 1: in your life. Speaker 2: We, the Levin family, Julie is your your biggest fan. We wanna thank you, and god bless you. I look forward to working with you in the future. Take care of yourself. Speaker 3: Have a cold one Speaker 4: for me. God bless, Brandon. Congratulations. I noticed two CNN reporters, Donie and Kpolantz, are upset about the removal of the government's January 6 registry. They inaccurately claimed that the content of the now-defunct webpage consisted of allegations that were proven in court. In reality, it was primarily filled with unsubstantiated claims and charges that never led to convictions. It seems the media's role has shifted from holding power accountable to supporting government actions against citizens.

Two doofuses who work for @CNN named @donie and @kpolantz are melting down because we got the government’s J6 registry taken down. I don’t want to shock you, but these CNN reporters falsely report that the contents of the the now gone webpage were allegations against defendants “proved in courts”. They weren’t. The site was MOSTLY unsubstantiated allegations and lists of charges that were never brought to conviction in courts. The purpose of media used to be to speak truth to power to protect citizens. Now the leftist media believes it’s their obligation to help the government crush citizens.

I’m thrilled to share that the DOJ’s “J6er online registry” has been taken down! This has been a personal mission of mine for months. After a call with Congressman Troy Nehls’s office, I learned that our new US Attorney, Ed Martin, is handling the situation. This is a significant win for those targeted during January 6. The site was a tool for harassment, filled with unproven accusations that could damage reputations. I'm grateful to Troy Nehls, Ed Martin, and everyone involved in achieving this victory!

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

BREAKING: As of last night, the DOJ’s “J6er online registry” has been disabled from the internet! This has been a personal crusade I have worked on for many months. Yesterday I had a follow up call with Congressman Troy Nehls’s @RepTroyNehls office about this site (I’ve been pushing for its removal since Nov 6th), and was told yesterday afternoon it was being handled by our new US Attorney @EagleEdMartin. This is a huge victory for J6ers. This site was one of countless weapons of harassment used by the federal government to make life impossible for its targets from J6. The site included every accusation, and every charge leveled against people, including the ones they were not convicted of and were never substantiated in court, and would appear as the top ranking search result. In other words, every time a potential employer, landlord, new social or business contact, etc, would search somebody targeted for J6 they would read a dossier on each person filled with FBI and FOJ accusations and narratives that were never proven, along with links to documents with even more damaging allegations. That site is now joins the trash heap of Joe Biden’s, Merrick Garland’s, Christopher Ray’s, and Matthew Grave’s legacy of corruption. Thank you, Troy Nehls, Ed Martin, and all who worked to get this taken down!

I spoke with Congressman Nehls' office about the ongoing issue of the government registry that profiles J6 defendants, despite our pardons from Trump. This registry, created by the Biden administration, includes not only our convictions but also false allegations against us. Nehls' team assured me they are actively working to have this harmful database removed. I appreciate their efforts and will keep everyone updated on the situation. This is another example of how the government and big tech have collaborated to harm those wrongfully accused.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

I just spoke with the office of @RepTroyNehls to tell them that despite our incredible pardons from @realDonaldTrump, the government website that had us all profiled is still up, and is still appearing as the top search result when searching us online. The Joe Biden/Merrick Garland/Matthew Graves DOJ put every J6 defendant on a government registry, like a sex offender registry, which not only included what we were “convicted” of, but also included every false allegation against us that the government made- even those we were never found guilty of. Congressman Nehls’s team assured me they are working right now to have this horrible data base removed. Thank you, Team Nehls!!! I’ll update everybody when the site is down. Yet another way the government and big tech worked hand in hand to destroy the lives of many people who were falsely and wrongfully accused.

This pardon has liberated me from the constraints of my plea deal, and I can't express how freeing that feels. I want to clarify that I never encouraged violence on January 6th. I did not say “take it, take it” or shout “go, go, go” to incite the crowd. These accusations were fabricated by an FBI agent and used by my prosecutor to justify felony charges against me. I stood peacefully outside the Capitol while no rioting occurred. For four years, I’ve been silenced while false narratives spread. Today marks the beginning of reclaiming my voice and sharing the truth.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

This pardon has freed me from being bound to the lies of my plea deal- and there are no words to describe how that feels. 1. I DID NOT SAY “TAKE IT, TAKE IT” TO ENCOURAGE THE CROWD ON JANUARY 6TH TO TAKE A SHIELD FROM AN OFFICER. -That was a lie created by an FBI agent and embraced by my prosecutor to justify charging me with a felony to force me to take a plea, and to try to destroy my reputation by portraying me as encouraging violence against police. I NEVER did any such thing. 2. I DID NOT SHOUT, “GO, GO, GO” outside the Capitol to encourage the crowd to storm the building. -That lie was also created by the FBI agent who handled my case and embraced by the prosecutor to charge me with “disorderly conduct”, and to try to destroy my reputation. The FBI and DOJ had to create these lies to justify charging me with anything- because I stood nonviolently outside the East side of the capitol for 8 minutes while no rioting was occurring. I was told by the Biden DOJ that they would not drop these felony charges unless I “confessed” to doing these things. I DID NOT DO THESE THINGS. And for four years I have had to live in silence about it while hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of articles have been written by the mainstream media saying that I did. Today is Day One of getting my voice back, and it is Day One of the truth beginning to be told. There is so much more to say about what the Biden DOJ has done to force false confessions, and create false narratives and stories.

My judge was Dabney Friedrich, who ruled that the 1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony could be applied to those involved in January 6. This charge led many to plead guilty, with all who went to trial losing. After the Supreme Court deemed it unconstitutional, I reflected on my experience with Judge Friedrich. I found her to be hostile and prejudiced, treating me harshly and denying my request for early probation termination. I am determined to ensure she and other January 6 judges do not advance in the federal court system.

@BrandonStraka - Brandon Straka #WalkAway

My judge was Dabney Friedrich. Judge Friedrich is responsible for ruling that the 1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony COULD be used against the J6ers. This felony charge was used as a weapon to force guilty pleas, and was given to many J6ers who chose to try to defend themselves at trial (100% of them lost). Countless people spent years in prison on the 1512 charge, which was as overturned by the Supreme Court this year- for being unconstitutional and wrongfully applied. I went through 10 months of torment by the FBI and DOJ before meeting Judge Dabney Friedrich for the first time. I honestly believed that when I had the opportunity to stand before a judge, impartiality and fairness would finally come into the picture. I couldn’t have been more wrong. She was openly hostile, aggressive, contemptuous, irrational, and blindly prejudiced. She treated me like a murderer. And she was even worse to my attorneys. She seemed to relish in attacking us knowing that the media was listening and lapping up all of the content she was serving up for them. As a futile exercise, we filed for early termination of my probation after several years, and Judge Friedrich denied it, stating, “His minimizing of his and others' unlawful acts on January 6 evinces a continued lack of remorse and an ongoing need to protect the public from future crimes”. I will spend the rest of my life working to make sure that Judge Dabney Friedrick as well as any of the other January 6th judges never advances in the federal court system, and sure as hell never gets anywhere near our Supreme Court. All of these DC judges must be impeached.

I was terrified because the liberal media that I then trusted told me that Trump would round up people like me, put me in jail, take my rights away, and marginalize me and destroy my life. In 2021, Joe Biden took office, and he did everything to me that the media said that Donald Trump would do. In 2025, I cried again the day Donald Trump took office. But this time it was because Donald Trump liberated me. @realDonaldTrump

General Milley expresses a desire to avoid conflict and retribution for perceived slights, prioritizing the well-being of his family, friends, and colleagues. He reflects on the suffering caused by those in power, highlighting the devastating impact on innocent lives, including suicides and ruined futures. He criticizes the cowardice of those who inflicted such harm, noting their fear of facing consequences for their actions.

General Milley: “I do not wish to spend whatever remaining time the Lord grants me fighting those who unjustly might seek retribution for perceived slights. I do not want to put my family, my friends, and those with whom I served through the resulting distraction, expense, and anxiety.” None of these gutless piles of shit wanted to endure what they just put thousands of us through. These people drove innocent people to suicide, and wrecked the lives of countless others- and they tremble in cowardice at the prospect of being treated the way they abused their power to destroy others.

A man who broke a window at the Capitol has been ordered to pay $43,315 in restitution and sentenced to 11 months in prison. It's striking that this is only one-third of the 33 months John Strand received for walking non-violently inside the Capitol.

A man who broke a window at the Capitol has been ordered to pay $43,315 in restitution for the window. In addition, he was sentenced to 11 months in prison. To add to the insanity of all of this, 11 months in prison is 1/3 the amount of time John Strand was sentenced to: 33 months for walking non-violently inside the Capitol.

We're returning to our roots of free expression on Facebook and Instagram. While we've implemented complex content moderation systems, they've led to too many mistakes and excessive censorship. To address this, we will replace fact-checkers with a community notes system, simplify content policies, and focus enforcement on serious violations. We'll also reintroduce civic content based on user feedback and relocate our trust and safety teams to Texas to reduce perceived bias. Additionally, we will collaborate with the U.S. government to combat global censorship trends. Our goal is to prioritize free expression while responsibly managing harmful content. We're committed to reducing errors and simplifying our systems to empower voices on our platforms. More updates will follow.

Speaker 0: Hey, everyone. I wanna talk about something important today because it's time to get back to our roots around free expression on Facebook and Instagram. I started building social media to give people a voice. I gave a speech at Georgetown 5 years ago about the importance of protecting free expression, and I still believe this today. But a lot has happened over the last several years. There's been widespread debate about potential harms from online content. Governments and legacy media have pushed to censor more and more. A lot of this is clearly political, but there's also a lot of legitimately bad stuff out there. Drugs, terrorism, child exploitation. These are things that we take very seriously, and I wanna make sure that we handle responsibly. So we built a lot of complex systems to moderate content. But the problem with complex systems is they make mistakes. Even if they accidentally censor just 1% of posts, that's millions of people. And we've reached a point where it's just too many mistakes and too much censorship. The recent elections also feel like a cultural tipping point towards once again prioritizing speech. So we're gonna get back to our roots and focus on reducing mistakes, simplifying our policies, and restoring free expression on our platforms. More specifically, here's what we're gonna do. 1st, we're gonna get rid of fact checkers and replace them with community notes similar to X starting in the US. After Trump first got elected in 2016, the legacy media wrote nonstop about how misinformation was a threat to democracy. We tried in good faith to address those concerns without becoming the arbiters of truth, but the fact checkers have just been too politically biased and have destroyed more trust than they've created, especially in the US. So over the next couple of months, we're gonna phase in a more comprehensive community note system. 2nd, we're gonna simplify our content policies and get rid of a bunch of restrictions on topics like immigration and gender, that are just out of touch with mainstream discourse. What started as a movement to be more inclusive has increasingly been used to shut down opinions and shut out people with different ideas, and it's gone too far. So I wanna make sure that people can share their beliefs and experiences on our platforms. 3rd, we're changing how we enforce our policies to reduce the mistakes that account for the vast majority of censorship on our platforms. We used to have filters that scanned for any policy violation. Now, we're gonna focus those filters on tackling illegal and high severity violations. And for lower severity violations, we're going to rely on someone reporting an issue before we take action. The problem is that the filters make mistakes, and they take down a lot of content that they shouldn't. So by dialing them back, we're gonna dramatically reduce the amount of censorship on our platforms. We're also going to tune our content filters to require much higher confidence before taking down content. The reality is that this is a trade off. It means we're going to catch less bad stuff. But we'll also reduce the number of innocent people's posts and accounts that we accidentally take down. 4th, we're bringing back civic content. For a while, the community asked to see less politics because it was making people stressed. So we stopped recommending these posts. But it feels like we're in a new era now, and we're starting to get feedback that people wanna see this content again. So we're gonna start phasing this back into Facebook, Instagram, and threads while working to keep the communities friendly and positive. 5th, we're gonna move our trust and safety and content moderation teams out of California, and our US based content review is gonna be based in Texas. As we work to promote free expression, I think that will help us build trust to do this work in places where there is less concern about the bias of our teams. Finally, we're gonna work with President Trump to push back on governments around the world that are going after American companies and pushing to censor more. The US has the strongest constitutional protections for free expression in the world. Europe has an ever increasing number of laws institutionalizing censorship and making it difficult to build anything innovative there. Latin American countries have secret courts that can order companies to quietly take things down. China has censored our apps from even working in the country. The only way that we can push back on this global trend is with the support of the US government. And that's why it's been so difficult over the past 4 years when even the US government has pushed for censorship. By going after us and other American companies, it has emboldened other governments to go even further. But now we have the opportunity to restore free expression, and I am excited to take it. It'll take time to get this right. And these are complex systems. They're never gonna be perfect. There's also a lot of illegal stuff that we still need to work very hard to remove. But the bottom line is that after years of having our content moderation work focused primarily on removing content, it is time to focus on reducing mistakes, simplifying our systems, and getting back to our roots about giving people voice. I'm looking forward to this next chapter. Stay good out there, and more to come soon.

I believe that if January 6th was truly the insurrection the Biden DOJ claims, they wouldn't have needed to manipulate facts and overcharge individuals with crimes they didn't commit. The pressure to accept plea deals and sign false statements seems aimed at undermining MAGA. The American people clearly rejected Biden, Harris, and others on November 5th, 2024. It's time to reclaim our country. Let's go.

If January 6th were the “insurrection” the Biden DOJ desperately wanted the public to believe it was, they wouldn’t have had to lie in every single case to make their point. They wouldn’t have had to overcharge everybody with crimes they didn’t commit, then force the majority into taking plea deals and sign FALSE statements of offense to try to destroy MAGA. The American people REJECTED Biden, Harris, Liz Cheney, Bennie Thompson, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Kenzinger, the DOJ, the FBI, and the entire mainstream media on November 5th, 2024. We’re taking our country back now. Let’s go.

I was scheduled to speak at a permitted event on Capitol grounds on January 6th. As I arrived, I learned that people were entering the Capitol. There were no police officers on the east side, and I walked through open barricades into a crowd. This led to my first felony charge for being on restricted grounds. After filming a video outside, the FBI raided my home, and I faced multiple felony charges. The government is overcharging individuals, forcing them into a difficult position of either going to trial or accepting a plea deal that they dictate. This has been a targeted effort against Trump supporters. I'm also part of the Walk Away Campaign, a movement of former Democrats encouraging people to think independently and move away from identity politics. Speaker 0: Hey, Brandon. I'm gonna start with you. So you didn't even go into the capital that day. You've been facing prosecution. Your probation, it's about to end. What's it been like for you, and and how do you feel now? Speaker 1: I mean, it's almost impossible to sum up. So, yeah, I was a scheduled speaker at a permitted event on Capitol grounds on January 6th and when I was arriving to do my speaking engagement I started getting text messages saying we're hearing that something's happening at the building people are going inside. So I walked up to the building on the east side what's really relevant about my case is that there were 0 police officers on the east side of the building when I was there, not one. There were open barricades. There were no signs telling people they weren't allowed to be there, and I literally walked into a crowd of 100 of people. And at that moment, that is when according to the DOJ, I committed my first felony. Felony? Felony. Speaker 0: Because you engaged in a protest. Speaker 1: They said that I was standing on restricted grounds. Okay. And they gave me a felony charge for that. I shot a video outside the building for 8 minutes and I uploaded that video to Twitter and two and a half weeks later the FBI raided my house, put me in handcuffs and took me to jail. I sat in jail for several days before I found out that I was facing multiple felonies for shooting that video outside of the capitol and a misdemeanor charge. So this is what they're doing to people. They're overcharging them. They're putting them in this horrifying position where it's you against the federal government in the district of DC and you can either go to trial and they'll get a 100% conviction rate. That's what the government's gotten so far. Mhmm. Or you can take their plea deal. And when you take their plea deal, they write your confession. They say what you did. Mhmm. This entire thing has been a witch hunt to try to destroy Donald Trump's legacy and to harm his supporters. That's what happened to me and so many others. Speaker 0: That's the walk away campaign. Talk about what that is. Speaker 1: Sure. So we are the movement, largest national movement of former, Democrats walking away from the Democratic party. We're about to turn 7 years old this May. We travel around the country doing college tours, minority focused town halls, educational videos. Our goal is to get as many people as possible thinking for themselves, seeing the lights and walking away from identity politics, tribal mentality and embracing your individuality as an American. If people want to find out more, they can go to walkawaycampaign.com. Speaker 0: Sheep no more. Brandon Straka.

I want to introduce you to Heather Shaner, a DC Public Defender who has represented 43 January 6 defendants unable to afford proper legal counsel. She believes her role is to educate them, emphasizing the importance of understanding the truth behind their actions. Shaner has candidly referred to some individuals who entered the Capitol as “schmucks.” All of her clients have pled guilty, and when asked if they deserve her, she humorously remarked that they’re lucky to have her. This highlights the challenges faced by those involved in the events of January 6.

Meet Heather Shaner. She is a DC Public Defender who has represented 43 J6 defendants who couldn’t afford real representation. Shaner says it’s her job to “educate” J6ers, stating, “I mean, if you start out with a whole bunch of baloney and you don't know it's baloney, you're going to keep exercising your choices based on incorrect information”. She has referred to people who went inside the building and took pictures as “schmucks”. All of her J6 clients pled guilty. When asked if her clients “deserve her”, she replied “They’re damn lucky if they get me,” with a laugh. This is what J6ers have had to endure.
