🚨HAPPENING NOW🚨 Speaker Mike Johnson tells me that Chuck Schumer is dragging on this government shut down because he is afraid of his party’s own radical left-wing terrorists that will be attending the “No Kings” rally. LISTEN! https://t.co/jWA5oVFjls

Video Transcript AI Summary
Calls the rally 'the Hate America rally' and says it will collect 'the radical leftists in their party'—'the Marxists', 'the Antifa advocates', and the 'pro Hamas wing'—as 'the radical left' descend upon the National Mall in cavalcade. He asserts 'Chuck Schumer frightened to death,' noting they were terrified to reopen the government before those radical leftists show up on the National Mall, because it would be a big price to pay. He claims they have no intention whatsoever of reopening the government anytime before October 18 when the Hate America rally takes place. He says it's disgusting and cites harm to Americans—missing paychecks and services being stalled, including border patrol agents, TSA, air traffic controllers and flood insurance policies in the middle of a hurricane season. He concludes, 'Chuck Schumer is hurting real Americans for his own political survival. That is a fact that nobody can refute.'

Speaker 0: Thank you, Brianna. Listen. Leader Scalise and I refer to this rally as the Hate America rally, not by its other name because it's gonna collect all the radical leftists in their party. You're gonna have the Marxists there. You're gonna have the Antifa advocates. Of course, you'll have the pro Hamas wing. All the radical left will descend upon the National Mall in this one big cavalcade. And I tell you what, that has Chuck Schumer frightened to death. I mean, we we we have been hearing then in the back rooms among the senate democrats. They were discussing this openly, and they were terrified to reopen the government before all of those, radical leftists, show up on the National Mall, because it would be a a big price to pay. They're afraid they can't take the income, and they can't take the criticism. Chuck Schumer withered under that for doing the right thing back in March when he voted for the last CR. Google that and you'll get you'll get so many hits. It'll take you all night to read. So that's why he's doing this. And and we we believe that that's probably good intel. They have no intention whatsoever of reopening the government anytime before October 18 when the Hate America rally takes place. It's it's disgusting to us. It is it is it is stunning that they are willing to put all of these Americans, American citizens, hardworking people through all the harm, through all the stress of missing paychecks and having flights canceled and having border patrol agents, TSA and and everybody else, air traffic controllers, you know, working without pay. And all these services, health services that are being stalled and and and flood insurance policies in the middle of a hurricane season. I mean, there are so many terrible effects of this, and they seem not to care. Why? And I just I summarized it as as best I could, as simple as I could in the joint press conference I have with leader Thune, but few hours ago. Chuck Schumer is hurting real Americans for his own political survival. That is a fact that nobody can refute.

Today, I'm reporting that the Senate Homeland Security committee will discuss my previous findings about DNI Tulsi Gabbard being placed on a TSA terror watchlist. Gabbard was monitored on five flights by Federal Air Marshals. Following the January 6 events, a TSA memo led to at least 234 individuals being added to watchlists, often without clear evidence. Additionally, three current Republican Congress members are linked to the TSA's Silent Partner List, and in April 2022, 12 people were added to the watchlist for removing their masks on planes.

🚨HAPPENING TODAY🚨 Last year, I exclusively reported with @wmahoney5 that DNI Tulsi Gabbard was added to a TSA terror watchlist. Later today, the Senate Homeland Security committee will be holding a hearing on their follow up to our report. What do we know? Gabbard was followed on at least 5 flights by Federal Air Marshals. On January 15, 2021, TSA Intelligence & Analysis issued a memo formalizing an Administrator's directive to utilize TSA Watch Lists to address “ongoing threats” after the January 6 events. As a result, at least 234 individuals were placed on these lists in connection with January 6, often without specific evidence of their involvement in unlawful activities. 3 current Republican members of Congress matched to the TSA's Silent Partner List. In April 2022, 12 individuals were placed on a TSA Watch List for simply removing their mask on an aircraft.

I want to highlight the ongoing cover-up related to January 6. AG Pam Bondi believes the federal government shouldn't pay settlements to J6 defendants, citing "sovereign immunity." This means the government can violate rights and imprison individuals without accountability.

@BreannaMorello - Breanna Morello

With all of this J6 news coming out, I’d like to remind you about the current cover up going on. AG Pam Bondi doesn’t think the federal government should have to pay J6 defendants a settlement because she thinks the government has “sovereign immunity.” Meaning the government can violate your rights, throw you in prison on fake allegations, drain your savings, ruin your reputation, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Aidan Maese-Czeropski has since moved to Australia. ‘Mentally, I spent a little bit in the psych ward after the fact because it was just… it's overwhelming to realize and to know that tens of millions of people literally despise you,' Maese-Czeropski said.

Overwhelmed by public hatred, he bought a one-way ticket to South Africa and traveled across Africa and Europe with a New Zealand girl who suggested he move to Sydney for a fresh start. Despite never having been there, he moved and loves it. Unable to find a job in Washington D.C. after the scandal, he sought to leave. He was diagnosed with PTSD and says he blocked out much of the scandal. He claims he didn't write his LinkedIn post; the comms director provided the statement. He believes the scandal's virality was due to its salacious nature, not the fact that it was gay sex. However, he notes that in sex scandals, the passive partner often receives more blame. He appreciates the friendly and chill people in Sydney.

Speaker 0: Consider myself just a regular guy. However, it is alleged that I had sex in the United States Senate, and that is what I am allegedly known for. Mentally, I spent a little bit in the psych ward after the fact because it was just it's overwhelming. You know? It's overwhelming to realize and to know that tens of millions of people literally despise you. I was a catatonic mess. I she's Louise. So I'm just, like, reliving, like, so much trauma. How I ended up in Sydney specifically is a little bit of a chaotic answer. So essentially, about a week after the scandal, I had a total mental breakdown, bought a one way ticket to Cape Town, South Africa just to get out of The United States, and I just lived very cheaply off the grid, staying in hostels for $10 a night. And about two weeks into my trip, I met a New Zealand girl who I became best friends with, followed her across Sub Saharan Africa, Portugal, Canary Islands, Spain, England. And she told me, Aiden, you should move to Sydney. You would love it there. You would fit right in. You could get a fresh start. And I had never even been to Sydney. The thought of moving here or even going to anywhere in Australia had never even crossed my mind, but I took a risk. And I'm like, okay. This girl knows me super well. We've been, like, back packing, just living in the wilderness for months. So I'm gonna move to Sydney, having never visited. And worst case scenario, I'll move back to The US if I hate it here. I love it here, and I'm glad that I took that jump, took that risk, listened to her, and I'm glad that she was right because it is the greatest city in the world. I plan on staying here for hopefully the rest of my life. I don't know if that's me being idealistic. Professionally, I could not get a job in Washington DC. That's a big part of why as soon as my lease ended, I knew I needed to get out because no one would hire me. Everyone in DC knew me, and it was kind of gross and horrifying because I'm not someone who likes to be in the public spotlight at all. I was so relieved as soon as I got out of there. I applied for so many jobs, never heard back. So I'm like, okay. Clearly, need to get out of here. Mentally, I spent a little bit in the psych ward after the fact because it was just it's overwhelming. I have a therapist. I take medication. My therapist told me, you have PTSD, and I don't have any shame in that because when you go through something like that, it is just overwhelming difficult to even comprehend. I feel like a lot of the scandal I blocked out because I mentally could not even begin to register it, but that's what happens when you go through something like that. So I don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but I did not write a single word of the LinkedIn post. The comms director, she basically sent me a message saying, here, put this on your LinkedIn. And I was pretty catatonic. I basically had the attitude of I will say whatever you want me to say. I do not care because I cannot think for myself because this is too much to process. So I copied and pasted her statement onto LinkedIn. Apparently, people did not like the statement, but that's something that I, like, need to laugh at. Otherwise, I'll cry. I don't think that I was treated differently because it was gay sex. I think no matter what, when you have something as salacious as sex in the senate, it's going to go viral regardless of whether or not it's gay or straight. That being said, I've noticed that when you have sex scandals, the passive partner tends to take more of the blame, which is why I got all these death threats, hatred, and the guy who was the top didn't, which I'm happy for because he's a good person. But I do think that there is a difference in how people are judged if they are the submissive partner versus the dominant partner. If you look at Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, Bill was doing way worse shit than Monica, but Monica seemed to suffer much worse blowback than Bill. The people in Sydney are amazing. Everyone is very friendly. Everyone is very chill. The gays are nice. I think that in some cities like New York, you have this stereotype of, oh, mean gays, and they just judge. And I haven't met anyone who I would consider

🚨 ALERT TEXAS 🚨 The Islamization of Texas is RAGING—and Plano may soon be unrecognizable. A second hardline mosque project—Masjid Salahadeen—is rising just miles from the already-controversial East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) mega-mosque. But this isn’t about prayer. It’s about building a full Shari’ah-based society right here in Texas. At the center of the new mega-mosque expansion is Yusha Evans—a radical preacher who relocated to Plano, calling it “one of the most vibrant Muslim areas in America.” 📍 Evans: ▶️ Declares that Muslims who reject Shari’ah are no longer Muslim (apostasy—an offense punishable by death under Islamic law) ▶️ Promotes death for adultery, amputation for theft, and lashes for false witness ▶️ Calls the U.S. legal system “broken” and praises Saudi Arabia’s brutal enforcement ▶️ Says Shari’ah is “perfect” and superior to all man-made laws and Western values ▶️ And now? He’s the Director of Education and Community Outreach at Masjid Salahadeen—indoctrinating the next generation... 📍 Plano is ground zero for an aggressive Shari’ah infrastructure that includes: Parallel religious courts - Promotion of polygamy - Indoctrination disguised as “education” Islamic legal, funeral, financial, and counseling services—all operating within their own self-contained, Islamized society. ▶️ READ MY LATEST ARTICLE: https://rairfoundation.com/texas-shariah-takeover-second-hardline-mosque-plano-marks/ 📢 Demand answers. The speaker claims the "Islamization of Texas" is accelerating, highlighting the East Plano Islamic Center and Masjid Salahdin as key locations. Masjid Salahdin is undergoing a large expansion, attracting Muslims globally and reshaping Texas. Yusha Evans, the director of education and community outreach, aims to advance this "Islamization agenda." Evans states that Sharia law is mandatory in Islam, and Muslims who reject it are no longer Muslim. He explains Sharia punishments, such as cutting off hands for theft and death for adultery, are divine justice and deterrents. He says that Sharia law dictates justice, not Western law, and its goal is complete dominance. Another speaker discusses the logic behind allowing a man to have more than one wife, but he must treat them all justly. Evans says that even if a thief says they are sorry, if they meet all requirements, their hand will still be taken off. Another speaker discusses his involvement in the Masjid Salahdin project, emphasizing its focus on dawah, youth, and inclusivity. He encourages others to donate to the expansion project, which will accommodate 1,500-2,000 worshipers, for the rewards it will bring on the Day of Judgment.

Speaker 0: The Islamization of Texas is accelerating. By now, most Americans have heard of Plano, Texas, home to the notorious East Plano Islamic Center, a radical mega mosque that's become the ideological nerve center for Sharia expansion across the state. But just down the road, another Islamic stronghold is rising. At Masjid Salahdin, a massive expansion project is underway, not just of the mosque structure, but of the very culture and identity of Texas itself. This isn't just a construction project. It's Hijra, Islamic migration, and Muslims from around the world are being drawn here, reshaping the Lone Star State from the inside out. Here's a glimpse of what the final project will look like. And now, meet the newest Islamic operative to relocate to Texas and push the Islamization agenda forward. Yusha Evans, Masjid Salahdin's director of education and community outreach, who has recently moved to join the effort. Let's hear in his own words what Yusha has planned for the future of Muslims in Texas. Speaker 1: Muslims become too many in America, they'll start implementing their Sharia real quick. Adultery. And I'm giving you this is not part of the course, but I'm leaving you with something. Adultery. Is adultery in Islam a crime? Yes. Is it in the Sharia? Yes. Does the Sharia tell us how to deal with it? Yes. What is the penalty? Death. Don't apologize for these things. It's perfect. What about the crime of theft? Is theft a crime in Islam? Yeah. It's a crime in Islam. What is the penalty? Cutting off hand. And the goal of that penalty is not so that the person loses their hand and they don't steal again. It's so that I don't have to worry about my property. But you go to a place where you lose your hand. Like for instance, any of you been to Saudi, been to the Haramain, Mecca and Medina. Those shopkeepers who sell the the rings and stuff on on the kiosks. When it's time for salah, what do they do? Even to this day, they put a cloth over it and they go pray. Nobody's gonna steal anything. Why? Because you will lose your hand over it. And if you're in Medina, they don't have to take you very far because the Sharia court is right next to Masjid Naboohi. They don't have to take you very far. You will lose your hand. So the deterrent is there. The deterrent is there. And you know how many cases of recidivism? Anyone know what recidivism is? Means the person repeating the same crime. Do you know what the cases of recidivism, statistics of percentage of recidivism is for theft in a country where they will lose your hand for it? It's almost nonexistent. Probably zero point something. Because when you lose a hand, it really affects you. You think about that next time. Because I only have two hands and two feet. And if you lose your hand, the next time you still gonna lose a foot. And you will look very awkward missing one hand on one side and one foot on the other. And if any Muslim were to say, they did not want to live under Ashariah, and I'm going to I'm telling you they're doing these things on purpose. They're sending out polls about whether you would like to live in a sharia or not for a reason. I would rather you keep your mouth shut than say some of the things that I've heard been said. Because any Muslim who says they would not like to live under sharia, they have just made a statement that exited them out of their entire religion. They left Islam. Their religion is gone. They have to renew their Shahadah if they did it knowingly. Because you're saying that you don't want the rule of Allah. You don't wish to live under the laws of Allah. You're not a Muslim. So be careful. Just decline the say. I decline. You have the right called the freedom of speech in America, which includes the freedom to keep my mouth shut. So exercise it. Sometimes that's probably the best thing to do. Speaker 0: As you've just heard, Sharia is not optional in Islam. It is mandatory. The Quran commands Muslims to follow Allah's decisions without question, and rejecting any part of Sharia is considered disobedience to Allah. Muslims are taught that governments which limit or oppose Sharia must be fought, making its global enforcement a core aim of Islamic movements, including terror groups. In the West, Sharia is deceptively presented as harmless religious practice, but in reality, it's a supremacist, anti freedom legal system that demands total submission. And now, let's listen again to what he says about Islam and Sharia. If you don't want Sharia, you are not a Muslim. Speaker 1: Because any Muslim who says they would not like to live under Sharia, they have just made a statement that exited them out of their entire religion. You don't wish to live under the laws of Allah. You're not a Muslim. Speaker 2: Why in sharia law allow such crime to go such as cutting off one's hands to the criminal if sharia and jihad is about bringing justice? Doesn't hurting someone equal an injustice act? Speaker 1: Well, goes on to the point I would ask the person, what is your concept of justice? Because justice is not in the eyes of the beholder because justice then would be very different from place to place, from time to time. Justice in Islam is dictated by the creator. It is dictated by the creator of the heavens and the earth. Speaker 0: In Islam, justice means Sharia, which Muslims claim is divine law and does not afford due process, which is a staple of Western law. Muslims believe Sharia is from Allah and all other laws are man made and inferior. Their goal is not coexistence. It is complete dominance where everyone lives under Sharia. There is no presumption of innocence, no equality before the law, no justice as the West defines it. Justice equals Sharia, and Sharia equals submission. Speaker 1: And when it comes to laws of crimes and punishment, religion Islam is known as laws of crime and punishment Islam is legislated by the creator. But when it comes to things such as cutting off the hands of the thief who meets all of the requirements, it is put by the creator as a deterrent. But if you find places where a good bit of it is implemented, you find security and tranquility. You find a very low recidivism rate of crime. You only got a certain number of hands to give out. Refer to the sheikh. Someone who accuses someone of adultery with a false accusation and they've come to found out to be false. Lashes. Correct? 80 lashes. That's what I thought. Someone accuses someone of adultery wrongly and they find out that it's wrong, that person gets punished with 80 lashes. And his witness And his witness is never accepted ever again for anything. Nothing whatsoever. That's how severe Islam is about that. You don't make a It's not allowed in Islam for a man and a woman to shake hands if they are not related in a prohibitory manner. What I mean is related in a prohibitory manner is mean they cannot be married. Like a mother and a father and mother. You cannot marry father and mother, your sister, your brother, your uncles, your your you know, things of this nature, aunts. And people whom you cannot marry in Islam, you can shake hands with them, and you can be a little bit more loose with them. But anyone whom you can marry and would have the opportunity to marry, you're not allowed to touch them. Woman in Islam. One of the logics behind that is the number of men and women. If one man married one woman in the world, how many women would be left over? A lot. A whole lot of women would be left over. What are those women going to do? They're going to either be single, they're going to commit some weird acts, which we see a lot of women committing. But there would be women who would have no family. They would lose their family, they would lose the opportunity to have family, to have children, things of that nature. And that's only increasing. Women are increasing, men are decreasing. Some of the logic behind that, God has allowed man to have more than one wife for logic reasons. But but but there are rules within that in Islam. For a man to take another wife, he must do so justly. Meaning that the second wife that he takes, the third wife that he takes, the fourth wife that he takes, he must treat them exactly the same. Exactly the same. He must treat them exactly the same. They must be given the same love and affection. And for a man to be able to do that justly is very tough. Speaker 2: For example, if somebody was said to have his hand cut off, do they even get a chance to change or redeem themselves and try to be a better person despite how bad the crime was? Speaker 1: Okay. Do they have the right like, for instance, someone commits a crime that is worthy of having their hand cut off? All the rulings are applicable. Do they have the right to say, I'm sorry. I won't do it again? No. They have there is a right for reform, but if they are meet all the requirements, their hand will be taken off, and then they have the right to reform. Then they have the right to reform, but the punishment's gonna be there because if you had that type of punishment, I won't do it again. That is a system that we see will not work. We've seen that system played out here in America. And if you do it once, that really is not gonna tempt you again. I have one Well, you wouldn't lose the second hand, you lose a foot from the opposite arm. So you're gonna lose a hand and then a foot, you're gonna be lopsided, and then you steal again, gonna lose another foot. So it becomes a very big deterrent. You know, and it's it's it's funny, but it's it's real. It's it's not a joke. You lose a hand, you start to think twice about taking something else. So Speaker 3: Why did I decide to get involved in building a project like Mashid Salah Hadim? When I first moved back to Dallas, Texas, 1 of my intentions was to get involved myself and my family into one of the most vibrant Muslim communities that I found in America and be helpful in in any way that I can in terms of the dawah and Speaker 1: the youth and all of Speaker 3: the things that I've been doing for the past twenty years. And when I sat down with the brothers who were interested in this project and interested in building this project and I understood their vision was in line with my vision. They wanted to have a focus on dawah. They wanted to have a focus on youth. They wanted to have a focus on inclusivity, meaning that we're open to to the larger Muslim community. That to me just it it hit every point with me. And I said, look, this is something I can get behind. This is something I can build. This is something that can be a legacy for what I've been doing all over the globe for the past twenty years. I can do it locally where I live and start something that maybe inshallah will be a means of for me on the on the day of judgment when I'm gonna need it the most. And so that's why I've gotten involved in the project. And that's why I think you should get involved in the project because if you get involved in the project, then you share in all the rewards of everything that happens in this building. Everything that will ever happen in this building. Every salah that will be prayed in this building. Every person that comes to Islam because of the dawah coming out of this building. Every youth that grows up learning the deen and becomes strong, a strong Muslim goes on to be a future imam or a future or whatever have you. Every single one of those good deeds will go on your scale. Will go on your scale and this is that you will need on the day of judgment. So this is the most important reason why I got involved in this is that I know that one day my life will come to an end and I'm going to need as much good deeds as I can to suffice me on the day when I stand in front of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. How many do you need? We all need them. So please support our expansion. We're growing so rapidly. FBI whistleblower Garret O'Boyle is going on his 30th month of unpaid suspension. I've persistently inquired with the White House, FBI, and DHS about whether they intend to reinstate these whistleblowers who courageously exposed corruption within the Biden administration. I'm disheartened to report that my questions have gone unanswered by all parties. O'Boyle has a young family. He cannot keep waiting around. What's going on here?

I look forward to working with Pam Bondi with the Department of Justice and making sure that we further the president's agenda of putting America First, cleaning up masks, and going after the people that we should be going after, not the people that are falsely accused. That will stop in the great state of New Jersey starting now. Thank you so much. Who are the people that you go after? We'll see when I get in there. We gotta see what's going in. This year's I know you'd love that narrative. Let me be very clear. Did you mention Paul? Paul I didn't, actually. It's Cory Booker and governor Murphy's death. Correct. Because I think Cory Booker and governor Murphy has failed the state of New Jersey. Pure panic at the FBI. As I exclusively reported yesterday, FBI director Kash Patel has fired several employees. Hundreds of agents are being forced to transfer or resign. FBI employees are arguing over whether their actions these last four years were legal, according to a source. One employee arguing their actions were legal because they had court orders, while another employee reminding him they lied to the judges to obtain those court orders. Accountability underway.

🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨 TSA Under Biden Focused on Speeding Up Checkpoints for Illegal Aliens Without IDs, Not National Security During the Biden Administration, expediting TSA security checkpoints took precedence over national security concerns. Through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit I filed after TSA stonewalled my initial request—I’ve exclusively obtained the protocols that allowed illegal aliens to board commercial flights with IDs under Biden’s watch. TSA officials claimed these documents didn’t exist during his tenure, but the Trump Administration has since granted me access to this information. On March 26, 2021, TSA issued “a revised Operations Directive to address a significant increase in the number of non-U.S. citizens at certain airports who do not have acceptable ID documents.” The OD added a series of DHS-provided documents that were suddenly acceptable for illegal aliens traveling without IDs. Here’s the list of those documents that were suddenly deemed acceptable: -Warrant for Arrest of Alien -Warrant of Removal/Deportation -Order of Removal on Recognizance -Order of Supervision -Notice to Appear -Arrival and Departure Form -Alien Booking Record These documents could be displayed electronically at TSA security checkpoints, meaning an illegal alien could present a photo or screenshot on their device, and TSA agents were permitted to grant them passage. On April 2021, TSA rolled out a CBP One Pilot program. That program was led by Director of Aviation Coordination Julian E Williams and Director of Capability Management and Innovation Requirements and Capability Analysis Melissa Conley. The primary goal of the pilot program wasn’t tied to national security but rather to reduce wait times at TSA security checkpoints. This focus is emphasized repeatedly throughout the Concept of Operations. In the document, TSA says the influx of illegals without IDs “places a severe burden on TSA checkpoints when attempting to vet multiple individuals.” The document goes on to brag about reducing the wait times since rolling this pilot program out, “use of CBP OneTM also resulted in an efficiency improvement in process cycle time over the IVCC procedures. The average cycle time for ID verification with CBP OneTMwas 1.48 minutes as compared to an average IVCC cycle time of 12.87 minutes, an 88.50% reduction of average cycle time per individual.““CBP OneTM, TSA partnered with CBP to investigate adapting the app for use by TSA as a viable, effective, and efficient operational alternative solution to validate travel documentation for adult non-U.S. citizens with valid boarding passes who are not in possession of acceptable travel documents and are subject to ID validation.” The pilot program allowed “TSA personnel use a TSA-issued smartphone equipped with the CBP OneTM app to take a photograph of that individual and transmit the biometric through the app for comparison with CBP records.” The CBP One Pilot also advised illegal aliens that the capturing of their facial biometrics was optional. According to the Patriot Act, all non-U.S. citizens must submit their biometrics to DHS. Here are a list of the airports that participated in the Pilot Program for CBP One: -Alexandria International Airport, Louisiana (AEX) -Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Texas (AUS) -Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Texas (DFW) -Denver International Airport, Colorado (DEN) -Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Florida (FLL) -George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Texas (IAH) -Miami International Airport, Florida (MIA) -Monroe Regional Airport, Louisiana (MLU) -Palm Springs International Airport, California (PSP) -Shreveport Regional Airport, Louisiana (SHV) -YumaInternationalAirport,Arizona(NYL) The Biden administration jeopardized national security by dispersing unvetted illegal aliens across the country. How many terrorists might now reside among us? We could learn the answer through harsh consequences if the Trump administration fails to swiftly locate those spread nationwide during Biden’s tenure. Without your support, I cannot file lawsuits and uncover stories like these. Please consider subscribing to my X page and supporting my work as an independent journalist.

He has barred January 6 defendants, including Stewart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs, from Washington DC and the U.S. Capitol. He forced the trial to start despite the defendants needing more time and lacking evidence. Now, he is overstepping by trying to dictate their probation rules. He just barred J6 defendants like Stewart Rhodes, Kelly Meggs, Kenneth Harrelson, and others from Washington DC and the U.S. Capitol building. Mehta was aggressive in suppressing key evidence during the Oath Keepers J6 trial. He knowingly allowed two witnesses to get in the stand and commit perjury. He also forced the trial to start, knowing these defendants needed more time and didn’t have all the evidence against them. He is now overstepping and trying to dictate the rules to their probation. I pointed out that former NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio allocated $850 million of taxpayer money to address the homelessness crisis, yet homelessness has reached record levels. His wife has not been held accountable for how those funds were used, even though they were meant to assist individuals like Jordan Neely, who was homeless and struggled with schizophrenia. Now FEMA is addressing my report on their website right now, calling it a rumor, actually. They're saying that this is false. No money is being diverted from the disaster response needs. Interesting. That's very interesting that FEMA is now denying this. And the reason why I say that is take a listen. Okay. I never I never divulge who my sources are behind a story, but I'm gonna do it now because I don't want FEMA calling me a liar. So my source behind all my reporting is actually FEMA itself. If you go to the same website, you search these headlines, guess what? They're on their own website. Okay? I pulled all of this information from their press releases. They've been bragging about giving our money away to the innovators for years now. Now all of a sudden that I need more money from congress. They're calling it a rumor. They're calling it a lie. They're probably calling it a conspiracy theory. But if you go to their website and in case they deleted, we've got the archives, so don't you worry. And they're bragging about taking your money and giving it to people who are invading our country. That now you as Americans who need this money, guess what's happening to it? It's gone. We don't have any of it. And that's according to their own DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who's saying if they don't have enough money to get them through hurricane season. It's like, I'm just gonna get vaccinated. So was it technically, like, kind of forcing you? Yeah. That's what you're you you force people by making it really uncomfortable.

EXCLUSIVE: Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was added to a terror watchlist shortly after she criticized VP Kamala Harris. @TulsiGabbard joined me to react to that report PLUS the hundreds of conservative Americans that were also added to that list. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 https://t.co/XpNp7IxdbR

Learning about being added to the terror watch list confirmed my suspicions about political retaliation, especially after my appearance on Fox News discussing Kamala Harris. The real stress comes from wondering how the government is surveilling me and what other lists I might be on. TSA's focus seems to be on covering their tracks rather than addressing the abuse of power. This situation aims to create a chilling effect on free speech, discouraging people from expressing their views. I'm pursuing legal action to uncover the truth about these secretive watch lists and ensure accountability. We must recognize the implications of this surveillance state and take action in the upcoming elections to protect our constitutional rights.

Speaker 0: So what was your reaction to finding out that you've been added to this terror watch list? Speaker 1: Well, first of all, learning, learning about it, confirmed everything that I had been experiencing and and and had, some suspicions that this was not the quote unquote random selection that they claim it to be. The first time, perhaps, you know, the TSA supervisor comes up and says, you know, you've been randomly selected for this in-depth security screening and so on. But after the second, the third, the 4th, the 5th, the 6th, 7th time, and so on, I I knew very clearly something was going on. So when the whistleblowers came forward, the article that you guys put out was the first article that was written on this. It it all started to make sense, especially when I looked at the the timing. This is clear political retaliation. My being added to the Quiet Skies list coming one day after I was on Fox News Laura Ingram show warning the country about what a president Kamala Harris would would be and how danger how dangerous she would be, for our country, for our ability to live in a peaceful and prosperous society. We don't know the full extent of what's going on here. And the real, hardship that's been caused is not is not having to go through a long screening at TSA. The real stress that's been caused by all this, Brianna, is the fact that, I only know a little bit of information, which begs a lot of questions about what other secret watch lists I am on and others. How is my government surveilling me? Are they listening to my phone calls? Are they reading my emails and text messages? What we know about Quiet Skies is very little. But for them, even in TSA's own words, they say that people who are placed on this list is because of a risk based assessment that they make. So I gotta believe if they believe I am such a risk to my country that I love, that I'm willing to lay my life down for, that I've served in our military over 21 years, enlisted because of the attacks on 911 to go after those terrorists. Now, according to their risk based assessment, they believe I am a potential domestic terror threat, which which, you know, to say that that that hurts doesn't even begin to capture how that makes me feel. It just makes me wonder now, and I'll forever have to wonder, how is my government surveilling me? I have to look over my shoulder and and question what they're looking for and how they may try to weaponize whatever they may find. As we've seen under this national security state, they are very willing to do, especially under the Biden Harris administration. Speaker 0: Yeah. And it was really heartbreaking to watch even as speaker Mike Johnson allowed them to renew FISA because it's going to allow a lot of the surveillance to continue on. And there's no accountability whatsoever when you're looking for these questions to be answered. There's no one to talk to. There's no customer service line that you could call and say, hey, why am I being surveilled? Why am I on this list? Why am I being followed? Not just at the airports, but on flights. You know, we were told there's 5 to 6 agents who are following you, and you wouldn't even know that you're being followed. Specifically, they were saying that they're around you on the plane, but you don't know that they're around you. And so when we reached out to your team, you know, I was concerned that you just didn't have any idea whatsoever. But it's interesting to hear that you kind of figured that something was going on here. Because we were told that you were added to this list in July, late July. So it's it's heartbreaking in that. But I also wanted to ask you too. So I reached out to TSA for comment on all of this, and they didn't deny that you were added to this watch list. In fact, they just said it's an ongoing investigation and kinda gave us that generic spin to all of this. I then spoke to my sources, and TSA has launched an investigation. Not into how you at you were ended up on this list, but specifically as to how this was leaked, this information was leaked to both me and Wendy Mahoney. What's your reaction to hear that TSA is about to try to target the whistle blowers who blew the whistle on, you being added to this watch list? Speaker 1: This is exactly what's wrong with you know, people question, well, what is the deep state? What is the administrative state? What is the national security state? When we look at this kind of abuse of power, they are clearly not serving the best public interest. They're not they're not serving our our best national security interest. They are more concerned about covering their tracks. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a destruction of documents taking place, trying to clean up what they have done here, which again, is a clear act of political retaliation against me. And instead of doing the right thing, they are now retaliating against those brave whistleblowers who came forward because they're so disgusted by this abuse of power and the weaponization of law enforcement, of people, many of whom raise their right hands to serve our country, to serve and protect. And now they are being used as pawns in this in this political ploy and and attempt to hold on to and gain more power. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. And we're watching that play out. And I also want to mention, you know, when after you did Laura Ingraham's show, it wasn't just you who was added to that watch list. We learned back in 2021 that there was an independent journalist named Taylor Hanson who we've had on this show. And after he appeared on Ingram show and broke down his reporting as to what he witnessed on January 6th, he was added to that watch list, which made a lot of us do some digging. And so we got a hold of this letter. And this was through the help of Sony La Bosco, actually broke this one first. And it's signed by congressman Betty Thompson and John Katko. And, ultimately, they're asking for a list of those who flew into the DC region on the days surrounding January 6th, and he also asked for them to make a list. And then we know shortly after this letter was sent that anyone did it even matter if you attended the rally on January 6th? That suddenly you were appearing up on this quad s program list just for flying into the region. So, you know, even though it's it's I'd say it's heartbreaking that you ended up on this list given your service to this country, You're not alone. We think that there possibly could be 100 and thousands of Americans added to this watch list. We know that there was an 8 week old baby that was added to it just because her father flew into the DC area during the rally. What do you I mean, I know you said we know very little about the program, but what are you looking to learn about the program right now? Because there are a ton of Americans who are going through what you're going through right now, and they just don't have a voice. There's no customer service line that they could call. So what can we get from all of this? I know you're taking up legal action. Speaker 1: Well, first of all, I wanna say that the reason one of the one of the effects that they are hoping to achieve by doing all of this, both with me and with others, is to have a chilling effect so that people will think before they speak, will self censor, will question themselves about whether or not something that they say will cause our own government to violate our constitutional rights, our First Amendment and our 4th Amendment right to privacy, simply because of their exercising their right to free speech. They don't want people to be active in this vibrant marketplace of ideas that is the heartbeat of a thriving democracy. Yes, I am taking legal action, because the American people deserve the truth. And we deserve to know that our government is not targeting us because of our views or ideas or opinions on politics or our political affiliations, or the fact that we're criticizing the politicians who happen to be in power. The the action that that we all need to take is to recognize the big decision point in this election. This weaponization of of our law enforcement, this abuse of power has been going on under the Biden Harris administration over the last 4 years. If Kamala Harris is elected, it will not only continue, it will get worse. We know that for a fact. So there's a clear choice if people are pissed off about what's going on here. The the action that we must take is to make sure that Kamala Harris is not elected, share the truth with your friends and family and coworkers about what's really going on, because they may not be aware, and elect Donald Trump to the presidency, because he's proven he has the backbone and the courage to stand up to the national security state, and that he will look out for our constitutional rights and the interests, of the American people. With my legal action, yes, at a minimum, we are looking to shine a light on the secrecy in our government, because We The People and even many members of Congress have no idea who is on these lists. How many lists are there? How many agencies are conducting their own surveillance and quote unquote, intelligence gathering? You know, who has the opportunity to have any kind of due process? We know that there's no due process. Once you're on the list, and you may know you're on the list, how do you get off the list? A lot of members of Congress like Tim Burchett, who you spoke to, a friend and former colleague of mine and many others, have no more answers to any of these questions than we do. We have to shine a light on their abuse of power and hold them to account through a court of law and at the ballot box on November 5th. Speaker 0: Yes. We we do. And we need it now more than ever. We're watching what's unfolding in the UK even. And they're labeling those who are speaking freely online as terrorists as well. And the the UK is only a couple of years ahead of us, folks. So it's really, really important that we pay attention to all of this as it plays out. Chelsea, thank you so much for joining me today. And thank you so much for speaking out on this issue. Speaker 1: I appreciate it. Thank you. Speaker 0: As many of you know, I constantly joke about being a corporate media reject. Speaker 0: How are you feeling? Because that was a lot to take off. You know, I I if I'm being honest, I don't feel good right now. I I I'm, I'm still processing the humiliation that I just was put through. And, it's the most humiliated I've ever been in my life. Yeah. And, and it's for doing something that I believe that I was supposed to be doing back 3 years ago on January 6th. And so, the fact that I'm, you know, I was put in leg chains today is something I never dreamed would ever happen to me. And to be honest with you, it's not for things I said or did. It's for things I said. Yeah. You know, words that I said before or after or whatever because that's what that's what they're after. They're after to suppress our speech. And, I, you know, I I really don't know how to express myself in the way I want to yet. I'm going to have to process this. It's something I'm going to have to think about for 24 hours, you know Yeah. Yeah. And and then do what I do is write it all down. And, and then I'll I'll know what to say and what to, what to tell the world. You know? But this is this is yeah. It's it's been tough.

The U.S. Capitol Police have expanded their presence beyond Washington D.C., opening satellite offices in Tampa, San Francisco, Texas, Milwaukee, and Boston. They cite an increased threat environment as the reason for these expansions. However, when asked for supporting data, they were unable to provide it. The author questions why Speaker Johnson is allowing this and wonders if Republican AGs can push back.

U.S. Capitol Police are expanding outside of Washington D.C. After January 6th, they opened two satellite offices in Tampa, Florida and San Francisco, California. They just recently opened offices in Texas, Milwaukee and Boston too. USCP claim they’re opening these offices, “due to the increased threat environment.” When I asked USCP for the data that supports their claims—they couldn’t get back to me on that. Why is @SpeakerJohnson allowing this to happen? Can Republican AGs pushback on this?
