Alleging numerous violations of consumer laws including false advertising, safety hazard, design defect, and it's because they found significant levels of lead and cadmium in these products. And allegedly have known about this since 2014. Here were some of Lindt's defenses in court so you know how a company thinks. First, they said it's not false advertising because we never said there's no lead, there's no cadmium in this product.
To which the judge said it doesn't matter because you said all of these things, which would imply to a reasonable consumer that there would be no toxic heavy metals in this product. Well, in defense of all of this, Lynn said that is just inactionable puffery. Meaning, these are claims that are so exaggerated that no reasonable consumer would rely on them to buy a product. To which the court said, no. That is not true.
A reasonable consumer would see this advertising and, again, expect a premium product and at the very least, an absence of toxic metal. But then Lindt says, wait. Nobody's actually proven to be injured directly from eating our chocolate, to which the court said, we don't have to wait to prove that someone got cancer from your chocolate in order to declare it a safety hazard. Because the judge says, a reasonable consumer would not have paid a premium for your product if they knew it had these metals in it. So there's this drug called sodium ferropental and it's made in Italy. Okay? So it's used by anesthesiologists. The anesthesiologists, that came forward with this at this testimony was this individual had been an anesthesiologist for 25 years. He came forward with the senate subcommittee talking about this with MAID and his concerns with it because MAID is being seen as compassionate and empathetic and care.
So what he did is

And so he started researching it. Well, it's made in Italy, and Italy falls under the EU. And under the EU laws, you can never make a drug that is gonna be used for execution. But Canada and North like, in North America, the United States and Canada had been using it for execution in America for death penalty. So they finally caught on to that.
And anesthesiologists use it as one of the first drugs pushed to put you under. But here's what's really crazy is they said, well, this is there's gotta be more to this. So they did a it's a Freedom of Information Act with the NPR, with a journalist, and they got over 300 autopsies of individuals who were executed in America. And they didn't just get the autopsy kind of overview. They were given in-depth files.
And when they went through them, 85% of those bodies showed a 2 times level increase of water in the lungs. So what was happening is when this drug is pushed, it causes a drowning, and it's stated as akin to dying by waterboarding or drowning. Meaning, the reason people in Canada who are given MAID seem peaceful is because they're giving a paralytic first. So they're completely paralyzed, then this drug is administered as one of the 4, and they start drowning to death. Okay?
So that means that when it's done by IV, it takes 10 to 15 minutes. That person could be literally drowning. Well, they are. They're drowning to death, but they could be screaming if they weren't under a paralytic. They're drowning to death.
We waterboard people in Guantanamo. There's a reason we had to stop. It falls under cruel and unusual punishment. Yet we are having people, like dying with dignity, say that this falls under compassion and empathy when you're drowning people chemically to death.

It was doctor Joel b Zivok, associate professor of Emory University and School of Medicine, the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. So what's been happening is that case I was telling you about, Fraser Health is withholding the families. They can't see her autopsy.
They're not allowing it. They won't give access. The police have tried to get it.

So the autopsies are showing that you actually drowned to death, and you're waterboarded to death within your own body, and you can't move or do anything about it. And that's how dying with dignity in the Canadian government has this guy's made while they're offering it to Canadian veterans instead of treatment so they don't have to pay for their pensions, so they don't have to pay for their health care, the same way

Speaker 0: About putting unvaccinated Canadians into camps. There was public discourse about criminalizing the refusal to take a medical treatment. We were put under house arrest. We were muzzled like animals with masks. We were viciously divided into camps, the vaxxed and the unvaxxed.
We were censored. We had our bank accounts frozen. I recently gave 2 lectures commissioners in which I asked the audience, put up your hand if at the height of the COVID madness you honestly believed that the army would be going door to door, dragging vaccinated people out of their homes and forcibly jabbing them. I was asking the 8 50 people and these audiences would be mixed, both vaxxed and unvaxxed. Commissioners.
Almost every hand went up. The country was under such a cloud of evil and darkness that a large number of Canadians believed that the army would be used to forcefully vaccinate us. We watched in horror as masked police officers and it is not okay for police officers to be masked against the citizens for which they are to protect and serve. And so for those officers who chose to follow orders and wear a mask, I say shame on you, but we watched masked police officers dressed in black to be intimidating, forcibly dismantle the peaceful trucker protest. I watched livestream on February 18, 2022, as a police force trampled Roberta Paulson.
We all watched as our fellow Canadians locked arms to resist and chanted to each other, hold the line as 1 by 1, the police picked them off and arrested them. And as we saw during some video at the National Citizens Inquiry, at times put the boots to those on the ground. We watched and we saw and we remember. But for all those watching this, I want you to remember that beautiful event because Something beautiful happened there. There was an example set for all of us to follow because we watched our fellow Canadians hold the line as long as they could.
And they've set for us a beautiful example to follow, and we owe them and we owe the truckers a debt of gratitude because they bought us a period of peace. It was no accident that the following month, in March of 2022, the provincial restrictions started to fall and most of the federal restrictions, but for the travel advisory or travel restriction, fell. We owe them a debt of gratitude, and it was that period of peace that they brought us that allowed the NCI to happen. It was during this lull that we appeared on the screen. Now, when we started, there was an absolute climate of fear in the nation.
We had witness after witness after witness dropout because they were afraid to testify. Some were afraid of economic consequences, Some were afraid of social consequences. Some were afraid of other consequences. I was afraid to go in front of the camera. We were in such a climate of fear.
And commissioners, you will remember when you went through the commissioner selection process and when we were preparing you to be independent and run the hearings, that there were discussions about the fact that there may be repercussions for being a commissioner and there may yet be repercussions for being a commissioner. It's like we've been in the eye of the hurricane. We were in this storm of this COVID madness. And then the truckers appeared and we've gotten this respite. It's like the hurricane moved over us and we were now in the eye.
But we're starting to feel the winds again. We're starting to feel other winds blowing. We know that the hurricane, the storm is coming and that we face uncertain times. But this time, This time it will be different for most of us because some things are certain, commissioners. It is certain that we We'll hold the line as long as we can.
It is certain that a large number of Canadians will stand with us and hold the line. Something totally unexpected happened as we toured the land, giving a voice to each other. We learned that we are not alone. We had felt isolated. We felt afraid.
We learned that we are not alone. We learned that we can overcome our fear. We are going to feel fear going forward, but we have been there. We have done that and we understand that we can master and overcome our fear. And we learned that we can no longer sit still.
We can no longer sit on our couches and allow Canada to lose its freedoms. We've already lost our freedoms. We now have to work. We need to participate. We need to hold the line to get our freedoms back.
And we have come to understand that. So things are now very different. And most importantly, We came to understand that our God is with us. We saw God use the National Citizens Inquiry to bring healing and to bring strength. And we heard his voice calling us to return to him so that he can heal our land.
So this time will be very different. And this entire exercise, this entire inquiry should never have happened. It was totally impossible. And time and time and time again, we were on the brink of disaster and collapse, and God stepped in by bringing people forward to make this happen. And we all understand, everyone who even just watched the hearings, Understand that we have been allowed to participate in something much greater than ourselves.
And to all of you who participated and to you commissioners, I can honestly say that standing with you through this experience has been one of the most precious and honorable moments of my life. And I am deeply grateful for being able to participate. Now, commissioners, you are going to release your historic report. You have made findings. You've made positive recommendations.
The nation is going to be shocked by reading an independent report without a political agenda, a report designed to help us get our freedoms back and become the nation that we want to be. And we don't know what will happen next. We had the truckers write the 1st chapter of this story and they bought us a period of peace, a period of respite. We had the National Citizens Inquiry write the 2nd chapter, where we came together and understood that we're not alone and that we need to stand together. The next chapter is up for those watching to write.
It's for those Canadians who understand now that they must hold the line with us. It's up to them to write this next chapter. And that's the exciting part because together, we will see how we move forward and make Canada a loving, peaceful and free nation once again. Now we also know through CSIS that he's rigged the last 2, and yet he remains in power, which still boggles my mind. CSIS comes out and says it with evidence, and the RCMP tuck tail and turn your turn the other way. They don't even wanna look at it. A weak, immoral, disconnected, ignorant, and unhealthy population is an easy target for the next stage, the creation of an entire generation of androgynous beings. Look at this woman - Let us never forget! The world hasn't just become wicked...it's always been wicked. The prize doesn't always go to the most deserving. Her name is Irena Sendler She Died 12 May 2008 (aged 98) in Warsaw, Poland During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a plumbing/sewer specialist. She had an 'ulterior motive'. She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews (being German). Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger children). She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto. The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the infants' noises. During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 children/infants. She was caught, and the Nazi's broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely. Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard. After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family. Most had been gassed. Those children she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted. Last year Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was not selected. President Obama won one year before becoming President for his work as a community organizer for ACORN Al Gore won also --- for a slide show on Global Warming. Speaker 0: So here's another video. I'm at my sister's cottage tiny Ontario, Georgian Bay area, and we were walking and we saw what looked like fire burning in the sky. So we went down to the beach. There's an airplane that's circling round in circles, and that big thing there's like a big flare in the sky. And so we call 911 just in case it was, You know, a boat in trouble or something sending up flares, but it's actually not.
It's coming from the Airplane flying in circles that's dropping these big fireballs. And when I called 911, 911 said, Yes, we're well aware of it. It's the military doing their thing. So what the heck thing are they doing? That's what I would like to know.

Speaker 0: Ontario forestry companies are spraying a carcinogenic herbicide over huge swaths of our province. Look at this spray truck. This is a cut block that was harvested recently. You see all this cloud of shit coming out of the back. They're spraying with an herbicide and just going back and forth in loops.
This was sent to me by a moose hunter near Temiscaming, Ontario, which is just to the north of North Bay. This is on crown land. And, he got in touch with me because he was super concerned because he's a moose hunter and him and family essentially survive on moose meat. You can see a moose in the same field, same trail camera. I believe he said this is the exact same night that they sprayed, and the moose is feeding out on the vegetation where they just sprayed.
Here's a better shot with the same choke camera. You can see the moose feeding on this deciduous tree right here. And, so both him and me called in to the company and asked them what was up because there's signs everywhere in this area saying that they're spraying. This was the sign that was in the area. There's a number on it.
So the hunter called, I called. For some reason, they didn't call me back where I missed their call. They go back to the other guy and I quote, this is what the guy said. So this hunter, right, harvests moose meat and blueberries in this area. And the person at the forestry company said, well, I wouldn't eat the blueberries, but the moose meat should probably be fine.
It's like, what the hell is that supposed to mean, man? And why are you spraying this shit all over Ontario? So on the phone, the guy claimed the key active ingredient that they're spraying is glyphosate and glyphosate is a known carcinogen in the United States. Monsanto had to sell itself to its larger German competitor Bayer because Monsanto was facing 1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000 of dollars of lawsuit settlements from human beings in America who got cancer from glyphosate exposure. It was proved beyond a reasonable doubt in the court system.
And Monsanto was gonna go bankrupt because of all these lawsuits. So the fact that we're spraying this over, I checked online. It's estimated that every year, they spray about 90,000 hectares of Crown Land in Ontario, which is about 250,000 acres. Now I'm pro forestry, right? Forestry, when done correctly, is a very sustainable resource and it's actually really good for improving wildlife habitat.
There are many, many creatures, moose included, that actually benefit when cut blocks are made in the thick boreal forest here in Ontario. There's even an article. So this is the most recent Ontario out of doors, The Hunting Annual. There's literally an article in here called tales from the cut over. You can see here and it's about so logged areas produce big game and lifelong memories is the subtitle of the article.
It's saying that cut blocks are great places to hunt because wildlife love them. But if you're spraying these cut blocks with a carcinogenic, herbicide dousing it, and the forestry company is saying don't eat the blueberries, Well, what about all the other wild animals that are there? And it's interesting that they said on the phone that I wouldn't be worried about the moose meat. It's been shown in the industrial animal agriculture system that even though animals that eat feed that's been sprayed with glyphosate is probably bad for the animal itself. It breaks down the gut barrier.
It can cross the blood brain barrier. And obviously, it's known in mammals to be carcinogenic as it's been proven in the United States. But glyphosate is metabolized in the body. It binds to copper and manganese and it doesn't actually end up in muscle fibers. But just because it's safe to ease eat the moose meat, what about all the other creatures in the forest?
Are these mooses having fertility problems? Are they getting cancer at a higher rate? What about the frogs and the salamanders and the turtles and the insects and the birds and everything else. What about people harvesting blueberries there? So the forestry company has set this guy and myself a 100 page deck on the herbicide that they're doing.
And there's a bunch of studies in there. So I'm going through and digesting this information right now. I'll make another video as soon as humanly possible on what that deck says. But this is highly concerning to me that 250,000 acres of Ontario is being doused with glyphosate every year. This is our land.
You know who owns Crown lands in Ontario? Taxpayers, Ontario residents. We shouldn't have these companies. This is my hypothesis. They don't need to be dousing these lands in a carcinogenic service

Speaker 0: In his sleep shortly after taking it. Healthy kids are dying in their sleep, and the pathetic media blames climate change. They took it so they could play sports and because they trusted doctors, teachers, the government, media, and everybody else who pushed it. I never took it because I have 2 older sisters with Down syndrome who were injured by it when they were still babies. And I've seen documentaries and know about the lack of safety studies.
3 years ago, the media said That one death from COVID is one death too many. Today, they say that more than 10,000 people are seriously injured after taking And Health Canada deems 400 deaths after receiving it is low. That is a literal quote that I took from a newspaper Headline. What happened to the 1 death is 1 too many. Why has the story changed to 400 deaths It's wrong.
Last year, a police officer in Ottawa child abuse unit Saw sudden spike in deaths of 9 babies, so she want to investigate the cause. That is her job, to investigate when something out of the ordinary happens. She was immediately suspended and called anti ITER. Later, she was charged with trying to breach medical information of the babies and the mothers. That is crazy because at the same time, Anybody working at Wharton's or McDonald's could demand my private medical information, and nobody charged them with breaching my privacy.
Woo hoo. In fact, I got kicked out the library in Dalhousie because I didn't give my private medical information. We were now almost 3 years into the 2 weeks to flatten the curve, and they are now giving number 5 or 6 of it. More people are dropping dead than ever before, and apparently, the virus is still around. I am 13 years old and still in school, but to me, That's a clear sign that it is doing the exact opposite of what they told us.
This story is not finished. Do not get distracted by balloons or UFOs. We cannot forget the deaths and injuries of tens of thousands of people that is still going on. They are not just numbers. They are real people.
Some of them I know personally. Their lives have been changed forever. Yeah. I want to ask The people who work for CBC and the other media, the police, the government, the doctors, the nurses, and the teachers, If you really can't see what is happening, imagine that your child suddenly drops dead. No autopsy is done, and they tell you the cause is climate change or playing too many video games, would you be satisfied with that answer?
It is your job to protect us, to inform us, to investigate. Then why are you not doing that? I'm standing up here speaking to you because the truth is they don't listen to kids like me. They don't wanna hear my opinion unless I agree with Everything they say. I send letters to the minister of health and have never received an answer.
I want to say to all the people who follow orders without thinking or who cooperate against better judgment, I don't care if you kick me out the libraries, Tim Hortons, or hockey again. I will not be forced or blackmailed by doughnuts into taking something that has death or disability as a side effect. I live in a free country, and I'm free to make my own choice.
