During the riots, one individual was apprehended for obstructing law enforcement personnel and utilizing caltrops to deflate the tires of law enforcement vehicles. Upon apprehension, the subject was found in possession of a bag containing several similar devices. The subject was arrested.

The @WashingtonPost is pushing a heinous smear that the U.S. Coast Guard no longer forbids or otherwise downgraded the forbiddance of swastikas, nooses etc. It’s a disgusting lie. USCG policy strictly prohibits these symbols—in fact, the 2025 version strengthens our ability to report, investigate and prosecute those who violate such policy. America can be proud of our brave men and women of the US Coast Guard who so valiantly defend our nation and its people.

🚨Two of the MONSTERS who opened fire on a children’s baseball field in Katy, Texas, gained status and even U.S. citizenship under the Biden Administration. Mustafa Mohammad Matalgah and Ahmad Mawed ruthlessly opened fire hitting the team’s coach while he was leading a prayer. These individuals should never have been allowed into our country. Under @POTUS Trump, and @Sec_Noem we are working to prevent attacks like these from ever happening again.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
This sob story being pushed by @Reuters is PATHETIC. Here are the FACTS: Giovanna Hernandez Martinez was tailgating a law enforcement vehicle, passed them erratically at 80 MPH, and cut them off. Upon witnessing this reckless driving, ICE and local police initiated a traffic stop and discovered she was an illegal alien from Mexico. Unlike the Biden Administration, we are NOT going to ignore the law. When we encounter an illegal alien, they will be arrested and face the consequences for illegally entering the U.S.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
This is nothing but lying for likes. Once again, activists and the media are attempting to smear our brave ICE law enforcement who are already facing an 830% increase in assaults against them. ICE did not give immigration attorney Trisha Chatterjee, the woman in the TikTok video, a phone number to a Taco Bell. After she posted the video, ICE even attempted to reach out to her to get her information on her clients. She was provided several avenues to directly contact ICE and help resolve any issues, but she has made no attempt to contact the agency.

ICE Los Angeles arrested Elkis Lazaro Hermida, a Cuban criminal illegal alien convicted for lewd acts with a child. This child predator is now in ICE custody pending removal. To the LA Rioters: @ICEgov WILL continue to enforce the law and arrest criminal illegal aliens. https://t.co/vWxfRTnMEe

WATCH: On June 10, ICE officers served a search warrant related to narcotics in Peoria, AZ. As rioters gathered at the scene one of the rioters assaults an officer. He was arrested for Aggravated Assault on an Officer by the Peoria Police Department. President Trump and Secretary Noem have been clear: our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
This is blatantly FALSE. @ICEgov is NOT in homeless shelters, ERs and schools. This rhetoric from @MayorOfLA and California politicians demonizes the brave men and women of law enforcement. https://t.co/eodKsTAGNY
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
This was no hit and run. This was a targeted arrest of a violent rioter who punched a CBP officer. When Homeland Security Investigations tried to arrest Christian Damian Cerno-Camacho for the assault, he attempted to flee. He was ultimately arrested and taken into custody. Our officers are facing a 413% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest murders, rapists, and gang members. Secretary Noem’s message to the LA rioters is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Senator Padilla chose disrespectful political theatre and interrupted a live press conference without identifying himself or having his Senate security pin on as he lunged toward Secretary Noem. Mr. Padilla was told repeatedly to back away and did not comply with officers’ repeated commands. @SecretService thought he was an attacker and officers acted appropriately. Secretary Noem met with Senator Padilla after and held a 15 minute meeting.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
FALSE. The Los Angeles Police Department was notified two days before the ICE operation begin in LA. There was no excuse for the LAPD to take two hours to respond to calls for help from our federal law enforcement on Friday night. During those two hours 1,000 rioters gathered outside a federal law enforcement building and assaulted ICE law enforcement officers, slashed tires, defaced buildings, and taxpayer funded property. DHS is grateful that ultimately the LAPD stepped up to help federal enforcement restore law and order.

The violent targeting of law enforcement in Los Angeles by lawless protestors is despicable. These men and women work every day, putting their lives on the line, to protect and defend the lives of American citizens. Mayor Bass, ICE is not responsible for “sowing a sense of terror” the protestors YOU enabled are.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Many of the unaccompanied children who came across the border are victims of smugglers and sex traffickers. DHS is leading efforts to conduct welfare checks on these children to ensure they are safe and not being exploited. These welfare checks have resulted in arrests of some sponsors of these unaccompanied minors and as a result the children have been placed in the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) custody. There have been countless horror stories about the mistreatment and abuse of children our agents have uncovered during these welfare checks. Unlike the previous administration, @POTUS Trump and @Sec_Noem take the responsibility to protect children seriously and will continue to work with federal law enforcement to reunite children with their families.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Early reporting that Vargas and her family were actively being deported was COMPLETELY FALSE. Once again, the mainstream media lied to the American people, this time about a young girl who was not in danger of being deported. The family applied with USCIS for humanitarian parole on May 14, 2025. Vargas and her family have been approved to stay in the United States as their daughter receives medical attention.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Attacks and demonization of our brave law enforcement sickening and demented. When our heroic law enforcement officers conduct operations, they clearly identify themselves as law enforcement while wearing masks to protect themselves from being targeted by known and suspected gang members, murders, and rapists. ICE officers are now facing a 413% increase in assaults.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
The American public should know the heinous crimes of the illegal aliens that an activist judge is trying to return to U.S. soil. https://t.co/XL71RySvT5
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Threatening to put a bullet in the heads of our ICE agents doing their job is inexcusable. Attacks and demonization of our brave law enforcement is WRONG. It is because of threats like this our ICE officers are facing a 413% increase in assaults while carrying out arrests. https://t.co/ypqRAwFYHB
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
It is absolutely sickening to compare ICE law enforcement agents to the Gestapo. Attacks and demonization of ICE and our partners is wrong. ICE officers are now facing a 413% increase in assaults. Our message is clear: DO NOT come to this country illegally. If you do, we will arrest you, deport you and you will never return.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
The narrative that DHS is deporting American children is false and irresponsible reporting. Rather than separate their families, ICE asked the mothers if they wanted to be removed with their children or if they wanted ICE to place the children with someone safe the parent designates. In this case, when Parra was taken into ICE custody she chose to bring her children with her to Mexico. Denisse Parra-Vargas failed to appear before her immigration judge and was issued a final order of removal in 2019. Parents, who are here illegally, can take control of their departure. Through the CBP Home App— the Trump Administration is giving parents illegally in the country a chance to take full control of their departure and self-deport, with the potential ability to return the legal, right way and come back to live the American dream.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
The individual was lawfully detained after lying to federal officers about carrying substances into the country. A subsequent K9 inspection uncovered undeclared petri dishes, containers of unknown substances, and loose vials of embryonic frog cells, all without proper permits. Messages found on her phone revealed she planned to smuggle the materials through customs without declaring them. She knowingly broke the law and took deliberate steps to evade it.

Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member, illegal alien from El Salvador, and suspected human trafficker. The facts reveal he was pulled over with eight individuals in a car traveling from Texas to Maryland with no luggage. The media’s sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
THE FACTS: - Abrego Garcia was illegally in the U.S. and had a lawful deportation order. - Garicia was arrested and found with rolls of cash and drugs. - Garcia was arrested with two other members of MS-13. - Two Judges found that Garcia was a member of MS-13. - Garcia’s wife petitioned for an order of protection after instances of domestic violence.
@DHSgov - Homeland Security
Kilmar Abrego Garcia had a history of violence and was not the upstanding “Maryland Man” the media has portrayed him as. According to court filings, Garcia’s wife sought a domestic violence restraining order against him, claiming he punched, scratched, and ripped off her shirt, among other harm. This MS-13 gang member is not a sympathetic figure.
