This is just wrong. And my heart goes out to his family, to his friends, but we just cannot be a country that turns to violence when we disagree. Senator Warren says Congress can act on gun safety after every killing, noting "we have more gun deaths than most other nations" and that Massachusetts rules could reduce fatalities nationwide. She asks what Republicans will do following this Denver shooting and says "School shootings happen every single day." She urges modest steps like background checks that most of America supports. She argues Republicans bend to Trump and the gun industry and that "And the United States Congress could act and so far simply refuses." The risks have escalated, and Congress could act.

Speaker 0: This is just wrong. And my heart goes out to his family, to his friends, but we just cannot be a country that turns to violence when we disagree. Speaker 1: We just can't. What can congress do about it, senator? Speaker 0: Well, one thing congress can do is gun safety. And every time there's a killing, the republicans say this is not the time to talk about gun safety. And yet we have to as a nation. We have more gun deaths than most other nations, and we don't keep our children, our friends, our neighbors safe by just putting ordinary gun safety rules in place. You know, I just wanna say this coming from Massachusetts. If the rest of the country would just follow the rules we follow in Massachusetts, we could reduce fatalities all over this country. And plenty of people who are hunters and who use guns for sport still have lots of activities in Massachusetts. But at least we make it a little tougher to use guns for harming other human beings. What do Speaker 1: you say to people who saying the Democrats need to lower the temperatures or talking to maybe even, you know Speaker 0: Right. Why don't you start with the president of The United States? Right. And every ugly meme he has posted and every ugly word. He is the leader of this nation. And I think that when he's posting things like he did just a couple of days ago, trying to show an entire city on fire and a reference to helicopters in in effect, throwing people out of helicopters and showing himself as some kind of big chest beating of of of threat, then I just don't wanna hear this from the Republicans. Speaker 1: Do you think politicians on both sides have a role to play here though in trying to turn the rhetoric down? Speaker 0: I think what we have to say is, a, violence is not the answer, and we are willing to take steps so that violence in this country is not so legal. Do we have a single Republican who will stand up and join us following this school shooting out in Denver at the same time? School shootings happen every single day. They have become commonplace in this country. It's hard now to actually get attention when someone has been mowed down with a gun, and congress could change that and should change that. Speaker 1: I just asked senator Cassidy that same question before you, and you said you Congress can't change the heart of a man. You Speaker 0: can change whether or not they have a lethal weapon in their hands, and the likelihood that they will be able to kill another person or to kill themselves goes up if they have a lethal weapon. It just those are the facts. And Republicans wanna turn their backs on that because it is more politically expedient. But they are not making anybody safer. Speaker 1: A lot of people are saying that political violence has no place in our country, but it clearly does have some place in our country. Life now. Yeah. It's a fact is it just a fact of life now that there's Speaker 0: a I don't want it to be a fact of life. And that's what we have to keep say we have to keep saying no violence, but we also need to back it up with actions. And backing it up with actions means just taking some modest steps for gun safety. And and remember here, most of America agrees with us on modest steps on gun safety, on things like background checks. This is what America wants to do to protect our children. And yet, the Republican Party, just as they bend a knee to Donald Trump, bends a knee to a gun industry that continues to make money by stirring everyone up and making sure that everyone has access to every possible lethal weapon. And that puts all of us at risk. It puts our children at risk. It puts leaders at risk, and that's a real mistake for our country. Speaker 1: Senator Warren, do you feel safe given all this violence? How Speaker 0: can anybody feel safe today? I I worry when I send my grandchildren off to school. Who doesn't? If you're if you're alive and breathing in The United States right now, you understand that the risks have simply escalated. And the United States Congress could act and so far simply refuses.

Speaker 0: A war of words has erupted between Charlie Kirk and CNN's esteemed intellectual, Van Jones, over the Charlotte stabbing. Let's get into it. Speaker 1: The narrative that they have pushed forward in the last ten years is that there is a relentless assault on against black people be on behalf of white people, and the data does not show that. In fact, it's the exact opposite. White individuals are actually more likely to be attacked, especially even per capita, by black individuals in this country. Speaker 2: People like Charlie Kirk, Fan, they've been looking for opportunities to make this some sort of, like, reciprocal George Floyd situation. And that's the part that I think he's almost giving away the game, and it it's sad to see a lot of people going along with it. Speaker 3: We don't know why that man did what he did. And for Charlie Kirk to say, we know he did it because she's white, when there's no evidence of that, it's just pure race race mongering, hate mongering. It's wrong. Speaker 0: Alright. Time out. I swear. It's amazing how uninformed these people that do these shows are, but let's clue Van into the obvious here before we continue. Speaker 1: Jack doesn't let it go. Jack let it go. I can probably believe it. Speaker 3: Then he says that if something like that had happened the other way, there'd be sweeping changes imposed on society. Where is the George Floyd policing act? It didn't pass. Even when you had a white police officer murder a black man on live television, the whole world saw Speaker 0: According to the courts, yes, a murder. But according to our two eyes and functioning brain, a fentanyl overdose by a low life criminal. But go on. Speaker 3: It's about the fact that we don't know how to deal with people who are hurting in the way this was hurting. Hurt people hurt people. Speaker 0: Yes. He was just a hurt person. So you see, we should have some empathy for him. Okay? We don't know what he was going through. That could have been you or I having a bad day and deciding to stab a woman in the neck over it. Charlie Kirk, your response. Speaker 1: Race hustler, Marxist, Van Jones. When a white person is murdered, we don't burn down the country. But when George Floyd overdosed on drugs, it's Floyd a palooza. Van Jones, he puts race in almost every situation where it doesn't exist. For example, with the death of George Floyd, Van Jones repeatedly said that was a racist attack. You know who didn't say that? Keith Ellison, who is the attorney general of Minnesota at the time, said that race did not play any role in the actions that happened with George Floyd's death. All of a sudden, when we make the left live up to their own standard of rules, there is complete silence by the entire American media. And then Van Jones goes on television and calls me a race hustler for even calling up the facts and the specifics around this case. Van Jones, he wants to keep on trying to find racial motors that don't exist, and he ignores them when they're in broad daylight in front of him on recorded video and a horrendous attack such as this. The media doesn't care about this, and we should start asking why.

WATCH: Rep. Matt Gaetz responds on Tucker Carlson Tonight to allegations of sexual misconduct: He says a former DOJ official named David McGee is trying to extort is family for money He says that the FBI and DOJ have audio recordings that will prove his innocence. https://t.co/J95AEFtxsr

Video Transcript AI Summary
Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz claims he is being extorted by a former Department of Justice official, David McGee, who demanded $20 million to stop sex trafficking allegations from surfacing. Gaetz says his father contacted the FBI, who then asked him to wear a wire during interactions with McGee. Gaetz is demanding the DOJ and FBI release audio recordings that he says will prove his innocence. Gaetz denies the New York Times report that he traveled with a 17-year-old woman, calling it "verifiably false." He believes the leak to the New York Times was intended to derail the investigation into McGee, who allegedly claimed connections to the Biden White House and offered a potential pardon. Gaetz also claims the FBI threatened a female friend of his to try to implicate him in a "pay for play scheme." He says the allegations are false and part of a smear campaign against him.

Speaker 0: Just a couple of hours ago, late this afternoon, the New York Times ran a story saying that Florida congressman Matt Gaetz is under federal investigation for playing some role in sex trafficking and potentially having a relationship with a 17 year old girl. There are very few details in major news outlets tonight about this story. We have no background on it all and not even any very informed questions. Instead, we've invited congressman Gates on the show to respond to these stories and give us his view of them. Congressman, thanks so much for coming on. Appreciate it. So this is obviously a serious allegation. Tell us what the truth is from your perspective. Speaker 1: It is a horrible allegation and it is a lie. The New York Times is running a story that I have traveled with a 17 year old woman and that is verifiably false. People can look at my travel records and see that that is not the case. What is happening is an extortion of me and my family involving a former Department of Justice official. On March 16, my father got a text message demanding a meeting wherein a person demanded 20,000,000 in exchange for making horrible sex trafficking allegations against me go away. Our family was so troubled by that, we went to the local FBI. And the FBI and the Department of Justice were so concerned about this attempted extortion of a member of congress that they asked my dad to wear a wire, which he did with the former Department of Justice official. Tonight, I am demanding that the Department of Justice and the FBI release the audio recordings that were made under their supervision and at their direction, which will prove my innocence and that will show that these allegations aren't true. They're merely intended to try to bleed my family out of money. And this former Department of Justice official tomorrow was supposed to be contacted by my father so that specific instructions could be given regarding the wiring of $4,500,000 as a down payment on this bribe. I don't think it's a coincidence that tonight, somehow, The New York Times is leaking this information, smearing me, and ruining the investigation that would likely result in one of the former colleagues of the current DOJ being brought to justice for trying to extort me and my family. Speaker 0: So a cup a couple of obvious questions that come to mind, and again, just to restate, this just happened, don't have any information beyond what we've already said and you have said. Who first of all, who is this Department of Justice former employee who's trying to extort the money from you, you say? Speaker 1: His name is David McGee. He was a top official in the leadership the Northern District Of Florida as a prosecutor. He currently works at the Beggs and Lane law firm. As a matter of fact, one of the recordings that was made at the FBI and Department of Justice request occurred at that law firm, and the money that was supposed to be paid today that would have shown even more evidence of David McGee's work in this extortion scheme, that was foiled by the New York Times story, and I believe that's why this this horrible information and these terrible allegations have been used this evening. Speaker 0: So you're and and I'll get to the investigation in a sec. But but you're saying that David McGee was motivated by greed. He was trying to extort money from your family. That's his motivation, you're saying? Speaker 1: I know that there was a demand for money in exchange for a commitment that he could make this investigation go away along with his co conspirators. They even claimed to have specific connections inside the Biden White House. Now, I don't know if that's true. They were promising that Joe Biden would pardon me. Obviously, I don't need a pardon. I'm not seeking a pardon. I've not done anything improper or wrong. But what I am troubled by, is the real motivation for all of this. You know, just tonight, Ted Lou, a Democrat, is calling on me to be removed from the House Judiciary committee. And I believe we are in an era of our politics now, Tucker, where people are smeared to try to take them out of the conversation. I'm not the only person on screen right now who's been falsely accused of a terrible sex act. You were accused of something that you did not do, and so you know what this feels like. You know the pain it can bring to your family, and you know how it just puts people on defense when you're accused of something so salacious and awful, but it did not happen. It is not true. And the fact that it is the basis of this attempt to extort my family tells a lot. And if the FBI and Department of Justice will release the tapes that they are in possession of, the American people will see what is really going on. Speaker 0: You just referred to a mentally ill viewer who accused me of a sex crime twenty years ago, and it of course, it was it was not true. Never met the person. But but I I do agree with you that being accused falsely is one of the worst things that can happen, and you do see it a lot. Let's go back to the investigation. You you say that it was, that it was or is underway. There was an investigation. What is the basis of that investigation? What is the allegation? Is that really not very clear from these news stories? Speaker 1: Yeah. Again, I only know what I've read in the New York Times. I can say that actually you and I went to dinner, about two years ago. Your wife was there and I brought a friend of mine. You'll remember her. And she was actually threatened by the FBI, told that if she wouldn't cop to the fact that somehow I was involved in some pay for play scheme, that she could face trouble. And so I do believe that there are people at the Department of Justice who are trying to smear me, you know, providing for flights and hotel rooms for people that you're dating who are of legal age is not a crime. And I'm just troubled that the lack of any sort of legitimate investigation into me would then permute, would then convert into this extortion attempt. Speaker 0: I I I don't remember the the woman you're speaking of or the context at all honestly, but I I would like to know who, so they're saying there is a 17 year old girl who, you had a relationship with. Is that true? And who are they who is this girl? What are they talking about in the New York Times? Speaker 1: The person doesn't exist. I have not had a relationship with a 17 year old. That is totally false. The allegation as I read in the New York Times, is that I've traveled with some 17 year old in some relationship. That is false, and records will bear that out to be false. Speaker 0: How how long has this investigation been going on? Do you know? Speaker 1: I I don't know. Speaker 0: When were you first informed of it? Speaker 1: You know, again, I I I really saw this as a deeply troubling challenge for my family on March 16 when people were, you know, talking about a minor and that there were pictures of me with child prostitutes. That's obviously false. There will be no such pictures because no such thing happened. But really on March 16 was when this got going from the extortion standpoint. Speaker 0: So what what happens next? I mean, you you can see there is this investigation, I guess a criminal investigation. I'm not quite sure where the sex trafficking part comes in. I don't again, for the fifth time, I don't really understand the story very well. But where does it go from here? I mean, you're you've made an allegation against someone by name on the air and accused him of trying to extort millions of dollars from your family. What happens tomorrow? Speaker 1: Well, what was supposed to happen, was the transfer of this money that would have implicated the former colleague of these current DOJ officials. But that's obviously not going to happen tomorrow because the New York Times story was leaked in order to quell that investigative effort. So here's what needs to happen next. The FBI and the Department of Justice must release the tapes that are in their possession that were done at their direction. Those tapes will show that I am innocent and that the whole concept of sex charges against me was really just a way to try to bleed my family out of money and probably smear my name because I am a well known outspoken conservative, and I guess that's out of style in a lot of parts of the country right now. Speaker 0: Matt Gaetz, I appreciate you coming on tonight. Speaker 1: So Thanks for giving me the chance to tell the truth. I appreciate it. Speaker 0: It's a more interesting and complicated story than I knew from reading about. Thank you very much. So we have just been informed that we may have

Do you con Taylor, do you condemn people that call for assassination? Speaker 1: Gonna ask if I condemn Hamas next. This is crazy. I would love for you to acknowledge what I'm actually saying, Sean, and you we seem to be talking past each other. I wanna talk about the fact Speaker 0: that half of the are like because Speaker 1: of cost. We need to talk about that 70% of Americans, by the way, believe that the insurance company practices are responsible in part for Thompson's death. These are signs of an unhelpful Speaker 0: put a rationalization. I am saying anybody that wants to assassinate anyone in some person is wrong. I don't care if it's a democrat or republican or a father or a husband, and I speak that that is a simple truth that anyone with a heart would would easily say on national TV that you're having a hard time with. Speaker 1: If you want to prevent further deaths and you don't want gun violence in the street, which I think we both are aligned in in wanting. Right? We want peace. We do not want violence in this country no matter what side of the political aisle it's coming from. You need to understand motives, and you need to understand ideology that people have. And that is what what my job Speaker 0: is basics. I'm gonna help you out. Why don't you first condemn those that wanna be involved in assassination and stop talking about them being handsome and smart and intelligent and Speaker 1: I'm not I didn't say what I believe, but I Speaker 0: it's just right. Speaker 1: I am describing his supporters who do believe that, and I think it's very important. Just the way that I would try to understand the ideology Speaker 0: of his supporters last last question. Speaker 1: Unite the right rally. I would try to understand the ideology of any of anyone that would advocate for violence in Speaker 0: this country. What is supporters? Speaker 1: Once again, I believe in free speech. I believe in free speech. If they have not committed any crimes, whose supporters are outside just saying things. They're not committing any sort Speaker 0: of acts of violence. You won't condemn his supporters. You won't say what they're doing is repulsive. Speaker 1: Once again, Sean, I believe in free speech and the right to free expression. I I seem to be in the minority. Speaker 0: The difference between assassination and speech, do you condemn those that support violence and, in this case, praise Louis Luigi Mangione? Speaker 1: You asked again, the people that are showing up outside Speaker 0: We're going around the meeting. I gotta go. Speaker 1: Exercising their free their right to free speech. They are talking about the fact that over three hundred and twenty thousand people died from lack of health insurance in the first two years of the pandemic Speaker 0: alone. With us. Speaker 1: Are things that we need to acknowledge if we ever wanna fix our system. We have a violent, violent health care system, Sean, and it needs reform, and that's what we should be focusing on. That's the violence we should center. Speaker 0: And people that have a platform like yours should speak out loudly and clearly and unambiguously, and you won't do it. Appreciate you being on. The US government claims Russia is engaging in disinformation campaigns and planning a false flag operation in Eastern Ukraine, including a propaganda film. This information is based on declassified intelligence. A reporter challenges the claim, demanding evidence beyond statements from the US government. He likens the unproven claims to "crisis actors" and "Alex Jones territory." The US government official states that releasing the specific intelligence information would compromise sources and methods. The goal of publicizing the intelligence is to deter Russia and, failing that, to expose Russia's attempt to fabricate a pretext for action. The reporter insists that without evidence, the claims are unprovable and require the public to simply believe the US government's statements. The US government counters that declassification occurs only when confident in the information's credibility.

The Speaker 0: fact What action? Speaker 1: What the fact that Russia continues to engage, in disinformation Speaker 2: campaigns. Made an allegation that they might do that. Speaker 0: Have they actually done it? Speaker 1: What we know, Matt, is what we what I have just said, that they have engaged in this activity, in this planning activity. But but let me let me because because, obviously, this is not this is not the first time we've made, these reports public. You'll remember that just a few weeks ago. Speaker 2: I'm sorry. You made made what report public? Speaker 1: If you let me finish, I will tell you what report Speaker 2: we made public. Speaker 1: We told you a few weeks ago that we have information indicating Russia also has already prepositioned a group of operatives to conduct a false flag operation in Eastern Ukraine. So that, Matt, to your question, is an action that Russia has already taken. Speaker 2: It's an action that you say that they have taken, but you have shown no evidence to to to to confirm that. And I'm gonna get to the next question here, which is what is the evidence that they I mean, this is, like, crisis actors, really. This is like, Alex Jones territory you're getting into now. What evidence do you have to support the idea that there is some propaganda film in the in in the making? Speaker 1: Matt, this is derived from information known to the US government, intelligence information that we have declassified. I think you Speaker 2: have Okay. Well, where where is it? Where where is this information? Speaker 1: It is intelligence information that we have declassified. Speaker 2: Well, where is it? Where is the declassified information? I just delivered it. No. You made a series of allegations Speaker 1: and statements. Would you like us to print out the topper? Because you will see a transcript of this briefing that you can print out for yourself. Speaker 2: That's not evidence, Ned. That's you saying it. That's not evidence. I'm sorry. Speaker 1: What would you like, Matt? Speaker 2: I I I would like to see some proof that you that that that that that that you can show that that Matt, you have been that that shows that that that shows that the Russians are doing it. Ned, I've been doing this for Speaker 1: a while. I know. That was my past. You you have you you have been doing this for quite a while. You know that when we declassify intelligence Speaker 2: information That's right. We do so Speaker 1: in in a means wreck. Do so we do so with an eye to protecting sources and methods. Speaker 2: Not gonna fall. I I remember a lot of things. So where where where is the declassified information other than you coming out here and saying? Speaker 1: Matt, I'm sorry you don't like the format, but we have declassified Speaker 2: format is the content. Speaker 1: I'm sorry you don't like the content. I'm sorry you I'm sorry you are doubting the information that is in the possession of the US government. Speaker 2: No. Speaker 1: I What I'm telling you is that this is information that's available to us. We are making it available to you, in order, for a couple reasons. One is to attempt to deter the Russians Russians from going ahead with this activity. Two, in the event we're not able to do that, in the event the Russians do go ahead with this, to make it clear as day, to lay bare the fact that this has always been an attempt on the part of the Russian Federation to fabricate a pretext. Speaker 2: Yeah. But you don't have any any evidence to back it up other than what you're saying. It's like you're saying, we think we we we have evidence information the Russians may do this, but you won't tell us what the information is. And then when when you're That Speaker 1: that is the idea behind deterrence, Matt. That is the idea behind deterrence. And when you hope that the Russians don't go forward with this. Is Speaker 2: you say, I just gave it to you. But that's not what Speaker 1: You you seem not to understand you seem not to understand the idea Speaker 2: of deterrence. Are trying to deter Speaker 1: the Russians from moving forward with this type of activity. That is why we're making it public today. If the Russians don't go forward with this, that is not, ipso facto, an indication that they never had plans to do so. Speaker 2: But then it's unprovable. I mean, my god. What is the evidence that you have that suggests that that that the Russians are even planning this? Speaker 1: Not yet. Speaker 2: I mean, I'm not saying that they're not, but you just come out and say this and expect us just to to to believe it without you showing a shred of evidence that it's actually true other than when I ask or when anyone else asks, what's the information? You said, well, I just gave it to you, which was just you making a statement. Speaker 1: Matt, you said yourself, you've been in this business for quite a long time. You know that when we make information intelligence information public, we do so in a in a way that protects sensitive sources and methods. You also know that we do so, we declassify information only when we're confident in that information. If you doubt if you doubt the the credibility of the US government, of the British government, of other governments and wanna, you know, find solace in information that the Russians are putting out, that is that is for you to do. Speaker 2: I'm not asking what what the Russian government is putting out. And what do we what is this supposed to be?

The Old Border Czar VS The New Border Czar

Video Transcript AI Summary
To the millions of illegal aliens being released, it's time to start packing. We've been to the border, and the claims of a crisis are exaggerated. Mass deportation can happen without separating families; families can be deported together. The narrative of an invasion is a fabrication. Criminal cartels are responsible for significant drug trafficking and violence, and they will face severe consequences. There's a notable increase in sex trafficking and terrorism at the border, marking a major national security issue. The current administration's approach is seen as a vanity project, and I will not support building a wall. We need effective solutions, not just a wall, to address this situation.

Speaker 0: I got a message to the millions of illegal aliens that Joe Biden's releasing our country in violation of federal law. You better start packing now. Speaker 1: We are going to the border. We've been to the border. So this whole this whole this whole thing about the border, we've been to the border. We've been to the border. Speaker 0: You haven't been to the border? Speaker 2: And I haven't been to Europe. And I mean, I don't I don't understand the point that you're making. Speaker 3: I hear a lot of people say, you know, the talk of a mass deportation is racist. It's, it's threatening to immigrant community. It's not threatening to the immigrant community. It should be threatening to the illegal immigrant community. Speaker 2: Is there a way to carry out mass deportation without separating families? Speaker 0: Courses. Speaker 3: Families can be deported together. Speaker 2: It is not an emergency. We are not facing a crisis. We have a president in the United States who has created a fiction about a crisis at the border, and he has held up the United States government and its workers around his vanity project called the law. Speaker 3: To the Speaker 0: criminal cartels in Mexico, you smuggled enough fentanyl across this country to kill a 100 and 48,000 young Americans. You have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined. And that's when president Trump gets back in office. He's gonna designate you a terrorist organization. He's gonna wipe you off the face of the earth. You're done. You're done. Speaker 2: This the idea that he is trying to say that we have people that are trying to invade our country to commit mass crime is a crisis of his own making. I specialize in transnational criminal organizations. That's that law ain't gonna stop them. No. No. No. Speaker 0: There's a 600% increase in sex trafficking in women and children. Arrested more terrorists coming across the border in 1 month than Trump had in 4 years. This is the biggest national security vulnerability this country's ever had. Donald Trump will be the president. I'll be in the middle of running the biggest deportation operation this country's ever seen. Speaker 2: I am not for a wall. We don't need to build a wall. This is a crisis of his own making. The president of the United States has a vanity project that he doesn't wanna give up. It's the president's vanity project. Mhmm. This issue is about a vanity project for this president. Right. The president's vanity project. Let me be very clear. I'm not gonna vote for a wall under any circumstances. It will not end with a wall. It will not end with a wall. It will Speaker 0: not end with a wall? No. Alright. He comes back. I come back. We fix his shit.

Here is the rest of Tucker's segment where he talks about the evidence that has been presented of voter fraud in this election. https://t.co/oOIM2hp3Tv

Video Transcript AI Summary
To lower tensions and unite the country, we must investigate election irregularities. Allegations include ballots being backdated in Detroit, late unsealed ballots counted for Democrats, and deceased individuals voting. Whistleblowers in Nevada reported witnessing voter fraud. An election official in Georgia admitted to finding illegal and double voters on the rolls. False claims of fraud are harmful, so we must approach this issue carefully and responsibly.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Voluntary arrangement. Telling voters to shut up is never enough. So in this case, tonight, there's only one way to lower the national temperature and unite the country. We need to find out exactly what happened in this election. And there are questions. And that means we have to answer them. For example, in Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Michigan, the Trump campaign has now collected signed affidavits that attest to criminal activity during the voting process. In the city of Detroit, witnesses have alleged under oath that ballots were improperly backdated and counted without matching signatures. 1 poll watcher alleges that 40,000 late unsealed absentee ballots were counted orally, and all of them went for Democrats. In the state of Nevada, 8 whistle blowers from within the Nevada election department say they witnessed voter fraud abetted by other election officials and by their supervisors. According to one affidavit, a poll worker saw people bringing handfuls of ballots to Biden Harris campaign van. Those ballots were then filled out at the van placed in return envelopes. Eventually, Biden's supporters formed a wall to block outsiders from seeing what they were doing. Meanwhile, according to voting records, people who were not even alive still somehow managed to vote on Tuesday. In New York, deceased voters caps to ask absentee ballots. On October 9th in Nevada, a man called Fred Stokes junior mailed in his vote. The only problem was Fred Stokes junior died 3 years ago at the age of 92. The Republican Party of Nevada says it is aware of 100 of other potential cases of dead people casting ballots. In Pennsylvania, records show turnout from several people who were born in the 19th century. They apparently rose from their graves to vote. Now all of that is real. We spent all weekend checking it. False claims of fraud can be every bit as destructive as the fraud itself. So we need to be careful and responsible. All of us. But what we just told you is true. And there's more of it. Just hours ago in the state of Georgia, an election official admitted they will find illegal and double voters when they check the voter rolls. Let me be perfectly clear on another point.

Attorney for Bryan Malinowski, a Little Rock airport exec who was killed in an ATF raid testified before the House Judiciary Committee. @Jim_Jordan: “Cover up the doorbell, no body-cams, what are they trying to hide?” https://t.co/IAHuQypTsb

Brian Malinowski, the highest-paid city employee in Little Rock, was targeted by ATF agents despite not selling firearms as his principal livelihood. He was fatally shot during a raid at his home, raising questions about the necessity and handling of the operation. The agents' treatment of his spouse and the lack of body cams further fuel suspicions of misconduct. The motive behind the raid and the lack of transparency in the investigation remain unclear. Translation: Brian Malinowski, a city official in Little Rock, was killed during a raid despite not being a gun seller. The circumstances of the raid and the agents' actions are under scrutiny for potential misconduct and lack of transparency.

Speaker 0: Mister Cummings, what was, what was Brian Malinowski's principal livelihood? Speaker 1: He was the highest paid city employee in the city of Little Rock as the executive director of the, Little Rock Airport and its matter of public record. I think he made about $260,000 a year. Speaker 0: So it wasn't selling guns? No, sir. This was, a And the rule at the time the law the law at the time says, if your principal livelihood is not in selling firearms, you do not need an FFL. Is that is is that accurate? Speaker 1: That's my understanding to the best you can have. So what what Speaker 0: did he What was the crime? What did he do wrong? You'd have Speaker 1: to ask ATF. They decided that he'd committed maybe he'd committed a crime even though. Speaker 0: Now, this this standard has changed, but the new rule didn't take effect until this this past Monday. Is that right? That's correct. And even under the new standard, there's a question of whether he was in violation of the law. Is that accurate? A huge question. Huge question. But under the old standard, it was pretty simple. Is your principal livelihood selling firearms? That's correct. And for Brian Malinowski, it wasn't. Obviously not. It wasn't. And yet, at 6:0:2 on March 19th, 10 cars pull up to his home into the gentlelady behind you's home, come up to the door in tactical gear, and put a tape across the doorbell camera, so no one can see what's gonna go on. Correct. Now, that's scary to me. I'm sorry. If the guy had done if he had if he had for sure done something wrong in crime, okay. But they do that. And then 57 seconds later, gunshots erupt, and Brian Malinowski is no longer with us. A good man by your you knew the guy. Served your community. Highest paid city official in Little Rock. What the heck do you think is going on here? Speaker 1: That's the question on the lips of every person in Arkansas that's asked that's contacted me, and that's a a large number of people. Speaker 0: And is isn't it true that a week before, these same agents were there in the Walmart parking lot, close by the Malinowski home, going to go execute the search warrant, and then decided not to because Brian Malinowski wasn't home? Why was this so critical that he'd be home? Speaker 1: I don't know, mister chairman. It's it it was a search warrant. They in fact, they could have waited till nobody was home and come and they wanted to kick the door down. They could have come at noon and kicked the door down when mayor and Brian were both gone. Speaker 0: And searched and found whatever they were looking for. Exactly. And anything they wanted on mister Malinowski, if they wanted his phone or anything, they could've served that warrant. They could have got a warrant for that. I'm sure the judge would have given it to him, and they could have done that at the airport. Correct. At his principal livelihood. At the airport. Correct? Correct. Then they add insult to injury. This is the part that just, I I know, infuriates mister Hill as your member of Congress. And I would bet any American to add insult to injury the way they treated his spouse. Missus Malinowski, sitting behind you, the way they treated her at a moment that maybe the most high anxiety moment in any individual's life, their spouse has just been shot. That to me is, like, unbelievable. What she had to go through. Speaker 1: It makes me very angry. Speaker 0: Well, it should. It should make all of us angry. Dude, I think it makes a Democrat. There's no there's no explanation for that. That to me and and if and if you and I keep coming back to was this done for some kind of intimidate we've seen this from other agencies, frankly. Intimidation. We had the FBI, mister Hauck, come in, arrest him in front of his wife and children. Same thing. Pre dawn raid, 7 kids there, take him away. When his attorney said, we'll be happy to work with you. You'd have been happy to work with these guys if they had contacted you or any Absolutely. That's the part that gets us. That's the part that what was his principal livelihood? It was not selling firearms. I can't figure out what the crime is. And they oh, by by the way, any of the guns, any of the firearms that mister Malinowski sold as part of his hobby excuse me. Any of them ever be used were were any of them were ever used in a crime? Speaker 1: The affidavit alleges that they were they were found in crimes, but the crimes were 3 traffic stops where there was marijuana and a firearm in the car. So that was a crime. And But the crime 2 other ones, but they were never fired in the commission of a crime. Speaker 0: Themselves were never used in the Speaker 1: They were never used in the commission of a crime according to the affidavit. Speaker 0: Yeah. So you you asked it in your testimony, you said the right thing. Why? Why did they do it? Why did this happen so far? That's what that's what we're gonna try to find out tomorrow. Mister Dunelbach will be sitting right where you guys are sitting. We're gonna ask some questions about this. He's probably gonna say ongoing investigation, but we're gonna push him as hard as we can. If we're trying to figure out why they would behave in this way, and why they didn't wear body cams. It's almost like, what are they trying to hide? Cover up the doorbell, no body cams. What are they trying to hide?

We should finish the wall, add more border control, and ports of entry. President Trump was close to finishing the wall. Mexico helped us with soldiers. We met once when you were actually still on TV. As a journalist, yeah. Look forward to it. I think you're going to have a great race. It's going to be a knock-down drag-out. And unfortunately, our border is wide open. Me, Will, Kirsten have had a lot of time to do something about it. And even the Democrats are upset about it, Reuben. I think there's a lot we can still do. We've been doing some good work. I think there's some common ground I could find on. Look, we need to figure out how to get people here legally so they don't go through the illegal manner. We've got plenty of people here. The problem is we have plenty of people here right now. We have millions of people here. Fentanyl. Fentanyl. Fentanyl has killed more young people. And you've had an opportunity to vote. This is Reuben Gallego. Our border is wide open. He's trying to run for Senate. Our border is wide open. Fentanyl is killing our young people. No, it's coming all over. But that's not acceptable. Under President Trump, we had a secure border. And I'm telling you. But look, I look forward to working together if we can. And obviously we're going to have more conversations about this. Well, we're going to have conversations. I think it's great that we're going to have a civil conversation too. Civil, absolutely. But you know what's not civil? People dying on the streets. And in your district. Our state. In your district. Our state. No, it's your district. You have the fastest growing homeless population in the country. My district also has the fastest growing economy in the country. And this is our state. This is our problem. So you're okay. No, I have a solution for our homeless population. And I look forward to working together. You did. And this guy wants to destroy our country. He really does. You have the fastest growing homeless population in the country. In your district. You've got veterans dying. And you're voting to cut veterans. That's absolutely not true. That is absolutely true. I just saw your vote. I just passed the PAC Act. I've worked as a veteran. I've received VA benefits myself. Thank you. Good to see you. I appreciate your service to our country. But I sure wish that you'd care more about our border. We're a border state. I do care about the border. As a matter of fact, I will go down the border with you. Let's talk to the mayors. Let's get together. I'm glad that you finally are going down to the border. Because you've had a chance to vote on it. You've had a chance to vote on it. Look, let's go down the border together. Let's get the mayors together. Let's talk about some really sane solutions that aren't just easy answers. You know what we're saying? You know what we're saying? Putting up more border. Ruben. Ruben. Ruben. Ruben. Helping out more background checks. Ruben, we have to finish the wall. You do realize Joe Biden. That's not a simple answer. You do realize. Yes, it is simple. You do realize that Joe Biden. There's a lot of things we could do. We should do some border wall. We should add some more border control. We should add some ports of entries. There's a lot of things we could do. But just one thing does not answer it at all. You do realize that President Trump was on the verge of finishing the border wall. He was doing it without support. Right. May I finish? No. Or would you just like to interrupt? You just want to interrupt? I believe it was only 50 miles. And Mexico was supposed to pay for it, and he never did. Mexico helped us immensely with tens of thousands of soldiers. They did not pay for it. Ruben. So let's be clear. Joe Biden, your hero, gave away $300 million in border wall materials. You know that. For nothing. That is absolutely true. We're still waiting for Mexico to pay for it. You know what? Mexico chipped in. This is something that you and I can work together on. No, I'm not working together with you. I'm going to beat you. I'm going to beat you. We're going to save Arizona.

Speaker 0: The byproduct, unfortunately, of today's Democratic Party's blind pursuit of power and their rejection of this truth that we are all God's children is that they reduce each of us to the color of our skin or our gender or our sex, and they're using identity politics to tear us apart, fomenting anti white racism and fanning the flames of divisiveness just so they can score a few political points. What's so disturbing about all of this is this is not something they're trying to hide. They're proud of it. They celebrate it. They promote unity, even though what they are actually doing is betraying the dream of Martin Luther King Junior. Their actions betray his wish that we would be judged not by the color of our skin, but by the content of our character. They have become in doing so the racist that they claim to hate. You heard from Riley Gaines earlier, what an incredibly brave and courageous woman who embodies the consequence of what happens when the Democrats reject the existence of objective truth. They reject the truth that we as women exist and even as they continue to claim that they are the ones who were champions for women. They are the ones my my pred not my predecessor, but the woman who who held the seat that I served in in Congress, she was one of the leading advocates for the passage of Title IX over 50 years ago. And you look at what they're doing now, spitting in the face of every woman and girl who has benefited from the passage of title 9 by saying that actually women don't exist. That we're just a construct of someone's mind that anybody at any any time can say, well, you know what, I'm a woman too. There's literally no greater expression of hatred and hostility towards women than to erase us as an entire category of people.
