Speaker 0: Do you know that Warren Buffett doesn't actually own any stocks? And neither do you. Because, actually, through a series of complex legal frameworks, all stocks are actually owned by this one company, the Depository Trust Company. They actually say so on their own website. All of their stocks total up to $87,100,000,000,000. They hold all the shares to all publicly traded companies on the stock exchange through their sort of low key subsidiary called Seed and Company, it's elaborated through a series of very complex laws and legal jargon by which you are given a security entitlement by your securities intermediary, I. E. Your broker. So the way the market actually works is 1 central private company owns every stock in the entire market, and they just give out certificates that give the rights to brokers to trade the shares, the brokers sell those certificates to give you the rights to beneficially own the shares. But you don't own them. You are just a beneficial owner as far as the law is concerned. And normally, that's no big deal. Normally, no one pays any attention to this unless a bank or brokerage blows up, kinda like what happened in 2008. And then it's the secured creditors that actually own the securities that get them, not you, the beneficial owner. JPMorgan actually strategically leveraged this as per the legal filings, the purpose of these last minute maneuvers was to leapfrog JPMorgan over other creditors by putting itself in the position of over collateralized creditor because in the case that a brokerage or other financial institution goes out of business, a claim of a creditor of a securities intermediary, I. E. The person that's fronting the money for the brokerage to operate has priority over claim of the security intermediaries, entitlement holders. Once again, the creditor like JP Morgan has priority over claims of the entitlement holders, I. E. You. So let's just say, for example, you were, you know, buying stocks with a certain trading app that sucks balls, and something were to happen that were to force them to go out of business or not have enough money to back up all of their liability. All of the stocks that you beneficially owned through that brokerage actually don't belong to you if they go insolvent and get cleared out, all of those assets technically belong to whoever is fronting the bill. I mean, who knows who's fronting the bill, but they've been slowly putting the system into place since the early 2000s, but it came back in a big way after 2021 when the GameStop community started to date and they realized that their brokers could be lending out their shares to short sellers without their permission. So like you go and buy shares of a company and you hold it in your brokerage account and you that you own those shares, but actually your brokerage is lending those shares out to people that are short selling those shares back against you to try to lower the price of the stocks that you're holding with your own shares. Yes, that is as backwards as it sounds. And what they discovered is that you're allowed to directly register your shares, meaning put them in your own name and take them out of that whole system, take them away from the DTC. But for some reason, companies are gag ordered and not allowed to tell you about this which is kinda weird. We'll go into why that might be in just a second here. I mean, it doesn't help that Robinhood said they had to turn off the buy button cause their clearing house, you know, the person that actually executes their trades told them they needed more collateral and stuff, but it turned out that their clearing house was the National Securities Clearing Corporation, which is a part of the DTC, you know, the private company that owns all the shares of every stock the market, and it doesn't help that the board of directors of this private company that owns all the shares of every stock in the market is run by people that have connections to every major financial institution in the world, not the least of which being this guy, Citadel Securities global head of operations actually wait, he's at both Citadel and Citadel Securities. That's not supposed to be allowed. But anyway, he's on the board of the DTC also, the company that is in charge of holding all of the shares for all the companies in the market and also in charge of the NSCC, which was clearing all the trades for the whole GameStop situation. Well, not not all the trades, but a significant portion of them. But don't worry. This is all regulated by the Financial Industries Regulatory Authority, FINRA, which is a self regulatory organization, meaning FINRA is not a governmental organization. Instead, it is a private organization populated by members of firms that consist of financial institutions that are being regulated. They're the ones that are supposed to be making sure no one's cheating and checking everyone's book, which is why it's great that their board of directors has the CEO and chairman of Vanguard on it. And this woman who's worked at the Fed as well as 2 of the big for financial consulting firms. Oh, and she's currently on the board of HSBC, one of the most corrupt banks in the world. Or this guy who did a bunch of time at Bank of America and is now an independent director at Freddie Mac. So anyways, where were we? Right. You don't own any stock, but the GameStop people realized that you can request to own the stock if you directly register. And they all started doing it and posting their purple circles on Reddit to brag about how many shares they had directly registered. And they started doing it by, like, hundreds of thousands of shares a day, millions of shares a day. They started their own little mini games where they were tracking how much of the entire company had been directly registered so far to be clear, no company this has never happened in any company before. This no one ever really directly registers their shares. No one ever saw the point in it. No one even knew it existed. But the GME community directly registered so many shares that GameStop started reporting on in their own SEC filing. These are snippets from each of their quarterly filings that I took out where they reported how many shares the GameStop investors had registered and it goes up and up and up. Here's a graph and there was other months before this where it was even lower. So it was just on this huge trajectory upwards, like registering the whole company. And then all of a sudden something really weird happened. And like right around here, for some reason, the GameStop was not allowed to tell anyone they had to start reporting their information differently as though they were being cut off from information from the transfer agent, kinda weird long story, not suspicious at all. Because it was around that time that we started to realize that pretty soon, GameStop investors were gonna own more than the number of shares that are supposed to exist, and we could confirm it because they are directly registered and there's no broker doing weird number things in between. So up until here, the the numbers were being reported to GameStop by their transfer agent, the ones holding the shares in our names. And after here, they started being reported only from the DTC. You know, these guys. But I just went on Reddit today, and people are still posting their purple circles like crazy. And just this month, this column right here shows you how much of the daily trading volume of GameStop shares occurred in dark pools off of the main exchange where prices can be a little, shall we say funny? I did the math and that's an average of 49% of all GameStop trades this month were executed in dark pools. Can't imagine why that has to happen 3 years later. Kinda reminds me of the time when the GameStop short interest dropped from 313% down to like 20%. That means that more than 3 times of the number of shares that exist had to get bought all in the course of a few days. But in the SEC zone report on the situation, they showed that short sellers buying back the stock shown in red bars here, while the price was at its highest was virtually non existent. It's a good thing we have all these self regulatory organizations that are staffed by industry insiders to help make the markets run so effectively and efficiently for everyone, you know, for everyone. Right?

Ik denk dat dit een hele mooie opdracht is voor Unesco. Want als we de stem van de wetenschap niet kunnen laten doorklinken, dan zijn wij denk ik ook uiteindelijk als samenleving daarvan de dupe. Dat geldt voor Nederland, maar dat geldt voor de hele wereld. Daarom een hele mooie opdracht om namens Nederland deze boodschap hier in Parijs aan de wereld te kunnen geven.

And yet, this you're doing this, just 10 days after the leader of this group who is supposed to be it got his visa revoked. He wasn't allowed to travel here. Speaker 6: Well, he's one individual in the group. Speaker 0: But the leader of the group. Speaker 6: And any any individual. Again, I'm broadening my language here for specific reasons, but any individual in any group suspected of ties or relations with extremist groups or that we believe to be a security threat to the United States, we would act accordingly, but that does not by extension mean we condemn or would cut off ties to the group for which that individual works for. How could the leader of such a valiant team of crusading do gooders himself be denied a visa to enter the United States as a potential security threat with ties to terrorists. The multimillion dollar PR campaign that surrounds the white helmets, after all, portrays the group as being pure as the driven snow. Speaker 7: For the brave members of the Syrian civil defense, an ad hoc grassroots first response unit within rebel health Syria. Nick named the white helmets, they rushed towards the scene of a bombing to save victims. Many of whom are trapped under rubble. What the Syria campaign has come to introduce as the white helmets We often heard over the past three and a half years of covering the conflict. Who are the good guys in Syria? It's such a mess They are the good guys. Speaker 0: But what is always left out of these glowing mainstream media puck pieces is any actual information about the organization. Where did it come from? Who founded it? Where does it get its funding? And why does it operate exclusively in terrorist held areas of Syria? The first clues about the real nature of the group comes from their name itself, calling themselves the Syria Civil Defense is misleading in multiple ways. First, it implies that the group was founded in Syria by Syrian, It was not. The group was, in fact, founded in March 2013 in Turkey by James Lemazurier, a former British military intelligence officer then doing contract work for the US and UK government. None of this information is even controversial, This is the story as told by La Mazzurier himself at a conference in Lisbon in 2015. Speaker 8: In early 2013, I had a meeting with 9 local leaders that had come out from Northern Alapo. And they painted this picture of the frequency and the intensity of the bombing that was taken place. And I was delivering programs on behalf of the U. S. And U. K. Government, and we were able to offer them some good governance training, some democratization training and a handful of stat funds. Several days later, I was very fortunate to meet the, the head of Turkey's earthquake response group, a group of people called Acute. And the conversation that we had was along the lines of if they can rescue people as a result of a building that's been flattened as a result of an earthquake, How possible is it to rescue people from a building that's been collapsed as a result of a bomb? And this led to a series of design labs. We brought a number of people out of Syria who brought building samples and we sat down over several days merging the expertise of the Syrian that had come out from the ground who knew the regime tactics. With my organization that understood operating in war zones and the expertise of this organization acute, who rescue people after earthquakes. Speaker 0: The name Syria Civil Defense is also a lie because there is a real Syria Civil Defense that has been operating in the country for 65 years. The actual serious civil defense, a volunteer search and rescue organization, was established in Syria in 1953. Unlike the white helmets, the real Syria civil defense is a member of the International Civil Defense Organization. And, again, in contrast to the white helmets, has an emergency number 113 that can be called in Syria by those needing assistance. But this serious civil defense does not enjoy the glitz and glamour of Oscar winning documentaries, the constant attention of the international press, or the more than $60,000,000 in funding by foreign governments that have been bestowed on the white helmets. Speaker 6: Do you know who finances them? How they operate? Who are they supported by? What kind of organization they have? How do you get your information? Well, well, I can say we provide Well, I can tell you that we provide through USAID about $23,000,000 in assistance to them. Speaker 9: But they are fantastically brave, these white helmets. The UK regime is a primary player in the U S Coalition and in its operations inside Syria. Following a recent parliamentary question from Baroness Caroline Cox, it has been confirmed UK Foreign Office has financed the Syrian opposition, almost 1,000,000 over 3 years through this conflict fund. However, the British government has so far refused to release the names of the recipients. Again, there's there's a number of people that have compiled photos showing over 60 white helmets members their social media posts, with them either, you know, black flags, outside of flags, racist flags, holding weapons or them even in white helmets uniforms, holding weapons, and them in uniforms that, you know, al Qaeda cheering brownies with black flags flying all over the place. So these are clearly not rogue. Speaker 0: Given that there are so few voices speaking up against the white helmets, it should come as no surprise that when the guardian finally dame to address what they termed the conspiracy theories about the organization, they turned their attention on these very researchers. These fake videos stripped of their context would be uncritically promoted as authentic by mainstream outlets like the Guardian, in the exact same way that the completely fictitious video of a Syrian boy rescuing his sister under sniper fire was uncritically accepted by the mainstream media until it was admitted to be a fake video produced in Malta by a Norwegian film crew, To, quote, see how the media would respond to such a video. The Guardian's headline when the fake Norwegian film production was released? Syrian Boy saves girl from army sniper video. Strangely, Solon's report does not mention that incident. The majority of the Guardian's report focuses on why the innocent and virtuous white helmets would be so viciously attacked by independent journalists and how all opposition to the group is connected to the Kremlin. This is supposedly demonstrated in an utterly meaningless infographic of color dot showing precisely nothing of substance. Unsurprisingly, Solon's contact with the reporters whose work she was set to impugn displayed her biases from the very start. Speaker 10: In early October, I received an email. I don't think I noticed it right away, but, anyway, when I did, essentially, it was an email from this Olivia Simone, who contributes to the Guardian and is based in, San Francisco, California saying that she'd love to interview me for a story she's doing, imminently. And as I said, I didn't see the email right away, so she sent another email within the next day or so, again, asking some questions about, you know, my stance in the white comments. If I believe they were, you know, actors, I I can pull up the exact email, and I think you've seen it in a rebuttal I did on global which actually includes screenshots of our conversation. Anyway, though, the questions she posed to me indicated that she didn't have an honest intent in investigating the white helmet. And in fact, you know, given that she contributes to the Guardian Albeit from California, not from Syria, but the Guardian itself has constantly, consistently, I should say it's viewed more propaganda on Syria. You know, just that factor alone would make one pause and think, like, what's the objective of article. But then the questions, have I received any gifts from a thought or from Syria in Russia or North Korea? She noticed with interests that I had been to North Korea recently. How is it possible to go to Syria and North Korea given that they're both so darn controlled You know, and when I get those kind of claims, I refer back to a blog post. I I very quickly, like, typed it out, last year or so. Those of us who report accurately in Syria, something like that are Russian propagandists. Anyway, this is a segue, but the whole point being anybody can apply for a visa at the Syrian Embassy in Beirut. You do have to wait a while. I've had to wait over a month on many occasions. And you pay a fee, and then you go to Syria. You you arrange your transportation. And in fact, had I been reporting for the guardian? Probably, I would assume that all my expenses and all that would have been taken care of by that institution, that corporate institution. Anyway, so her questions, we're very leading. She had a predetermined story, as she called it, and I wonder, you know, another side, if her use of the word story was to kind of takeaway from the fact that she wasn't actually gonna insert any truth in it. It was just a story. And so basically after seeing her I just replied to her something like I'm not interested in participating and you already predetermined script. You know? My colleague, Vanessa Bailey received a similar email around the same time, with similar questions, some slightly catered to Vanessa's own background, and she did reply more in-depth. Speaker 1: Oh, well, I mean Olivia Solon contacted myself and Ava Bartlett pretty much at the same time. And she sent a list from memory of about 20 questions, all of which were basically asking myself and Ava to defend our position and the evidence that we'd collated over, you know, a couple of years for me, certainly 3 years or now 4 years investigating the Whitehallman organization, both, remotely and inside the area on the ground. So it was it was very much an attempt to put us in a position of having to defend ourselves. And I think both of us quite rightly took the position that We're not here to defend ourselves. You should be defending the evidence against this organization instead of providing a blanket promotional report on this organization, which is what the Guardian has specifically done, of course, since the creation of this organization, you know, in 2016, it lobbied effectively for the white helmets to win the Nobel Peace Prize. And when was inundated with negative comments. It simply closed comments. So, you know, the guardian, which itself is embedded in the corporate near colonialist, structure in the UK. I mean, it's it's owned, by Scott Trust Limited, it gets the majority of this, ad revenue from HSBC that is not only the Swiss banking part of HSBC that has been, basically, prosecuted for fraud, but also has been also found guilty of fraud against, consumers in the UK. So, you know, this is already a sort of an interesting background to the Guardian. And hardly surprising then, of course, that they're supporting the the sort of humanitarian and in inverted commerce wall concept that is always the driver behind particularly UK foreign office, policy in the region. So so on approached us with these questions, we both went back and basically said we have no interest in defending ourselves. And then, of course, she went out to, fundamentally all of those entities, organisations, and individuals who support funds, finance, and do the PR for the white helmets such as the Syria campaign, which incidentally 2 days later produced a forty six page report in which again, I'm described as the queen of disinformation, and even in that forty six pages, they do not address One element is the evidence against the white homeowners. Speaker 0: Researchers like Bealey Bartlett and professor Tim Anderson, also mentioned in Solon's report are easy enough targets for the Guardian. Independent journalists taking it upon themselves to counter the Syrian narrative, They would never be taken seriously by establishment media circles in the first place. However, are the award winning internationally respected journalists who have similarly expressed skepticism about the white helmets, their backers, and the PR campaign that surrounds them. There is Gareth Porter, the award winning journalist who has contributed to foreign policy, foreign affairs, the nation, Al Jazeera, Salon, the Huffington Post, alternate, and countless other outlets, who wrote how a Syrian White Home Its leader played Western Media in November 2016. There is Philip Giraldi, a former CIA counterterrorism specialist and military intelligence officer who wrote the fraud of the white helmets in July of 2017. There is Steven Kinzer, former New York Times correspondent, and, ironically, current contributor to the guardian, who tweeted his congratulations to Al Qaeda and Syrian G Haddace, when the film about their PR outfit, the white helmets won the Oscar. And, of course, there is John Pildger, one of the most respected and celebrated journalists and documentarians of the past half century. Speaker 2: In Syria, they know how to intervene. They know how to manipulate the media. We had the white helmets. A complete propaganda construct in Syria. They end up getting an Academy Award. They know how to intervene in public discourse every day and in politics every day. Speaker 0: It is unclear whether Solon and the Guardian believe Porter, Giraldi, Kinzer, and Pilder, to be anti imperialist activists, conspiracy theorists, or trolls with the support of the Russian government. Speaker 6: But the issue here Speaker 0: is not merely one of PR and propaganda, as appalling as the uncritical reporting about the Whitehelmets has been. What is worrying is that the so called Syrian Civil defenses, as we have seen, not Syrian at all. Founded, funded, and promoted by foreign governments, foreign contractors, and foreign lobbyists and PR agencies, The White helmets are not a spontaneous Syrian search and rescue operation, but a template. A template that is successful can and will be employed anywhere and everywhere that those same foreign powers want to destabilize targeted governments in the future. Speaker 1: But I think what is interesting, why is this organization being protected to such an extent. I think it's because, the imperialist apparatus is defending the concept We've already seen James La Mesurier recruiting in Brazil. We know that the White helmets have appeared, in Malaysia and in Venezuela. And in the Philippines. So, you know, because this went through my head so many times, because these are only 3000 really criminals and thugs that have sort of emerged from the terrorist ranks or the free Syrian Army moderate extremist ranks to become the white harlot. In order to get paid to continue doing the same job, but under a different auspice. Why are they being so heavily protected? But but I think it's more to do with the concept. It's more to do with the importance of this concept going forward. As James Limb the Missouri said very recently, who would you trust more than the fire brigade or a first response NGO? You know, there you have it. That's the key to why this group is so important. Speaker 0: In the end, the point is no more that we should uncritically accept every statement made in opposition to the white helmet than that we should uncritically accept every statement made in their favor. The point is that in a world where people were concerned about the real truth of the matter, we would not be forced to rely on the on the ground reports of Bealey Bartlett, and a handful of other independent journalists who actually bother to visit Syria and talk to actual theories about what is happening in their country. In such a world, there would be many different journalists, researchers, and citizens, all trying to get to the bottom of what was really happening in the country. But we do not live in such a world, and one thing is perfectly clear. We cannot rely on outlets like the Guardian and their fellow travelers like BBC News, channel 4, CNN, and other mainstream establishment outlets to report the truth on these matters. Speaker 10: So I wasn't really aware of Olivia Salon prior to her having contacted me, so I wasn't following her on Twitter. However, after the article came out, I realized I found that first her Twitter account was closed to comments And then it was opened, but people like myself were blocked from commenting. And, she was, seemingly outraged at one point that, you know, we went ahead and and made our own statements and rebuttals without having the courtesy of sending her an email even though we were the subject of her snare piece class. And, the other thing is, yeah, the Guardian comment section is closed except on social media. I'm not, you know, I don't look at it regarding that much, step 1. I wanna prove how they're lying. So I'm not aware if that's been their policy for a while, if that's a new thing. I do notice that, at the bottom of many of their articles, there's a plea for donations for honest investigative journalism. And I say, yes, definitely support honest investigative journalism, but you won't find it on the Guardian. We got they had already they've already abused up to 400 kids. We've we've we've set up an aftercare shelter in the town because the kids are slowly coming forward and saying this happened to me, and we're taking care of them, feeding them. You know? Crazy case. That that that whole operation, in in just 4 months, and this is unheard of, like, especially in law enforcement. But, You know, if if I were restrained with the with the government restraint, I couldn't we couldn't do this. But for short months, we went through 6 countries, 3 continents, and and rescue will play them out to hundreds and even thousands of preventative rescues, the prosecutor in in Ecuador later called us and said, these guys, we're just about to launch their major campaign to advertise pedophiles around the world come here to this hotel. He's like, so you guys, we rescued thousands of kids who never now never will know they were rescued. Right? They never were hurt. So that's all that was all filmed because, you know, we just we're trying to do a little documentary on Ukraine, and all of a sudden, The cameras kept following us, and we have something I don't think anyone's ever seen. And so we knew that when the war began, when Russia invaded, all those adoptions got shut down and she wanted me to go find these kits. I didn't wanna go. I was scared to go. Bombs were dropping. And I didn't know how effective we could be, but God works with the law of witnesses and within a very unusual bizarre, witness appeared within an an hour or 2 of my wife insisting I go to Ukraine. Got a phone call from Mel Gibson. He actually did the final edit of The Sound of Freedom. That's how we know each other, but not well not well enough that I'd be getting phone calls. And he told me that he was in Budapest at the time. This was right hours after the invasion, and he said he supports a bunch of orphans in Ukraine and he was worried about them and he asked if I could help get them out. So now I've got 12 from my wife. I got 13 others from Mel Gibson, and I'm thinking, okay, I got this list of kids I gotta get out. I told Mel, I said, you gotta help me. This is gonna be expensive. I won't ask you for direct donation, but can you help me film this? You know, let's film what's happening so we can get people to understand and they can support us. Said, no problem. He helped us get set up and started filming. 4 months later, what I thought was gonna be maybe a documentary about Ukraine ends up being a 4 part docuseries. It's almost done. There's not gonna be more than 2 countries where you were bart where you were somewhere for 2 months. Sure enough, we raided the house that night. Our intel unit then it just took him a few hours to find we got the passport. Ecuador was the country that he had been in. We did a deep dive in the dark net and all through, Social media and found that a Leslie, he made mistake one time, used his real name on an Airbnb ad, A guy named Leslie, which is not a Latin American name obviously, and was advertising a little boutique hotel in a little village on the beach in a town called Canoa in Ecuador.

Can you imagine sending your husband and you had 9 children into a war zone without really a really clear objective, just because she knew the Lord was telling her to send me to do that, and it just didn't hit me till 4 months later what actually happened. The biggest miracle, the most beautiful miracle of all of them was that she didn't even know. She couldn't articulate why, but God knew that there were 400 plus children and 1,000 of targets, streaming out of this sex hotel in Canoa, Ecuador, and other victims in Mexico and maybe around the world. And he knew that they were there. And he knew that he just had to tell 1 of his daughters to send her husband to Ukraine and that he'd take care of the rest.
