The speaker taunts a police unit, saying “Pinche 20, a ver si muy verga te topas con nosotros,” challenging them to run into us. They state “Ahí tengo desamarrado los perros,” implying they have the dogs untied, and use the term “culeos.” They conclude with, “Y así, puede andar patrullando, pues tu puta madre,” suggesting the other can be patrolling while delivering a crude insult about the listener’s mother.

I report that my local board of education voted to close two schools for financial reasons, so I showed the community the board’s office. They tried to stop me from entering, and I thank MagneticNorse for posting it here. I ask Elon Musk to help get a full DOGE audit of our BOE to expose waste, fraud, and abuse, and others in West Virginia are ready to share video and support.

Derek Evans goes live from the Wayne County Board of Education, announcing he’s giving the community a tour of the Austin Building and highlighting what he sees as the contrast between investment in the central office and the closures of Dunlow and Genoa schools due to budget constraints. He notes that two schools were closed for lack of funding and asks what cuts were made at the central office, contending that the central office is treated as more important than the children in Dunlow, Genoa, and surrounding areas. Evans walks through the lobby and exterior, pointing out “princess parking” for central office staff and alleging that while schools cannot get parking arranged, the central office has no ice on the ground and appears well-maintained. He contrasts this with what he claims is neglect of school properties and emphasizes the amount of money in the central office building, stating that “millions of dollars in this building” are managed there and claimed to be more important than the kids. Inside the building, Evans interacts with a staffer (identified as Matt Stanley by Evans) and another staff member (referred to as Mister Alexander, the superintendent). He is filmed explaining he is an independent journalist with constitutional rights to film in public spaces. A staffer warns him not to film, citing a need to avoid interruptions while work is ongoing, but Evans insists he has rights to film in a public building and public locations, arguing that he pays taxes for this building as a citizen and that the people of Dunlow and Genoa deserve to know what’s happening inside. The exchange includes requests for him to leave or to make an appointment; Evans refuses to be deterred, insisting on filming and documenting the work being done in the building. He accuses the superintendent of trying to limit his constitutional rights and challenges what he claims is the law, asserting that if he crosses a barrier, consequences would follow, and asking what law denies his right to film. The staffer repeatedly suggests making an appointment, while Evans pushes to proceed without delay and to show the community what’s going on inside. Evans interviews various staff members about office roles, including a Medicaid billing office, and notes the aesthetics of the building’s offices and conference rooms. He thanks Matt Stanley for showing respect for his constitutional rights and acknowledges a citizen who expresses appreciation for Evans’ willingness to challenge the authorities and bring attention to the issue. Throughout, Evans links the spending on the central office building to broader political decisions, arguing that closing Dunlow and Genoa schools while maintaining a lavish central-office facility represents a misallocation of funds. He predicts further closures in the county (Vinson, Westmore, East Lynn, Pritchard) and warns that the same pattern will repeat if the county’s funding priorities don’t change. He asserts that the board’s actions amount to taking tax dollars and threatening residents with enforcement if they fail to pay, framing this as a broader fight over how taxpayer money is used. The exchange ends with Evans reaffirming his commitment to public accountability, promising to continue bringing attention to the Board of Education’s decisions and to keep the community informed as he fights for what he calls the kids’ interests. He signs off by thanking supporters and pledging to keep fighting for the children in Wayne County.

Speaker 0: Hello, Wayne County. Yeah. Speaker 1: Let Speaker 0: me turn this around for a second. I'm at the I'm live here at the Wayne County Board of Education. I wanted to bring you guys a give you guys a tour. We give everybody in Wayne County a tour of this facility here. You guys are so fortunate right now that they're open. We're gonna go through here and walk through and give everybody a tour. I'm Derek Evans, in case you guys didn't know who I was. I'm not feeling anybody right now, just just myself. I probably will in a little bit. Just you you go down and give everybody a heads up. That's fine. I don't care. But, look, we closed down two schools in Wayne County. Said we didn't have the budget. Don't have the budget. Don't have the funding to take care of these schools in Wayne County. Okay. So we closed the schools. What what kind of cuts were made over your central office? And since central office over here is so important that it's more important than the children in Dunlow and Genoa. I thought I would drive down here through the snow and go live, and that way everybody could see the importance and the magnificence that has taken place in this building. So I'm gonna go ahead and we're gonna start. I just came in the lobby. Oh, look. Let me back up really quick. Let me let's let's go outside first. Let's go outside first. Yeah. Let's go outside really quick here. Show you guys how cool this is. Oh, wrong thing there. Look. Princess parking at Central Office taken care of. Right? We've been told today that they couldn't do it at the schools. Schools can't get done. This excuse, that that excuse. Schools school parking lot can't get done. Right? We hire vendors to get out here and clean the school parking lots, give them money, and then we turn around and make our janitors get out in the cold and do the same thing. But when you come over to central office, everybody, there's their door to walk in for all the directors, secretaries, you know, the millions of dollars in this building here. The millions of dollars in this building that are more important than the kids in Wayne and, Genoa and Dunlow, they get theirs taken care of just fine. There's not a scrape of ice anywhere, buddy. That's how good of a job they can do when they really want to for their princess parking in Wayne County Board of Education. So let's go inside. Now we got some people on here. I see we got some people on here now. It's been a long time. Been a long time since I went live, guys. This is Austin. What's up, mister Alexander? How are Speaker 1: you doing? Speaker 0: Doing fine. Doing good. I'm just giving everybody a tour of the the Austin Building here in Wayne County. No. Oh, hold on. Hold on. Are you gonna tell me that I'm not allowed to film? Yeah. Public building. Speaker 1: Correct. If you wanna talk, we can come in and talk. Speaker 0: But I'm allowed to film a public building and public locations today. Have you heard I I'm not trying to be a prick to you right now. I'm not. I know the supreme Speaker 1: court either. Speaker 0: I'm I know the supreme court rulings. We're live on Facebook. I'm allowed to film. Listen to me. If you wanna get an attorney, go get the attorney. We can talk about it. I'm gonna film. Speaker 1: Okay. We'll do that. Speaker 0: Okay. Speaker 1: But I'm telling you not to film right now. If you wanna talk, I'll be glad to talk to you. Speaker 0: Well, you can talk in a minute. That's fine. Speaker 1: We've got work going on here. I don't Speaker 0: That's that's great. Speaker 1: I don't need any interruptions. Speaker 0: Millions of dollars worth of work being done here. That's great. Yeah. That's great. The people in Wayne County deserve to know the work being done in here. Come on in. Speaker 1: Come on in. Speaker 0: We'll talk. Okay. Speaker 1: You and I will talk. Speaker 0: I I don't wanna do that right now. I'm I'm here with the people of Wayne County right now. See see, the the the people of Dunlop and Genoa have been told that the the things in this building are more important than the children there. So I think they deserve. Here's how you listen. Hold on. Really, really quick. If I Hold on. Speaker 1: You were sitting in my office about three weeks ago and told me you understood why Genoa and Danlo had No. Speaker 0: No. No. I under I said I understood why you were wanting to close it, mister Alexander. No. No. No. So hold on. No. No. No. No. Let's go ahead. I'm not expecting you come Speaker 1: out here. Speaker 0: I wasn't expecting this. Was it coming here to be this big this confrontation? Speaker 1: And I get along. Speaker 0: We we do. We do. But That's Speaker 1: why I was gonna sit down Speaker 0: with you. And I and I would love to do that. But I'm also we do have a good relationship. I appreciate everything that you have done. You I'll tell everybody publicly. You've been the most transparent superintendent in my lifetime. Speaker 1: Right. Speaker 0: But right now, I'm not here in that capacity. I'm here as a taxpaying citizen in Wayne County, knowing my constitutional rights to film wherever I want to in the public building that I pay for. I'm here to represent the people of Dunlow and Genoa who have been told that their school's being closed because of all the importance going on in this building. They're they're they're this building is still existing. Right? So if I had voted to tell the people in two communities that the things in this building are more important, dude, I'd be gung ho right now. I'd be chomping at the bit. I'd be begging people to come in here and say, let me show you what's going on That's so important in this building that we had to close down your school and continue paying $100,000 a year salaries to directors and secretaries, everything else in this building. I would be chomping at the bid if I was you to get everybody to see how important it was in this building. Speaker 1: That's nice talking, and that's a nice performance. Performance. If you wanna talk reality Okay. Shut the camera off, and you and I'll talk. Speaker 0: We can do that later. Right now, the people who download Genova wanna see what's going on in this building, and I'm gonna show Speaker 1: No. You're not. Speaker 0: So under what threat, mister Alexander? Are you gonna arrest me if I walk in this building filming? Speaker 1: No. I'm not gonna Speaker 0: Then I'm gonna walk in and do it. I have the constitutional right to do that. Speaker 1: No. No. I'm not gonna interrupt. Speaker 0: I'm not interrupting anybody. Speaker 1: Here during the day. If you wanna talk, Speaker 0: I'll talk. Wanna talk. I'm not here to talk to you. I'm here to show the people of Wayne County Speaker 1: You're here. Speaker 0: On in this building. This building. Form. I'm not here before. What you're doing. Dude, I've got a million things I could do right now Speaker 1: It's a perform. Speaker 0: Well, then I guess what? If I've got the constitutional right to perform. Speaker 1: If you were serious I got Speaker 0: the constitutional right to perform. Speaker 1: Well, I don't. I do. I'm in the middle of something right now. Speaker 0: I'm not here to see you. I did I did I ask for you? I didn't Speaker 1: summon here to see anybody in particular. Particular. If if you have business here, you Speaker 0: I do have business here. I'm an independent journalist with constitutional right, and now you're starting to piss me off. I have a constitutional right to you're gonna trample on my constitutional rights. Go get the law and arrest me then. You can't. I have a and we'll sue you. I have a constitutional right to film a public building. Speaker 1: Journalists call here, schedule appointments. I don't Speaker 0: care what journalists do. Speaker 1: Well, you just said you're Speaker 0: a journalist. They can do how they want to. They don't have to do that just because they want to. Doesn't mean they have to. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: I have a constitutional right to film. Speaker 1: Yeah. And and you're just performing, Jerry. Speaker 0: I I have a constitutional right to perform. Speaker 1: Listen. Speaker 0: I'm not gonna argue whether I'm performing or not. Speaker 1: I've always been open with you. Speaker 0: I have too. Speaker 1: I've always been I Speaker 0: have as well. Speaker 1: Don't do this. Speaker 0: Okay. So I'm gonna go film now. Speaker 1: No. You're not. Speaker 0: Are you gonna arrest me? Speaker 1: No. I'm not gonna arrest Speaker 0: you now. Stop me from filming? You're gonna physically put your hands on me and assault me? No. I'm not gonna Okay. Then I would I'm asking you to let me go in and I just wanna film the building. I have a constitutional right to do that. This place over here is pumping out millions of dollars. We're closing schools and download Genova. The people there have a right to know what's going on. I'm on Facebook live. If you Not necessarily, man. Speaker 1: If you wanna make an appointment, you can Speaker 0: I have to make an appointment with the building I own? Speaker 1: We are busy right now. Speaker 0: Cool. You should be. You spend billions of dollars. You ought to be busy. Yeah. Y'all be too busy to step here and stop and trample on some of its constitutional rights right now. That's how busy you ought to be, but you're not. Obviously, whatever here is going on is so important that it's not important for you to come out here and stand in the cold and tell me you're you're gonna stop me from my constitutional rights. I didn't I didn't come here to be confrontational with anybody. The lady right there when I first came in said, I'm not filming anybody today. It's live on video. I said, I'm not filming anybody today. I'm not here to to to to film people. Speaker 1: Derek, this isn't helping anybody. Please. Speaker 0: Closing schools ain't helping anybody either. Speaker 1: Okay. You made your Speaker 0: point. Cool. Speaker 1: That's no. You're not coming in. Speaker 0: So you're gonna you're gonna get my face, and you're stop me. Superintendent is gonna stop me from walking into a public building that I own. I right there is a lobby, a public lobby. Speaker 1: You've got no business here. Speaker 0: Okay. I'm just I'm just asking you so I can get this on on film for a lawsuit. I'm gonna sue you. Speaker 1: Good. Speaker 0: Okay. So under under what threat are is are you and under what so as a the superintendent Speaker 1: I don't want you Speaker 0: walking around It don't matter what you want. It don't matter what you want. Speaker 1: It's the law. Speaker 0: It doesn't. You're not you're not you're not the you're not the king of Wayne County. I I like you. Now But we're now we're getting into some some muddy waters here where apparently you think you're getting too big for your britches, big boy. You don't know the constitution and I do. Speaker 1: I control this problem. Speaker 0: You don't control nothing, dude. You work for me. You work for me, and you work for everybody on this film right now. Speaker 1: And, again, I'm gonna tell you again, Derek. If you wanna make an appointment Speaker 0: I would I I Speaker 1: I will If you give me ten minutes, I'll come you can come in and talk to me. Speaker 0: I'll sit here for three hours if Speaker 1: you will let me right just to walk around. I do have that right. No. You Speaker 0: don't. I do. Well, under what's the law? What law says I don't have the right? Speaker 1: We'll find Speaker 0: out. No. Tell me. No. You're you're giving me that authority right now as if you know what is the law. If I cross that barrier, what's gonna happen to me? Speaker 1: Stop screaming, man. It's okay. Speaker 0: You know what? I didn't come here screaming, Matt. When but people are people are trampling on my constitutional rights. You're damn right. Speaker 1: I'm gonna Speaker 0: get pissed. Speaker 1: Okay, Derek. Nobody's trampling You are. Constitutional rights. Speaker 0: You are. That's my constitutional right to feel me. Trying to perform No. You. No. And and No. Speaker 1: We don't have time. I there's business going on. If you wanna Cool. If you wanna talk seriously Speaker 0: Mhmm. Speaker 1: Give me ten minutes, and I'll talk to you seriously. Speaker 0: I I want I want to perform a constitutional protective duty and felt the hell. Speaker 1: Believe you of all people. Speaker 0: I can't believe you of all people are gonna sit here and tell me that I don't have a constitutional right, and you're gonna prevent me from walking in here and filming a a public building that I own. I'm mind blown right now, honestly. Speaker 1: Who are you here to see? Speaker 0: I'm here to film and show the people Wayne County what what all the amazing things that goes on in this building. There it ain't no one. I'm going to. Just just time out. If I'd have known that you was gonna act this way, I would've I would've way. Speaker 1: We're working, Derek. Speaker 0: I would've called you. Speaker 1: I got Speaker 0: I'm mind blown right now that you're acting this way. Speaker 1: You're wasting taxpayer money. Speaker 0: I'm wasting taxpayer money. Right now. Speaker 1: I don't know what's going around sticking a camera. Speaker 0: I'm I was just I didn't For no reason. Whose face did I stick a camera in? I I I made it to there. Speaker 0: Dude, that's a that's tyrannical. That is tyrannical. Listen. I love the constitution. Is baiting. Just So you wanna go? Why is he baiting me? Where do wanna go? I wanna show the people in Wayne County how awesome all the work is in this building. Show them. That's what I wanted to do. I didn't think it's a big deal. Dag on. I'd be proud of it. I'd be so proud if I was voting to close down schools and keeping this amazing building open. I would dude, I'd be chomping at the bit to show everybody the amazing work we had going on, and you've got an administrative suite. This is awesome, dude. Look here. Dude. I'm not trying to get anybody in here. I I just I think the people of Wayne County deserved it. Dude, we spend millions of dollars in this building. I'm I'm proud of this building. Everybody should be. That going, it's well, like I said, it's more important than all the kids in Dunlow and Genoa and soon to be Vinson and West and Buffalo or Pritchard and Eastland. That going, I just dude, I thought it was cool. I don't I don't mind blowing right now. I could have already been out of here. I've got a lunch date coming up. Lunch appointment with some people. I sheesh. What's funny is I could've just walked in that door right there like I have a 100 times. If you got a card, you can. Well, that's I've watched people walk in and out there for the last twenty minutes. I could've just walked in. Have cards. I mean, like, I could've walked in behind. I was trying to be a jerk, man. I was just dang on. Speaker 1: You want a cup of coffee? Speaker 0: No. No. No. So let's say the we got money for that. Kids kids in Dumbo and Genoa lost their school. I ain't we shouldn't even Speaker 1: have co Speaker 0: we have coffee? We have free coffee in this building. No. I don't. Okay. Well, that's nice of you. I was gonna say, surely goodness, we don't have free coffee. Dang. Oh, so what we got here? Finance department. It's a nice looking office. I'll tell you what. I think this entire building could be moved to a janitor's closet in the old Dunlow School or Genoa maybe. It's a nice office there. Director of maintenance. Wow. Howdy. Hi. What's this office? What's this one do? I'm trying to put you on film. I'm not I'm not trying to be a jerk here. I'm not trying to put you on film. What's your name? My name Speaker 1: is Derek. Derek. Speaker 0: Derek Evans. Oh. I'm just showing all the people in Wayne County how I'm not trying to be rude and put you on film. I just wanna know what this office was. I don't know. Speaker 1: I guess mister Alexander know you're out and out and building. Okay. Speaker 0: I don't know. Speaker 1: I do Medicaid billing. Speaker 0: Medicaid Okay. Speaker 1: Medicaid billing. Speaker 0: Cool. Awesome. That's awesome. Thank you very much. Wow. Interesting. Nice big circle here. Oh, nice office there. Dang, man. See? I don't know what that why that was so difficult. I don't wanna make a big deal out Speaker 1: of this. Speaker 0: That's all I wanted to do. You wanna go out or you wanna go? No. I'm gonna go this way just for the hell of it at this point. Everyone's supposed be jerks to me. Dang. Thank you, Matt Stanley. You're welcome. I I I mean that sincerely. I'm gonna stand in front of everybody on here. Thank you. Sure. Matt Stanley, the only person in this building who wants to respect my constitutional rights. Mind blowing. Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Speaker 0: Hi there. Thank you. The conference room? Oh, yeah. That's where we have meetings at. They're in there. Okay. I ain't going in there. I didn't open any doors. Here's our nice lobby. So alright. You guys have a great day, and See you, buddy. I'll be back. So let Alexander and everybody know that they need to research the constitution. I'll send him some videos if he wants. I have the the the constitutional freedom to do this. I wasn't coming here to be a jerk. Speaker 1: You're good. Speaker 0: But I can be a biggest jerk around. Speaker 1: You're good. Speaker 0: And and I'm gonna tell you something. Somebody very smart told me once, a long time ago. Told me that the boss is Facebook. Guess what? I'm bringing the boss to this board of education building on a regular basis from now on. People in Wayne County is gonna have a voice again. Thank you. I know there's not you're not on video either. Appreciate you. I appreciate you saying that, man. Thank you. Got a citizen here telling me thank you. I go through it, man. I I think it's unfair. Thank you, man. Appreciate that. Got a citizen here telling me he's tried to come in here multiple times, parent, I guess, trying to get help. They tried to treat him the same way, and he was thanking me just now for having the courage to do this. Sup, man? I'm out here live streaming right now, so I ain't gonna film you or nothing. Just curious to does anybody notice did we have a vendor contract for the parking lot here to be cleaned at the board of education office too, or is that left up to Rented. Oh, it's rented. Yeah. I forgot. We've rent the parking lot on this side. Princess parking. For everybody, I wasn't here earlier Let back up before I leave. Had no intentions of doing that, by the way. I'm be late for lunch now. Completely aggravated. So why did I do this today? Right? Why did I do this today? Who's gonna happen more? I can tell you that right now. So I'm I'm aggravated. I'm aggravated that we're spending millions of dollars in this building over here, and the same people wanna tell us that we have to close down schools in this county due to funding. Well, you know what? Y'all just saw it's a pretty dang nice building right here. I can tell you that right now. They ought to be meeting in a broom closet before they vote to close down schools. And I can tell you the same thing I told Alexander over a second ago. If I was closing down schools in this county and I was funding all this junk over here in this building, I'd be I'd be chomping at the bit right now begging people to come over here and look at all the amazing things we're doing in this building. I'd say, oh, listen. We're it's so important that we had to shut your kid's school down. You need to see what we're doing over here, but they don't wanna do that. They wanna tell you, oh, it's so important. It's so important. Your kids can't have a school. We're gonna continue the people in this building you wanna know why I'm pissed? Why ain't taking no crap from these people who wanna tell me my constitutional rights? Dude, me and Alexander had a good relationship. That that that just that that just turned it sideways right there for a few minutes anyways. You are I am fired up, man. I'm serious. They are sitting here spending millions of dollars telling the people in Dunlone Genoa that they're gonna continue going to Dunlone Genoa, the people in this building right here. They they basically what they said when they voted, we're gonna continue going to Dunlop and Genoa, and we're gonna steal your tax dollars. And if you don't pay it, we're gonna send men with guns to come and arrest you and take you away from your family for not paying your taxes. We're gonna steal your property that your great great granddaddy fought for in a revolutionary war and pass it down for seven generations. We're gonna steal it from you so if you don't pay us our taxes so we can continue funding $100,000 a year salaries over here in central office, all of them having two and three secretaries making a $160,000 a year. And then they want us to close down schools. And guess what? They're gonna do the same thing at Westmore and Westmore and Vinson. Read the tea leaves, guys. They're gonna close down Vinson. They're gonna close down Pritchard Elementary School. They're gonna close down East Lynn. It's our the the playbook is there. So everybody down in Vinson, everybody in Pritchard, everybody in East Lynn who says, oh, man. It sucks what happened there at Dunlop and Genoa. You better know they're coming for you next. They're coming for you next. I'm sick of this junk. I'm sick of I'm I'm wanna man, there's so much corruption. So much corruption at every level. And what's sad is it's good people, and I don't think they're even meaning to be corrupt. I really don't. The fact that I would have somebody sit here and tell me I don't have the the constitutional right to walk into a building I own to film, that's unbelievable to me. And these are the people teaching our kids. Think about that. That's a head honcho of our county in charge of the curriculum here. You wanna want wanna know why they don't want your kids to know the constitution? That way they can bully them and tell them what they can and cannot do. Everybody out there wants to make some smart comments or whatever. I don't really care, man. I don't. I don't care what anybody thinks about me. If y'all ain't figured that out by now, then Jesus help you. Ain't nothing I can do to make you realize that. But I'm telling you right now, I'm gonna speak my mind. I'm gonna speak my voice, and I'm bringing all you guys along for the ride. I ain't running for nothing. I don't want no public office right now. All I wanna do is represent my people, fight for what's right in my local community, and I've been blessed with the platform build to do so, and that's what I'm gonna do. Y'all have a great day. God bless you guys. Let's keep fighting for the kids out here.

Ghost students are sophisticated thieves who steal money from the federal government by enrolling in schools using stolen identities, then disappearing with the funds. They sign up for federal loans, and often the debt is assigned to someone who doesn’t know they exist. US Department of Education assistant inspector general for investigation Jason Williams notes that victims can discover they’re responsible only after receiving notices from the department, a servicer, or the IRS for debts they don’t recognize. Williams emphasizes that open-enrollment community colleges are especially vulnerable because they admit almost all applicants. Some colleges report that more than a third of recent applicants are fake. In fraud schemes, individuals can be enrolled at two or three different schools at the same time and receive aid from all of them. The result is overwhelming confusion and financial exposure for real students and institutions. A real-world example involves Murat, a 58-year-old mayor of a suburban DC area and his teenage son, who were victims of identity theft through ghost student fraud. Someone had already beaten them to it, stealing their identities and signing both up for classes at community colleges nationwide. Murat noticed a high volume of activity, including many applications and loan applications. People can learn they’re victims in several ways, such as checking a credit report for unfamiliar accounts. The FTC’s Midwest region director, Jason Adler, recommends freezing credit online for free with the three major credit bureaus. For minors, a parent may need to initiate the freeze, and the bureaus will create a credit file for the minor and place the freeze. Eva Velasquez of the Identity Theft Resource Center adds that while credit freezes help, lenders and colleges also need stronger verification processes to prevent fraud. Velasquez also notes that while institutions want to facilitate easy enrollment, some friction in verification is necessary to confirm identity. The federal government reports scammers increasingly use artificial intelligence to broaden their reach and defeat fraud-detection controls, combining stolen core identity credentials (e.g., Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, names, dates of birth) with fake information (such as bank accounts) to access funds. Both the Identity Theft Resource Center and the FTC offer free help to fight identity theft, with resources linked in the program’s app and website. The Department of Education’s Inspector General reports the federal government has lost more than $350 million to ghost student scams, with more than 200 active investigations nationwide.

Speaker 0: Ghost students are sophisticated thieves who are stealing money from the federal government. But these loan scammers are also hurting area colleges and could be stealing your identity. Ghost students. They're scammers who are stealing identities, enrolling in schools, signing up for federal loans, and then disappearing as soon as they get the money. US Department of Education assistant inspector general for investigation, Jason Williams, says you can be a victim and not even know it. Speaker 1: These loans are not being repaid. They're being assigned to people. They don't even know they have a debt with US Department of Education. Or you get some letter from the department or the servicer or the Internal Revenue Service that says you owe the department education money for something you don't even know about. Speaker 0: Williams says community colleges that accept almost all applicants through their open enrollment are most vulnerable. Some colleges say that more than a third of their applicants in recent years have been fake. Speaker 1: We see it in some of these fraud schemes where people are enrolled at two or three different schools at the same time receiving aid at all of them. Speaker 2: Then we panicked. Speaker 0: 58 year old Murat, mayor of Suburban DC, and his teenage son discovered they were victims. They were applying for college financial aid, but someone had beat them to it, stealing their identities and signing both up for classes at community colleges across the country. Speaker 2: He noticed that there were a lot of activity. There are a lot of act applications, loan applications. Speaker 0: How would I know if I'm a ghost student if someone used me in my name to be a ghost student? Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean, there are many ways that people learn that they're a victim of identity theft. Sometimes they might check their credit report and notice an account that they don't recognize. So you can get a free credit report from annualcreditreport.com. If you don't recognize an account, that may be a sign that you are a victim of identity theft. Speaker 0: Whether you're a student or a senior, Jason Adler, the director of the Federal Trade Commission's Midwest region in Chicago, says the best way to protect yourself is to freeze your credit online for free with the three credit bureaus. However, if you're a minor, you may have to call the credit bureaus. And if you're 16 or under, call with the parent and ask them to create a credit file. Speaker 3: The way it works for minors is the credit bureau will create a credit file for the first time for that minor and put the freeze in place. Speaker 0: Eva Velasquez from the Identity Theft Resource Center says while freezing credit can help stop loans from being distributed, lenders and colleges also need to improve the verification process. Speaker 4: They want to create access and make it easy for students to enroll. And I understand that, and that is an important piece of it. But you also want a little bit of friction because you want to make sure that person is who they say they are. Speaker 0: But the federal government says scammers often use artificial intelligence to expand their reach and circumvent fraud detection controls. Speaker 4: These bad actors take core identity credentials that can actually belong to someone, you know, Social Security number, a driver's license number, name, date of birth, that type of information, and then they mix it with fake information, like a maybe a bank account where they want the funds to be deposited. Speaker 0: The Identity Theft Resource Center and the FTC can help you fight identity theft for free. We have links in our free news app and website. According to the Department of Education's Inspector General, the federal government has lost more than $350,000,000 to ghost student scams with more than 200 active investigations nationwide.

Listen to these old hog farmers talk about how they were put out of business, then they did the same thing to the chicken farmers, now they are trying to do the same thing to the cattle farmers. They want everything controlled by just a few corporations. Bing back small farms. https://t.co/qUyPa1qO5W

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 0 and Speaker 1 discuss the decline of the hog business after years in it. They say they stayed in the pig business for years until the market was destroyed, and they got out in 1990-1995 because “you can't sell.” They note they weren’t paid for the protein they bought. They describe a lack of profitability: “They didn't pay for the protein we bought.” They recall trying to price things, saying, “send $16 a 100 with 16¢ a pound per damn pound.” Wilbur is mentioned as someone who thought he’d get rich, but it was worthless. He bought 60-pound feeder pigs for $5 a head and sold them for 8¢ a pound, with a hog bringing “$24.35 a hog for a number one.” They emphasize that prices never came down in the grocery store. The government is criticized for wanting consolidation and integration, aiming to “put everybody out of the hog business but the great big giant one,” akin to the chicken industry. They mention Tyson and Arkansas as players forming a large integrated system. They say, “Now they're in a the only one they ain't got integrated yet beef,” and they discuss “giner and giner ones out west with two or 3,000 brood cows” who have their own beef operations. The speakers recount the collapse of the hog industry, noting that “there's no market slap” and that the market was destroyed. They mention a person in Geneva who bought up the biggest operations, suggesting that those who harmed others would be the next to fail, and indeed “in two years' time they were out of bed.” They recount a shift where, at one point, you could haul a few hogs to Georgia, but then Georgia closed down. They describe packing plants: “They had a packing plant for hogs in Dothan, the first one to go, and they sold it and turned it into a chicken butchering glass.” The Sunnyland-Elba area is referenced. They say packers bought “fat sows that were already butchered by the big company,” bringing in carcasses, cutting them up one by one, which effectively eliminated the smaller operations. Finally, they explain the geographical movement: Georgia went out of business, so they had to haul hogs to South Carolina. They could haul only a few miles in the summer, and “a few miles, you was lucky to haul them once you up there.”

Roblox is identified as the main focus of concerns about predators on platforms used by children, with 75,000,000 active daily users highlighted. A specific case involves a young guy who was groomed and had issues for himself on Roblox; he runs a popular YouTube channel and began catching predators on the platform, resulting in six arrests. Roblox sent him a cease and desist letter for being a vigilante on their platform, and they issued a press release stating they are banning vigilantes from Roblox. The speaker emphasizes that predators end up on platforms where children are present and warns that “your children are on here.” The speaker urges parents to remove their children from Roblox, claiming, “What parent keeps their kid on there after we're telling them this?” They argue that “people in positions of power where they have access to children” are the places where predators end up, and that people are surprised by this. The speaker concludes with a warning that this situation will happen to you.

On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk's groups, Turning Point USA. In other words, Arctic Frost wasn't just a case to politically investigate Trump. Speaker Mike Johnson reads direct quotes from a gender transition surgeon who operates on minors. “We’re just kind of learning and figuring out what works— We'll know more in 5 to 10 years, it'll be fascinating to see how all these kids turn out” https://t.co/NbMeeozqwE

Video Transcript AI Summary
A politician introduces a video clip of a surgeon who identifies as the "queer surgeon" and performs gender affirming surgeries. The politician expresses concern over experimental and irreversible procedures being performed on children. In the clip, the surgeon states that 80% of their practice is gender affirming surgery, with a focus on genital surgeries like vaginoplasty and phalloplasty. They acknowledge an increase in adolescents seeking surgical intervention, which presents unique challenges, especially for those who have undergone puberty suppression. The surgeon admits that there is a lack of published research on genital surgeries for pubertally suppressed adolescents and that they are "just kind of learning and figuring out what works." They explain that puberty suppression affects the amount of tissue available for vaginoplasty, requiring alternative techniques like using peritoneum to line the vaginal canal. The surgeon notes that they will know more about the outcomes in 5-10 years and that it will be fascinating to see how these kids turn out. The politician then condemns these procedures as "barbarism" and "mutilation of children" that should be illegal. They claim that children lack the capacity to make such life-altering decisions and that sex is an immutable characteristic.

Speaker 0: He calls himself the queer surgeon, and he boasts about the shocking, fully experimental, irreversible, and life altering invasive procedures that he and others are performing on children to surgically modify their genitals. I want everyone to hear this in his own words, not mine, and take special note of the frank admission that no one has published any studies on these shocking procedures, and they are, quote, as he says, just kind of learning and figuring out what works, unquote. Later in this video, he admits to performing, quote, huge reconstructive surgery rearranging anatomy, and then acknowledges that they know almost nothing about the outcomes for these children. And quote, he says, we'll know more in five to ten years. And quote, it'll be fascinating to see how all these kids turn out. Wow. With unanimous consent, I will enter the link to this full video in the record of our hearing because everyone should watch it. It is absolutely nightmarish and surreal to hear the description of what these people are doing to the bodies of young children. Please play that clip, and I will say viewer discretion is advised. Speaker 1: So 80% or so of my practice is gender affirming surgery. So I do facial, chest surgery, and genital surgery. But the majority of my practice, instead of where my passion lies, is really genital surgery cases. So I do a lot of vaginoplasty and a lot of phalloplasty. I would just say they're expanding in either direction. So, yeah, a lot of adolescents presenting for surgical intervention but also a lot of people that are, like, in their seventies sometimes coming in for genital surgery and then everything in between. But the adolescents for sure present some unique challenges. Obviously, there's great evidence supporting pubertal suppression for a whole variety of benefits, but the one thing that is very new is genital surgery in someone that has underwent pubertal suppression. Not so much an issue in someone with assigned female at birth anatomy that undergoes a phalloplasty because we're creating something with, you know, free tissue transfer or flap anyway, but a much bigger issue for an individual that's undergoing a penile inversion vaginoplasty because we use all of that tissue to basically create vulva as well as line the internal vaginal canal. And as a specialty, those of us that do a fairly high volume of genital gender affirming surgery, you know, we've maybe done a couple, a handful of pubertally suppressed adolescents as a field and no one's published on it yet. OHSU is, we're just putting our first series together as we're kind of learning and figuring out what works, But it's really changing things because you don't have enough tissue to line the vaginal canal, so you either have to take a skin graft or take skin from elsewhere or use some artificial products. The way that we're dealing with it is by using a robot and we're basically performing intra abdominal components of the surgery. So we're using peritoneum, which is the inner lining of the abdomen to line most of the vaginal canal And by doing that, that allows us to use all of the remaining tissue externally to create a vulva and try to make also an aesthetic results. Speaker 0: So I'm gonna speak the truth here plainly, and I think the vast majority of the American people understand and agree with what I'm going to say. What you've just heard there is a little sample of barbarism. This is the mutilation of children, and it should be prohibited by our law. This so called gender affirming care is anything but affirming and caring, and the language matters. This is adults deciding to permanently alter the bodies of children who do not have the capacity to make like life altering decisions on their own. And here's some more plain truth that everybody acknowledged until about fifteen minutes ago. It's been plainly observed and fully respected by every culture for all of recorded history. Sex isn't something you are

This leftist woman is having a mental breakdown because she now has to pay back her student loans; she says if she defaults, then the government can garnish her wages, take her tax refund, & even take her benefits. https://t.co/JAEGfCj97h

Video Transcript AI Summary
The federal government announced that student loan collections will begin May 5. For those in default, the government can garnish wages, seize tax returns, and even take benefits like social security. Default can lead to collections. Currently, about 5.3 million people in the United States are in default, which will disproportionately hurt those already struggling. The speaker believes the government is trying to cripple as many people as possible and doesn't care about their health or if they die. The speaker feels this paves the way for more "bullshit." The speaker notes that the number of people in default is about the same as those who have been at the protests. The speaker will see everyone May 1 at the next protest.

Speaker 0: Well, just dropped the student loan bomb? Fuck! The federal government just announced that it's coming for your loans and collections begin May 5 for student loan debt. If you're in default, they can garnish your wages, they can take your tax return, and they can even take your benefits like social security. And if you still can't pay it and you default, they're going to send you to collections. There are about 5,300,000 people in The United States right now in default. This is gonna hurt the people that are already struggling the most. They are really just trying to absolutely cripple as many people as fucking possible at this point. It's pretty clear they want us completely broke. They don't give a fuck about our health. They don't really give a shit if we die. Yeah. They're just gonna cut fucking everything. This really just paves the path for so much more bullshit. I just realized that's about the same amount of people that have been at the protests. Interesting. Speaker 1 accuses Speaker 2 of investigating legislators for doing their jobs for Texans, implying the intent was to gain leverage for billion-dollar contracts. Speaker 1 suggests the actions could be illegal and calls for the attorney general to investigate. Speaker 1 is "appalled and disgusted" that Speaker 2 would investigate legislators and claims that Speaker 2 was gathering information to use it. Speaker 2 claims the investigations were to gain general knowledge of individuals they might meet with and their interests. Speaker 1 disputes this, suggesting Speaker 2 sought specific information for other purposes. Speaker 1 concludes that Speaker 2's actions are "despicable" and that the legislators are like "family."

The stuff that's in that folder, are you embarrassed by it at all? Speaker 2: Yeah. I am. Speaker 1: Why would we even wanna do business with a company that operates like that? The the you're the president? Speaker 2: I am. Speaker 1: Is that correct? Yeah. I'm appalled. I couldn't believe it. I had to lean over and ask him. I'm like, is this real? I'm not joking. I've been doing this ten years. This is your number 11 for me. And when I looked at the folder, I thought it was a joke. It's emails with your name on it. And you investigated people that are on this dais for doing their job for Texans. What do you have to say for that? Speaker 2: Again Because they were trying to Speaker 1: do what's right for the constituents. What do you what do you say? Speaker 2: Yeah. I think, going back in time, I think it was just understanding what, interests and information, we could have knowledgeable of be knowledgeable of when we're meeting with different individuals. Speaker 1: I disagree. You wanted leverage and you thought that you were gonna use it. I dare you to investigate me. Do it and then bring it. I dare you to do that to That's disgusting that you would do an investigation and you would pay for investigators to look something up in someone's background to try to leverage it. It's actually very potentially, it could be illegal. I don't know. I would I would I would ask the attorney general to potentially investigate your actions on whether they were legal and whether you tried to use what you found out during those investigations against these people in order to gain billion dollars contracts. It makes me wonder what the heck they're even doing with you in this position when you conduct yourself like that. I would never, in a million years, consider investigating a legislator for doing their job. I'm just I'm I'm appalled and disgusted. I'm I'm I'm embarrassed that you would be sitting in front of us and that you would try to pretend like you were gathering information just to have it. You don't gather that kind of information to not use it. What were you really gonna use that information for? I'm just I'm I'm appalled and disgusted. I'm I'm I'm embarrassed that you would be sitting in front of us and that you would try to pretend like you were gathering information just to have it. You don't gather that kind of information to not use it. What were you really gonna use that information for? Speaker 2: Just like what I've said. Speaker 1: What? What's that? Say it again. Speaker 2: I wanna hear it. Just to have general information about individuals we might be meeting with and knowing that they might have interest in certain things. That's really it. Speaker 1: So you you wanna know very specific information. Do you know did you read the emails? Do you know what emails we're talking about? Because that's not what you were looking for. But so what were you what were you really looking for? Speaker 2: Really just what I've stated. Speaker 1: You're in the middle of a lawsuit, and you don't wanna answer me, I think. I think that's what it is. Look. We don't always get along up here on this dais. Sometimes we disagree with each other. Video Transcript AI Summary
Last week, Kash Patel was confirmed as FBI director, and now Dan Bongino, a right-wing conspiracy theorist and podcaster, has been appointed as his number two. Bongino has zero experience at the FBI, and this deputy director position has always been held by a long-term veteran of the bureau for over a hundred years, because this person has access to sensitive operations, including surveillance and working with our allies' intelligence agencies. Bongino is known for pushing conspiracy theories, like the big lie that Donald Trump won the 2020 election. He's also a COVID disinformation super spreader and a Russia denier. Instead of focusing on fentanyl traffickers, murderers, and violent criminals, he's going to be focused on the political vendettas of Donald Trump, because he doesn't want to move on.

Speaker 0: That's Dan Bongino, right wing conspiracy theorist podcaster. He's gonna be the number two at the FBI working with Kash Patel. This is a guy who has zero experience at the FBI. He has not worked a day in his life for the FBI. Bear in mind, we have not had a deputy director of the FBI who was not a long term veteran of the bureau in over a hundred years, and there's a reason for that. This number two position has access and buy in on some of the most sensitive operations the FBI does. That is when they engage in surveillance, like electronic surveillance of organized crime or of foreign spies operating in United States. This is the guy who may be point. He is also a person who's gonna have a key responsibility in working with our allies and their intelligence and law enforcement agencies. This is someone you need who has experience and character and trust, who has a reputation for being a straight shooter. The last thing we want is a conspiracy theorist. What is this guy known for? How did he come to the attention of Donald Trump? He's known for his conspiracy theories. He's known for pushing out the big lie that Donald Trump won the twenty twenty election when he lost. He's known for being a COVID disinformation super spreader, notwithstanding he got the vaccine himself. This is a guy who is also a Russia denier. This is the qualifications now necessary to reach high office. He's gonna be working with Kash Patel. He's gonna be focused on political payback. And while he's doing the political payback, guess what he's not gonna be focused on? He's not gonna be focused on going after fentanyl traffickers. He's not gonna be focused on going after murderers and violent criminals and gangs. He's not gonna be focused on what matters to you. He's gonna be focused on the political vendettas of Donald Trump. And in case you don't think he's ready to move on and focus on the American people's priorities, here's what he had to say. Speaker 1: I'm gonna be straight with you. I don't wanna move on. 🚨BREAKING: Trump just told every Governor in the US that they need to switch to paper ballots & same-day voting. https://t.co/3ggD2zo7VU

Video Transcript AI Summary
For the safety and security of our nation, we should switch to paper ballots, which cost only 8% of what machines cost. These paper ballots should be watermarked to prevent cheating. Along with paper ballots, we need same-day voting, voter ID, and proof of citizenship. Some states take weeks to finish counting votes, and in a close election, this delay is unacceptable. With paper ballots, everyone would know the results by 10 PM. I asked Elon Musk about voting systems, and he said computers aren't suitable for voting due to too many transactions happening too quickly. The most secure and fastest way to secure elections is with paper ballots. France used mail-in ballots but switched back to paper ballots and had their election results by 10:05 PM with no complaints. We're one of the only countries with mail-in voting.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: One other thing I I just before we leave, I I think you should do this. If I mean, for my safety and security and for the good of our nation, you should do it anyway regardless even if it costs 10 times more, but it actually costs you just a tiny fraction. If you went to paper ballots and you're voting, and I I would hope that every Republican would. So it costs exactly 8% of what the machines cost. These machines, they got something going. They got they they get they get business. It's amazing. So paper ballots and paper is very sophisticated today. A paper they it's called watermark. It's impossible to copy, impossible to cheat. It's actually hard to believe that a piece of paper is highly sophisticated, but it's watermarked and it's very, it's amazing actually when you see it. You can't cheat. But if you went to paper ballots and same day voting, and if you went to, voter ID, and also one other thing, you want a proof of citizenship. Those four things, proof of citizenship, voter ID, paper ballots, one day voting. And if you went to two day voting or three day voting, but some of these states, you go had sixty four days. You know, California just finished up just a short while ago. They they they was they were voting a week and a half ago. They're trying to finish him up. And other states too, they were weeks after the election. I mean, if that were a close election, you'd have to wait for weeks and weeks and weeks. You got finished fast, Brian. Thank you for your help. We did very well in Georgia. It was very nice. But but some of these states, if you had a close election, you wouldn't know who won. And then, you know, once that happens, then you really never know who won. But you would save tens of millions of dollars forgetting about right, wrong, and security, safety, our country, our constitution, and all of these. Number one, you'd have a much safer election. Number two, everybody you'd know the results of your election by 10:00. Everybody it's a beautiful system. It's boxes of 5,000. Boom. Boom. And you can go and examine each box. It's it's so simple and so good. I was I did ask Elon because he knows more about computers than anybody I know. I said, what do you think of the voting system? He said, computers are not meant for voting. It's just not a good it's too many transactions taking place too quickly. It's just not he said, honestly and I've gone to the best people, the smartest computer minds from MIT from others. My uncle was a professor forty one years at MIT and a brilliant guy, and and I got to know a lot of the people up there. And they will tell you that the bet the most secure way that you can secure the election and probably the fastest way because there can be very little hanky panky, is paper ballots. Can you believe it? So I hope, Sarah, that certainly, the Republican governors. But if you wanna save a lot of money, you go to paper ballots. It'll cost you 8% of what the costs are now, and that's based on a good deal for machines. And then when you go through the, you know, days and weeks and months of waiting, France had, mail in ballots. Anytime you have mail in ballots, you're gonna have fraud, without question. And France had it, and they went back to paper ballots. And I saw their election, and their election was over at 09:00, and their numbers came in at 10:05. And there were no complaints. There was no they had a winner. They had a loser. 39,000,000 votes, and it was done. We're one of the only people that has now mail in voting. One of the only countries that has mail in voting. We ended DEI across the federal government, terminated related federal workers, and restored merit-based policies. We've ensured fair enforcement of civil rights laws and cracked down on illegal racial discrimination. We've saved women's sports by prohibiting men's participation, ended radical gender ideology in the federal government, and reaffirmed the biological basis of sex. The military is now solely focused on readiness. We've launched a historic cost-cutting effort, uncovering corruption and saving billions. We've renamed the Gulf Of Mexico to the Gulf Of America and Mount Denali to Mount McKinley to restore patriotism. We've ended weaponization of the federal government and federal censorship, protecting free speech. The death penalty is back for heinous crimes, restoring law and order.

Speaker 0: Thank you all for joining today, our one month celebration of the most historic opening to a presidency in American history. No president comes close to what Donald Trump has achieved over just the last thirty days. He has packed eight years of transformative action restoring this nation, restoring our laws, restoring fairness, restoring economic opportunity, restoring national security in just one month. No one in this country has ever seen anything like it. And when you look at the consequentiality and the significance and the transformative nature of the actions he's taking, it truly defies description. For example, in just one area, this nation has been plagued and crippled by illegal discrimination, diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. It strangled our economy. It has undermined public safety. It has made every aspect of life more difficult, more painful, and less safe. He has ended all DEI across the federal government. He has terminated all federal workers involved in promulgating these unlawful policies. He has ended diversity, equity, and inclusion in all federal contracting. He has restored merit as the cornerstone of all federal policy, restored the full, fair, and partial enforcement of our federal civil rights laws for the first time in generations. And he has cracked down on individuals across this government and nonprofits who have engaged in illegal racial discrimination against the American people. This includes making clear to every educational institution in this country that ending diversity, equity, and inclusion, ending unlawful race discrimination is a precondition of receiving federal funds. He has also saved women's sports by ending the participation of men in women's sports. He has ended radical gender ideology across the entire federal government, and he's pressured the private sector to also end and combat radical gender ideology. He's reestablished the scientific and biological truth that there are only two sexes in this country, male and female, that those are biologically based determinations. They are not based and can never be based on gender identity. That includes rooting out of the Department of Defense all DEI policies, all critical race theory, all gender madness, and once again having a military that is focused solely and exclusively on readiness, preparedness, and lethality. As I'm sure Kevin will talk about more, of course, he has undertaken a historic cost cutting effort across the federal government, launching the first ever department of government efficiency, uncovering corruption on a scale that we never thought imaginable, terminating every single federal worker that we are that we have found to be engaged in the corruption and theft and the waste of taxpayer dollars, and already saving $50,000,000,000 in a single year, which over a ten year period would be $500,000,000,000. Just think about how vast and enormous that sum is. Of course, as you all know, he has renamed the Gulf Of Mexico to his correct and proper name, the Gulf Of America. He has renamed Mount Denali into Mount McKinley, part of a historic effort to restore patriotism and national pride all across this land. He has ended the weaponization of the federal government, restored the Department of Justice to its true mission of combating threats to this nation and keeping the American people safe. He has ended all federal censorship of free speech. This has been one of the greatest crises that has plagued this nation. Years and years and years, the federal government violating the first amendment to take away Americans' right of free speech. President Trump has ended that, and he has demanded that all federal workers, all law enforcement cease any effort to intimidate the rights of Americans or to police their speech. He has also restored the death penalty at the Department of Justice, including for illegal aliens who commit murder, including for those who murder cops, and including for all of those who threaten Americans with heinous acts of violence. The death penalty is back. Law and order is back. The streets are being made safe once again.

HOLY SH!T things are finally getting real: The DOJ has launched a criminal investigation into the Sheriff of Tompkins County, New York, for releasing a dangerous illegal back into the community in violation of a federal arrest warrant. "The Tompkins County Sheriff's Office in Ithaca, NY, a self-described sanctuary city, appears to have failed to honor a valid federal arrest warrant for a criminal alien with an assault conviction. Yesterday, despite the warrant, a defendant with no legal status and a history of violence was released into the community. Federal agents risked their safety and pursued the defendant in unsafe conditions. Today, they were successful in recapturing the defendant. I applaud the U.S. Attorney's commitment to investigate these circumstances for potential prosecution and the efforts of the agents who were able to arrest the defendant under wholly avoidable circumstances." - Acting Deputy AG Emil Bove Send a message to the rest of these illegal sympathizers by making an example out of him. 👀🚨 WATCH: Biden just gave Big Pharma immunity for the COVID vaccine all the way through the end of Trump’s presidency in 2029…. Coincidence? https://t.co/R5f6FlJDhN

Video Transcript AI Summary
Joe Biden's Health and Human Services has extended the liability shield for COVID vaccine manufacturers until 2029, raising questions about the safety of these vaccines. The vaccine injury compensation program does not cover COVID vaccine injuries, and only a small fraction of claims have been compensated. Congressman Rich McCormack highlights the lack of accountability for vaccine manufacturers, contrasting it with how other industries are held responsible for harm. He emphasizes the need for transparency and accountability in government spending, particularly regarding COVID-related funds. McCormack believes that significant legislative work lies ahead, and there's hope for change if they can act decisively. He also expresses strong opposition to mandates, stating he would rather be jobless than be forced to take the vaccine again.

Speaker 0: And yet another move to hamstring the MAGA agenda, Joe Biden's department of health and human services just extended the liability shield for COVID vaccine makers through the end of, we'll let you guess, 2029, the year that Trump will leave office. What are they shielding manufacturers from if these vaccines are so safe? Speaker 1: Plus, HHS's vaccine injury compensation program still doesn't cover injuries from the COVID vaccine. However, a different little known government program can, but it's being slow walked. Of the more than 13,000 claims sent into the program, alleging injury or death from the COVID vaccine or another COVID treatment, fewer than 35100 have decisions. Speaker 0: And of those decisions, 18 claims have been compensated. 3,373 have been denied. Joining us now, a member of the house select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic and a former emergency room doctor, congressman from Georgia, Rich McCormack. A doctor and congressman, great to see you. So if, these COVID vaccines will continue for until 2029, will continue to fall under this, program, which you do not get reimbursement if you're one of the few that HHS decides in favor of. You get no pain and suffering. What's Biden and co up to with this decision? Speaker 2: Well, it's not just that. If you look at the way they designed this, you have no repercussions. You can't sue these companies who have come up with these, vaccinations that may or may not be harmful. But this is why we make decisions with our doctors and and some of the consequences, but we've held cigarette companies accountable. You just did a report on holding oil companies responsible for global warming, that they could be sued for that. And then you can say you can't hold people who actually have real manifestations of physical harm from vaccination for young healthy people a lot of times that should have no business of getting a vaccination when they have immunity already, and you're not gonna hold them accountable. This is ridiculous double standards, And it shows you who they're favoring and who they're playing politics with. And quite frankly, we just did a hearing in which 40% of this year's FEMA budget was diverted to, guess what, COVID. COVID paybacks. Still, this year, the the pandemic's been over for a couple years. Not many yard, doc. I served my last, shift about December 28th, 2 years ago. And you know this pandemic's over, but yet we're still spending 40% of FEMA during a a year we had shortfalls in the budget for hurricanes on something that's been over for a couple years. Shame on us. We need to hold these people accountable. Speaker 1: All this money gets shifted around in the background, and and almost nobody knows about it, which is why you need something like Doge to take a huge massive floodlight and shine it in here. Then you've got all these alphabet soup agencies that administer these different things. Here's my question. Can you roll these late stage decisions back? Can Trump come into office and say, 2029? Forget about it. We're gonna rescind that. We're gonna repeal it. Or can congress do that? Who can act on this? Speaker 2: I think we're gonna have to come to go green time. I think now that we have the trifecta, we have so much work to do. Matter of fact, the biggest thing that's gonna hamstring us is how much we have to actually accomplish in this first 100 days. How we're gonna pass a CR? Are we gonna pass the skinny? We're gonna do 2, reconciliation bills. The last time we actually got it done right was about 30 years ago. I believe it was 1997. We have a tremendous amount of work to do. We have a very narrow margin in the house, more narrow than the senate. That should mean something to a lot of people. There's a lot of finding to be done, so don't think it's over yet. But if we can get it right, we might just save America. Speaker 0: Yeah. And don't force people to ever, take a jab in their arm Right. Ever again. Because in New York City, people the companies and individuals, if they wanted to go into the workplace, were forced to get the COVID vaccine. Never again. Never again. I will I will go jobless before I do that again. Doctor Rich McCormick, thank you so much.

Dr. Anne, the chief medical officer, mentioned they collect 5 to 6 samples weekly, while Tram, the vice president of abortion access, described having conjoined twins in the freezer awaiting pickup. They discussed methods related to partial birth abortion, where the baby is partially delivered before being terminated. The journalist later proposed a contract to Tram to buy fetal organs, which she forwarded to her superiors. I like what Speaker 1: she's doing. We have a lot of it. And they're all like, yeah. That's pretty profitable too. We get 5 Speaker 0: to 6 samples a week. Speaker 1: Most week's Thursday, Friday. And so I told them a week. So I have 2 providers who go to 24 weeks, and Anne is one of the Speaker 0: This lady is named Tram, and she's the vice president of abortion access at Planned Parenthood. And Tram's about to tell us how she loves freezing conjoined twin babies as prize specimens to look at. Speaker 1: We had 17 week twins in the freezer because we're waiting for, funeral home to pick them up. They were, like, the most advanced. And I was like, it's really cool, though. Oh, Speaker 0: Yes. She knows what she's doing is psycho. Speaker 1: And I'm like, yeah. I have, like, a leg for you. I'm like, oh, shit. Other people don't hear me. They're like, you're a fan evil. Speaker 0: They might think that this is illegal and the stuff varies in all states. Well, it is, but they have their ways of getting around that. Speaker 1: If I'm doing a procedure and I'm in fear that it's about to come to the umbelicus, I might ask for a second set of forceps to her, pull the body at the at the cervix and pull off the surgery. Speaker 0: Oh. So you're gonna okay. Speaker 1: No. So it's not Right. Speaker 0: What she's Okay. So so it's not Right. Speaker 1: What she's talking about is a partial birth abortion Speaker 0: where the baby is being birthed, legs out, and as the head and neck are still in the womb, they snip the back of the neck and suck the brains out. Speaker 1: When you have things that you, like, cooperate moms, someone's like, just like and there's a good guy like, oh, baby. She's like, one fast and I forgot it. And Speaker 0: After this convention, the undercover journalist writes a contract offer to Tramp. We'll give you $750 for the baby's liver and $1600 for the liver and thymus paired. Tramp's all on board, and she forwards it to her higher ups. Now this led by an organization called the Center For Medical Progress, which was founded by a journalist named David Delighted. After these videos were released, David's house was raided by the state, and they took the video footage of the crime that Planned Parenthood has been involved in. Planned Parenthood is still funded 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars by your taxes every year. Speaker 1: Planned Speaker 0: Parenthood needs to be defunded.

Lindsey Graham says that he does not think Jan 6th committee members should go to prison. Easy for you to say Lindsey. They didn’t ruin your life with LIES & destroy evidence that would exonerate you. As a J6 Prisoner, I want to see them in prison, same goes for your sorry ass.

I’m reaching out for prayers as I struggle in this prison, nearing a year behind bars. The conditions are unbearable: the commissary is often out of stock, we can't get bottled water, and the showers are cold. The food is inadequate, and I live in fear of solitary confinement. Visits with my family are frustrating due to glitches and long drives. My mail is often mishandled, and soon, they’ll restrict our books and phone time. I feel lost and believe I should be home, especially after the Supreme Court dismissed my charge. Please pray for me and the other women here.

Email from Jan 6th Prisoner Rachel Powell mother of 8 & grandmother of 7 with no prior criminal record. 3 years on house arrest with an ankle monitor, then sentenced to an additional 57 months in the notorious Hazelton federal penitentiary in WV by DC judge Royce Lamberth, for protesting the fraudulent 2020 presidential election. Dec 6th, 2024: "Please pray for this place & me. I am really struggling with being here [almost a year behind bars]. It isn't just that every day I am here is a day I should be home, or the failure of the justice system, or Christmas coming. It's also the commissary that is continually out of stock, & the refusal to sell bottled water to us anymore, leaving us with water that gives us rashes & smells like the YMCA pool to drink. It is the cold showers because something is wrong with the water heater, the broken BUNN hot water heater, which is the only thing we have to "cook" with since they won't give us microwaves or let us buy irons. I can't even cook oats for breakfast anymore. This is on top of the biological male creeps, the lack of worship because I refuse to worship with tr*nsv*stites, the tiny beds with thin mattresses, the underwear that bleeds dye continually, the degradation of having to use toilet paper at chow because they can't even provide napkins, along with the lack of decent food in decent portions. If you only knew how lacking the food is here. My mail is improperly copied, so often I can't read it part of the time, assuming I even get it because I often don't. On top of living in fear of going to the SHU [solitary confinement] daily for not doing anything SHU worthy, or the fear of an officer coming in my room & destroying the few belongings I have because of something someone in another cell did. The continual psychological beatings, getting screamed at for things like forgetting to take my winter cap off when entering the chow hall, or heaven forbid one of us puts in on less than five feet from the door. "Put it on outside!!!" Meanwhile it's 20 degrees outside, before the mountaintop wind chill where wind blasts icy snow across your face, & if you cover your face with a scarf there is a bellowing of an angry officer "UNCOVER YOUR FACE!" And then when I want to visit with my family for a few minutes they are either tortured by the long drive, with no vending machines or even a pitcher of water at the [visitors] table. Or a video visit computer that has a high probability of glitching up so badly that there is no visit - just a 25 minute struggle of trying to hear or get a glimpse of my children for a few seconds before it glitches again. They literally can't properly take care of us here. And now I have to look forward to more rejected mail (only white envelopes are accepted - never mind that we never get the envelopes anyhow). Soon they won't let us have books sent in, & they are cutting our phone minutes down in Jan by almost half, leaving me with even less contact with my family. Believe it or not, I could keep going. I can't do this anymore. I should not be here. My judge [Royce Lamberth] should have resentenced me & sent me home months ago [after the ridiculous 1512 charge was thrown out by the Supreme Court in June 2024]. I don't understand why I am stuck in here & am not out on bail pending a resentencing. None of this makes any sense to me anymore. So pray not just for me, but for the hundreds of women enduring hell here at this prison. My attitude is really not good lately & I am struggling."

I wasn't kidding about the congressional liquor store; it really exists. Pelosi opened it for Members to buy alcohol with taxpayer money, but we're planning to cut that funding. Also, community notes are misused for alcohol purchases, and we need to put a stop to it.

You thought we were joking about the congressional liquor store? It exists. Look it up. Pelosi opened a liquor store in the House where Members can buy alcohol with their taxpayer-funded MRAs. We’re going to cut the funding. Nancy can be an alcoholic on her own dime. https://t.co/vdhwE3My1v

Someone needs to audit the community notes: They aren’t “supposed” to be used to buy alcohol, but it happens and we are going to end it.
