Speaker 0: Americans, I'm colonel Douglas McGregor, president and CEO of the national conversation. Today, I'm speaking to you as an American who has spent most of his life studying war and is someone who understands that the greatest victory is the war that never has to be fought. We've reached a strategic inflection point in world history. Many Americans sense something is deeply wrong. They feel we are drifting, not navigating, but drifting toward a global explosion, not a war of conscious choice or deliberate planning, but a tragedy born of carelessness, of autopilot thinking, of institutional leaders that have forgotten their purpose.
These feelings are not paranoia, they are pattern recognition. The choices made in the next twelve months will determine whether our children inherit a world of possibilities or slide unthinkingly into catastrophe. In Ukraine, a regional conflict became a grinding war of attrition with NATO weapons striking deep inside Russian territory, while Russian doctrine explicitly permits a nuclear response depending on the strikes. In The Middle East, Israel and Iran won an undeclared nuclear power, the other a threshold state, exchange strikes with increasing boldness. Each side, certain the other, will back down.
In South Asia, India, and Pakistan, the leaders watch these developments and draw their own conclusions. The point is the global nuclear order is unraveling, and the people most responsible for maintaining it seem least capable of recognizing the danger. I want to introduce a concept that captures the essence of our peril. I call it nuclear gain of function. Everyone will remember the Wuhan laboratory debate, the possibility that scientists engineered a pathogen more dangerous than anything nature produced.
This was biological gain of function. We called this reckless. We held hearings. We demanded accountability. Yet in our nuclear weapons laboratories and think tanks, we have been conducting gain of function research on Armageddon itself for decades.
Every time we develop a warhead designed to be more usable, we are engaged in nuclear gain of function. Every time we deploy missiles that reduce warning time from thirty minutes to five, we are enhancing the transmissibility of nuclear war. Every time we run war games premised on limited nuclear exchanges, we are making it more likely that nuclear war escapes the containment that deterrence is supposed to provide. Keep in mind, the Wuhan scientists believed their containment protocols were sound. The nuclear strategists have no containment at all.
Their entire theory rests on the assumption that rational actors will remain rational, that accidents never happen, that miscalculation is impossible. Here is what haunts me and should haunt you. An electrical contractor wiring your home exercises more caution about catastrophic failure than the so called defense intellectuals who play with nuclear scenarios. The electrician tests the circuit breaker. He builds in margins of safety.
He assumes something will go wrong and plans accordingly. A building contractor who reinforces a foundation understands redundancy better than the theorists who assume that escalation can be controlled. The tradesman respects catastrophic risk because he has seen what happens when safeguards fail. The nuclear theorists have never seen a city burn. They move arrows on maps and call it strategy.
In February 2026, the new START treaty strategic arms reductions talks expires. The last arms control agreement between the world's two largest nuclear arsenals. Moscow has signaled a willingness to extend it. President Trump should seize this opportunity, not as concession, but as assertion of American leadership, extend the treaty, preserve the limits, and then strive for something more ambitious. This brings me to my proposal.
It's simple, that president Trump champion a global agreement on no first use of nuclear weapons among all nine nuclear armed states, United States, Russia, China, United Kingdom, France, India, Pakistan, North Korea, and Israel. Consider what this initiative can accomplish. In Ukraine, both sides fear what the other might do if pushed too far. No first use lowers the temperature, creates space for the compromise. Everyone knows compromise is essential.
It's essential between India and Pakistan, nations that recently came within hours of a nuclear exchange in 2019. No first use reduces the terrifying pressure to launch on warning. In The Middle East, it makes clear that nuclear weapons are instruments of last resort, not tools of coercion. Critics will say this weakens deterrence. They will argue that ambiguity is strategically valuable.
These arguments sound sophisticated, but they are reckless beyond measure. Former chairman of the joint chiefs, general Colin Powell, expressed serious doubt about limited nuclear options throughout his career. There was nothing in any intelligence, Powell insisted, to suggest the Soviets would respond to a limited strike with anything less than full retaliation. Controlled escalation is a fantasy. It exists only in war games.
In the real world, once the first weapon detonates, rational calculation ends. Fear takes over. Communication breaks down. President Trump rightly understands that nuclear war is the n word we dare not speak aloud for fear of willing it into existence. This is ancient wisdom.
To name a thing is to summon it. Thus, we hide behind acronyms and abstractions. ICBM, SLBM, MERV, MAD. We have bureaucratized the apocalypse, but the silence is its own danger. Because we do not speak of it, we do not see the drift.
Because we do not name it, we cannot confront it. Imagine this, in the first hour after a full exchange, three hundred million people die, vaporized, burned, crushed beneath collapsing buildings. In the first week, fallout poisons water and soil across continents. In the first year, nuclear winter blocks the sun and crops fail worldwide. The survivors envy the dead.
Robert Oppenheimer understood watching the first nuclear test. He recalled the Bhagavad Gita, now I am death, the destroyer of worlds. We Americans must find the courage to speak of these weapons precisely so we never have to use them. The decision to embrace no first use is not weakness. It is the cold recognition that some weapons are too terrible to use, that survival is the precondition for everything else we value.
President Trump has shown the willingness to challenge conventional thinking in many areas. Here is the ultimate test. By leading a global coalition to adopt no first use, he can do what no president has done since president Kennedy pulled us back from the brink in 1962. He can build a world where Americans and the rest of humanity did not live every day under the shadow of annihilation. The current path leads to catastrophe.
If not next year, then the year after. Sooner or later, deterrence fails. The laws of probability guarantee it. Let us be the generation that after eighty years of living with these weapons finally discovers the wisdom to ensure these weapons are not used. Let us be the generation of Americans that chooses life.

Our members are patriotic Americans from all walks of life who recognize that our children are at risk like never before. Child trafficking and abuse are endemic in our country. Government from local to federal is often complicit, and nothing will change for the better until we become the lawful agents of change and do it ourselves.
Institutionalized child trafficking is not new in our country. I was trafficked in 1955 at the age of 6 when my father sold me to a CIA handler in the MK Ultra program, Sex Magic. I grew up in a cult of mind control, satanic ritual abuse, sexual abuse, and soul stealing black masses conducted often in tunnels under Disneyland. I escaped to the age of 17 to begin a new life by enrolling in university then medical school. As a doctor, I forgot my past and had no memory of childhood.
Years later in the 19 nineties, when I was working on maternal and infant health care reform in Russia, I discovered that 1 third of babies born in the former Soviet Union were being abandoned at birth and sent to orphanages. From there, many were trafficked and taken to other countries for sex and organ trafficking. I organized a nationwide questionnaire, the first in the former Soviet Union, and uncovered the extent of kidnappings, abductions, and trafficking from each region. I also discovered that Germany, traffic women and children. In 2001, I took my findings with over 500 1,000 pieces of data collected from 15 former republics of the USSR to the United Nations, to the US State Department, and to Congress.
They chose to ignore my clear evidence of trafficking rings operating between Russia and the United States. In the meantime, over my objections, the state department issued their annual trafficking in person's report showing that the US had no trafficking problem. I continued my work in Russia by building an underground railroad for the rescue, return, and repatriation of trafficking victims. Within 10 years, we facilitated the rescues of over 70,000 people. In 2010, I was warned out of Moscow by Russian military intelligence to third world status.

In terms of Operation Paperclip, there's apps it is documented.
There's absolutely no question about it. Alan Dulles, CI director, was, associate of Heinrich Himmler of the Third Reich. So what Dulles proceeded to do when the Third Reich was brought down was he secretly brought all of the top Nazi scientists into the US. He falsified their files that he gave to Harry Truman making them look like there were no war crimes. They brought these Nazi scientists into the CIA to work for the CIA, and that includes the human experiments they conducted on Jewish men, women, and children, and the psychological studies that these Nazi scientists had done.
The CIA was using their expertise for these programs, through Operation Paperclip, and this was Nazi, much of it occult beliefs that the CIA adopted and actually put these people on their payroll.

It is inconceivable that the IDF had NO ready forces positioned in the South or the North to deal with potential violence on the anniversary of 1973. At the same time, the Arabs did what they never do. They shut up. In this sense, it’s reminiscent of two conditions. First, Custer and his column were annihilated because the hostile tribes did something they had never done: They united and stood their ground. Normally, they were divided and fled as soon as Army Regulars showed up. He rushed in thinking that if he did not, the hostiles would fleet. It’s also reminiscent of the Bulge. We talked ourselves into a state of wishful thinking and the Germans surprised us. For Israel, however, this is deadly serious. If Hezbollah sits this out, the IDF will systematically crush Gaza. However, serious attacks from Southern Lebanon will stretch the IDF ground force to the limit. It may be that anger and disgust across the Muslim World with the destruction of Gaza and its people eventually provokes a larger war that could involve Iran, even Turkey. Egypt will be unable to sit it out. Jordan may fall apart under the pressure of internal unrest. In short, the world could change dramatically.
