5 WARNING Skin Signs That Scream INSULIN RESISTANCE (Don’t Ignore THESE— precursor to DIABETES!) More and more people getting these particular problems because of the Insulin Resistance Pandemic https://t.co/yTLr8J1KRU

Video Transcript AI Summary
Five warning skin signs of insulin resistance 1) Skin tags (acrochordons): small, soft, flesh-colored growths often on the neck, eyelids, and armpits. Chronicly high insulin levels overstimulate skin growth factors, leading to these benign overgrowths and serving as one of the earliest visible clues of metabolic dysfunction. 2) Acanthosis nigricans: dark, velvety thickening of the skin in folds like the neck, armpits, and groin. Elevated insulin acts on receptors in the skin that stimulate keratin and pigment cells, causing the darkening and thickening that signals insulin resistance. Especially common in people with darker skin complexions; Southeast Asian and Indian-origin individuals tend to have this a lot when insulin resistance is budding, but it can occur in basically any pigmentation, including Northern European descent. 3) Hair loss: common in both men and women, especially women with polycystic ovary syndrome, and has a strong link to insulin resistance. Includes gradual thinning or receding hair, particularly at the crown or temples. High insulin increases androgen activity, shrinking hair follicles and shortening the growth cycle, resulting in a classic pattern hair loss. 4) Oily or acne-prone skin: increased shine, breakouts, or adult acne, especially on the jawline, chest, or back. Insulin resistance boosts androgen levels again, increasing oil production and clogging pores, creating a chronic acne condition. 5) Fungal or yeast infections in skin folds: red, itchy, sometimes white rashes in warm, moist areas such as the groin, under the breasts, or between the thighs. Elevated blood sugar feeds candida yeast and weakens the skin's immune barrier, allowing infections to flourish; bacterial infections can occur as well, but fungal and yeast infections are particularly common. Additional context: there is a very strong correlation between increased body fat percentage and insulin resistance, and diagnosis can include a fasting insulin level to calculate HOMA-IR. Natural reversal can begin in weeks with motivation and a whole real food diet, optimizing protein, cutting processed foods, sugars, and carbohydrates; starting moving with walking, exercising, muscle strengthening; addressing stress, and improving sleep. Programs and resources mentioned: a 30-day Kickstarter Met Thrive Method designed to help reverse insulin resistance; the goal of staying well and away from the medical industrial complex. Also check the website and natural health store: ohiwellness.com (USA), ohiwellness.co (UK/Europe). If you enjoyed the video, like and subscribe for more on natural metabolic health.

Speaker 0: I'm going to explain to you in this video five very important skin warning signs of insulin resistance that you absolutely should be aware of. Now insulin resistance is a true pandemic. The world has never seen anything like it. You name the condition from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, prediabetes, type two diabetes, other inflammatory disorders, all have a very strong association with insulin resistance. And I've talked in many prior videos about how to diagnose insulin resistance and how to reverse insulin resistance naturally. I'll include some links down below. Let's dive right in. Five warning skin signs that you absolutely should know. Number one, skin tags, also known as acrochordans. These are small, soft, flesh colored growths often found on the neck, eyelids, and armpits. Why do skin tags happen while chronically high insulin levels overstimulate skin growth factors, leading to these benign, usually benign, overgrowths, one of the earliest visible clues of metabolic dysfunction. And it is absolutely extraordinary that large segments of the medical establishment have the attitude, oh, let's just whip the skin tags off without even discussing why they occur. Number two, acanthosis nigricans. This is dark, velvety thickening of the skin in folds like the neck, armpits, and groin. This happens because elevated insulin acts on receptors in the skin that stimulate both keratin and pigment cells, causing these characteristic darkening and thickening that signals insulin resistance. And this is especially common in people with a darker skin complexion. People from Southeast Asia, Indian origin tend to get this a lot if they have budding insulin resistance, but it can occur in basically any skin pigmentation, even people of Northern European descent. So look out for that dark patches on the skin. And because insulin resistance is such a pandemic now, it's happening more and more. Number three, hair loss. This is common in both men and women, especially women with polycystic ovary syndrome, has a strong link to insulin resistance. And this includes gradual thinning or receding hair, particularly at the crown or temples. And it happens because high insulin increases androgen, male hormone activity, which shrinks hair follicles and shortens the growth cycle, resulting in a classic pattern style hair loss. Number four. Oily or acne prone skin. This includes increased shine, breakouts, or adult acne, especially on the jawline, chest, or back. And it happens because insulin resistance boosts androgen levels again, increasing oil production and clogging pores, creating a perfect storm for persistent acne. Number five. Fungal or yeast infections in the skin folds. These are red, itchy, sometimes white rashes in warm moist areas such as in the groin, under the breasts, or between the thighs. And it happens because elevated blood sugar feeds candida yeast and weakens the skin's immune barrier, allowing these infections to flourish. In fact, bacterial infections as well, but fungal and yeast infections are particularly common. So those are five very important skin warning signs that I would like you to remember. Number one, skin tags. Number two, acanthosis nigricans, dark velvety thickening of the skin. Number three, hair loss. Number four, oily or acne prone skin. And number five, fungal or yeast infections in skin folds. This is so very important to be aware of because we have such a pandemic nowadays, and I've talked in many prior videos about how to correctly diagnose insulin resistance, including a fasting insulin level to enable calculation of the HOMA IR, but there is a very, very strong correlation, probably one of the most strong correlations ever between increased body fat percentage and insulin resistance. So there you go right there, and the way to naturally reverse this, and it can start to happen in a matter of weeks. Of course, it takes motivation, determination. There are a lot of negative factors working against anybody nowadays in toxic modern mainstream culture, a lot of things which are pushing you constantly in the wrong direction. But everything centers around a whole real food diet, optimizing protein, cutting back on those processed foods, sugars, and carbohydrates, which most people consume in insane quantities, starting moving, even starting with walking, exercising, muscle strengthening, working on any stress in your life, sleeping enough, all of those are the pillars of well-being. So if you or anyone you love has any of these skin signs, it might be time to start thinking seriously about reversing insulin resistance. Thanks everybody for watching. And if you are interested in naturally reversing insulin resistance and holistic fat loss, check-in the links down below for my thirty day Kickstarter Met Thrive Method. Got a lot of good reviews so far, and it is specially designed to help anybody overcome insulin resistance with the goal, hopefully, of staying well and staying away from the medical industrial complex, but it's all going to be on you. However you choose to do this, if you have insulin resistance as most people do nowadays, your journey towards better health is centered around improving insulin sensitivity. Nothing is more important than your own determination. Alright, everybody. Many oncologists fail to discuss the importance of diet with cancer patients, despite its potential to improve outcomes. The medical profession's reliance on pharmaceuticals and procedures has overshadowed the significance of lifestyle choices. It is concerning that some physicians resist acknowledging the benefits of cutting back on junk food and sugar, which can lead to a metabolic reset and better chances of overcoming illness. The focus should be on early cancer patients who are not given guidance on consuming real, nutritious food.

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

Imagine being an oncologist (cancer specialist) and meeting a newly diagnosed cancer patient, and not even spending 30 SECONDS talking to them about resetting their metabolism by eliminating processed foods and minimizing sugars. That’s OVER 95 PERCENT of all modern day oncologists. Completely clueless on the power of food. And we don’t need the BS excuse: “There’s no randomized studies to support that”. You DON’T need any studies for bloody common sense advice, that is obviously going to help improve outcomes

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

Count how many MDs “fight” me saying this— insisting that they are right in not even saying ONE word about the fact that the majority of their patients are consuming very toxic pro-inflammatory diets. Clowns 🤡 Silence is deadly. Not trying is deadly

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

Mind boggling to me that fellow Physicians would be dying on the hill of insisting that telling their sick patients to cut back on junk foods and sugar— is not proven in studies to help them. The Medical Profession has become a joke, completely obsessed with throwing pharmaceuticals and procedures on people

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

Exhibit A. Cory, a concrete thinking physician with his head buried in protocols (given to him by his corrupted MD societies)— is too dumb to realize that a “metabolic reset” is basically what happens within only a few weeks of the average American who consumes a terrible toxic pro-inflammatory diet— switching to eating Real Food. Cory doesn’t understand this because his Pharma dominated profession has strayed wildly from the principles of Hippocrates (who knew 2500 years ago that lifestyle is everything). Nobody is suggesting telling an end-stage cancer patient not to “eat whatever they like”. The issue is the other early cancer patients who don’t get told anything about eating Real Foods to radically lift up their metabolic health and improve their odds of beating a terrible illness

As a physician, I firmly believe in patient autonomy and informed consent. I have personally decided not to take the COVID vaccine due to the perceived risks outweighing the benefits for me. It is crucial that individuals have the freedom to make their own choices regarding vaccination. Medical authorities should focus on medical ethics rather than coercing and mandating. Let everyone decide for themselves.

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

Dear US Medical Authorities and Academic Mob: I’m a Physician and just because I personally have ZERO interest in taking your *vaccine* (and would to be quite frank, rather stop practicing medicine in this country than ever be forced to take that thing)— that does NOT make me guilty of spreading *Misinformation*— as you like to accuse me of. Ever heard of patient autonomy and informed consent? The COVID vaccine has far more risks than benefits for me, and I made a personal decision to NEVER take it. I’m very glad I did. If YOU want to take an unproven Booster every few months, or even attach yourself to a continuous infusion because you are so terrified of COVID— go right ahead! Everyone can make their own personal choice. Just leave me alone. You should all go back to Year One Medical School and take a class on medical ethics. You are an utter disgrace with your attempts to coerce and mandate. Or as we say in England: Go Get Stuffed! I ain’t never taking it.

In September 2021, I made plans to leave my state and even the USA due to corrupt authorities pushing unnecessary genetic-based vaccines. Medical societies and leaders remained silent on unethical mandates and failed to address safety concerns. Now, as a dedicated physician, I aim to expose their lies and corruption, guiding others towards a healthier future. I won't rest until my mission is fulfilled.

@DrSuneelDhand - Suneel Dhand MD

I remember this time 2 years ago, September 2021, I was making contingency plans to leave my state— and even the USA— as the corrupt federal authorities were implementing policies to make me take a novel genetic-based vaccine, that I DIDN’T NEED to take. Not a single medical society in the US or major medical leader spoke out against the wrong and completely unethical mandates. Neither were they open and transparent about side-effects, adverse events, and safety concerns. Now I’m dedicating the rest of my career as a Physician to exposing their lies and corruption— and showing as MANY people as possible the way to a better and healthier future. I won’t stop till my last breath.
