I analyzed the financials of a typical pediatrics practice and found that over 50% of their revenue comes from vaccines. With an overhead of 50%, vaccines are essential for their survival. Each pediatrician administers around 5,000 vaccines annually, generating approximately $175,000 in administration fees, which is close to their median salary. Most practices need to double their income to cover expenses, and without the $35 per vaccine, they would struggle to remain viable. Additionally, there are bonus payments for high vaccination rates.

I ran the numbers for a typical pediatrics practice and can confirm a least 50% of their revenue comes from vaccines. What's not mentioned here is that their overhead is 50%, so without vaccines they can't even stay in business. A single vaccine administration fee for the pediatrician is only $35, but they do so many of them that it really adds up: An average pediatrics practice has 1500 patients per provider (some have twice as much or more). Those 1500 patients get 60 shots over the course of birth to 18 years, which is 1,620,000 total shots administered in 18 years, or an average of 5,000 vaccines administered per year. That’s $175,000 in vaccine administration fees alone at $35 a pop. This is essentially the median salary of a pediatrician. Of course most practices bring in about double to account for their overhead expenses, which run 50-60%. But without the $35 payments there would be basically nothing left over. Pediatrics is not economic for the most part without vaccines. And this doesn't even count the bonus payments they get for vaccinating 85%+ of their practice.

A typical pediatrician's office allegedly gets about 50% of its funding from vaccine-related traffic, not from selling the vaccines themselves. Pediatricians are also allegedly rewarded by Blue Cross Blue Shield with bonuses for vaccinating 80-85% of their patients, possibly $400 per kid. These bonuses can total hundreds or thousands of dollars. It is claimed that pediatricians may dismiss families who refuse vaccines to maintain their bonus eligibility. These bonus schedules are supposedly public. These incentives allegedly prevent pediatricians from treating each child as an individual patient. Therefore, parents should do their own research to protect their children.

Speaker 0: Typical pediatricians office makes about 50% of its of its funding comes from vaccines, not actually from selling the individual vaccines, from the traffic. I mean, when I was a kid, I, I went to the doctor when I needed stitches and that's it. And today, every kid goes to the doctor at least 10 times to get their vaccines and that foot traffic in and out of the office is a major part of in and out of the office is a major part of the business plan for the pediatrician office. And they're also then rewarded by Blue Cross Blue Shield, which has a, it has a, a reward schedule for pediatricians who vaccinate 80 or 85% of the kids in their office, get these giant bonuses. I think 40 or $400 per kid, a huge amounts of money. You know, 100 of 1,000 of dollars that they make. I'm making sure that 85% of the kids are vaccinated and and that's why they throw you out of the office if you fight back. It's not because they care so much about your particular kid, it's that you'll throw off the metrics and you'll lose them their bonuses. And so they, you know, and those schedules have now been published so people can actually go look at the Blue Cross Blue Shield schedule and you can see what your pediatrician is making. It's huge amounts of money from complying. And so, you know, they have these perverse incentives that make it so that they're not really treating your kid as an individual patient. And so your job in a democracy, in today's democracy is to really is to do your own research. And that's hard to do, but you need to do it to protect your child.

High dose oral vitamin C, ranging from 30,000-50,000 mg, has been effective in treating infections for the author and others. It works faster than antibiotics and has minimal side effects. The right dose varies for each individual. Vitamin C boosts bifidobacteria in the gut, which enhances immunity. It can also aid in detoxing from various toxins. Proper dosing is crucial for optimal results.

@DrSyedHaider - Dr. Syed Haider

New Year new Vitamin C post. Everyone has something like echinacea or zinc that they swear by when they get sick, but I’ve tried all that stuff and they don’t work for me so I assume they can’t work for everyone. However there is one thing I’ve seen work on myself, many family members, friends and patients every time. In fact I don’t think anything, even antibiotics, works as well for any infection as this: Very high dose oral vitamin C, ie 30,000-50,000 mg (yes I mean 30-50 capsules of 1 gram/1000mg each) taken all in one go. Antibiotics can work in 24 hours but they often don’t, but I’ve never been sick 24 hours after taking high dose vitamin C, if I took it the first 1-3 days of symptoms. My kids need much less to bounce back within 24 hours, my 12 year old only needed 5,000mg, so the right dose does vary. For me 40,000 works perfectly and 30,000 doesn’t work quite as well, though it still works way better than anything else short of the right antibiotic (which can be hit or miss, but vitamin C isn’t!). It will usually cause diarrhea and maybe some gas and bloating. Those with chronic kidney disease should probably avoid. Common warnings are for kidney stones and G6PD deficiency but I don’t think those are real contraindications based on close literature reviews. Thomas Levy wrote a heavily referenced book on vitamin C use in dozens of diseases from HIV to cancer, but didn’t focus much on very high oral doses. Getting that many pills down in one sitting can be a challenge of course, and sometimes my wife does half her dose, and still feels much better but just can’t bring herself to take the whole amount. Anyway it’s a good option to be aware of to minimize antibiotic side effects on the microbiome. And something that for some people is an easy just in case measure in early stages when they aren’t quite willing to pull the trigger on ivermectin (the hoarders!) because they’re still wondering is it just allergies? Am I really sick? People are great at denial until it’s kinda late and then sometimes too late - I do telemedicine so I know this better than anyone. Vitamin C apparently isn’t absorbed very well (but I’m not aware that anyone has checked at such high oral doses), so it may not be blood levels so much as stool levels that give the effect (high dose IV also works very well it’s just not as easy to access or as cheap). In the gut C boosts bifidobacteria which then boost immunity within 24 hours. Low bifidobacteria are associated with worse outcomes in COVID and found at higher rates in long haulers and vax injured, so higher levels must be good for something and it’s probably super immunity. The upshot is that I never go anywhere without a giant bottle of Doctor’s Best 1000mg Vitamin C capsules (they are just the vitamin in a veggie cap with no fillers, which isn’t that common). If you think this can help people spread it.

@DrSyedHaider - Dr. Syed Haider

Vitamin C even works for detoxing from venoms, pesticides, heavy metals, forever chemicals, you name it.

@DrSyedHaider - Dr. Syed Haider

But the trick is dosing. If you’re not feeling better you probably just under-dosed it. Same goes for ivermectin.

Silent Spike Toxicity is a growing concern, even for those without symptoms. Spike toxicity can catch up with individuals who can't detox quickly enough, leading to long-term health issues. Our modern lifestyle, filled with toxins and lacking in essential elements, contributes to chronic illness. To address this, we need to manage our health like a bank account, building up reserves and avoiding overdraws. Screening tests, such as the Microclot Test and Comprehensive Spike Screening Panel, can detect early signs of spike toxicity and related health problems. The Masterjohn-Schilling Spike Healing Panel and Deep Dive Nutrition Panel offer further insights for comprehensive healing. Learn more on our blog.

@DrSyedHaider - Dr. Syed Haider

On Screening Tests for Silent Spike Toxicity. Even in those who truly have no new symptoms and feel perfectly fine, it seems that it may simply be a matter of time before spike toxicity catches up with them, especially if, like so many people, they can’t detox quickly enough, can’t break up the atypical microclots fast enough, and then are reexposed to a new variant, or a big shedding bolus, and that tips the scales and sends them into outright long haul. People find it hard to believe that they could feel fantastic and yet there could be something brewing inside that is just 1 straw away from breaking their backs. Yet almost everyone was in this very situation even before the pandemic. We all have a health span and a lifespan, and for most in the modern world the overlap between them has been dramatically shrinking for generations, and it has only gained speed with each passing year, and especially the last 3 years since the pandemic hit. In plain English, we often gradually become chronically ill and then debilitated starting decades before we finally die. In the worst cases spending the last years of our lives in nursing homes, oblivious to our surroundings and infrequently visiting loved ones. The reason for this is a chronic mismatch between our bodies and our environments - not just lack of exercise and poor diets, but also the chemical soup we find ourselves in, the toxins in the air, water and soil, the lack of fresh air and sunlight throughout the day, the lack of grounding, and too much toxic blue light at night that is soaked up by our eyes and very skin while we lounge in front of our screens, greatly stressing ourselves, while thinking we’re relaxing, followed by restless, unfulfilling sleep. Most of us are drawing down on our health savings accounts - not the tax free HSA - but a metaphorical account that represents our life force. Just like a regular bank account, if it isn’t managed properly and wealth is overused, it will eventually get close to zero, by which time we will be liable to illness at the drop of a hat - anything that is too taxing can overdraw the account since what’s flowing into it can’t overcome what’s flowing out. And then some of us become chronically overdrawn, living on credit, and in the toxic embrace of chronic illness because of it, dragging us into the depths, while we struggle vainly to get back above the surface. This is why when you finally realize you have to change your ways to get better, it makes no sense to give up those changes as soon as you break free of illness. You are just above zero, still liable to dipping below the surface again. You need to build up your reserves of health over time and not overdraw your account again. You have to become a good steward of your body and resources. And over time you can get to the point where you’re on solid ground again and can put up with small and large stressors without backsliding. But you should always keep in mind how bad it can get to motivate you to stay on the straight and narrow going forward. The spike protein builds up in our bodies over time and causes detectable changes to our immune and vascular systems. There is an immune fingerprint of various cytokine markers, there are the microclots, there are alterations to the red blood cell zeta potential, there are predictable decreases of various micronutrients. There may be early warning signs of AIDS, or cancer or organ dysfunction. Nowadays almost all new patients with Long COVID or Vax injury made it through a few shots, or a few rounds of COVID without getting long haul, but the final infection or shot put them over the edge. If they had come before they got that last shot or infection I could have detected their susceptibility in the lab and we could have worked to correct it. This is the epidemic of Silent Spike Toxicity. And these are the tests we have available to screen for it: 1. The Microclot Test: only available from 1 lab in the US (mail order). Detects abnormal clotting not seen on any other test. The single most specific spike toxicity test. 2. The Comprehensive Spike Screening Panel: includes imaging tests: EKG, CXR, Echo. Blood tests that detect damage to the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys. Checks zeta potential. Can show the immune fingerprint of spike. Detection of AIDS. Typical gut microbiome changes. Advanced cancer screening (blood & whole body MRI), and more. 3. The Masterjohn-Schilling Spike Healing Panel: detects neuroinflammation, free radicals, mitochondrial dysfunction, autoantibodies, reactivated viruses and bacteria, MCAS, specific micronutrients that are depleted by spike toxicity, and more. 4. Masterjohn’s Deep Dive Nutrition Panel goes beyond nutrients depleted by spike toxicity to provide a complete snapshot of functional nutrition and is indispensable for deep healing when half measures don’t work. For a deeper dive on the Microclot Test and the Comprehensive Spike Screening panel continue reading on the blog: https://blog.mygotodoc.com/p/screening-for-silent-spike-toxicity

Hamas in NYC wouldn't face calls for destruction. Conflict benefits certain interests, as seen with Israel funding terrorists, like the CIA did for Iraq war. Political divisions vanished, bolstering Netanyahu's support. Israel seems to seize northern Gaza, pushing Palestinians into smaller areas. If Hamas is eradicated, a worse replacement will emerge for land and power consolidation. Solutions exist if leaders genuinely seek them.

@DrSyedHaider - Dr. Syed Haider

If Hamas infiltrated NYC no one would call for it to be turned into a parking lot. There are nefarious interests that benefit from this conflict that’s why the useful idiot terrorists were funded by Israel in the first place, just like the CIA funded terrorists to enable the Iraq war and the Patriot Act. The political divisions in Israel conveniently disappeared and Netanyahu reinforced his failing support. Solutions could be found if those in charge wanted to solve the problem. Israel now appears to be making a land grab for the northern half of Gaza. They need a buffer, but it won’t be a buffer from long, it will be settled and then the border will move again, rinse and repeat, squeezing Palestinians into ever smaller boxes. And if they ever succeed in rooting out the cancer of Hamas that they created they will just recreate something worse as long as it’s convenient for consolidating land and power.
