The United States Refugee Act of 1980 is unconstitutional and illegal. The Constitution does not grant authority to the federal government to use taxpayer money for illegal aliens' travel expenses or force them into states against citizens' will. Just because the government has done this for years doesn't make it right. Remember, this government is not our friend.

It’s a little late for this, but the truth is still the truth, and the fact is The United States Refugee Act of 1980 was and remains, completely unconstitutional - illegal. There is no language whatsoever in the U.S. Constitution that gives any authority to the federal government to: 1) use tax payer dollars to pay the travel expenses of illegal aliens or 2) forcibly place illegal aliens into the States against the will of the citizens of those States. Just because the federal government has done a thing for many years, does not make them right in doing that thing ever, and always remember - this government is not our friend.
