WATCH: A New York Times investigation reveals Joe Biden’s last drone strike Afghanistan may have obliterated 10 innocent people after the Pentagon mistaken a man for a terrorist. https://t.co/vaJXZQgLtA

Video Transcript AI Summary
New York Times investigation says the last known missile fired by the United States in the Afghan war on August 29, which the Biden administration called a righteous strike, might have killed 10 innocent people, including seven children and a USA worker. The report shows video of Zamari Ahmadi loading canisters of water into his trunk to bring to his family, while the US military was surveilling him and thought those jugs could be explosives and that Ahmadi was communicating with Isis. The US launched a hellfire missile, obliterating the car in a dense residential neighborhood. Witnesses say Ahmadi had multiple passengers and was not related to Isis; the Times tallies 10 innocent people killed. Amadi had worked as an electrical engineer since 2006 for a California based aid and lobbying group, and his family insists he was innocent and applied for a refugee settlement in the United States.

Speaker 0: None of the Biden administration's mandates are going to distract us from covering the debacle in Afghanistan. Recently, the Pentagon claimed it killed an ISIS target near Kabul's airport. Now we're learning what really happened. FOX's Matt Finn has that story. Speaker 1: Laura, a New York Times investigation says the last known missile fired by The United States in the Afghan war on August 29, which the Biden administration called a righteous strike might have actually killed 10 innocent people, including seven children and a USA worker. The shocking report basically shows step by step video of Zamari Ahmadi reportedly loading canisters of water into his trunk to bring to his family. The US military was surveilling the man and thought those jugs of water could be explosives and that Ahmadi was communicating with ISIS. So The US launched a hellfire missile, obliterating the man's car in his driveway in a dense residential neighborhood. Military officials said the drone strike might have killed three civilians, but the New York Times now tallies 10 innocent people killed. Army general Mark Milley said the strike was valid because there was reasonable conclusion that there were explosives in the white Toyota and that The US had very good intelligence that ISIS was planning some type of vehicle attack. But the New York Times reports it spoke to witnesses on the ground who say mister Ahmadi had multiple passengers in his car that day that denied loading or seeing any explosives and that Amadi was not related to Isis. Amadi had worked as an electrical engineer since 2006 for a California based aid and lobbying group. Amadi's family insists he was innocent and applied for a refugee settlement here in The United States. Laura, we will keep you updated on this developing story. Speaker 0: Thank you so much for that. Matt, it's incredible that the NSA has to guess instead of just reading their intercepts. Right? Should know if someone's talking to ISIS Speaker 1: or Speaker 0: not.

Public safety is a top priority, and it's essential for mayors and governors to protect their communities. If local leaders cooperate, they can help address public safety threats effectively. There are clear legal boundaries that must not be crossed, particularly regarding federal law enforcement and harboring illegal immigrants. It's crucial for local officials to understand these laws and ensure they do not violate them.

Speaker 0: Do you pinning our residents every possible way? Well, she's not very smart. I'll give her that. Because I just what I just said is president Trump's gonna prioritize public safety threats. What mayor or governor doesn't want public safety threats out of their communities? I mean, that's your number one responsibility to protect your communities, and that's exactly what we're gonna do. So if she helps us, she gets the hell out of the way because they're going to do it. And look, there's a clear line here, and they can't cross a clear line. I will suggest she read title 8 United States code 1324, triple I. That says, you know, you you can't harbor concealed and illegal inlet from federal law enforcement. So I hope she don't cross that line. They cannot cooperate, but there there are certain laws in place that they can't cross, and I hope she doesn't cross it. But

OHIO SECRETARY OF STATE: The Biden Administration is blocking the state from accessing databases that would help verify whether voters are U.S. citizens. https://t.co/SvZuAOu4hO

Video Transcript AI Summary
Frank LaRose has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, claiming that the Department of Homeland Security is denying Ohio access to essential federal citizenship verification records. LaRose argues that these records are necessary to ensure that only American citizens vote. He highlights that the federal government is obligated to provide this data and expresses confidence in winning the case. LaRose is actively working to remove noncitizens from voter rolls, having identified 597 individuals registered to vote in Ohio who are not U.S. citizens, with 138 of them reportedly having voted in past elections. Recently, Ohio's attorney general announced indictments for six individuals accused of voting in multiple elections. LaRose emphasizes the importance of preventing ineligible voting, stating that every vote counts, especially in close elections. Poll workers in Ohio are also verifying citizenship status during the election.

Speaker 0: 8 Frank LaRose today about the election related lawsuit he filed against the Biden administration. LaRose claims the Department of Homeland Security failed to give Ohio access to federal citizenship verification records that are needed to prevent those noncitizens from voting. Let's get to 10 TV political reporter Doug Petcash, who interviewed LaRose about why he is pushing this effort. Speaker 1: Yeah. That's right, Angela. And Yolanda secretary LaRose says the state can use the federal systematic alien verification and entitlements or save database to verify citizenship, but says the Biden administration is denying Ohio access to 3 other federal databases. Speaker 2: The federal government is required to make this data available, and I believe we'll win this case and be able to access that citizenship data that we need to verify that only American citizens are voting. Speaker 1: This comes as LaRose works to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls and have some prosecuted for election fraud. In August, he referred potential evidence to the attorney general's office that 597 people who were not US citizens were registered to vote in Ohio. LaRose says 138 of those appear to have voted in past elections. Then last week, attorney general Dave Yost announced indictments of 6 people who were accused of voting in more than one election. Ohio has more than 8,000,000 registered voters. Now with the lawsuit against the Biden administration, I asked LaRose why he's putting so much effort into this when the possible fraud cases represent such a small percentage. Speaker 2: 600 is a small number, but every year we have elections that come down to a single vote. And so we it's our duty to make sure that, we don't allow people that are not eligible to vote to vote. That's not something I'm going to apologize for. It's it's again, it's our responsibility. Speaker 1: Ohio poll workers are also checking IDs for citizens citizenship status this election. If the back of the ID says noncitizen or nonrenewable, they, of course, will not be allowed to vote.
